I've tried everything from reset, to router reset, an other trouble shooting methods. It's never connected since the day I purchased it new. I firmly believe its the nest device not working.

Imagine if Ford shifted your car from drive to 3rd because they felt you didn't need to be in that gear. Would you be OK with that?
