@drkrmdvlpmnt @googlenest Yep. Issue started maybe an hour ago. Nest app is very slow to show any video, while Google Home app just shows the Nest cam as offline. Been working fine for months until today.

Hi @googlenesthelp my Nest Hello went offline at about 16:30 today, I've factory reset and removed it from the app, but now can't add it back - error NC009 (15.5), is there a wider problem? Thanks.

@WheresWorm @googlenesthelp At least I'm not alone. 1 cam went offline an hour, another 10 minutes ago and 3 other cams are still online. Weird.

@SuperBillyN @googlenesthelp Yeah mine is pretty bad too tbh. I've just learnt to put up with the daily disconnects which is pretty sad in itself really. Just waiting for an alternative doorbell with the same or better features and i'll switch in a heartbeat.

@googlenesthelp been trying to troubleshoot my camera issue for a while and just noticed on the help center that there is a known issue affecting connectivity. May I suggest pushing a notification to users so we don’t spin our wheels trying to figure it out on our own?

@googlenesthelp Around 1:00 EST, my Nest Doorbell went offline. I attempted to troubleshoot, with no resolve. After that failed, I tried to factory reset the device and am now receiving an NC009 code, preventing me from adding the doorbell back onto my Nest system. Someone HELP!!

@googlenesthelp my Nest Hello has been offline since around 10EDT. I’ve RESTARTED it, RESET it, redownloaded iOS app, RESTARTED Google Mesh AND Router. Green light on, ring light on, doorbell activates. But offline.

@BillyNi15595240 @googlenesthelp Same issue right now. Nest app shows camera is offline, but Google WiFi app shows it is connected to the access point which is closest.
