@eToroService It is quite shame on eToro, when people on RED day are trying to invest in DIP and plan to reduce losses. And we are not even able to login for many hours. What about the loss of "potential profits" on order we want to place. This is serious concern and need some action for sure.

@eToroService 1. Awful customer service (intentionally no chat service provided) 2. Increased spread/fee on crypto/stocks trading of which has been recently increased by people (example : BNB) 3. Much delayed response of tickets raised on email 4. No financial compensation due to eToro down

How the hell is @eToro still down? I work on a website that has nothing to do with people’s money or finances but would have had another arsehole ripped if it was down for more than 10 minutes. FFS ppl, hire some more developers. As a digital professional I’m embarrassed for you.
