    @googlenesthelp hey, I am trying to get help with a Google nest which is still under warranty that is faulty. I go warranty checker and confirm I'm under warranty and submit a claim. It just says "refresh this page and try again. Sorry, there was a problem with the form" help!

    @johncu71 It’s a ring camera in night mode. @googlenest still far better but sucks that they don’t have time lapse like they used to. When will those capabilities return Google?! Please fix it!

    @googlenest Hi I have a 3rd generation thermostat that went out of warranty last year. Wifi no longer works on it and apparently it's a known issue. Everything else still works. Called tech support and they tried everything. I assume I'm out of luck on a 3 year old thermostat?

    @googlenesthelp @looplunchrun The dashboard says everything is fine but users here are reporting outages and on down detector… why is the page saying all is good when it’s clear that isn’t the case?

    @googlenesthelp Hi, my Nest Learning Thermostat (3rd gen) has lost connection to the wifi for no apparent reason. I've followed the suggestions on the help pages, but it's still not able to find any wifi networks when searching. Can you help please?

    @zoomyzoomm I did the @googlenest upgrade to #gemini and now it'***** or miss if I can turn the lights on or off. Earlier this week I also discovered "shut the living room off" no longer does just lights, but everything in the room...including the thermostat. Garbage.

    @cotywithaT_ @googlenest @madebygoogle The thing I found work, the best was to unplug it and leave it unplugged for a week and it worked better but still not reliable enough for what you want a camera to be and my other two cameras that I didn’t update still work well Google sucks and did nothing to help

    @googlenest thermostats are the absolute worst. Whether data farming or ending a set up because the brand new batteries shipped with the unit are bad, save yourselves the trouble and get an @ecobee

    @sundarpichai @Google @googlenest Please read ALL the apple App Store most recent reviews over the last year regarding the garbage dumpster fire the app is with Google nest cameras. Crashes. Lagging. Spinning wheels. Freezes. I have 9 cameras all unusable. Not just me. 1 stars!

    @CoffindafferFBI Note on systems thinking and why compute systems are still such garbage: minute those cameras are disabled in a systematic way, 911 needs to be called by the system, for sure she had @googlenest subscription service. Product once again has been demonstrated to be utterly USELESS.
