    @BSNLCorporate @IndiaPostOffice Very low network problem in my location, i am living only 1,k.m. away from BSNL city office & tower but only 1-single network bar showing in my mobile phone, really pathetic Service bsnl increasing price of plans day-by-day but their services are even like 2G while it's 5G time😡

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPE Internet is not working it's been a month on off on daily basis. Bsnl customer service is not changing my and online only upgrade is available. This is not fair kindly help.

    @tim_cook my case number d: 101815175827 not working BSNL SIM DATA . Auto switch between networks not happening. Even your CC also realised this. They are not able to solve. Please refund my money or resolve the problem. Not mentioned any where bsnl is not u r carrier partner

    Today is 13th day and no one from BSNL attended the problem and provided any resolution. The BSNL appointed service man Mr Arun Singh ( Andawa Jhunsi area) also not bothered about the complaint filed

    @BSNLCorporate sir or Madam In our location there was no availablity for the Bharat fiber or air fiber we asked in BSNL office they said to me to wait for 6 months I waited but they didn't respond me properly so please I request you to help me soon

    @tim_cook my case I’d: 101815175827 solve BSNL SIM PROBLEM, otherwise refund my money back. Unnecessarily don’t irritate me. Several messages given to support and customer care . But not interested to solve problem or not ready to refund .

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ @TRAI Sir i have been trying to get bsnl ftth fibre at my home but the vendor is asking ruppes 5500 to installation. There is much need of internet for me but the vendor is ripping of extra money please help.
