@googlenesthelp Hello, when connecting my Win10 PC to google nest after a minute the sound starts breaking and then disconnects, this issue began suddenly, got the speaker few days ago and the first day when I paired it with my pc it worked fine. I tried re-pairing but nothing.

@googlenesthelp your customerservice is so bad. I have never experienced anything like this. In november I reported an issue on my outdoor cam, I could not turn of notifications with my IPhone. In FOUR MONTHS you are not able to fix and update. Just talk. No more nestcam on me 🤬

@googlenest thermostats are trash. Repeated “w5” errors. @googlenest has supplied 2 replacements....which also have “w5” error, which is inability to connect to wifi. Have spent HOURS with their “support”. Best part is that you can’t complain to anyone @Google except

TIL, at -20C, that apparently it's a well-known issue that @googlenest *dies if it gets too cold*. In order to not need batteries, it pulls power from the AC wires. ACs turn off if it gets too cold. Nest support has a knowledge base article about this.

Something is seriously wrong with @googlenest system. People are getting locked out and unable to control Nest thermostats remotely using App. Not a good thing to happen in bad weather. @Google

@googlenest so when it was just Nest, I could see both of my cameras on my app. Now that I spend over $400 on the Hubs...I can only see one camera at a time and can't cycle ? This makes complete sense. Glad I wasted money on a **** @Google product. #nestcam #Babymonitor

My @googlenest thermostat stopped connecting to WiFi (seems to be a known w5 error) so I reached out to @googlenesthelp They were helpful and are processing a replacement for me - great, no problem I knew they'd walk me through troubleshooting, but one step made me face-palm

@googlenest If you thinking of buying a nest door bell and need tech support as you can’t access, don’t. The Twitter nest support got me to PM them. All the promises they done nothing to help. No calls. It cost me £80 to sort out via nest pro agent. Poor poor service

@googlenest Wow, I'm 2 mos. into owning the Home Max, experiencing known issue of the unit dropping internet connection, and can't believe how poor the service is from Google. On same network I have a Home, Home Mini, Nest Hub and 2 Chromecasts w/o issues. Case #4-7767000031370
