@BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate ...frequent disconnection problem again repeating after several complaints...it looks like bsnl doesn't need customer...but surprisingly I noticed that i have purchased 10mbbs plan but bsnl providing 1/4 only .I dnt knw reason behind it..Numb.0820-2547127

@BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate My number is 0820-2547127 broadband is not working since last Saturday...each time when i do complaints they fix temporary it last for next 4 to 5 hours then again same condition as its earlier completely dead..why don't bsnl provide better service?

My BSNL FTTH internet connection was disrupted on Diwali day. In spite of the holiday, Manipal BSNL SDE Sri Mahendra Shet came with Sri Hasanabba Idli to check on it. The problem was rectified soon too. Thank you! @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK #Manipal #Udupi #WorkEthic

@BSNLCorporate Thanks for response though delayed. Can you also update as to why calls are never connected to executives? After 2.5 minutes, simple IVR announcement is " Thanka for contacting BSNL". To me it's disappointing customer care. Call details can be provided if desired. Thanks

@Airtel_Presence I went to port my number to Airtel prepaid at Thakur Village, Kandivali East, Mumbai 400101 store. They denied porting saying BSNL numbers can only be ported to postpaid. I ported to @reliancejio and they did it. Horrible strategy to sell postpaid.

@BSNLCorporate Its already in-dolphin bsnl. When I go on terrace the network is full but internet works bery slow. And else there's no network or very weak signal strength.
