@eToroTeam Okay, that's what confused me. I keep clicking on the gear icon and it only gives ability to alert. Problem is there are two gear icons on the page: one for the coin itself and one for the open position. I kept clicking wrong gear. TY.

@eToroTeam Dear Sir Since 21.04.2021 My problem was following. First deposit i made via debit card which i closed after few months. Afterwards i used another one to make next deposits. Already sent official proof to eToro service regarding closed debit card.
