    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_HR Sir our bsnl tower switch off when the electricity gone and also speed of network is very slow but other network working continue and high speed it is a cause for failure of BSNL. Please resolve the problem. Mukesh Kumar, YNR Mob. 94167 37350

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_HR I mentioned about the problems in the closer form. I want to convey the message to bsnl India ,please focus on your employees,they are not providing service, not available in the bsnl office in ladwa including SDO,JE and technician most of time.(2)

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_HR i installed BSNL FTTH thinking that the BSNL service is best but i am wrong. The net speed since last one week is max 7 mbps and BSNL is promising 30 mbps speed. No solution even after continuous complaints. Worst service #bsnl_pay_us_rent

    @BSNLCorporate I am waiting for BSNL fiber connection since Feb. 2022 Nobody response. Fiber connection already reached and operational in my village Govt School which is just 200-300 meter away from my home I don't know why your process is too slow. Thats why BSNL lagging from pvt companies

    @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw I would like to appreciate bsnl, the issue is resolved there. But they took time to call me and promised to resolve my issue. Thank you shalini from bengaluru bsnl who reached me and assured that my case will be resolved. Bsnl is improving and we support it.

    @BSNL_RJ @BSNLCorporate no proper solution provided for broadband many times lodged complain but no positive response . Our wifi modem replaced by another modem which is not wifi enabled by the bsnl department . Kindly look in to the matter. 01542451173. Take proper action

    @BSNL_AS 1. By When can we expect the resolution? 2. BSNL is providing proper service to other private companies but Why the own customer always survives? 3. Need your intervance to resolve the issue on priority. It is a long pending issue. Otherwise please let me know the alternatives.

    BSNL : What is the intention of Govt.? Why not provided sufficient fund for maintenance and to instal 4G service. It is learnt from reliable source that BSNL is not permitted to import spare parts from foreign though other companies permitted and they instal 5G. Govt. .. 2/-

    @BSNLCorporate That is pure harassment of a customer who wants to discontinue the service. I was never asked to go to the office when I bought it but its the exact opposite when I want to discontinue it. There's a reason people don't choose BSNL. This is one of many!
