No information about how long it will take them to review 1 single bank statement. This must be one of the worst customer services ever. Almost like a scam.

Frankly I'm surprised it's taken this long for fees to start coming down on these ETFs. Still too much IMO but maybe I'm biased because my copiers on @eToro pay 0.0% - yes that's shameless self promotion :)

I require compensation for this as it’s ridiculous this has happened
