@TheFCA Please look into @eToroService unable to login all day, no control over any open trades and no response for help as i can't even log into my account. This seems to be happening regularly and coincidently insides with days of big market moments leaving investors helpless.

@eToroService @eToro Since 3pm GMT (so for 6 hours) neither, myself or anyone i know with an @eToro account has been able to login - PLUS the laughable thing you call 'offline tool' doesn't even work!! ASAP all people i know are emptying their accounts - I hope many other people will also follow us.

@eToroService How can you ensure that when (not if) this happens again and we close positions using the offline mode it closes at that price, not when service resumes? I’ve lost my faith in you, this has happened far too many times and it stinks. Will we be compensated?

@UaeSkills @eToroService I'm relatively new to eToro. Has this happened consistently over the 4 years? This kind of system failure is ridiculous during market events like this. I expect the rest of the week to be more tumultuous with the Fed meeting in Congress. If they're down all week I'm leaving.
