    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_HR I mentioned about the problems in the closer form. I want to convey the message to bsnl India ,please focus on your employees,they are not providing service, not available in the bsnl office in ladwa including SDO,JE and technician most of time.(2)

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_HR i am using bsnl broadband for more then 3 year. But now i am very disappointed. If bsnl improves their services and focus on employees work then i am very happy to join bsnl. I want the ftth connection also but due to poor service the way of talking its(3)

    @BSNLCorporate My FTTH connection is dead from 13july I already informed to bsnl vendor same day but till now no response and now he not receiving my phone. I also called customer care but still not received any response (complaint no : 1054339182). Very poor service

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @cgm_mh_bsnl Amravati is an One of the five divisional revenue HQ of Maharashtra Govt. & accordingly requisite standards of telecom infrastructure is expected to be developed or deployed here by BSNL. But we users forcibly used Broadband on PSTN network😢

    @bharatfiber @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK I have changed my bsnl ftth landline number.. service id is not changed in selfcare portal.. its not allowing to make any changes.

    When BSNL fiber was new in my area and I was still getting acceptable speeds, There was still another annoying problem. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPW intentionally throttles maximum possible speed on a single TCP connection to about ~40mbps so even if you have a 200mbps connection

    I pay 1500 INR after taxes for a 200mbps up/down connection, The LCO and people in my local BSNL office tell me the maximum I'll get is 100mbps because they don't have sufficient bandwidth and after that, The speed to servers in Mumbai or singapore is barely ~20-30 mbps.
