The net speed since last one week is max 7 mbps and BSNL is promising 30 mbps speed. No solution even after continuous complaints. Worst service #bsnl_pay_us_rent

Fiber connection already reached and operational in my village Govt School which is just 200-300 meter away from my home I don't know why your process is too slow. In Karnataka, to upgrade my 4G sim, I travelled 20 km to bsnl office twice. No help. Finally I ported from bsnl to Jio BSNL is always zero customer service, with full of rude idiots
