    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_HR i am using bsnl broadband for more then 3 year. But now i am very disappointed. If bsnl improves their services and focus on employees work then i am very happy to join bsnl. I want the ftth connection also but due to poor service the way of talking its(3)

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_HR I mentioned about the problems in the closer form. I want to convey the message to bsnl India ,please focus on your employees,they are not providing service, not available in the bsnl office in ladwa including SDO,JE and technician most of time.(2)

    @lavanyadeepak @ViCustomerCare It’s seems they don’t have timeline for delivering SMS too. Nowadays #vi CC become worst than BSNL , in #vi no one responds properly.

    @BSNLCorporate Got a call from +914242252000. A DE from BSNL Erode. She said she got email complaint & enquired about the issue I am facing. I explained about frequent outages. She did not provide any proper resolution or steps taken by BSNL to fix my issue. Was keen on closing the complaint.

    @BSNLCorporate Till now nobody contacted neither answer the call BSNL Panoor . This is the reason people switching from bsnl. #paying simply for not-worthy service

    @Smartprix I have cool mind so my preference to BSNL. In BSNL i got 5G network in 2G speed.
