And with a (surprise) baby on the way, I am looking at nursery cameras. But if I can integrate a @googlenest cam instead, that would be best because I don’t want to leave the ecosystem. Hoping for something good down the pipe.

Oh. It is a 30 min diagnostic on an issue I’ve already spent over an hour on. The thermostat is bad. We know this, @googlenest. It didn’t get better in the first hour, it isn’t getting better in the second.

@googlenesthelp Come on Google Nest! I love your products and have 3 thermostats. One went bad and you sent a replacement. I sent the bad one back but it did not arrive on time. You charged me! 2 phone calls and a couple of emails and I still can't seem to get my money refunded!

After months, @googlenest still doesn’t have their act together with accounts that have migrated from Nest login to Google—months after being reported, you still cannot log into the AppleTV version of the app once you’ve migrated. Maybe it’s time to switch to @ArloSmartHome

@googlenesthelp it’s very annoying that every time the app signs me out and I need to sign in via Google, it acts like it’s the first time I’ve ever signed in, asking me if Google can access my account, sending me security alerts, etc.

@googlenesthelp I don’t really believe that you’re looking to improve! You broke the AppleTV app when introducing Google sign in, almost two years ago now, and have apparently just abandoned it. I’m a long time Nest customer and it sucks to feel like Google just doesn’t care.

Getting fed up of @googlenest cameras, slow to show picture, constantly requiring re-logging on, no good when quick image is required for security, maybe slowing down people on legacy subscriptions? Before you ask, have 200mb Internet, and all cameras excellent Wi-Fi

@madebygoogle @madebygoogle when I bought a new home, I purchased a lot of Nest products to help keep my wife and young children safe. If there had been an actual emergency though, I have little faith my Nest products would have actually helped me. #googlenest #Nest

I'd just finished cleaning the home and as a joke asked Google assistant if I was amazing. She said I was more amazing than Beyonce which is straight up sacrilege. Shut it down @googlenest shut it down.
