    @SachinKohadkar Respected Sir I would like to bring to your notice that approx 20 Bsnl broadband connection are dead since June 3 2020 cyclone. Till date service has not resumed. We are facing extreme difficulty in dealing with Bsnl person as nearest exchange personnel(MURUD).

    BSNL makes this even more telling. Among India's top 30 PSUs by turnover, crossing ₹21,000 crore in FY24, it has always been a Category I Miniratna because it lacks consistent profitability. And despite years of underperformance, it has never been downgraded.

    @Kiranhyd @Fintech03 The system itself was faulty and then lazy Babus. We had to wait for 2 years for BSNL landline during 96-98. Then it was always dead for 15 days a month. Lineman used to charge 50-100 those days itself to fix on official complaint. That's why everything should be privatized.
