    I am on hold for last half an hour before thay few days back i was on hold for almost an hour still nobody picks call in customer care. No sense of responsibility since BSNL has been given to private hands. Aren't they answerable to anyone? What RTI should i file to get answers?

    @BSNL_RJ @BSNLCorporate i have recharge my number with 397rs, on 6th january 2022, and plan validity 300 days, validity will expire in October 2022. but now today BSNL send massage that your plan will expire on 6th March 2022. please solve my problem.

    @rj_vijdan i tried switching to jio but they said its not available in your area yet. I pay for 100mbps of speed but get 30-50mbps on Bsnl. Thrz no room for complaint redressals in BSNL. its like “aapki kismat pe depend hai”.

    Its not that you are unaware of the fact and even if you are that shows your incompetence. It seems like now you deliberately want to run BSNL in losses so that you could get an excuse to shut it down once and for all. You want all the loyal customers of BSNL to abandon it.

    I installed 02 bsnl fibre connections i.e.0194-2950999, 2952999 in month December through RJIT Solution,TIP Lawaypora.Till date connections are not fully working full month and till date I have used only maximum 50 GB out fixed data due disconnect of connections every 2-3 days.

    @BSNL_KTK Hi, My BSNL FTTH Account # is 9040435592, Phone # 08029909200. I am on plan "Fibre Ultra / Speed Upto 300Mbps till 4000GB beyond that Upto 4Mbps / Voice unlimited". I want to downgrade my plan to "Fiber Value 100mbps 3300gb-Rs 799." Can you please help?

    @BSNLCorporate @LabourMinistry @AmritMahotsav bsnl network is the safest network in world because of poor network coverage and credit goes to cleaning staff of bsnl.

    @RealArnab_ Indian Bank of lumding Assam branch maximum time harassment people by the no link internet , because they only use BSNL internet why not use private co internet or vset internet ,if the bank not give service properly then shutdown Bank ,is it digital india
