    @googlenesthelp I didn't switch. Google canceled me no issue with my payment info that I can find. Convenient process. Again....I didn't switch.

    @googlenest Has anyone else had any dealings with these amateurs. Nest thermostat not working still under warranty but I have to wait until Tuesday for someone to come out and I have to pay £85 in case it’s not a nest issue because they’ve had people not pay 🤦🏼

    @googlenesthelp Home/Away routines keep marking me away, while home. Would appreciate help. Presence sensing enabled on phone, location permissions for app always on, battery optimisation disabled. Phone is connected to Google WiFi even.

    @googlenesthelp I haven’t. This seems like a pretty common issue from what I can tell. My USB port on the camera itself is loose and the camera won’t stay on unless I hold it perfectly in place.

    @googlenest @TwitchSupport and ads can crash the Chromecast with Google TV. The google tv never reboot back (stuck in reboot) you need to do something

    @googlenest Back to the same problem again today. This is happening on my wife's iPhone also. I've reinstalled the iPlayer app but no dice. No issues with Netflix, YouTube etc.

    After 3.5 hours on the chat with @googlenest support for my terrible wifi- they can't do anything. REALLY???? Offer your customers refunds! Your wifi is horrible and your customer service is even worse!

    @googlenest yep. Never touched it. I just realized it did eventually stop, but I had the same issue last night. I'm trying to find another tv app with a livestream to test to compare. Far as I can tell it only shows up when casting (as opposed to native UI)

    @googlenest I get same result; confirms that it's streaming as I directed, then says, Sorry, I didn't understand. Tried with a different radio station, WRTI, as well. Same result. As noted, the problem is with Home; the Nest mini is working. They're in a Home group, but only the Nest plays.
