I swear my Nest Audios and hubs are getting worse by the day. I used to be able to sing praises about it, but now I wanna throw them out every week. @googlenest fix your stuff, please. Or maybe Google Assistant as a whole is getting worse, I don’t know, but it’s super annoying.

@googlenest @Google @GoogleIndia 5 weeks into reporting an issue with Google Nest Hub. Customer Diagnosed and confirmed replacement by redington, its been 5 weeks, no contact, update. Very disappointed !!!

@googlenesthelp I have a nest thermostat that will not connect to my WiFi network. I have reset it, my router, modem multiple times over the last week. Taken the unit off to power it completely down multiple times. It just will not find any WiFi signal when searching.

My Nest Protect (battery version, EU) just failed spectacularly in the middle of the night. It let off a interference sound (Audio distortion), flashed its blue LED and went dark. Removing the batteries & putting them back in has no effect. It’s dead now :( Any help @googlenest?

@googlenesthelp my nest will not find any wifi networks . Stopped working about 2 weeks ago. Every other appliance in house finds wifi straight away. I have reset and typed in wifi name and password so many times. At a loss what to do now. Can you help please. Thank you.

@Lindabr84194095 @googlenesthelp I am having the same issue. Followed the troubleshooting instructions to the dot multiple times, to no avail. Three nest devices on the same wifi, everything worked perfectly for about a year then one stopped working, so it is definitely a Nest issue, not a wifi issue.

@googlenesthelp It’s the infamous w5 error. Now, even after a full factory reset the unit seems unable to detect _any_ Wi-Fi network. Unit model is the Backplate-6.5

@googlenest @madebygoogle Our newly installed nest is NOT recharging, 2 calls for support, 85° humid dog dayz of summer and they want me to wait 48 hours for a link to replace the defective unit! NO AC for over a week over a nest!!! HELP

Too bad the #ringapp is SUCH a HUGE issue. I'm about to toss my @ring cameras, my solar panel that barely works, and my echo show into the trash and get the @googlenest cameras instead. Can't even add a shared user without issues! Can't do anything w/o issues, really!
