@eToroService No compensation, really? Technical back up solutions like extra servers do exist and are used in the industry. These technical issues shouldn't happen and if they do, it's not the customer's fault.

@johnnyBIGJ @eToro The worst part is the support is not actually resolving this. The best they came up with, was to confirm I've given them correct bank information. But somehow they've send the money elsewhere...that was 2 months ago

Pretty frustrating that after nearly a month @eToro still hasn't verified my account. Is the rest of their service this slow too? Is there another trading app I could look in to instead?

@eToro I have now left a 1 star review on the app store. I decided to give you the benefit of the doubt after the recent no service fiasco. However, the $600 minimum copy limit is an outrage.

@johnnyBIGJ @eToro You can find a lot of us on Facebook (there's a whole page dedicated to people with such problems as mine). Also the last few post I made on Etoro have several people confirming this problem. Their @eToroService has also people complaining for having not received their money.

@Sondbg @eToro I must have done 50 or more withdraws this past year - day 2 around 3pm after I do the withdraw on the site it hits my bank, I actually don’t know of anyone else who’s had an issue either.?
