    @BSNL_UKD my BSNL fibre has been installed on 4th June, 2022 at Dehradun. Router is showing LOS since yesterday. The authorized vendor is not Providing any solution. If this is the service standard of Authorized BSNL vendor, then i request BSNL to look into the matter.

    @BSNLCorporate Please note : "If you have queries regarding your Recharge, please contact BSNL customer care with Operator Ref No. 3904659588" - It's from Paytm. Also Receiving/recharging record appears in your record as confirmed several times when I contacted at your cc (1503).

    @BSNL_RJ your fiber net is not quality maintain daily shut down, I am not happy and cost to install very high so not able to switch on another . We take risk when adopted bsnl but u r not trustworthy..

    @consumerforum_ As a consumer hamein ummed hai ki aap khuch action jarur loge. Main ek bsnl user *** aur bahut baar bsnl ko tweet Kiya , call centre par call Kiya lekin network issue solve nahi hua . Aab humlogon ka last ummed aap hin ho.
