@googlenesthelp You can’t help. Thanks, though, social media person. Nest setup and use was easy and straightforward. The Google Home app is awful. New thermostats need new homes by themselves (a known bug, apparently). I liked my nest cameras but won’t buy new ones.

Own a @googlenest thermostat & been sleeping like trash for a couple weeks? You probably got enrolled in “Seasonal Savings” - a program designed to determine which you value more: comfort or the opportunity to hypothetically save a few bucks. You can turn it off in “history” tab

@googlenest - Hands down the worst customer service experience I have ever had with any company EVER. My current issue is now over 1 year old. A year is a hell of a long time to go back and forth with customer service over 1 problem.

@googlenesthelp I have a Nest Thermostat Pro Edition. It was installed last August of 2020. The issue started about 6 months ago when I noticed it was not connecting to my Nest App on my phone.

Yes, I'm am edge case, but just straight up denying the ability to sign in with my @google workplace account is short-sighted. Give me more options in the workplace admin area, hell, make them opt in and 5 levels deep. My @googlenest max display camera is useless rn due to this

@googlenesthelp Sorry a Nest Thermostat. Get a W5 error if I go into Network. If I try to do a software reset which looks for a network it gives me the Searching blue ring and doesnt find anything. I’m in the UK is this the correct Twitter account?

@googlenesthelp @jordanfd @elizgreiner11 And when you send us to DM, you give instructions to restart thermostat, sign out/sign in to the app. You treat it like a local issue, make customers do pointless troubleshooting. Do better, please! Fix the issue and then tell us what was wrong to begin with.

My @googlenest is saying offline for 2 week now, there no can in change in Wi-Fi network, need a new neat before I leave town this is nonsense. I got this for a reason now it now working not cool at all. Replacement please thank you.
