@googlenesthelp hi, my thermostat recently keeps going offline (multiple times in a few days) despite wifi constantly working. The only fix so far is doing a factory reset. I have several other Google home devices with no issues - it’s just the thermostat. Please advise.

@googlenesthelp @dorothyboruta I've been having the same problem over the last two days. Just factory reset and it still took multiple attempts to add my thermostat to my Nest account. Also I've been unable to add my two sensors to my thermostat too.

@googlenesthelp I purchased in Best Buy at 2021 ! Reinstalled and reset nest again , reset our WiFi too , but same problems! I watched tuber , they said it happened many , it best Technically issue ! Should be contact nest support. Thank you

@googlenesthelp My nest learning thermostat is having trouble connecting to the WiFi. It is failing to find the network, tried manually adding the WiFi name and password but it refused to connect, resetting the router, thermostat etc didn't work either.

@lri @orenjacob @googlenest It does take an unconscionably long time to load. I actually use Nest with Homebridge, so I can control it with Siri, which is surprisingly nice. My only real gripe is that the Nest algorithm is a miserly, judgmental, passive-aggressive dad; always secretly turning down the heat.

I should start charging commission to @googlenest now that I’ve converted so many friends and family members. Don’t suffer through bad internet! Get what you pay for! It’s the best Wi-Fi purchase I’ve ever made!

So we bought this house with @googlenest thermostats in it 1.5 years ago, I finally caved and tried to connect them to my network to debug heating issue, and I'm now confused.. Nest app? Google home app? Why am I being asked to change my default browser? Argh. Help.

@googlenesthelp Hi I don’t know what specific model - it was installed by electrician. The issue is this thing turns on and resets to higher temperatures even when within range. I’ve gone through all the troubleshooting and this shouldn’t happen. I just want it to stay within range. Pls help.

@googlenesthelp my nest thermostat is not finding my wifi whatsoever. i have tried restarting it, tried restarting my wifi modem, tried connecting to my wifi using other devices and it finds them perfectly fine, i tried a wifi hotspot. nothing works, how do i fix this?
