@BSNL_KOTD ~ If the customers service informs oftenly of Application Problem and asks to call at 12AM of the issues - (i) network interrupts and speeds very low , (ii) USSD *123*5# for a week discontinues , (iii) the CSE reporting inadequate ! Does BSNL want customers to quit ?

@BSNLCorporate take disciplinary action on concerned official who didn't take it seriously or didn't perform his duty promptly. complaint solved today, but abnormal delay was done by the #Bikaner #BSNL officials. action must be taken.
