    @eToro The platform is excellent, but unfortunately it does not support XRP. There is an error with the XRP code: when sending the code from the eToro platform to the Binance platform to withdraw XRP, it shows that the code is incorrect. We kindly ask eToro to review the XRP code

    @eToro @eToro has blocked my money 14 days since they received all the documents they demanded. 17 days since they blocked my money without warning, email or message. 17 days of constant messaging and being ignored by eToro. Worst customer service ever!

    @TeslaBoomerMama @IBKR @eToro gave me no issues, i received email to vote on the same day that voting started so I recommend them if anyone needs to find a new broker.

    @eToro your customer service is an absolute disgrace. You claim issues are “resolved” when they’re clearly not. I’ve been blocked from withdrawing my own money for days — support case #07685184 has gone nowhere, and your complaint form doesn’t even work. Sort this out!!!!

    @eToroTeam I’ve now managed to login to have found that my request via backtrader was closed at a price that wasn’t even the case when I requested the close, nor at market price when I logged in (it closed as I logged in). I require compensation for this as it’s ridiculous this has happened

    @eToro I am extremely frustrated with the fact that my account access has been blocked by your system without any justification. There has been no unusual activity, and I expect immediate action to restore my access. If my trades suffer any losses due to this issue, you will pay
