Paul Lewis (@paulstevenlewis) reported@eToroTeam when I log into my account, there is no sign of my cash ISA. Clicking on the ISA tab in the menu gets “ an error has occurred, please try again“. Very worrying to find your money has disappeared… and your customer service chat is completely unresponsive as usual.

Mo Tafech (@MoTafech) reportedI have money in @eToro since 2 years but I changed my phone number and I can't access them. Their team ignores support requests. Frankly I'm surprised it's taken this long for fees to start coming down on these ETFs. And 23 days to review my bank statement and confirm it is MY money. Why is eToro so incompetent? Why does your customer service sucks? Why don't you follow your own T&Cs?

Dan (@dancatroc) reported@eToro My wife was sim hacked and lost access to her account. She opened a ticket 4 days ago and is still getting messages saying her money is being transferred into crypto. This is outrageous. Funds are not safe on this platform and customer services are non existent.
