@Meta @neymarjr @FacebookGaming Why does Facebook/meta not give good customer support? I have an account that has had marketplace blocked for supposed violations; yet I haven’t used the account in months and the representatives won’t tell me the issue. They just repeat I have violations.

@PadsterLive @FacebookGaming Mods constantly getting banned for ridiculous reasons; streamers aren’t getting paid out due to an issue that they try to fix but are unable to, put in a support ticket only to get a response that they can’t be helped.

@TheiMoe @FacebookGaming I didn’t have any issues that would of caused it and after submitting a support ticket the only message I got back was “were looking into it”. Bonus expired and views on reels were significantly dropped.

There used to be a time when @FacebookGaming support replies back to even the smallest creators like me. But now their bots just sends you an article multiple times and you are stuck with no help. I miss those times. @Meta

@TheiMoe @FacebookGaming No yeah that was all previous knowledge. But my concern is with these issues that are constantly popping up, there is no communication. No transparency between the creators and the platform. Like I had the reel bonus, first day I activated it I was hit with a policy issue….

@samXwiiseGaming @FacebookGaming You gotta remember there’s thousands and thousands of streamers probably logging tickets. Facebook gaming is still new-ish to the stream game. I got hit with all of those issues but they didn’t affect my money so I got lucky I guess. Hope it works out for you

@AngryVetGaming @FacebookGaming They’re never gonna fix it unless you’re Partnered because then they have managers to handle their issues but other than that, there’s no REAL fb support. Ive had a demonetization issue for the past 11 months and no resolution. Made me switch to Twitch for that and love it here!

Today, your facebook is too much slow. Moreover, in Pakistan evening time your Web.whatsapp was not working.
