@BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate ...frequent disconnection problem again repeating after several complaints...it looks like bsnl doesn't need customer...but surprisingly I noticed that i have purchased 10mbbs plan but bsnl providing 1/4 only .I dnt knw reason behind it..Numb.0820-2547127

My BSNL FTTH internet connection was disrupted on Diwali day. In spite of the holiday, Manipal BSNL SDE Sri Mahendra Shet came with Sri Hasanabba Idli to check on it. The problem was rectified soon too. Thank you! @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK #Manipal #Udupi #WorkEthic

A major issue with @BSNLCorporate BB services is consistency, BB can go down anytime; have to connect my laptop with mobile hotspot for every important meeting as I have no confidence in @BSNLCorporate connectivity. Sorry state of affairs. #BSNL

@BSNL_CG_Circle Bsnl service in bilaspur R K nagar is very poor.I am facing lot of problems such as very poor or no connectivity during Evening and night hours. Already complaint has been registered several times but situation remain same. My new complain number is 1056970978 .

@TRAI I was complain by bsnl selfcare portal with complain no 1055151775 at 2-10-21. But this close without resolution its indicate poor service of bsnl and provide fake data for better service to customer with quick resolution in complain in the market .

@BSNLCorporate mobile company giving recharge 0f Rs. 365 with validity of 90 days with unlimited voice call and internet , Why not bsnl landline gives these kind of facility to the customer ? @CMDBSNL @AshwiniVaishnaw

So i had landline in bsnl for almost 15 to 20 years. The service was subpar but still used it because there was no alternative. I had the broadband for couple of years. it stopped suddenly working last month. BSNL people said it's better to opt for FTTH, saying it is also. (2/5)
