Fiber connection already reached and operational in my village Govt School which is just 200-300 meter away from my home I don't know why your process is too slow. Govt will become owner of the company with 80% holdings and thereafter can be merged with BSNL. Ask all sarkari banks to write off its loans as much as possible and then tight the screws of the management to work it efficiently.
