@googlenesthelp all of my Nest Cameras have started sending me notifications even though they have been told NOT to send when people are home. This started sometime early this week. 2 neat outdoor cams, an indoor and a Hello all have this issue. The app knows I’m home.

@googlenest Its frustrating that they can sign in on other tvs, chromebooks at school, tablets, phones but not the Google TV in our living room while under "Family Link Supervision."

@googlenest Hi there. My Nest thermostat seems to have stopped communicating. The iPhone app the Energy History has no updates since last Thursday. When I looked on the web interface it says ‘Come back tomorrow to see what your thermostat has been up to’. Help please‽

@andyyang @googlenesthelp Their support leaves a lot to be desired. Wasted my time and no solution on this same problem I've had and as you saw others I'd be fine with "we're aware of an issue and investigating further". Pick a few people to help debug vs asking everyone to do the same things

@googlenest Will not find any networks. I’ve reset to factory defaults and gone through all the troubleshooting with one of your agents. Seems like it’s a known issue based on what I’m reading all over the internet. Unfortunately I’m out of warranty.

@adamlaiacano @googlenest Spoiler alert, spent over 6 months on a FB messenger support exchange with Nest about my Nest Protect having an error. The conversation went nowhere and was incredibly frustrating and repetitive. Don't get your hopes up.

@googlenest @dt02400 Jumping in to echo @rawlejon and Dave. Nest user here in Massachusetts, USA. My iPhone shows Wednesday Jan 20 as the last day of history, my SO’s shows Thursday Jan 21 (or DID… until he restarted his phone and now it’s showing NOTHING in history). Clearly a server/cloud issue.
