This will help the retirees to get tax benefits in 2 years. Now if they are giving as one instalment in 2020-21 then the tax outgoing will be higher. #BSNL #vrs

Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

I had also filed a complaint on customer care num onn28 june. There is still no response. I tried calling local office. No body picks up phone in Aluva BSNL.

Last 20 years from last few years service is very very poor.service and response from thrikkakkara bsnl is very bad. In a year only few months will get service incredible perfomance. Not able to compete with other network providers. Customer care services are so poor that one can not connect to the executive.
