    Sir this is to inform you that our bsnl fibre connection is not working properly my no is 01912951709 since one and half month . Also my vendor is not responding whose phone number is 9622500500 and bill is coming  Hoping for quick response

    @DoT_India I just need a BSNL Fibre connection for my kids online classes But for past fifteen days the private vendor appointed by @BSNL_JK is not showing up despite many reminders even as online classes are going on Why appoint Pvt vendor if you cannot assure good service Mob 9419130279

    @BSNL_JK BSNL Fibe Plan 600GB at 50 MBPS changed to 750 GB at 100 MBPS on 24 Jun 20. But the average speed still nearly 30 MBPS. Phone number 0191-2952938. Area Gadigarh exchange. Local Vendor says it will take15 days for speed to increase,but billing already started. Pl help

    @BSNLCorporate Hello bsnl My broadband has been shut down form 1 week. l have many visit on concern bsnl office 3 to 4 times but no one listen my complain and moreover office keep shutdown. I have paid Rs 1200 bill recharge for 1 month. And later bsnl lineman and office worker

    @BSNL_JK It’s very sad that officials in Bsnl Bari-Brahmana exhange don’t respond to the complaint as in my panchayat from last few days, some students are unable to do attend online class Kindly note it as there’s no lineman

    @BSNLCorporate CHOR HAI BHAI CHOR HAI BSNL JAMMU CHOR HAI ALMOST 1 MNTH AND NO HELP FROM BSNL TWEETED ALMOST EVERYDAY. Bsnl exchange asking for bribe to get money early do one thing keep that money and go to hell bsnl will make sure at least 10 connections to be discontiued.

    @BSNLCorporate More than 6 months i am facing internet issues from my broadband connection, from six months regularly I complain about it to bsnl Gargoti office but they didn’t fo any thing . Kindly noted for this pathetic service from JTO Gargoti & take a stick action on this

    @CMDBSNL @BSNL_KOTD Sir, my BSNL Prepaid number is 8017179068. I am Hirak Das. Yesterday, near about 14:30 hrs. I purchesed (Rs. 50/-) a 4G sim in exchange of 3G sim from B. B. D. BAG office. After 19 hrs. it is still not activated!!!! What bad service!!!

    @JioCare @dineshcrazy9 @JioCare Internet speeds worst. Even the 3G BSNL provides 10 times better speed. You are giving same excuse of more people using the network at a time for the last 1.5 years. Capacity expansion before customer addition difficult much?? Had enough porting out soon if not addressed
