@BSNL_KL I received my BSNL Bill, but u had charged me installation fees. I had paid the instlln fees alrdy to agent. I had also filed a complaint on customer care num onn28 june. There is still no response. I tried calling local office. No body picks up phone in Aluva BSNL.

And the contact provided to me by BSNL is of Mr. Sharma, who is never found in office even during office hours or does he answer call.
