No information about how long it will take them to review 1 single bank statement. This must be one of the worst customer services ever. Almost like a scam.

I had to personally ask them 20 times to add the YTD chart back onto the app. Why in the world would a brokerage not tell you your YTD performance. 2. It took 4 different agents last time to find someone competent enough and with half a brain for them to actually physically help me. 3. There’s now 3 different ways to check your YTD performance. The first is wrong by around 7 or 8% how? The second was around 12 hours delayed but was accurate, this is now frozen and has now not updated for nearly 2 days? The last is now just completely wrong and the chart doesn’t even make sense 💀 What an absolute **** show of a business. This is a warning to everyone not to use EToro, i will soon be moving my funds if this absolute joke of a business doesn’t improve. - if you’re starting your investment journey avoid EToro at all costs.
