@eToroTeam may i suggest that since you make it clear you are not listing SGB yet, that you may give the user the ability to request a transfer from your cold wallet to a wallet who's address they may send via customer service request email?

@eToroTeam @eToro We will miss out on other airdrops because of etoro actions.I will never buy again on here. They are blaming liquidity! transfer our tokens to our trusted supporting songbird wallet. How many of xrp holders are missing out on delegating on flare network. disgusting behaviour.

@eToro you’re a disgrace. You don’t answer any customer service requests via e-mail, with no phone service, then when you withdraw your funds you not only take a $25 dollar fee but when I transfer $2005 and only receive £1494 in the currency converter, which is short of £250.

@eToroTeam step 1. user send their sgb wallet address via customer service email step 2. etoro verifies eligibility and number of sgb tokens step 3. if eligible etoro send token to the wallet address given by user is it really that hard?

@eToroTeam With 10 days to go until the $EXFI Snapshot, we would like to make you all aware that if certain exchanges fail to support the $SGB airdrop in time for our snapshot, these exchange balances will be excluded from the snapshot. This means $SGB holders will receive more $EXFI. 👍🏼

@eToroTeam I already asked for help withdrawing my doge and no help. The issue now is these arbitrary amounts. All YOU need to do is actually be responsive and get withdrawals enabled after 6 months. You deal with 17 cryptos but only allow withdrawal of like 6 after all this time.
