    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TN Last two weeks, Every evening 5pm to next day morning 8am the "BSNL-Broadband" & internet service are stoped. Then, I complained against the issue on 198 toll free service number. And, they're tried to fix it in many ways but still the problem exists. Why?

How 4G and 5G is work if fiber breakdown issue is there New line required

    @BSNLCorporate i have applied for broadband connection from last one month and the contacting person (ashish)is delaying it on daily basis from last one month. All the time he have excuses that bsnl lines are not working so we are doing with delay. Location- aonla, 243301

    (1) why should I pay the full month bill for only 07 days of unstable service. (2) Is the concern of technician correct, BSNL doesn't have any control on this? When repair of connection is asked, customers are advised to get the connection disconnected.

    @BSNLCorporate Our ftth connection was installed a week back, but rejected because the contractor uploaded wrong documents. Inspite of correcting the issue, the connection is still not approved and the bsnl official doesn't receive calls at all. Can you help?
