@EchoMariKa @eToroService I've been with them a while and I urge you to find another broker. Their service is beyond shocking - huge amounts of downtime, crashes at peak times, delays etc.

@EchoMariKa @eToroService I hear you. The crypto spreads are terrible though - like paying a 2.5% fee instead of a 0.25% fee (or less) with crypto exchanges. I've done quite a lot of both but in the end etoro's poor service has pushed me and a lot of other people away. Good luck!

Let us be frank and not negative, @eToro is good for stocks if we dodge technical problems, and it also has an easy money withdrawal method, they just have to review their papers regarding cryptocurrencies, currently what they do in this market may be considered a fraud. #TRX

Pro customer service tip for you @eToro: When a case seems complicated (for you) assign ONE person to the case. I have spoken to about 5 people about my case since January, does not help. I won't bother with it anymore, but you really need help. cc @yoniassia
