    @googlenest @Google wow, had a small problem with @pureprotein and guess what? Pure Protein is taking care of it! They even apologized for the inconvenience. I'll buy more of their product, but no more Google Nest. They suck.

    @googlenest I'm not sure when it started exactly, but it was some time in the last 8 hours or so. I've tried reconnecting the apps to Google Home to no avail, but not sure how to troubleshoot after that. The devices are fine, just seems like a connection issue between Google and those apps.

    @googlenest Every day since I got the Nest WiFi. I don’t want to do anything to fix it though. I’ve given up on Nest WiFi as you can see from our support history. It has been a painful and poor experience for months.

    @AndroidPolice Mayhaps now @googlenest can take the time to fix the *** quality on wifi 🤔 Or their support line. I'd take either.

    @googlenest I have a Google hub and multiple Google home mini, yes I was able to controls my lights using the smart bulb app, but I don't know what happened to my Google devices, they seem to be working again now, was there an issue with Google?

    @googlenest Arlec/BrilliantSmart. The problem got self-healed after some time as usual. Look like it was some connectivity issues between Google and BrilliantSmart (as it was still working). Not something you can fix, more about "why do I need internet/AWS to switch the lights on"

    @googlenest Yes I do. I tried the suggestion on checking accounts linked. I was not part of their home and only his account was linked. I have since rejoined their home to try and unlink everything again see if they will help?

    @googlenesthelp do you guys offer a satisfaction guarantee? If so I’d like my money back. Nothing but problems with my nest cam since I installed it on Monday. (Yes it has power and full wifi) the latest problem is it has stopped sending me notifications.

    @googlenest No network issues, network is enterprise grade and unchanged. Rebooted all devices, reset the Nest Mini multiple times. Some mDNS issue I suppose.

    @googlenest It's a fully managed multi-AP multi-WAN setup, main uplink is a 1G fixed line, fail over to LTE. I'm afraid the normal consumer setup script won't help here :)

    @bonchnass @googlenesthelp I'm with you, just only caught it was down after a delivery I had been waiting for didn't get delivered because the doorbell didn't ring! Went to check the footage and I have none for the past month and can't get the camera to connect, 6 hours later and I'm pissed!

    @googlenest I only have the issue with my Galaxy Note 10 Plus. I have restarted my Phone, WiFi router and point. I have run all diagnostics in Google WiFi app and no anomalities. I didnt have any issues before the update of November 20th. It looks like it sees two networks with same name.

    @googlenest Have tried all that. Made sure I’m running all latest versions etc etc. Still no joy. Still think it’s a @Spotify issue as it’s not even giving me video on my tv when using internal app. They need to sort this or I think a lot of people will stop watching the podcast.
