@AmazonAlexa is so much worse than @googlenest. Used to hate on the nest but having Alexa for few months, realized how good nest was. It so bad at keyword listening most of the time I’ll be shouting Alexa 3 times compared to hey google once for it to start listening.

@Google Thanks for completely resetting my @googlenest thermostat is the middle of the night! Now it doesn’t work to cool since I don’t know the wiring scheme. Guess I’ll waste time trying to figure it out like I have nothing better to do! WTF

Man seriously I ******* hate my @googlenest thermostat. I set it to the temperature I WANT and it immediately self adjusts to a completely different temperature. I just turned the thermostat off because I wanna have my windows open and it turned itself back on. wtf?!!

@Google took #Nest and made it @googlenest and now my perfectly working thermostat will no longer work with the app after October 25, meaning it will no longer be able to be controlled remotely via WiFi. Couldn’t have happened at a worse time. I used to think Google was the better of the big companies, (with Apple, Meta) but it appears their need for control and obsolescence is just as bad if not worse. How dare you Google? You should be ashamed of yourselves. I know Nest would’ve never done this. Google, you SUCK.

@googlenesthelp we switched wireless providers a few months ago and since then have had trouble reconnecting our fire/CO2 detectors. We've tried everything the app suggests, and anything we've been able to Google, and still nothing. Advice?

I'm about to throw all of my @Google @googlenest cams in the garbage. For years they worked flawlessly. Now, I get "This video isn't available yet. Check back later." more often than I can view what's going on. Fix it. Unbreak it, please. This is completely unacceptable.

Dear @googlenest, Received your email. I will not participate in your eshittification of what once was great tech. That you can't figure out how to run a proper business model while supporting your current user base is not my problem. Meanwhile my 40+ year-old, totally reliable, mercury thermostat awaits. Glad I kept it.

@googlenesthelp is useless. Opened ticket via chat on Aug 22; get generic response; 3 weeks go by & no fix. Send a DM to their X handle; told to send email with details; get another generic response; then told to contact them via chat again!! Going around in circles!

@googlenesthelp Help- My nest thermostats turn on at a lower temperature than what is in their settings. upstairs and downstairs both turn on at 66 or 68 degrees around 5:45 am without it being scheduled. The scheduled temp is 77 degrees. This has been going on for months
