@eToroService Not really good enough. If your servers cannot handle the traffic, increase your capacity. We pay you to be our broker, we shouldn't be locked out of our accounts when there is a correction. What would you do if there is a market crash?

@eToroService You can apologize when the mishap is minor, when it takes practically all day and causes economic losses, being a service purely based on the search for monetary gain, the apologies already become insignificant. Users must be compensated.

Those who are unlucky to be @eToro @eToroService customers should know that the incident they are dealing with is far larger than just a technical glitch. The facts should be out eventually but I suspect it is a serious malware/ransomware related security incident. #etorodown

@eToroService I don't think sincere apologies make up for the losses that so many people have taken today due to etoro being down. This is happening to often and the worst part is we never get any explanation as to why it's happening. Coincidentally it happens on volatile days. 🤔🤔🤔🤔
