    Thanks @googlenest I’ve just wasted 2 hours problem solving camera connection issues to discover the problem is your end. Not very good when you rely on reliability for such an important device.

    @googlenesthelp my nest hub max camera was offline even though the unit was showing Google photos. After approximately 15 minutes the picture came back. However just after my nest hello went down. It was clear to me the issue was yours. I then left the chat. No email came from the agent.

    @mrleeleencfc @googlenest Hey there, thanks for reaching out. We're sorry for the trouble. We've resolved the issue with Google Nest Camera devices and they should now work as expected. Could you try checking the Nest app and see if everything's good?

    @MonsieurCacahu1 @googlenesthelp Wonder why Google keeps pushing an "upgrade" to the "events only" subscription??? Unless you are monitoring, you don't see outages. Makes me wonder if Google has issues with Internet or server capacity problems. They've been throttling Chromecast Ambient images for about a year.

    @omarhaimour @googlenesthelp We got a newer one for free from some service and put it in the exact same place and it works flawlessly. It definitely seems like a hardware issue with whatever version we have... So frustrating.

    @googlenesthelp my doorbell goes offline at least 10 times a day meanwhile my internet is working fine... what’s the deal? I bought this for safety purposes and if it keeps going offline when I need it.. what’s the point?

    @googlenesthelp Yes, all back on thanks. Just could have done with a more informative email so I didn't spend my time rebooting devices trying to address a non-existent connectivity issue, maybe something to consider for any future issues?! 👍

    @googlenesthelp It was just a notification with "you garden camera has been offline for 10 minutes". I did plug it/unplug it, didn't work for a while, then it did work, got disconnected again and now seems to be working.

    @googlenesthelp @jameseblake Can’t even register or install new ringbell cameras . I deactivated and uninstalled thinking it was on my end before reading this. . . Giving me all NC errors even connecting to the thermostat etc. fix fix fix

    The @googlenest doorbell is the worst tech purchase I ever made. Please don’t buy one. You won’t be safe. It goes down all the time. They take your $ for 24/7 recording but then it’s offline half the time. No refunds. They totally scammed me. It’s awful. Cant wait to replace it

    @googlenesthelp On Nest Hello I'm now getting this nc009 15.5 error... no firewall, was working fine. Before I decide to remove and re-add the camera I had no live video but did get the notifications. Nowi can't re add to my home...

    @BrianfromSTL @googlenest Agreed. I LOVE my @ArloSmartHome setup. Have multiple wifi w 2way audio cams outside. Solar panel powered. Even have a very ancient gen1 of theirs STILL going like a champ. Was wooed by Google in the worst way to buy a Nest doorbell. Please don’t be a fool like me.

    @googlenesthelp even though I was speaking to support and they were convinced the outage was due to the location of my router and to uninstall the home app!!!!!! Grrrrrrrr
