Price on etoro & plus500 match patterns all day but as soon as FTSE closes at 4:30pm the after hours trade is significantly different & worst on etoro. However, we have not been able to receive any response from her for several days. This lack of communication is becoming very frustrating as no support or follow-up is being provided. If this issue cannot be handled by the assigned account manager, please assign her a different account manager as soon as possible. We would appreciate urgent assistance, as this situation is affecting her account experience. Thank you.
