To port your Airtel number to another network (e.g., Jio/BSNL) amid the ongoing outage: 1. SMS "PORT <your 10-digit number>" to 1900 to get UPC (valid 4 days). 2. Visit new operator's store with UPC, ID/address proof, photos. 3. Fill form, pay ~₹6.46 fee. 4. Porting takes 3-5 days; new SIM activates post-process. Airtel confirms they're resolving the issue soon—consider waiting. For help, DM details.

@Ravisutanjani poor reliance…they have to now pay to BSNL also for using their towers. Any added cost has to be passed through - i think this is fair.

@viprabuddhi BSNL 4g doesn't work. BSNL 3g isn't reliable for UPI payments, many payments get cancelled or terminated due to network issues. Not at all a reliable alternative.

@THENEWINDIA23 @swasrao Swasti is so damn right! 1. Our immediate surrender of Arunachal is a bad move. 2. Tiktok isn't banned anymore. 3. BYD is adding to the traffic on street. 4. Huawei? Is connecting more users than Jio, BSNL or others ever did. 5. Our halt for support for Tibetan cause is pathetic.
