@eToroService I've been tweeting your team since Jan 29, and submitted a ticket on Jan 31. It has been roughly 22 days and still no update. Your website states it'll take up to 14 days for a response. Please just refund me the fee for no service. I'm sick of waiting.

@eToroService It absolutely was affiliated with my ticket. My ticket was about enforced SL/TP - you then sent a patronising email whilst totally ignoring the fact that your platform was malfunctioning. I'm here to highlight your terrible platform & warn others, not to escalate a ticket.

@eToro this is the 13th day and counting after sending money to my account. A lot of emails & open tickets later still nothing in my balance, still "under review", no explanation from your customer service but the same copy-paste "thanks for your patience". This sucks big time.😡
