Visited to BSNL office akurdi, Pune. It is very unfortunate that not all official works are startimg at 10.25 am, even if the official time is 10 am. This is the problem with our country, once the person get permanent job, he/she will not do job properly.@BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia

@pgm_pune_bsnl Complaint # 1057680874. Landline not working for a very long time. 2 complaints registered and each were resolved as per status on the bsnl website BUT phone is still dead. Is your team still supporting landlines or should I close this service?

Things needs to b enquired, culprit to b identified & responsible persons needs to b taken to task. The 64000 crore rupees was taxpayers money. As a citizen of India, we need to know the reasons for failure.
