    BSNL services in kerela is worst but all over India they are advertising with slogan of connecting India and connecting people. In reality cheating people by charging higher for every plans. Decades old communication towers but advertisement advance. Very sorry state.

    @CMDBSNL @ErosNow First BSNL should take pride in providing better service to its customers regarding calls and internet on mobiles. When all other networks are provided 4G with better connectivity and super net speed BSNL is fighting to upgrade it's towers.

    @George53419980 @Nameis_Vishal @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL I had unable to check the speed as the 4G service is not started with bsnl in my city hope that it will be launching next month so will be only using the service and would check.

    After one Year using @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL my 4G Sim for my all until this last day was using @JioCare yesteday after bad network thrown the jio Sim and now recharged my 4G sim for usage let me see how do it fits for me expecting a lot from bsnl.

    Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

    Hmm !! Urs my humble request to the team and the department to follow the #4G services on the bsnl network Soon. It's fine and working good I guess dont know much more but not that much free as @JioCare let me see for the whole day.

    @CMDBSNL @ErosNow Services provided by BSNL is worst compared other networks. Charges are maximum for minimum facilities. Only Government sector people are bound to use this network and then CEO of BSNL will say the company is in loss. It should be shut down.

    @CMDBSNL will BSNL services in India improve and come to level of other private network like, Airtel, jio, vodafone. It's internet connectivity is worst as compared to other network. In kerela it's so pathetic that 2G is also not available with proper speed.

    @TVMohandasPai @APanagariya Consumers should also support BSNL, Air India by purchasing their services, even if outcompeted by private players. It hardly makes any difference whether government makes transfers by way of subsidies or salaries, inefficiencies are similar.

    @BSNLCorporate since June 2020 there is no service. Raised multiple request to customer care but every time they close the complain in 28 days to meet the goal without solving issue.Visited the bsnl office in ITI, kr Puram Bangalore,Official said there is no staff so can't help.

    @BSNLCorporate Please provide service and then send Bill. Your official suggested not to pay as no service but u keep sending bills and deducted deposit also. What BSNL plan to do?

    @TalkToBSNLCGMOD Sir, I have disconnected a ftth conxn-06782 295090 on 29-Sep-20, and as per bsnl the SD amt i ve not received yet after 60 days of disconnect. After several requests by mail no one is responding. Requesting your kind help and support.

    @IndiaTodayTech @IndiaToday BSNL fiber BB connectivity is worst ever I have experienced! Nevertheless, Airtel and Jio are better but Airtel is more consistent.
