As a tax payer and Indian citizens we need proper service from BSNL .Then assurances. That BSNL staff don't know about service/work only getting salary from government.

@Ratnesh Kumar: When there was an avalanche in Uttarakhand, only BSNL's network was coming in the tunnel under construction there. Due to that network, people trapped in that tunnel contacted the outside people and they were safely evacuated.

@nithinklenin @airtelindia @jio BSNL is slow here for data. but fine for broadband. Airtel data is better comparing to other networks here.. never used jio so no idea about it. Airtel service has been good to me so far..
