    @BSNL_TN @BSNLCorporate Pls resolve the issue docket number 122894248082 complaint raised several times but closed without resolving when called bsnl employees saying that they dont have sufficient manpower (lineman)

    @BSNL_CHTD Hi, It's really sorry to say your Entirely Team of BSNL Management and staff that i have PORT my SIM from BSNL to JIO. For past 20 years i using your SIM and know feel very Bad about your services. No proper response no proper words.

    BSNL GSM and broadband- FTTH services are down in orai, jalaun. @BSNL_UPW @BSNLCorporate. Let me know if I should expect it to be fixed in next few hours. This happens occasionally and affects my work.

    @BSNLCorporate Only Sorry No any action...BSNL not Support any Customer anywhare in india..not for me all over india same problem..My problem Aprox 3 month but only Reply BSNL Sorry..I will get the payment and connection turned off but will always remember and will not use BSNL even by mistake.

    @BSNLCorporate Yes, it has been. But I am not able to reset password in BSNL Selfcare Portal (Not getting OTP) or not able to lodge complain online from your portal (showing FTTH service not enabled for this line). Can you please help there?
