@BSNL_KL I received my BSNL Bill, but u had charged me installation fees. I had paid the instlln fees alrdy to agent. I had also filed a complaint on customer care num onn28 june. There is still no response. I tried calling local office. No body picks up phone in Aluva BSNL.

@BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Each day I am regretting I thought Airtel was worst ported to BSNL now my eyes are wide open. In place like Gurgaon signal is from MTNL and it is unreliable, customer care is ridiculous and internet never works.

@BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 No network in Mumbai, after so many complain. Nearly it's 1 month from the day I have complain but yet no solution. No 1 should buy BSNL service. MTNL says not my look out and BSNL say MTNL will help.

I think now I need to leave to use smartphones coz I almost used every sim card for internet and everyone works most of the days ok and one day they show there worst side same as with vi jio and now I experienced this with Airtel 😢 bsnl is the best 👍 @airtelindia @airtelnews

@hoping4miracles @TelecomTalk That will never happen.. They stopped expanding 2G/3G coverage before Covid pandemic i.e by 2020. Now you can only expect BSNL 4G to reach.

@MtcChennai @DrGeekG Someone said hand held ticketing devices uses BSNL. Which has a very poor & slow internet connectivity and this causes frequent issues with digital payments so conductors hesitate NCMC card/UPI when bus is crowded If that's the case, switch to better networks like airtel/jio.

@BSNLCorporate BSNL's mobile Hello Tune service has been discontinued for a long time. It was very good earlier. Has it been discontinued now for AI update? Please tell me when this service will be provided again to the customers? Request to make this facility available as soon.
