@CMDBSNL @ErosNow Services provided by BSNL is worst compared other networks. Charges are maximum for minimum facilities. Only Government sector people are bound to use this network and then CEO of BSNL will say the company is in loss. It should be shut down.

Hmm !! Urs my humble request to the team and the department to follow the #4G services on the bsnl network Soon. It's fine and working good I guess dont know much more but not that much free as @JioCare let me see for the whole day.

Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

@CMDBSNL @ErosNow First BSNL should take pride in providing better service to its customers regarding calls and internet on mobiles. When all other networks are provided 4G with better connectivity and super net speed BSNL is fighting to upgrade it's towers.

After one Year using @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL my 4G Sim for my all until this last day was using @JioCare yesteday after bad network thrown the jio Sim and now recharged my 4G sim for usage let me see how do it fits for me expecting a lot from bsnl.

BSNL services in kerela is worst but all over India they are advertising with slogan of connecting India and connecting people. In reality cheating people by charging higher for every plans. Decades old communication towers but advertisement advance. Very sorry state.

@CMDBSNL will BSNL services in India improve and come to level of other private network like, Airtel, jio, vodafone. It's internet connectivity is worst as compared to other network. In kerela it's so pathetic that 2G is also not available with proper speed.

@NiteshD61629699 Yeah just a 1Lac 3g site is not enough to cover the entire nation especially in cities. The current amount is not sufficient for bsnl to give proper service. even though after 4g coverage be like the same . The users near the tower only will get the benefit that's it.

P2: before you ask for any complaint number, your 1504 never works. Had to google SDE #Nagaonofficer for assistance. Yet same issue since 1 week i would say. @reliancejio @airtelindia may be its time to take over the market and show BSNL how business is done.

@aashaygune @manishvbcv @ShamikaRavi Nope. Airlines, hotels etc are not essential goods to be provided on taxpayer money. Also it was jio who forced the industry to upgrade network and cut prices not bsnl. And indigo is cheaper and better than air india.

Don't know what has happened to BSNL network in Gurez. It is no where from the last few days and is in hide and seek mode quite often.Calling authorities does not respond.... An appeal to all concerned do the needful....
