    @BSNL_KTK Urgent I converted Mob no 9743829398 to post Paid Plan 199 of my wife veena at BSNL Doorvaninagar Bng. She is in Jammu now & no network there . kindly see & restore the mob no . She is Facing difficulty in connectivity with family Members.

    @BSNL_JK BSNL Fibe Plan 600GB at 50 MBPS changed to 750 GB at 100 MBPS on 24 Jun 20. But the average speed still nearly 30 MBPS. Phone number 0191-2952938. Area Gadigarh exchange. Local Vendor says it will take15 days for speed to increase,but billing already started. Pl help

Now it is at a stage it's profit cannot be increased and employees salary never be less than 50%. So Govt must give equal level playing to him iro 4or 5G. Take strict steps for its functioning.     @BSNLCorporate Hello bsnl My broadband has been shut down form 1 week. l have many visit on concern bsnl office 3 to 4 times but no one listen my complain and moreover office keep shutdown. I have paid Rs 1200 bill recharge for 1 month. And later bsnl lineman and office worker

    I have been a BSNL customer since 2003 till yesterday, due to persistent network issues and inadequate support, I switch to another provider. This situation seems like @BSNLCorporate is least interested in customer and helping other network to grow. @JM_Scindia

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL user for 20+ years in Varanasi. Experience is very bad and worsening day by day. Minor issues take weeks/months, complaints marked “resolved” without action, and local vendors rarely respond. Only thing consistent—bill reminders. Not sure who’s accountable.

    @JM_Scindia Sir,BSNL ofc in Telephone House,Raj Bhavan Road,Blore-01(Nr. GPO/Chinnaswamy Stadium),always send away customers saying server busy/not working.Need 2 visit4-5 times for simple tasks like porting,new SIM,internet etc.Pls Repair server or repair executive.
