@eToroService @eToro Lot of other platforms like T212, Webull and so many others are giving free shares and after such a major outage on such a volatile opportunistic day the least that should be done is to give a certain %/share as an apology rather than an email at least to club members

@eToroService I would suggest that if you have any chance of rebuilding confidence in your platform before your IPO you release the details of this "technical issue" rather than a vague suggestion of an unknown problem.

@eToroService Whats to stop this happening again ? Already had multiple issues in the last few months, yesterday cost me a fortune unable to hedge my portfolio, buy the dips or close out positions i would of, trust is gone for me, shame etoro has potential but you cant get the basics right.

@eToroService @binance was down for a few mins last week and people's account was showing as 0, they however acted fast and fixed it asap unlike etoro, a lot of money lost and a lot of opportunities gone, this was shambolic

@TradePoorly @eToroService Agreed, as a cloud enterprise engineer and having to deal with these exact same issues for much larger companies this is unacceptable and I'd be asked to hand in my resignation. I want some detailed answers as to what went wrong and proof of their BCP and why that failed.

@knorbi19 @eToroService Centralised exchanges are the worst! They make money by getting people rekt, especially with margin trading. They are "down" whenever there's high volatility and they censor what/when people can buy. Take control of your finances. Remember: Not your keys, not your crypto!
