Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

Time tested better option are available and BSNL network has proven time and again that they are not capable of providing quality service. Selling SIMS and maintaining customers is very different.People are smarter.

Then many people will connect and the network connectivity will improve.Because those people whose BSNL CSC or office is at a distance of about 20 km from their home, how will they get the SIM.
