@eToro Now they just told me to go at visa support to ask them to investigate an ARN and visa told me they dont do that (etoro just wasting my time) Also told me "if visa can not help you ask them for a non recipt letter in order for us to keep investigating" dude what? thats your job!!

@eToro It's been 27 days since I withdrawed my money from etoro account, I only recived 1/5 of my withdraw, support says my withdraw is "lost" and they are searching for it, their support answer like every 3 business day only to ask useless things and delay it even more dont invest here

@eToroTeam Etoro has very bad customer service, I can not trade for 10 days and I wrote several times to customer support for solving the issue still waiting my account open to trade since 24 th may, I will wait untill monday then I will close my account,find different broker

Is customer support on @eToro existent? I have been waiting to get verified ever since March and I am yet to get a specific response as to why it’s taking so long. All I get is automated emails saying it should take a little longer than 5 days, or is it 5 months?

@PinkCatsOnAcid @EuroclearGroup It backs up my theory that the likes of @eToro don’t actually use Crest. So many people on here and Reddit use that as an example but I have yet to see any. Im not happy with HL service but this is out of their hands and eToro voting is irrelevant in this scenario

@eToroTeam Quick suggestion: Add a "max" button that calcultes the fees on etoro wallets by default Binance can do it, coinbase can do it, c'mon, you've got good developers, just add that function It'll help a ton to improve the app Serious suggestion & fair tip Cheers
