Wish there was a way to disable video calls on #Facebook I NEVER want to use it and as soon as I login to my page, my messenger blows up with video calls from random dudes I don’t want to talk to. Hate the lack of control I have with FB 😣

@editingemily No, I won’t either. I turned off “Hey Siri”, too and try not to use any app known for blatant privacy breaches (like Facebook/messenger). Amazon shares ring footage with the police to spy on your neighbors. Don’t help build the surveillance state.

@AppleSupport Apple Watch 5. Latest OS. Dictation in Messages is working now. Looks like the issue is specific to Messenger now, which I assume is a matter for Facebook - the dictation microphone icon disappeared. I’ve tried reinstalling the app & rebooting the device. Thanks for your response

@piesaac I still have an account, but I barely go on it-- just to occasionally check on a group I help run and for the Messenger functionality. I don't have the app on my phone, and I trained myself to stop and think "wait, you hate Facebook" every time I would usually open a tab of it.
