This will help the retirees to get tax benefits in 2 years. Now if they are giving as one instalment in 2020-21 then the tax outgoing will be higher. #BSNL #vrs

I had also filed a complaint on customer care num onn28 june. There is still no response. I tried calling local office. No body picks up phone in Aluva BSNL.

Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

Last 20 years from last few years service is very very poor.service and response from thrikkakkara bsnl is very bad. In a year only few months will get service incredible perfomance. I am also using a Jio SIM. Lots of apps are not running through the Jio Network, but when I switch to BSNL, it runs normal. BSNL is my primary number, and Jio is my secondary number.
