@BSNL_OR what about Koira Jon I make many call and complain for the broadband connection but BSNL staff told me your side cable is not good condition but they not pull the new cable for the connection So please help me over to come this Daly problem

@BSNL_OR Dear bsnl can you explain about your plan and such recharge policy. It's worth service in my career provide by bsnl. When i recharge 1699 for one year and it's 3gb/day and unlimited call but after update your plan it's customised by your self.Can u explai about it.

@BSNL_HP Useless, They disconnected my outgoing calls without any intimation. I was trying to reach customer care from another network, it didn't reach. Atlast tried with another bsnl number (after searching). They simply said that you need to update KYC. Pathetic, what kind of service 😔

@TelecomTalk BSNL service has been exceptional in the last 6 month. I am getting a speed of 12mbps which is exceptional for a service provider like BSNL and now calls are not dropping rather call quality has increased drastically. @BSNLCorporate keep it up and co tinue improving your service.

Dear @BSNLCorporate @BSNLGujOfficial @JM_Scindia i have ported my number 9408694686 from Airtel to Bsnl few days ago. But VoWifi (Voice over Wifi) service is not yet available on my number. My device moto g62 5g is supported for this service as previously i was using in airtel.

@BSNLCorporate I have replaced my BSNL SIM (Mob No. 9451271255) on 09/03/2026 after depositing the required fee at the BSNL Exchange in Aliganj, Lucknow. I have been visiting the office daily since collecting the SIM, but even today (13/03/2026) there is still no network on SIM.

@BSNLCorporate during 2015-17, I purchased a bsnl sim number 75******55 in pondichery during my master program. moved to Varanasi in 2017 and In 2023-24 the sim got deactivated/ notsupporting any more. Customer care told me that u hv 2 visit home circle(Tamilnadu)? Please help.
