@ring can I get 24hr recording like I used to have with my @googlenest camera?? Moved into a house with your doorbell and added cameras that are all wired for power. Battery drain would not be an issue.

@googlenest SUCKS SO BAD! why pay for membership if these cameras don’t even work.. can’t even show building manager video of creeper exterminator barging in my home, NOT even spraying for bugs. he just walks through my house …then leaves and comes back in to walk round

My @madebygoogle nest heat link failed in January under warranty. As per instructions I submitted invoices for work by an engineer for temp fix and then install of new heat link on 7 Jan. Told payment would take 4-5 weeks from 24 Jan. Still waiting to be paid @googlenesthelp

@googlenest H, I have a Google nest battery doorbell & would like to connect it to my Samsung Smart TV via the SmartThings App Google nest wired doorbell connects but not the battery one as it uses Google home app & the wired one uses Google nest app Any help to resolve? Thx

@googlenesthelp I wanted to fix it but I couldn't find how to do it. I thought I need to remake a house and connect the correct wifi. So I tried to delete B to connect wifi B but wifi A was deleted together and I was not able to connect wifi B to new house.

@googlenesthelp Can you help me sign into my Nest app on my Apple TV? I keep using my Google email and password and it will not take it. I migrated from Nest to Google so I’m not sure what the issue is. The app works fine on my iPhone. Please advise.

@googlenest my nest connect has broken. It will no longer connect to my WiFi or devices. Even though I’ve never moved it and my WiFi has been on the whole time. And this nest connect is new. Help!

@googlenesthelp Okay, Thanks! I’ve rebooted wi-fi rooters several times(not bc of this problem) but it didn’t changed the situation so I’m checking out if resetting works. 👀👀👀FYI, They are both mini, 1st and 2nd gen.

@googlenest @madebygoogle SO PISSED at google nest. I bought and installed this door bell and camera just to find out it doesnt work with smartthings...cant see anything unless i use my phone with the app? WHATS THE POINT? FIX THIS - unbelievable...waste of money

@googlenesthelp It started today, no changes to account or any other changes. First base started showing offline, than one extender. Router restarted multiple times, base restarted multiple times, extender restarted. Hard reset completed. They show online in app for few minutes

@googlenesthelp having to dispute old account with my credit card since migration in February. Being double charged since I migrated to new platform. After two conversations lasting nearly an hour each, Google can’t help. This is very frustrating!!

@googlenesthelp Thx for your reply! I have two speakers; they’re linked to Apple Music account, and I play directly from the speaker not from Bluetooth connection :)(hope this makes sense to you… Apologize for my poor ENG) rebooted the devices(speakers/apps/phones) & reconnected the AMusic. 😭

The @googlenest app, at least on iOS, is one of the most frustrating UX make you shout experiences. Want to scroll to a specific time? 🚫 app doesn’t let you. Want to view the entire scene? 🚫 auto Mega Zoom of no choice. That’s aside from the slow loading of feeds. Grrrr

@googlenest Your cool down period made me miss an important package today. Literally took an hour to send me a notification that UPS rang my nest hello doorbell. The one job I got this thing for it failed.
