@eToroService So, the answer to the pending question in another open case at "what hours did you try to close them?" It is: at the time that there were problems on all their platforms and that they have been attached in screenshots on several occasions by mail.

@SheldonEvans 0x if your funds are with @eToro. Trying to do anything over there is difficult. Have a small amount there, trying to do basic functions has been wow bad.

@eToroService Yes with no success. The customer service with etoro is not great at answering questions - mainly resulting in the customer jumping through hoops until they get discouraged.

@eToroService hi - I keep applying to the popular investor programme but I have not yet been admitted. There is no constructive feedback on why this is the case. I also read the requirements and cannot see where I am going wrong. Can you help?

@fryman7 @eToro Not really man. I came into it as a novice as well just spoke a bit to someone at work who has done it for years. I've put £400 into it over 2 months and I'm £10 down but that's mostly from pratting around at first trying to try to grips with using the app when I bought badly!

@eToroService So, the "pending" answer that you mention was answered on February 25: At what time did you try to close the positions? - At the time of the problem. With the endorsement of the screenshots sent in several previous emails. All documented in all previously answered emails

@Dan30626832 @LCFC @eToro They're both not good enough. Amartey incredibly slow, offers very little on the ball and doesn't allow us to play out the back. He's very limited. Albrighton is inconsistent and can be very wasteful.

@eToroService It seems that it is not one case but several. I have answered all the questions, in fact the query sent on March 30, is answered from the first mail, in February and detailed in screenshots with the confirmation of yourselves in this social network, the day of the problem.
