@BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate ...frequent disconnection problem again repeating after several complaints...it looks like bsnl doesn't need customer...but surprisingly I noticed that i have purchased 10mbbs plan but bsnl providing 1/4 only .I dnt knw reason behind it..Numb.0820-2547127

@Paytmcare While doing BSNL recharge I browsed through various plans and decided on 499 unlimited recharge, once successful I just clicked back button and it resulted in one more recharge of 220 done from my wallet. How can back button do recharge ? Please resolve this issue.

@BSNLCorporate @bsnl we take BSNL connection for the love of public sector, however theres no connection since 24 hrs. Shamelessly, no response from service provider or local office or anyone. Seriously @BSNL_KTK you are not worth it.

@CMDBSNL I was complain by bsnl selfcare portal with complain no 1055151775 at 2-10-21. But this close without resolution its indicate poor service of bsnl and provide fake data for better service to customer with quick resolution in complain in the market .

@BSNLCorporate Having FTTH connection. Internet not working since 3 days. Complained several times and got assurance to get resolved within 2 hrs. When calling local office they say we cannot provide service switch to different operator. Is this kind of service BSNL provides?

@BSNLCorporate Sir I haven't used even a single MB for my study from last 15-20 days. You also ignore our problem because you don't want to settle any dispute. Be responsible towards ur customer,otherwise oneday there will be no customer of BSNL and U will also become unemployed.

@PMOIndia @BSNLCorporate In continuing BSNL Officer warned the customers to pay the bill having LL dead in the month and then only service will be attended.Kindly direct the concerned officer to look into the matter in Gujarat and resolve this burning issues since a year by BSNL.

@HingeNivrutti @BSNLwarriors123 Govt should close Bsnl as no offensive plan there by Bsnl to counter airtel black which giving combo service of landline fibre dtth plus 3 4g sim along with 270 GB per month along with OTT app free subscription. I do not understand why there are sleeping like a giant elephant
