Does it take someone with a four digit IQ at Google to design a feature for their @googlenest speakers to turn themselves down after playing music at 2pm so that when you ask for the time at 10pm it isn’t screaming the answer to you in your silent bedroom? Dogshit product.

painful to let go of sunk cost of just buying @Linksys Velops but moved to @googlenest WiFi and it’s like a breath of fresh air for my 3-5 node network. Five minute install and no more drops ! Should have dropped Velops years ago instead of thinking upgrading would help.

@googlenesthelp my nest protect gen 2 battery smoke alarm required new batteries. I replaced them with the recommended type in the correct way but it continues to report as batteries low. Can you help? It’s unnerving to be unprotected in my home.

@TeamYouTube Thanks for the support! I reinstalled the app and tried it. In doing so, the following event was isolated. This issue appears to occur when connected to a GoogleNest speaker. It does not occur with Device speakers. Where can I report the problem?

@jjeffrose @googlenest That was bad fall. I did that once with a laptop in my hand. It went 30 feet in the air in what seemed like slow motion. Hope you feel ok tomorrow.

@googlenesthelp The nest is in the USA. Bartlett Illinois to be specific. Do you need the model and serial number? I am fairly technical and do my research. There seems to be some sort of device issue it seems.

@googlenest twice since friday my Gen 3 nest thermostat jumped up to 80° (from 69°) at night causing my system to run non-stop for 6+ hours. After the first time I turned off all "eco" and auto-scheduling functions and ensured that no schedules were set. Didnt work. Pls Help.

@googlenesthelp, my NEST app has been down all day, save for a few minutes mid-day. Is this system-wide? What’s going on? Never had this happen before, even in extreme weather, and the Google Home app is still working, so it’s just the NEST app.

Really don't recommend buying things from @googlenest, their devices break all the time leaving your house unsecured, then they charge your credit card after making it difficult to return the broken device to them 🥰 Looking online I'm not the only person they've done this to

@googlenest Have this problem ever since installing nest, but only with the furnace. A/C works fine. I’ll wake up in the middle of the night to a freezing house. The nest thermostat and app will say that the furnace is on and heating, but the furnace is off.

@googlenesthelp Please help. I updated the app awhile back and apparently it wiped my credentials. I can't sign in - I've tried every email address I have and none send me a password. Support said I have to climb up 20 foot ceilings to rescan all my devices. That is not possible.

@googlenesthelp Yes, on the home computer, my husband’s phone, and my phone. Same thing with all. They work fine then one will start resetting, later one will go offline, then all will go off except one, the app will work for an hour then will not work except for one camera…
