I have been on the phone everyday to be transferred from person to person or disconnected and still dont have a resolution.

So, Trying to find what works/is available in canada (NA). There are "smart" ones from Kidde and a homebridge plugin. Any help?!

I've tried everything from reset, to router reset, an other trouble shooting methods. It's never connected since the day I purchased it new. I firmly believe its the nest device not working.

The lady I asked if they had a backup battery option because our association harasses us by cutting the power. They don't know that @googlenest makes a power connector that connects to the furnace. Rob Williams (@codeslubber) reported@CoffindafferFBI Note on systems thinking and why compute systems are still such garbage: minute those cameras are disabled in a systematic way, 911 needs to be called by the system, for sure she had @googlenest subscription service. Product once again has been demonstrated to be utterly USELESS.
