    @Airtel_Presence you have really pathetic customer care services!! Neither getting solution in email and no reply in DM. @BSNL_UKD was far better in resolving issues, regretting my descision of SIM port from BSNL to Airtel

    @CMDBSNL @businessline Dear sir VRS scheme not gonna help becoz bsnl employee in @BSNL_UKD don't want to work they installed server in March 2019 in @gtmbuildergroup D.dun but started giving us connection in November & after connection it's been 11 days but still not activated

    I have applied for new broadband connection 3 weeks back but I don't get connection yet. I called in #BSNL exchange they said they don't have wire and now they are not picking call. I don't have any other option. I need it for WFH. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UKD please help

    @BSNL_UKD my BSNL fibre has been installed on 4th June, 2022 at Dehradun. Router is showing LOS since yesterday. The authorized vendor is not Providing any solution. If this is the service standard of Authorized BSNL vendor, then i request BSNL to look into the matter.

    @BSNLCorporate your own employee are the main reason of your situation ,they are rude ,not interested in working ,In dehradun we applied for Bsnl FTTH in our society after 2 month of constant following they installed fibre and server in society but it's been 8 months

    One of the worst service by BSNL and there person that is why it is going in loss we wanted BSNL Fiber it took 15 days for a person to reach us now it is not working when installed Person don’t respond as it is Pvt. person who handle at Dehradun @BSNL_UKD @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL

    BSNL the worst telecom operator.. Landline dead from last 2 months that to due to the Exchange shifting. Even my bill in generated. Have complained several times no response. That to old fashioned govt employees. @rsprasad @TRAI @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate , @BSNL_UKD sir for last 06 days telephone lines in Uttarakhand's RAIPUR,Ladpur, PIN CODE 248008 is down & it has been informed by the local BSNL office that may take another 3 week to restore the telephone lines. So in upcoming bills pls make required deduction.

    @BSNL_UKD Being disappointed finally disconnected my connection. I was 5 years old BSNL customer. As ur un professional service losing your customers day by day and BSNL is in loss. Now I am getting 100 Mbps speed at same location by other vender. Thanks for your bad services.👏

    @BSNLCorporate pathetic service Customer care doesn’t work , After many recharges still incoming not working on my prepaid Bsnl office people are also lazy. No body wants to work Its just sad its pathetic Was a bsnl user for a very long time.

    @mohitlaws Even then, besides idea, vodafone, airtel, reliance and BSNL only had purchased 2G spectrum from auction.. Other's didnt even have their own & were leasing it indirectly.. BSNL was already a gonner with poor network, vodafone & Idea were already getting weak, hence later merged

    @IndianGems_ If the government really cared, they would offer a basic plan in BSNL. It already has PAN India 2g network and it's adequate for calls. But no, they just divert you towards the corporate to save their ***.
