@googlenest might be the worst product line in history. New thermostats will not appear in the old Nest app, forcing you to use a crappy Google Home instead. Nest devices not appearing in Nest app. Great work, all!

@googlenesthelp Can't find anything mesh wise that is an issue. Distance is fine. Many other devices and zoom etc all day totally fine too. Have even given fixed IP to cameras and highest priority on network. Most likely a network issue but not confirmed yet.

So just had the worst experience with @googlenest. The absolute WORST customer service. The first Nest killed my AC. $8K to repair. A new Nest installed last Sept and now this 3rd Gen piece of doodoo decides to not connect to wifi. I’ve done everything to have it work and...

@googlenesthelp Not convinced it's right just yet tbh. Total stability yesterday until the evening and then massive random outages for all cameras. Messages about insufficient upload speed (tested at 900mbps down and 100mbps up). Suddenly went fine again and been stable since. Nothing changed.

@googlenesthelp @katievoutt Exact same issue for me. Every other WiFi device has been fine but the thermostat lost WiFi and can’t reconnect. Happened Wednesday or Thursday. I do have an Orbi WiFi 6 mesh system if that is a clue for SW issue vs HW issue with nest thermostat

@googlenesthelp Hi there, thanks for the follow up. Everything seems to be working fine. I suspect we were having some internet issues at the time with our provider causing the nest to go offline intermittently.

@googlenest @mattsmithysmith Same problem here. Only works if I change the voice on Google Home to US English. I don't want to do this as 1. It loses voice recognition for the family, and 2. I have 6 devices and want the correct language settings.

@googlenesthelp I have four Nest thermostats, have been fine for a year. One abruptly lost wifi last week, can’t find any network even when entering manually. Resetting the thermostat and the wifi doesn’t help. Three thermostats on the same wifi are still fine. What next?

What Kafka-esque hell is @googlenesthelp nest support? My office is 80 degrees and getting hotter and I can't log into the nest account to turn it down. To get assistance via the web I need to log in to the account. The chat help is down.

@googlenest @SeanSlater Media alarms don't work in the UK unless you change the persona to US English on all devices. This means losing voice recognition and having to put up with the wrong accent. Please fix it.
