    @googlenest I don’t remember the exact wording, but it asks to connect to WiFi to process requests. Restarting the device never helps and it shows as offline in the app until resetting. It looks like people have noticed the problem with mesh network routers, but I don’t have one of those.

    @googlenest Clicking around in the App or switching to it still brings the login screen up fairly regularly. Logging into that link you have took about 5 attempts (cycling between google SSO and nest login) but eventually worked. I have 3x google a/c on my phone. My guess is SSO issue.

    @googlenesthelp no help offered to us with a broken heatlink. Snowing and baby in the house and no sense or urgency to fix it so we have heating 😔

    @googlenest Yeah.. but I tried to tell you that the problem is that you guys changed the overall reply to something that doesn’t make any sense... and there was no reason to as the old reply worked fine. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it.

    @googlenest You didn't read my message, apparently. Also reinstalling the Home app didn't fix it. I'm even using one of your phones to do this. So now what do I do if I don't have another device to go thru this setup on, since I can't use my computer anymore?

    @googlenest Yes the same thing happens on both casting from the app and using voice commands. I have tried unlinking and relinking my Spotify account through the Google Home app which worked at first but then it started again. Could it potentially be due to a poor wifi connection?

    @googlenesthelp setting up a new nest wifi point I get an error “no internet signal”. I did it with google home app and all the previously steps were correct. I put the point one meter from the router. I had the new nest wifi working in my phone and I checked the nest wifi ok

    @googlenesthelp can you help me understand something? when I ask my Google Home hub to shuffle music by an artist why does it default to YouTube and not YouTube music? It tells me there's nothing available on YouTube. I don't think of "shuffle" as a video word.

    @googlenest I was assuming this was an NHL issue. Their website implies Android 5.0 or later is minimum phone requirements, and that Chromecast is allowed. But every year @NHL breaks things. I have been on hold on their 1-800 number for one hour.

    @madammarsh @Suavebones @googlenest 70 is impossible to sleep. It wakes me up in a bad mood EVERY MORNING. Luckily I can turn it back down from my phone. But “smart” isn’t smart if it won’t do what you ask.

    @googlenest how do I stop seasonal savings on nest? wtf is google changing my house temperature without my consent?! App keeps crashing and nothing about turning it off in “history” in the app like the google article says. No way to opt out in the msgs. Plz help

    @googlenesthelp since I got my broken Nest Smart Thermostat replaced over a month ago, it's been everything but smart; Heating the house up at night, overruling schedules but also ignoring geofencing and heating up when no one is home. Is this fixable?

    @googlenesthelp hi my Nest thermostat has started reporting a W5 network error. I have Reset network, restarted thermostat many times. It cannot discover any networks, several available. Worked for about 12months then started with error. Thermostat works manually

    @googlenest When my google home is playing music through my spotify account, it seems to pause briefly like it is buffering every 30 seconds or so. Is there a way to fix this?

    @googlenest Nest Thermostat 3rd Gen Started to show W5 error and won't connect to wifi. Tried restarting Thermostat, restarting router, factory reseting thermostat, Manually entering wifi network and password and checking enough power supplied.
