@BSNL_OR Dear bsnl can you explain about your plan and such recharge policy. It's worth service in my career provide by bsnl. When i recharge 1699 for one year and it's 3gb/day and unlimited call but after update your plan it's customised by your self.Can u explai about it.

It is quite unfortunate & upsetting also that since yesterday afternoon there is no BSNL Mobile network in BARBIL, Odisha. Should this continue. Since last month I had Tweed several times for the same issue.Anyone interested to resolve this issue or inadequate details excuse.

@OfficeOfRSP Respected sir there will be no network of BSNL at BARBIL, Odisha I am complaining about the same issue since more than a month because there will be no network for longer time.Since yesterday afternoon there is no network.Can this be resolved permanently? Regards.

@BSNL_OR what about Koira Jon I make many call and complain for the broadband connection but BSNL staff told me your side cable is not good condition but they not pull the new cable for the connection So please help me over to come this Daly problem

I tried to find BSNL care or centre from where I could purchase new BSNL sim, but unable to find even one centre in my locality. This is how you are trying to increasing your customer database. @FI_InvestIndia Instead it is better to ask #GOI to improve QoS of BSNL and launch 5G at the earliest. As BSNL 4G installation is done indigenously under #AatmanirbharBharat, we should encourage govt service rather than #pvt operators who built their 4G and 5G with foreign technology.

@bsnl_care The local rep of Karwar office called me and I was informed that Adhar Card of local reference is mandatory for obtaining BSNL Sim card. He said that he will close the complaint. Please clarify why service cer and adhar card is not suffice for obtaining SIM card. @TRAI
