@googlenesthelp Hi, it’s an apartment; I don’t know what software. I’ve turned it down very low & the number remains the same. (Is the 81 the temp inside?). I stood on a chair & tried to feel air & It’s warm air. I switched it on & off trying to reset the system.

@googlenest Hello, I'm having issues with my nest hello, it wont connect to wifi. It has a nc023 fault code. I tried to reset it by pressing the button in on the hello for 10 seconds but still no luck. It has a solid green lite above the camera. Help please

Hey @googlenesthelp: I have a nest account I now access thru google. Initially, my spouse ended up being the owner which means I cannot control Nest subscriptions. So I removed the cams fr owner's acct, added them in mine, and he's still the owner! What a mess? How do I fix this?

Wtf is happening w @Google Home app? I upgraded to a @googlenest router explicitly bc it is backwards compatible w Google wifi. No wifi points are found, forced to use Home to set them up and a bug just sends me back to home screen whenever I try to add a device @googlenesthelp.

@googlenesthelp my Google nest will not connect wifi. I have reset all network settings on the device and have rebooted my router. All other wireless devices find a d connect with no issues. Help!

Hey @googlenesthelp : How can a person who is designated "owner" in Nest pass ownership to someone else and take themselves out of the group altogether? Managing Nest has become such a nightmare now with google, I wish I'd never bought #NestCams. What a bad investment.

@googlenesthelp Sorry - not on twitter much. Thermostat does not show any error as far as I know. When I try to connect to a known-good and connectable network, even manually, it cannot find any networks. I'm in the USA.

Do not ******* buy a @googlenest thermostat. This **** is crap. It has one ******* job, to hear the house to the temperature selected and it will not ******* do it. I’m so damn frustrated. Ready to take this **** back and just get an old school dumb thermostat

Omg again with @googlenest and the offline smart lock I am so disappointed with the fact that after almost 2 years with minor issues it is having disconnects a few times a day and not syncing with the app anymore.

@googlenesthelp is there a Nest outage? All nest devices stopped working and cannot add new devices on Android. Just keeps prompting for info about nest account which was migrated a very long time ago. #googleNest #nestoutage
