@BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate My number is 0820-2547127 broadband is not working since last Saturday...each time when i do complaints they fix temporary it last for next 4 to 5 hours then again same condition as its earlier completely dead..why don't bsnl provide better service?

@BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate ...frequent disconnection problem again repeating after several complaints...it looks like bsnl doesn't need customer...but surprisingly I noticed that i have purchased 10mbbs plan but bsnl providing 1/4 only .I dnt knw reason behind it..Numb.0820-2547127

@utsavtechie Stable speed with high network consistency. None of the carriers in india gives more than 1 point tower in my room I tried every one. Only bsnl 2g gives 4 point tower in my room I am waiting for bsnl 4g to be honest. Hoping it gives full network in my room

@guruji_prasad @Da___Engineer @vinodkapri Why Govt did not give preference to BSNL a PSU. BSNL internet is cheapest incountrybut also in the world. The Govt duty is to save PSU not to support corporate houses and destroy the PSU like BSNL. The profit will go to govt not to a private persons like Ambani & Adaani.

@BSNL_OR If BSNL cannot keep the line permanently working, I request to disconnect, as in a month it hardly works for some days. It has become routine to first make complain regarding line dead and then for waiver of bill. Why customer will take so much headache.
