Miguel (@1118Miguel) reported@eToro Now they just told me to go at visa support to ask them to investigate an ARN and visa told me they dont do that (etoro just wasting my time) Also told me "if visa can not help you ask them for a non recipt letter in order for us to keep investigating" dude what? thats your job!!
