However, we have not been able to receive any response from her for several days. This lack of communication is becoming very frustrating as no support or follow-up is being provided. If this issue cannot be handled by the assigned account manager, please assign her a different account manager as soon as possible. We would appreciate urgent assistance, as this situation is affecting her account experience. Thank you.
