@idea_cares It is working at 4G speed in my farm where proper connectivity is available or in other place. I am forced to reconnect to BSNL BB as no service from idea. So naturally I would port if you do not resolve this poor connectivity problem.

@BSNL_HR Can you please look at BSNL's service in Dharuhera, Rewari. It is pathetic. Stops working every now and then on working day. How will kids attend classes and we work from home.

@Saysniha It's not worth speaking to BSNL customer service, call directly to local BSNL engineer, that's how I solve my BSNL internet connection problems. Weekly one problem arises, as if it's pre programmed.
