    @googlenesthelp After 3 hours of troubleshooting I ultimately reverted to the nest connect that I thought was broken because the brand new one would not sync with my device. You need to update software, make the locks easier to update, allow users to assign custom locks within the same household

    Help! @googlenesthelp My nest thermostat (installed Aug 2020) has stopped working completely. I've tried to charge it via the USB, and it displays to place it on its base, and then shows nothing when it's replaced. Please help - we have no heating/hot water!

    @googlenesthelp I am a qualified heating and electrical engineer, I decided to install Nest thermostats to three of my clients, every client now has problems with the thermostats not working. The support from Google is atrocious I am spending hours each day getting nowhere.

    So I've been trying to reinstall my #googlenesthubmax since Sunday & last night it finally worked. The #nest app sees it & I can now review videos it makes. Thanks to @madebygoogle @googlenest for staying with me all thru the process. Not sure what the glitch was but it's over.

    @googlenesthelp Its been roughly a month now, yes i rebooted the router that didn't help, i did a "reset all" on the thermostat its self with no change.

    @googlenest Both my Nest Learning E thermostats have gone offline in the last hour. No internet or wifi issues locally. Downdetector is reporting other ppl having similar issue in the last hour in UK. Can you check if there is an outage please?

    @googlenest You guys need to make this happen - it is crazy that you can't let people decide for themselves if it is a security issue or not. People are throwing money at you for Google Workspace accounts, and on Nest products - and these things just needs to work together. Take my feedback.

    Been battling a heater issue for almost 3 weeks now. I think @googlenest pushed out an update thats cost me about $1000 to troubleshoot and turned my thermostat into a paperweight.

    @googlenesthelp I spent an hour out of my busy day talking to nest help, it was left that I would receive an email detailing how the process of replacing the faulty item would be processed. Received the email no mention of the replacement back to the start again.

    @googlenesthelp No messages. It’s been doing this the whole time I’ve had it. When I try to adjust the schedule, it knocks me back down to 63° Is there a reason the schedule won’t stay the way I set it? Am I doing it wrong? And why can’t I just set it to the temp I want and stay there?

    Summer 2021 Buy @googlenest Install Nest in New home. Nest works for 1st month Receipt and box are thrown away. Nest Breaks in 2nd month. Nest says warranty expired in 2016. Conclusion: Google Nest sells broken Nests that are out of warranty and recommends you buy a new one.

    @googlenesthelp Ok, so it does work in english (us), I was able to create media alarm (except the nest hub didn’t recognize some of the songs I asked for because of my terrible french accent). Tried again in french, still tells me it can’t do this, though it is officially supported in french.

    @googlenesthelp I called Google nest help the other day and instead of resolving the issue the gentleman suggested that I hire an attorney to defend myself in court due to the thermostats not working! Is this really the best route forward to resolving the faulty nest?

    @googlenesthelp Hi, thanks. I've tried that. It's an odd issue. I usually try to open/close the app or switch between locations and sometimes it connects properly. Really hard to diagnose. Is it possible to set manual network settings or is it DHCP only?

    Hey @Spotify and @googlenest, when I ask my google nest to play All Too Well by Taylor Swift it won’t get that I want it to be (Taylor’s Version) or that I want the 10 minute version. How can we fix that?

    I am a poor tech lover, so I buy updated tech when it is on sale. I am stoked that the @blinkforhome doorbell was on sale for 33% off! The catch- I have a @googlenest & @alexa99. Of course, Blink doesn't work with #GoogleHome, even though it's interface is better than Alexa's.

    @googlenesthelp your system deleted my whole Google Nest home, deleting all of my devices and your customer care is useless. Just told to reconnect it all, trash equipment, even worse customer service. SMH, buy Ring, GOOGLE does not have your back.
