No information about how long it will take them to review 1 single bank statement. This must be one of the worst customer services ever. Almost like a scam.

Dan (@dancatroc) reported@eToro My wife was sim hacked and lost access to her account. She opened a ticket 4 days ago and is still getting messages saying her money is being transferred into crypto. This is outrageous. Funds are not safe on this platform and customer services are non existent.

Very worrying to find your money has disappeared… and your customer service chat is completely unresponsive as usual.
