@TheFCA I have a complaint about @eToro, they regularly go down their services when the market has a massive movement disallowing all users to trade, for example, today, there are thousands of users complaining about it.

@spooky_mulderrr @eToroService Their TOS clearly states they are responsible for your losses (article 25) as this outage does not fall under the Exceptional Event clause (article 29) and is outrageous negligence from their part (as it happened more than 6 time in 2 months)
