@googlenest @googlenesthelp I’ll happily share with you how I fixed this, hope you update your online advice which doesn’t cover this common issue. I also hope you can correct whatever bug is causing this. The issue is with the thermostat,not the heat link,not the heating system

@googlenesthelp No, I won’t do this. You can take the issue and fix your buggy thermostat software. It’s not an answer to ignore a widely experienced issue and say go to our community. You should fix the issue.

@googlenesthelp I rebooted all of my devices including router, but the issue remains. Google home replies with 'That title seems to be unavailable on Netflix'. Seems like the connection to the database is missing, since it happens on al Netflix titles.

@googlenesthelp I’d have Google would be interested in fixing product, not sending people to a forum:have a look,one of your specialists has been busy being told by a number of people in the last few months that he hasn’t helped fix this issue . He is, however, very adept at closing the threads.

@googlenesthelp T-mobile, AT&T. Today was the 1st time I had tried to save a clip after installing the latest Nest app version. It's happened only once before & that too was after I installed a new Nest app. It was fixed by Nest with another release. Hopefully next release will fix it again.

@googlenesthelp Hello, I have an issue regarding my Google Home Mini and my Netflix account. Seems I cannot start anything on Netflix through voice command. e.g. When I say 'Hey Google, play Fuller House on Netflix' it response is that title isn't there. 1/2

@googlenesthelp The community forum, and social media, is littered with people who experienced the same as me - the thermostat with no error code, no interrupted Wi-Fi doesn’t switch off. The issue, I found, was with the 3rd gen thermostat.

@googlenest my nest stopped working, so I did some research and found out a lot of the nest have a problem with dropping the WiFi. I have gone through all the remedial actions and it still won’t connect. I’m looking for some help or a new nest to replace the faulty one I have.

@googlenesthelp 2/2 But I can start it via my phone. I am using Chromecast Ultra. The issue is for all Netflix title. Commands like Pause and Stop do work normal. I already updated the apps on phone, unlinked and linked my Netflix account to Google, reset the Chromecast. Thanks,

@googlenesthelp after installing latest vers of Android Nest App can no longer save clips to phone. I restored back to a version from Nov 2020 and that solved the problem.

@googlenesthelp Then put an article in your support centre in that case.All articles that mention heating that can’t be turned off assume there’s an error code or interrupted Wi-Fi to the heat link. Not so.Your software tells the thermostat it is off and all is fine.When it is not. Needs fixing.

@googlenesthelp No thanks. Any idea how to fix an issue I’ve had long before Google came in? My thermostat history hasn’t shown for years in the app. It just says “come back tomorrow to see what your thermostat has been up to” but never shows anything. Nest support never solved the issue.

@googlenest hi can you help, I have just had to change my WO fi router so new password etc. I can’t however get my two outdoor cameras to connect. I have tried everything, followed the on screen instructions etc it goes as far as connecting to wi fi and then fails. Any ideas?

@googlenesthelp @googlenest DM me if you want the steps in the order I took that worked.I wrote them down for you.Taking the same steps in a different order didn’t work.I hope you update your support articles to cover this:they assume you have an error code/Wi-Fi issue. Not so.
