    @BSNL_TN I'll complicated about my network issue in Nov 5. Today Dec 11but problem is increasing more than before. But compliment was closed, How? This is my cmplt no 9K05tn307849. And no more respon communicate with Near #BSNL staff they are very busy in own works.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TN Once again hurt by BSNL. Bought new SIM (8300060361) with ₹1498 recharge yesterday, but till now they are unable to activate. Pathetic response from their customer care as they are complaining about their own server issues and not able to talk in English.

    @BSNLCorporate That's why people leave the BSNL connection and don't prefer your service, at CSC whoever is authorised to refund, what is he doing, a refund can't be done for 6 months, I got transferred in April, should I spend so much money from Delhi to port Blair to contact CSC for refund?

    @sandeep_PT I have a BSNL connection which is down 15 days a month. Nobody listens nobody does anything. It should be handed over to some private company. Then at least they can be held accountable.

    @akfromindia @sandeep_PT Wrong assumption, if BSNL have internal problem then why govt not rectifying it ? The propoganda of "govt shouldn't be involved in business" is BS, power, energy, defence, finance, these sectors should be strongly under govt regulations l and control.

    @sandeep_PT Destroyed by govt, can’t forget it took bsnl a week to resolve any broadband issue when we had it in early 2000’s. Imagine Covid / WFH if we had only BSNL. Say thanks to private players for showing BSNL how to get things done.

    @TelecomTalk BSNL 5G must have started at the same time when other Service Providers launched their 5G. It is injustice to BSNL. This is not called as fair-competition.
