    Don't know what has happened to BSNL network in Gurez. It is no where from the last few days and is in hide and seek mode quite often.Calling authorities does not respond.... An appeal to all concerned do the needful....

    The major and sole cause of BSNL's bankruptcy across the country is it's third class Customer service and KAAMCHOOR field staff. @BSNLCorporate I applied online for Bharat Net. Officer whom I talked excused that BSNL high ups r forwarding our numbers without our knowledge.

    Complaint was raised on 10th sep & i was informed that issue would be resolved in 24-48hrs instead i went to exchange (bsnl baramulla kashmir )they showed least interest in doing anything concrete.Ironically i called @BSNLCorporate 's LINEMAN , he said he is grass cutting at home

This happened because BSNL neither raised invoices nor applied escalation clauses, and even after recognizing the issue, delayed action and billing attempts were rejected by Jio, with no arbitration initiated by BSNL.     @IndianTechGuide Enable proper 3G first, not at all able to do a UPI payment from BSNL sim worst service you are having.. In this generation without VoLTE the call quality is like 90s voice who will use your sim? I tried 2 times in past 3 years no improvement i giveup and came to Jio
