Fiber connection already reached and operational in my village Govt School which is just 200-300 meter away from my home I don't know why your process is too slow. My internet journey had begun from BSNL 3G. But still nearby towers are still on 2G, recieving 4G services from almost a BTS 8KMs away. @bsnl_care
