All other tools were responsive when I changed my number except @eToro. Shouldn't this be illegal? Anyone can recommend some legal action here?

I have opened up several trades in the last 2 days immediately showing losses; one around -5%; two around -10%; & the final one over -13% This is unacceptable and no way to do business. Dan (@dancatroc) reported@eToro My wife was sim hacked and lost access to her account. She opened a ticket 4 days ago and is still getting messages saying her money is being transferred into crypto. This is outrageous. Funds are not safe on this platform and customer services are non existent.

No information about how long it will take them to review 1 single bank statement. This must be one of the worst customer services ever. Almost like a scam.
