    @idea_cares It is working at 4G speed in my farm where proper connectivity is available or in other place. I am forced to reconnect to BSNL BB as no service from idea. So naturally I would port if you do not resolve this poor connectivity problem.

    @netplusofficial Worst Internet Service ever, BSNL is far better than Netplus. I never see this type of service. Idk what was the issue but my Internet got disconnected every 1 hour for 2 or 3 minutes and at night after 12 it got disconnect permanently. This issuse is never resolved by anyone.

    @NITTYCHOUDHARY @BSNL_RJ @BSNLCorporate It is bsnl employees who want to shut down this and blame govt for privatisation. Govt employees don't see the urgency of issues and customer pain. I converted my post paid to prepaid but still did not get refund even after 6 months

    @YusufDFI Lack of automation, burdening staff salaries are white elephants of public sector. If not for consolidation, either tax payers have to bear the brunt or end up like bsnl or air India due to poor performance.

    @utsavtechie BSNL still doesn't provide 4g in my area after asking 50.or 100 rs to change the sim to 4g. Excellent service,no wonder why people switch over.
