    Hello @googlenesthelp I have been fighting with my nest learning thermostat for the past one week. It’s 3-4 months old. Suddenly, the WiFi gone bonkers and it’s not showing any networks. I did restart, reset WiFi setting, reset entirely but nothing worked out. Please help!!

    @googlenesthelp It infuriates me that you guys assume it's our fault. Obviously when 100s of people have the same issue. It's not the user. Also you fixed it later that night. So yea.

    @googlenesthelp Canned response scripts asking reboot reinstall different phones etc do not fix software bugs.

    @googlenesthelp Yes. The network was down. The app was showing old status or was being "optimistic". Either way, it's wrong.

    hey @googlenest, seems if there is an outage in your camera & notification systems there should be comms letting your (paying!) customers know. I've missed doorbells, and strangers on my property. I'm a lil upset, but more concerned for my safety cuz your lack of transparency. 😓

    Do @google @googlenesthelp ever look at their TrustPilot reviews? It seems weird that you would pay in excess of $3bn for a company and then happily let it’s reputation be ground down.

    @googlenesthelp I’m in the US. Chicago. Moving into a place that has a 3rd gen learning thermostat. I’ve attempted to sign in multiple times. And restarted it. Then watched a few videos from folks with comparable issues and learned their solution was to contact support via twitter.

    @googlenesthelp Hi team! Trying to figure out why, several times a day, stuff stops working. Hard to diagnose if it is a service issue (hi, @comcast!) or hardware issue. I've got 3 Google Wifi units all wired, trouble occurs whether I'm wired or wifi to it. Are there any diagnostics I can run?

    @googlenesthelp Hey I just installed 8 brand new googlenest thermostats and was told we needed power connectors (after they were installed) and set us up with On Tech Smart Services who said connectors wouldn’t help. Need a solution!

    DO NOT buy @googlenest thermostats! Mine only lasted 3 years and they won’t replace or fix it for a known battery issue because it isn’t under warranty anymore. Their fix is for me to buy a new one. $250 thermostats should last longer than 3 years #nest #googlenest

    @googlenesthelp Wired. Tried all sorts of troubleshooting steps, but your guide doesn't have any support for that error code (nc019) and searching for it finds a page that no longer exists.. so what to do?

    Since I'm not seeing anyone else tweeting this today, I gather that my getting "Sorry I couldn't reach WYZE Home" is some local problem for @googlenesthelp and @WyzeCam making all my Wyze bulbs and switches unusable at the moment.

    @googlenesthelp @p0ffee Woke up to same issue here. Rebooted router, unlinked and linked Wyze, resync devices…bulbs still show offline in Google Home and work fine in @WyzeCam app.

    @googlenesthelp Sorry. Please help me to understand what is conflicting in time here. Imagine in the middle of the night if I schedule it for an hour which is default it would be very hot and wakes everyone up. It’s waste of energy and waste of money.
