@googlenesthelp I just got off the phone with your customer service and they couldn’t help me. Basically told me to buy another nest thermostat 👎🏻

@googlenesthelp It’s stuck in a reboot loop. Starts to boot up, locks up and then restarts. Saying it will be back in a bit. Based on what I see online it’s a faulty battery. The new one I had to buy to heat the house is working perfectly fine so we know the problem is with the unit

@googlenest of all days, my thermostat quits responded (wifi W5 error) during a ‘generational freeze’. This is the 3rd replacement in 1.5 years. Don’t buy them.

@Google @googlenest Also, If there is no 'for <day/date-time>' at the end of the command then everything after the word Alarm is a Label and as always, the next question from the speaker is 'ok, for what time' Please fix it asap. Its long due 😰

Temp: -6, Wind Chill: -40’s. Google Nest decides this is the perfect time for the battery to die (apparently known issue) and @googlenest says sorry we can’t help you. So glad I paid so much for the stupid thing just to have to buy another since it’s already installed 🤬

Hey @googlenest instead of telling me my furnace may be broken, how bout just remind me to update my app? Seemed to resolve the issue immediately. I literally have 7 followers. You’ve been put on blast blast.

@SNAFU_Sara @googlenest Be careful with these. I switched my whole house and now regret it because 3 went bad and Google has a 2 year warranty policy and if it’s one day over that, they REFUSE to warranty their product. I went up two levels in google, still got told to bad. Im done with google products.

@googlenesthelp 2 other missing features (unrelated to this issue)... (1) 2-zone unit support (i.e. don't try to run fan only downstairs while cooling is running upstairs, because it's the same unit so cooling is on)... (2) Nest Away should support multiple phones because few people live alone

@googlenesthelp please fix the problem with casting to speaker groups. This feature is as stable as the pease in the middle east.

@googlenesthelp The ultimate problem is that there is a known battery problem and it’s gonna cost me full price to fix it.

My @googlenest acting up during a winter storm is the worst. This is already a replacement one I've had for some years.. however the same problem from last time just started. I've had to charge it multiple times. Wtf

@googlenesthelp You guys should have a 5 year warranty on your nest thermostats. Having one fail in only 3 years is terrible.

@googlenesthelp had an email from Nest telling me my heat link had failed (after just 1yr!) & that they’d replace for free. No engineer turned up and it’s impossible to get through to someone who can rebook. I can’t wait any longer. What do I need to fix this myself?

@GoogleNestHelp Like many others, the wifi stopped working on my Nest Thermostat. I spoke with customer support and the steps did not work. I asked for a supervisor to contact me. No one has reached out in several weeks. I really need someone to help me fix this. Thank you!

@googlenest I’m still perplexed with how bad your app is… we’re in 2022. 1. let people manage subscriptions in the mobile apps, 2. Let people choose the time zone they want on their cameras, stop forcing it. It’s annoying.

@googlenest Hey Google Nest, I have one Nest Audio and one Nest Mini. Both devices have been malfunctioning at stop. They can’t be stopped completely but continuing play the same radios after a while. I have received three replacements. But the same problem exists. What‘s wrong?

@GraceMahoney26 @googlenest We had the same problem, called emergency heating company- they said it’s always nests, they won’t install them anymore. Our heater is fine. The best is the problem. They’re installing a new thermostat now.

@flakpaket @googlenest I just got a Nest (Display-3.7/Backplate-5.26/S 6.2-27) and I'm having problems where eco keeps turning on even though I've turned it off. It seems like if Nest doesn't detect motion, it decides to turn temp down, despite my telling it not to do that. 😡
