Such managerial changes are harmful to player development. The board needs to back Arteta's project which they all signed off on knowing d risks.

This is a badly balanced squad, with bad characters in. You want to get rid of the guy who actually has standards. The problem is the players.

@WBA @eToro A side playing with no direction, no flair, no philosophy. Hiring a dinosaur to bail you out but he’s clearly passed it. Overspent on a bad striker, Grady and Gallagher don’t deserve this either. Just constantly hoofing it up without any pattern of play. Abysmal stuff..
