    @googlenest I’m in the house so can either use the thermostat or my App but app reports thermostat as offline and has done since Thursday morning

    @googlenest I have two chromecasts. One that I’ve had for a couple years & has NOT given me a problem. The new one is dropping the WiFi. The WiFi is private home WiFi.

    @googlenest The new chromecast is on the 2.4 whereas the older one is on the 5. Could this be the issue? I don’t know how to switch it.

    welp. google music is officially dead. so attempting to learn to love @youtubemusic. but i can't just say "play christmas music" on my @googlenest speaker and have that play a reasonably curated list. music from the grease soundtrack? music from the bodyguard soundtrack? wtf...

    @googlenesthelp Good morning, I have the nest learning thermostat (in the USA). This issue started about a week ago. I have restarted, reset, manually charged and entered wifi info, and reset my router. Nothing works to get my best thermostat back online.

    @wobblyHaitch @googlenest I’m having the same problem. Ask the hub to play Mi Soul radio and you get a message saying, I looked for Mi Soul and it’s not available or can’t be played right now

    @googlenesthelp . I’ve tried to reset my Neet thermostat a dozen times but it still does not connect to the WiFi . I have multiple other devices at home which are connecting to my WiFi , so I know it is not an issue with the WiFi . Please help ASAP

    @googlenest I think I'm just shocked that we're still in an era where a giant tech company whose product has failed and they've wasted hours of your time on the phone won't just say, "you know, our bad, let us replace this for you." With all we know about the cost of customer acquisition.

    @googlenest @googlesupport Attempting to use Kasa "scenes" in the Google Home app on my smartphone, shows only the last 20 Kasa "scenes" in "Adjust scenes." Limiting users to only 20 imported scenes is a "junior programmer" error. ps: Amazon Alexa app can handle all the scenes.

    @googlenest I have a nest mini. Set two alarms that have been working for a number of months now. This Wednesday my morning alarm failed to go off. Looked in Google home app, no alarms. Set them again, next day they disappeared again. Anyone else having this problem?

    @googlenest keep getting error “connection failed” on google home app for newly purchased google nest router. Followed all online support instructions but no luck. There is not even support phone number to call to get help. Didn’t expect this from google

    @googlenesthelp Guys, whan are you going to update and solve issues with Nest Audio and Wifi, there are too many disconnections, and don't say it is related to our wifi, cause i have also a google home ... no issue with it ... :( thanks for your reply

    @googlenest I think it’s a Vimeo issue. Doesn’t look like it is compatible with Chromecast, only Apple TV, unless I’m missing something. If I am wrong, then it’s completely unintuitive.

    Wow, @googlenest sucks. After 2+ hours of frustrating customer service calls where they tried to blame the issue on my HVAC system, they finally conceded that the Nest thermostat stopped functioning properly for no reason—but they won't send me a new one. I have to buy one.

    @HrishiHirway @googlenest I had a similar nightmare experience with @LGUS and a dishwasher. I feel like we should grow used to such idiocy, but, apparently we keep hope alive for some semblance of genuine customer service. I’m sorry to hear you’re having such a shitshow with them. 💙💙

    @googlenest The hockey puck one (2nd gen). My phone was having trouble syncing with the Chromecast and factory resetting the Chromecast did not help. Turns out my phone's Bluetooth was somehow interfering with its connection to the Chromecast. It works now. Wonder why the curves are there...

    @googlenest 1) no I'm not having issues playing other content. I've only noticed playback errors when playing my purchased content. 2) the problem still exists. Will Google be offering refund for defective units?

    @HrishiHirway @googlenest I have a Pixel and would absolutely love to evangelize about them except for the many, many horror stories people have shared about basic warranty repairs. Google is so afraid of committing funds to things that you're in for a bad time if you even need to contact support once

    @googlenesthelp recently migrated Nest to Google, since then had nothing but trouble. Heating turns off; shows ‘away’ when we’re home, turns on in the night. Want rid of the darn thing. It’s taking too much time. It is a dreadful product! Need something that’s truly SMART!
