@eToroService @eToro Four hours and still not resolved. Constantly closing markets during times of volatility, trades that take over 10 minutes to close on occasions and removing leverage on so many stocks. It’s a fail from @eToro. Service no longer fit for purpose.

@eToroService We are at eToro know how stressful could be watching red market so we decided to shut down the entire useless platform until everything is up again at least 20% so we help our customers stay away, take a break, go for a walk..

@eToroService @eToro If you have a load issue just put more servers, hire competent people that can solve it, you are not the first service dealing with too many requests, other websites handle billions of requests per minute without any issues, and I highly doubt you have that kind of volume.
