Contacted @googlenest for a nest doorbell chime I need replaced because it broke. They said they can't help me out of warranty but I can buy it at a retail store. When I asked what stores can I buy it from their reply, "we don't know." The answer: no stores sell it. LOL 🤪

I like the ease of use of @googlenest but the times I needed the footage the clarity doesn't help police, even when suspect is just 10 feet from camera. I like the clarity of @ring but their app sucks, it's frustrating to navigate their app and their website is even worse. Any

Someone help! We’ve been renting this house for a few months and I still cant get the @googlenest thermostat configured to my account. my landlord says he doesn’t know who initially set it up. How am I supposed to control the settings if I don’t have access to the account?

@googlenest easily one of the worst experiences in setup and configuration. 1. If it disconnects from wifi, have to remove device and add as new, redoing all the bs. 2. If it has the wrong heat source, can't change it in app. Have to redo setup bullshit again. So annoying

@googlenesthelp while set to “Home and Guarding”, Nest Secure is sending multiple “Would you like to turn off the alarm before going inside” alerts, while I’m already home and inside. Multiple people are reporting this same issue on other sites such as Reddit. What changed?

@sundarpichai @googlenest #GoogleNest #thermostat #PSEGMarketPlace I would be not be the first to raise this issue, however I experienced 3 times that Nest learning thermostat having issues purchased from PSEG marketplace. Two times I replaced because of battery didn't charge 1/2

@Google @googlenest ya may want to fix your emailing system… just got 6 emails all within a few hours telling me that my nest address will be changing. I changed my address months ago. There should be no reason for that many emails so late.

@googlenesthelp, hoping you can help, seems to be an issue with Google playing RTE radio stations on Tune in via Google. On the display, it brings up TuneIn and plays the "TuneIn" and then tries to load the station but then stops. It will play any other stations....please help

I finally upgraded my router at my home and now I can feel the real internet speed from ISP. I was blind sided these that my internet speed is slow and somehow it’s with the ISP. Upgraded from @geteero to @googlenest WiFi Pro6E Both products are great 👍🏼

@googlenesthelp I’d say approximately two weeks ago. I’ve rebooted my Nest Secure, as well as my and my wife’s iPhones and Watches. Turned Home/Away Assist off and on. But again, multiple people are having this issue and it started for them about the same time (1-2 weeks ago).

@googlenesthelp On the other note, the Google nest help is better than the original nest help. I’ve been in contact with my ISP who have now given me a public IP address rather than a natted IP - all my smart devices now work! 🥳
