Ricky Nelson (@lip_richard) reported@googlenest From what I’ve read and researched there’s a major glitch in your system that won’t allow you to change your phone number to link it up to the thermostat.. now it’s sort of becomes useless doesn’t it and I have to spend money to buy a new one.

And I'm home, walking past the firking thermostat every few minutes to warm up my coffee. It's a great product technically, but their company zealotry is offensively, aggressively bad.

Since the forced Gemini rollout, basic features (hands-free calls, routines) are broken unless I hand over more data. Safety risks in the car too. Tried everything suggested...they are just saying get an HVAC tech...but the old thermostat works just fine....this is second unit I that hasn't lasted over 2-3 years. What is exp life ?

Raymond Snijders (@rsnijders) reported@googlenesthelp Resetting the Nest Mini (unplugging/plug back in) does fix the problem temporarely but somehow the Nest Mini or the Tunein app fetches new and wrong geodata location info and it refuses a new radio session for Dutch stations like Radio 10 and Radio Veronica. Will DM tomorrow.
