    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_HR I mentioned about the problems in the closer form. I want to convey the message to bsnl India ,please focus on your employees,they are not providing service, not available in the bsnl office in ladwa including SDO,JE and technician most of time.(2)

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_HR i am using bsnl broadband for more then 3 year. But now i am very disappointed. If bsnl improves their services and focus on employees work then i am very happy to join bsnl. I want the ftth connection also but due to poor service the way of talking its(3)

    @njnrn @AshwiniVaishnaw is the culprit. He has allowed this blot or wound to persist and suck our blood. All BSNL officers must be tried of corruption especially retired officers. Their property should be attached until they can show a source of income. BSNL should be shut down.

    @njnrn I've used @BSNLCorporate for almost 2 years. The pathetic thing about it is i got no signals for almost 2-3 days once every month. They could not resolve it even 2 years. Finally ported out. BSNL की खुद की यह मान्यता है कि केवल भूखे नंगे लोग ही उनका network use करते हैं |

    @njnrn True. Same thing happened to me. They shamelessly displayed Gandhi's quote about customer every where in their office. Frustrated paid 200 to the private dealer just opposite to BSNL office. Job done in 2 mins.

    @njnrn Pathetic babus and a broken system. Talk to BSNL customer care once and it’s enough to leave you completely frustrated. They even have the audacity to mock customers over the call. There’s absolutely no sense of responsibility. I hope bsnl get shut down.

    @njnrn I had a BSNL broadband back in 2022. I was moving out of Bangalore hence went to surrender the network. I had paid almost 1600 rs. in deposits. Guess what, the guy sitting at Koramangala BSNL office thrashed me when asked for refund. BSNL must shut down.

    @njnrn You won’t believe what happened with me. I had to work on a project in a remote area and was told only BSNL network is there. To my shock, I found out that there isn’t a single Shop/ office in Delhi that sells BSNL sims. lol I had to literally go to a different state to get it

    @lavanyadeepak @njnrn @reliancejio I had jio as secondary number but their network coverage was not that good compared to Airtel. Airtel works fine in all tourist Uttarakhand mountains regions and bsnl. Not sure now what’s the situation for jio now, back then it wasn’t that good.

    @njnrn It has always been a Govt. Run scam. They can never let people to shift from airtel/jio to bsnl. After all govt. Earns by getting funds from them + funds allocated to BSNL. Understand the structure

    @njnrn BSNL Bangalore has one of the worst service anywhere. Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities of BSNL have much better service then Bangalore. However in Mangalore ( thokottu to be specific) I had the best customer service compared to any private co. in any industry, people matter
