John Johnson (@Yacht_Buoy_) reportedIPO day. And it's already been eventful, before Nasdaq has even opened.... Quick recap on $SPCX: I applied for pre-IPO allocation via @eToro at 135 per share. First, the allocation got refunded entirely. Then, a few minutes later, the position reappeared in my portfolio showing a display error so aggressive it briefly suggested an -85% loss on a position still priced at 135 (standard pre-IPO glitches re the display config) That's the bit nobody posts about. The discipline of doing nothing when something looks alarming but doesn't actually make sense..... The position appears to be intact. Real underlying shares, nominee structure, entered at 135. Whether that entry looks clever or painful will become clear when trading opens at 14:30 BST. What I'm watching: the opening print relative to 135, and whether the oversubscription (the book was reportedly covered multiple times over before close) translates into a genuine pop or a sell-the-news fade. The insider unlock overhang starts building from Q2 earnings. That's the near-term ceiling to respect. For now, it's a waiting game.....

NASDAQ 7/24 (@PubNasdaq) reported@eToroTeam My girlfriend has an account on eToro, and her account manager is currently Rebecca Ruimy. However, we have not been able to receive any response from her for several days. This lack of communication is becoming very frustrating as no support or follow-up is being provided. If this issue cannot be handled by the assigned account manager, please assign her a different account manager as soon as possible. We would appreciate urgent assistance, as this situation is affecting her account experience. Thank you.

Because of none-functional charts and shown price of a stock I couldn’t close my positions in time and lost over 2,5K and got no refund from Etoro. customer support sent me an Email after 2 weeks saying “none-functional charts don’t effect order execution”

I have opened up several trades in the last 2 days immediately showing losses; one around -5%; two around -10%; & the final one over -13% This is unacceptable and no way to do business. I've been on the platform since 2020 and have now bee through at least 4 account managers! Each as unresponsive and slow ad the next one. I literally have never got an issued resolved by any of them. My most recent question was how do I get my Champion status back of which said criteria I meet am due at least 1 back payment of. Typically I was told I would get a response and didn't and now it seems my account manager has gone the way of the rest of them and has been sacked!

Price on etoro & plus500 match patterns all day but as soon as FTSE closes at 4:30pm the after hours trade is significantly different & worst on etoro. Wild price drops which has activated my stop loses which does not happen on other platforms
