  You might see some more of video content attached to my posts as finally I found robotized translate solutions of fair quality. It started with motivation🐂campaign by @eToro - test AI and we will refund expenses of your tests. Most of tests failed, but some few changed some of my tasts. I wanted to express gratitude. Fun fact, i forgot to apply for refund in the end, probably ended, but motivation was all I needed.

  @eToro The platform is excellent, but unfortunately it does not support XRP. There is an error with the XRP code: when sending the code from the eToro platform to the Binance platform to withdraw XRP, it shows that the code is incorrect. We kindly ask eToro to review the XRP code

  @eToroTeam 15 days now waiting for @eToro to "review" my documents to return MY money. 15 days where my money was generating interest for them and not for me. How often does this happen? How much money are you keeping from customers to make a full interest for you? It looks bad.

  @eToroTeam when I log into my account, there is no sign of my cash ISA. Clicking on the ISA tab in the menu gets “ an error has occurred, please try again“. Very worrying to find your money has disappeared… and your customer service chat is completely unresponsive as usual.

  @eToroTeam 13 days investigating and reviewing a bank statement...excessive like eToro requests. When asked for a timeframe, no answer. @eToro is in breach of clause 26.5 and 14.10, and people deserve to know how bad and slow is your customer service team.

  @etoro your customer service is an absolute disgrace. You claim issues are “resolved” when they’re clearly not. I’ve been blocked from withdrawing my own money for days — support case #07685184 has gone nowhere, and your complaint form doesn’t even work. Sort this out NOW

  @eToro 27 days with my money held by @eToro, ignoring their own T&Cs as they did not communicate it to me. And 23 days to review my bank statement and confirm it is MY money. Why is eToro so incompetent? Why does your customer service sucks? Why don't you follow your own T&Cs?

  @eToroTeam I got a generic reply saying due to price gaps or volatility then the ticket was closed. Neither of those are issues with Metaplanet and trading has been unavailable for at least a few days
