    @googlenest replacement nest thermostat worked fine for months .Today dropped wifi and will not find any networks. Same issue as old thermo. spent many hours over many days in June before you sent a replacement. I have restarted,reset,entered wifi name/pw. Help!

    @googlenest I have tried to get my nest WiFi to stay connected with all the forum’s suggestions. I will be throwing this $300 system in the garbage today and buy something that both works and has some actual customer support

    @googlenesthelp how can the hot water show “off” on the app at a moment when it is set to on per the schedule ?? Have had nothing but trouble with this so far

    @googlenest Youtube and CBS apps worked without issue today. It's a Chromecast Ulta. After restarting the Chromecast and foreclosing Disney+ app it started working again.

    Nest WiFi does NOT work. I’ve exhausted all options and resources to rectify the problem to no avail. @googlenesthelp can you please send me a replacement unit.

    @googlenest Sure, but from my understanding it's problem from the app side. Because I can cc with Netflix or from any other apps.

    @googlenest help! Two kids under 5 and no heating and it is cold! The heatlink of the gen2 thermostat is not connecting despite a factory reset and pulsing blue lights! Helppppp! No idea what we do next, we can’t heat out house and in the uk in winter....

    @googlenesthelp When I try to set the audio output to the Vizio soundbar, it says "Default Speaker could not be set". It appears multiple users have had this issue based on the screenshot I provided in my initial tweet.

    @googlenest Seriously? You don't even consider that your loss of service and inability to produce video recording for the period when your service went down, isn't worthy of a discussion? It's not so much the $ that's important here. Your brush off, is taking your customer for granted!

    @googlenest and fyi, once in a while it will work after reboots and all that, but as soon as you close it and open it again it stops working, everyone having that same issue. I suggest you use your own google search and you will find out this is a wide spread issue. get on it pls

    @googlenest Everybody is having the problem not just me and I have no issues with casting any other app to any other place lots of complaints about this on reddit nobody can get Amazon prime to work properly even after uninstalling and re installing

    @googlenesthelp My door bell failed and was replaced under warranty. I have the Gen 1 Nest Aware for $50/yr. I contacted support and told me the only option is to cancel my subscription and subscribe to the newer plan for the replacement which costs more. Terrible policy!

    @googlenest When saying "resetting" what I mean is that the error screen shows up i.e. "your Chromecast faced an error" or whatever it says, then it reset. Yes that's how it is setup. No recent changes to the router no..

    Really tired of my @googlenesthelp thermostat showing offline in my app when it shows that it’s connected to the network on the actual thermostat. Previously was an intermittent problem, but now has been doing this for 3 days straight

    @googlenest Thanks for replying! It’s right next to the router and it’s been doing it since I got it back in September. It just says “help I can’t find the wifi”. I can’t reconnect it in settings, I have to reset and set it up from new

    Really bad experience. Look like known bug of faulty network card which does not allow to connect to WiFi and do not recharge later. See sevaral complaints over the net. #googlenest

    @googlenest yep. Never touched it. I just realized it did eventually stop, but I had the same issue last night. I'm trying to find another tv app with a livestream to test to compare. Far as I can tell it only shows up when casting (as opposed to native UI)

    @googlenesthelp Nest thermostat E lost WiFi connection and will not reconnect - “No networks found yet”. Bought in May 2020, issue started shortly thereafter. Tried resetting WiFi (home and on nest) and reset the nest itself. No luck. Hope you can help!

    @googlenesthelp Hi, I am in the USA. This has been going on for a year. I’ve fixed it before by doing a hard reset on the advice of your support before, but it only worked for about a month before the problem intermittently popped up again

    @googlenest Hello I notice poor WiFi speed on 2.4 GHz band connected device (laptop, smartphone various brand and os). This will happen an all my 2 Nest router and 1 nest point with voice. On 5Ghz band it's all fine. 2 H2D 13099.94.9 & 1 H2E 229149. Thanks
