Most annoying thing with @FacebookGaming is the fact that intergration with stream deck, lack of chat room, etc, i think they need to work on channels etc rather than a page, similar to twitch. thats the only thing that could drag me back to purple

@TimJJoyce @FacebookGaming The only thing that has put me off is viewers having to use their real name accounts to comment. I did learn today that they can create a page then use that to comment but thought that might be to much work for some people.

@TimJJoyce @FacebookGaming Point 5 (Probably user error) I struggled to understand and figure out how to stream via FB gaming. There is info online, but I had a bit of a challenge finding it and then understanding it properly. You actually do it through Creator Studio, which I didn't realise at first. 5/?

@FacebookGaming @Facebook @Jason_Rubin Wife's account was hacked. Hacker changed the recovery email/#, so no auto recovery. Filed many reports that it was hacked. Unlike a responsible corporation, no live customer support, no CS chat, no help ticket. We have no one to turn to for help. How is that acceptable?

@JDubeous @FacebookGaming Nothing drama-related. Just a technical/support-related issue that they dropped the ball on for way too long for my liking. I can only get so many auto-responses until I switch my plan and keep the show going, so I've been doing my streams on @YouTubeGaming instead.

@TimJJoyce @FacebookGaming 2) Seems like no discoverability for pages with less than 100 viewers. Whilst not an issue for creators coming (or being bought) from other platforms, seems like a really difficult place to start a streaming journey.
