Staffs are refused to receive bill payment due to network issue. More than 50 people are still waiting. Staffs should not wish to receive the bill manually and refused to give manual receipts.

If Airtel and Jio keep raising prices, customers have options too-including BSNL and other networks. Calls and the internet are a necessity today, not a luxury. Where the price is right and the service is better, customers will go there. Remember, companies... Customers are not slaves to any network! So tell us-Airtel, Jio or BSNL?

The tower has been non-functional for the past three or four years. Even when it was operational, the network was poor and 3G didn't work, yet they talk big about introducing 5G. Right now, villagers use the structure to store animal fodder. @bsnl_care

I’ve manually selected the BSNL network, but the issue persists. Customer Care has not provided any clear solution. Please check.

VR (@ramachandra_vr) reported@saysatheesh Typical DMK response!! Whoever is ruling - State or Centre, Govt can never be good in any business management. Take UPA era (even DMK was a partner). How many PSUs lost & closed? HMT, HAL, ITI BSNL - all of them failed when they were exposed to competition from private sector. TASMAC in TN is another example for bad customer service. Air India is another example. Privatising airports maintenance (you are not selling it) & collecting taxes is the best option. BLR, HYD also suffered initially because of AAI (not BJP time!). Later, they were privatised - by UPA... Now you see the difference...
