    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @VittalGopal **** services at your Jammu service centre, two visits and still no resolution. Yesterday airtel was on holiday so no work, today what I was informed yesterday was incorrect. Seem another BSNL in making.

Please provide level playing field to remain in competitive market with allotment of 4G & at the same time fix responsibility of top managers if they fail.

    @BSNL_JK BSNL Fibe Plan 600GB at 50 MBPS changed to 750 GB at 100 MBPS on 24 Jun 20. But the average speed still nearly 30 MBPS. Phone number 0191-2952938. Area Gadigarh exchange. Local Vendor says it will take15 days for speed to increase,but billing already started. Pl help

    @BSNLCorporate Hello bsnl My broadband has been shut down form 1 week. l have many visit on concern bsnl office 3 to 4 times but no one listen my complain and moreover office keep shutdown. I have paid Rs 1200 bill recharge for 1 month. And later bsnl lineman and office worker

    @BSNLCorporate CHOR HAI BHAI CHOR HAI BSNL JAMMU CHOR HAI ALMOST 1 MNTH AND NO HELP FROM BSNL TWEETED ALMOST EVERYDAY. Bsnl exchange asking for bribe to get money early do one thing keep that money and go to hell bsnl will make sure at least 10 connections to be discontiued.

    @ViCustomerCare I didn't understand it, If it's govt of India instructions then why this issue with other networks specially bsnl and jio.. ok.. then why shouldn't I port vi no and apply for jio, bsnl no. Problem solve.

    @Shanty14356705 Jio/airtel both are fighting, and Vodafone has also got some relief from Supreme Court. Only BSNL has suffered due to bad policies and competition. But what we are asking in farming is APMC hegemony which can't be justified. And whole india has accepted it .

    @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate Also the billing has been started from 30 December 2020 but not able to use the service. If not getting the service done by today EOD I will break the modem in front of chatrapur bsnl office. I don't care about the 4.8k I spent till now...you can keep it as funding.
