Wild price drops which has activated my stop loses which does not happen on other platforms

No information about how long it will take them to review 1 single bank statement. This must be one of the worst customer services ever. Almost like a scam.

Fun fact, i forgot to apply for refund in the end, probably ended, but motivation was all I needed.

I require compensation for this as it’s ridiculous this has happened
