@eToro @eToroService After 24 hours, I still haven't received a response to my case. Yesterday the platform fell all day !! Automatic SLs were activated, that's not the Customer's fault. I had no option to do anything, nor did the offline platform work.. This is piramid scam?

@eToroService This wasn’t maintenance or routine - I have open my support ticket , not the first time for me and received some compensation. The common factor is that these outages when prices have dropped quickly - volume of stop losses triggering , system can’t cope?

@reece_parke @GameHardUK @eToroService I think the communication is a problem. If you look at issues with other modern tech companies, say Cloudflare, you get forensic detail so you can judge whether it’s an honest mistake, a real technical problem, or incompetence. You don’t get that here.
