    @googlenesthelp Is the RMA replacement for a new or refurbished product? Also, the fine print says I maybe changed for the product “turns out that the problem with your Nest Wifi router (Snow) isn't covered under warranty, you may be charged the full cost of the replacement item”.

    @googlenesthelp Hello. I am having the issue with my thermostat where it lost wifi connectivity and is unable to connect back to it. I guess this is a very well known problem. What can I do to fix mine? What's the number to call? Thanks

    @googlenest Windows Home 10, 64 bit. The problem started few days ago, no change made to Wi-Fi network or settings. Chromecast is way below 10 feet. I see Chrome recently get an update, so I think the problem is on browser side. As I said, chromcast still works with my android devices

    @googlenest I restarted my desktop PC. It did not fix the problem. I think there was a power outage a week or two ago. The router must have been restarted when there was a power outage. The Chromecast problem happened after that. I do not know how the check the router

    @googlenesthelp I purchased the Google Nest Learning thermostat about 3 months ago, it has been great until yesterday when it disconnected from my WiFi. I have followed all trouble shooting steps with no resolve. What do I do to fix this issue? Thank you.

    @chrisoshea @googlenest I've had multiple support calls and chat (10-15), alongside a bunch of emails and they still can't get it working. The refuse to issue a refund and now their own system won't let me order a replacement that they offered three weeks ago.

    @googlenest Well, I was setting up a Hub Max when it started, but now it happens just trying to login into the app with my email address. I can login with other accounts just fine. Just having issues with the account that I created my “home” with a year or so ago.

    @googlenest - your support team is abysmal. They do no investigation- just rote “press the reset” style instructions. 90min later, still doesn’t work. Great engineering can be undone in a poor interaction like this.

    @googlenest Obviously not shot with Nest cameras. If it was made with Nest Cameras, you would just see a series of still images and extremely choppy video. Google turned Nest into trash. **** Google

    @googlenesthelp My issue is still not resolved despite DMing you! I bought a defective nest and mailed it back but the replacement was only one part of the product. I now have less than I starters with and I’ve been trying to get this resolved for 3 months. THIS IS THEFT!!

    @SamsungSupport @googlenesthelp I've been having this problem with my S20+ that it's always disconnecting from my Wifi. I have a Google Nest Wifi router but I don't know what's the problem. I tried everything on my phone and my router but it's still acting up

    @googlenesthelp We bought the best may/June 2018 and it has worked perfectly fine until now. Connected to the WiFi first day. No devices are having WiFi trouble besides the nest.

    @googlenesthelp I had already been working with support and they issued an RMA after I submitted a diagnostic file. The issue now is the link expired. Can you help? This has been going on for far too long.

    @googlenesthelp Yes all devices just went down for 15 mins, I just look at my nest cam feeds and see all the drops. Very unhappy with Google nest WiFi!

    @googlenest It's my view that your Nest Wifi simply doesn't work properly with products running Apple IOS - one of your team agreed with me that this was the case. There is clearly an issue but three weeks later and you guys are still stalling. It's not acceptable.

    @googlenesthelp hi - I took it down, have cleaned it with a vacuum as suggested, put it back up, it did checks was fine then about 10 minutes later gave smoke sensor error again - have left it located in a different room & same - I have now rest it but haven't added it back again yet
