@eToroService @eToro Raising a ticket is a bit of a joke. Have raised two to try and resolve an issue, all I got back was a generic reply that didn’t help at all. It then says to reply to the email if the issue is still open, I’ve replied twice only to get one back saying the email is not active.

Been locked out of my @eToro account since 4th of December 2020 due to a bug from their end which has also been confirmed by themselves. Numerous emails after and I still cannot log in. They reply once every 2 weeks with an apology it's taking this long.

@eToroService It's back on. Thanks for fixing the issue. Please note that my criticism is a reflection of the current atmosphere where brokers are willfully restricting access to their platforms for the purpose of what seems to be disadvantaging traders.

@eToroService still no reply or help. I’ve left tickets, msged on Facebook, msged on Twitter and still got absolutely nowhere. I keep receiving emails saying that my account will soon be limited, yet my proof of address just doesn’t upload. Been stuck on 95% verified for 5 days!
