    @BSNL_OR Dear bsnl can you explain about your plan and such recharge policy. It's worth service in my career provide by bsnl. When i recharge 1699 for one year and it's 3gb/day and unlimited call but after update your plan it's customised by your self.Can u explai about it.

    @BSNL_OR what about Koira Jon I make many call and complain for the broadband connection but BSNL staff told me your side cable is not good condition but they not pull the new cable for the connection So please help me over to come this Daly problem

    @OfficeOfRSP Respected sir there will be no network of BSNL at BARBIL, Odisha I am complaining about the same issue since more than a month because there will be no network for longer time.Since yesterday afternoon there is no network.Can this be resolved permanently? Regards.

    It is quite unfortunate & upsetting also that since yesterday afternoon there is no BSNL Mobile network in BARBIL, Odisha. Should this continue. Since last month I had Tweed several times for the same issue.Anyone interested to resolve this issue or inadequate details excuse.

    @NamitaJaiHind You better port it to Airtel or Jio real soon. VI is definitely riding into the sunset.. Had to port my wife's and mother and mother in laws VI sims to Airtel due to horrible connectivity in Bangalores peak zones. Funny thing is BSNL too had better connectivity compared to VI 🤷

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 It's been fifteen years since I started using BSNL SIM. I'm using the same 4G SIM now. But the main problem now is that I can't get calls. The caller's phone rings all the time... the call is not picked up. In fact, my phone doesn't even receive calls or receive a missed call

    After the payment, I faced a technical error on the BSNL website and the SIM processing did not complete successfully. I already visited bsnl office but he was say we can't help about issues

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Why don't you offer international roaming on your BSNL Sim? Why do we have to replace your sim with international roaming Sim? You have to make a lot of improvements in your service. Still lagging behind in tech and consumer satisfaction. Allow international roaming on BSNL Sim.

    @bsnl_care I had applied for a BSNL SIM card via the doorstep delivery service on the official BSNL website. I successfully completed the online KYC and made a payment of ₹153 on 11th July 2025 at 3:21 PM through Google Pay.
