@KOCOdamonlane @googlenest They all do. Especially if your vents are in the attic. By the time the heated air has moved to the actual supply registers the air has cooled by several degrees. Heat rises so again stressing the system to push the air down! #itscold!

@googlenesthelp I have a chromecast. The app has no option to add another streaming service. I've signed out uninstalled the app, reinstalled, etc and the issue persists. I'm trying to link Disney+

TIL, at -20C, that apparently it's a well-known issue that @googlenest *dies if it gets too cold*. In order to not need batteries, it pulls power from the AC wires. ACs turn off if it gets too cold. Nest support has a knowledge base article about this.

@googlenesthelp hello, I have a DHL returns label to return my faulty nest. I cannot organise a collection and cannot leave home as I am isolating I need help otherwise I will be charged. This is NOT good enough

Seriously @UPS !?!? 3 days late, driver knocked & ran, noted I signed when I did not, and my $6200 medication was sitting in melted ice packs, 80 degrees when it’s supposed to be between 35-45. Novartis can help me; your delivery guy, who kept his back to my @googlenest doorbell

My @googlenest thermostat stopped connecting to WiFi (seems to be a known w5 error) so I reached out to @googlenesthelp They were helpful and are processing a replacement for me - great, no problem I knew they'd walk me through troubleshooting, but one step made me face-palm

@googlenesthelp Hello, when connecting my Win10 PC to google nest after a minute the sound starts breaking and then disconnects, this issue began suddenly, got the speaker few days ago and the first day when I paired it with my pc it worked fine. I tried re-pairing but nothing.

@googlenest If you thinking of buying a nest door bell and need tech support as you can’t access, don’t. The Twitter nest support got me to PM them. All the promises they done nothing to help. No calls. It cost me £80 to sort out via nest pro agent. Poor poor service

@googlenest Wow, I'm 2 mos. into owning the Home Max, experiencing known issue of the unit dropping internet connection, and can't believe how poor the service is from Google. On same network I have a Home, Home Mini, Nest Hub and 2 Chromecasts w/o issues. Case #4-7767000031370

@googlenesthelp I’m trying to keep my heat at 63 to help with the power situation in my home state of Texas but every time I change my Nest thermostat, the thermostat changes itself right back to 66. What setting do I have to tweak to change this?

@googlenesthelp There no led light on so means there’s no power getting to it? We haven’t touched anything and everything else nest - related (thermostats / outdoor cams / screens) are working fine. It’s not a wifi network issue

@KOCOdamonlane @googlenest GET RID OF NESTS THERMOSTATS!! THEY ARE GARBAGE!! I REPEAT, GET RID OF NEST THERMOSTATS. also, you can open up the back and place a jumper between the R terminal and W to bypass and turn on your heater.
