    @BSNLCorporate Online payment server always failure. Bsnl tunes are not activated customer care said tunes server failures.more features but not able to use, those are features only use for listing.

    @BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate @GoI_MeitY I am a new user of BSNL FTTH in Piro Bhojpur, but it is the worst I have ever used. Just the name of optical fiber, my airtel phone has better speed. The LCO/TIP charged 4500/- also. I went to BSNL , it's in the worst condition. Pls look .

    @BSNLCorporate I don't know still this handle is working. A broad band complaint has been made on 20/01/21. No responce still. Is bsnl functional still except for payment reminder

    @BSNL_BR arey yar network issue din raat bana rahta hai, ek tower idhar v lagwa do bsnl ki, kabhi network nahi~kabhi call connect nahi~kabhi awaaz cut cut k aata, I don't know why u all not taking action, I complained alrdy customer care but not respond from 2 months. PIN 801105

    @BSNLCorporate worst services I seen in bsnl ftth.. it's good to have bsnl privatisation.. bcoz bsnl not providing any services..all people please don't use bsnl ftth broadband.. bcoz in a month only 14 to 18 days.. service's will come and rest days it will be down..

    @BSNLCorporate Every month I called to the local bsnl office regarding broadband service of bharat fiber and still they are not able to solve issue just giving respond that wait...for this month...now from June "20 and now we are in Jan'21 and problem is still same
