    I bought a new BSNL SIM card one month ago. But I can't add caller tune to my number. My SIM circle is Kolkata. my plan Rs. 107(free tune). I have tried different ways. Always showing or saying that "an unknown error has occurred". please help me . @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD #bsnl

    @BSNL_AS why people will choose BSNL ? Maximum time network is not available specially at Lumding, Lanka & hojai .... After several times complaint zero results

    @BSNLCorporate The speed of FTTH connection has reduced drastically since last few days. The field staff (outsourced) even couldn't resolved the issue and they referred it to BSNL officials. Now I am pretty sure it will not be resolved by next billing cycle.
