All other tools were responsive when I changed my number except @eToro. Shouldn't this be illegal? Anyone can recommend some legal action here?

I’ve been blocked from withdrawing my own money for days — support case #07685184 has gone nowhere, and your complaint form doesn’t even work. Sort this out!!!!

Paul Lewis (@paulstevenlewis) reported@eToroTeam when I log into my account, there is no sign of my cash ISA. Clicking on the ISA tab in the menu gets “ an error has occurred, please try again“. Very worrying to find your money has disappeared… and your customer service chat is completely unresponsive as usual.
