@googlenesthelp @googlenest im trying to view nest cam on my nest hub and I'm being asked to add device via Google home app. When I add device on home app it asks to sign in with nest account, but it's not accepting password. I click reset pw but dont receive a reset email. Help!

@googlenest They are not playing the 'Help me relax a white noise' command. No white noise. Shows on app but no sound on the speaker. Speakers working mic on and off sound is coming.

@googlenest I can enjoy 4K Dolby Vision with Disney+ when I listen The Mandalorian episodes but my first 4K rent on Google Play is a disaster. Not worth the price I've paid. It looks like it's a Codec problem.

@googlenest Yes. It happens on multiple apps. Certainly on Hulu. Sometimes on HBO Max, somtimes on others. Started when we bought the new Chromecast w Google TV. Had an older chromecast that had no issue before. Have reset the device and unplugged device and tv.

@googlenest heat stopped working on the nest again when it’s 15 degrees out. Many others have had same issue. How many hours do I have to waste troubleshooting your device before we admit a regular thermostat is a much better option. Nest is beyond aggravating and wasteful.

@googlenest actually, that'd be great. have the new chromcast w google tv. have been having to switch back and forth between 24hz and 60hz depending on what we're watching, does chromecast not auto regulate any longer? never had an issue before...

@googlenest I wasn't able to reset my device. The chromecast remote wouldn't work, seems frozen. My tv remote wouldn't work either. Could only turn tv on/off. I disconnected it from my tv. Put roku back in... it's working. I tried reinstalling the chromecast. Error screen came back.

@googlenest 2 hrs with support and nest is STILL broken, heat still not on. A healthy dose of broken English, agent sarcasm, and some broken wires, too. Worst customer service ever. And yes it’s the nest, we switched out the upstairs and downstairs and the working one still works

@googlenest It’s in the bin now, it’s constantly just stopping playing anything from Spotify or radio (BBC or Virgin via Tunein) there’s mega (locked) threads on the issue on the nest community, seems to have never been fixed
