@googlenesthelp Hey team! My annual subscription renewed today And I never got a warning about it and I didn’t want to continue as I didn’t know it was automatic and I can’t afford the £100. Google online chat was very unhelpful and basically said tough luck! Help me please!!

@googlenest on call with #google #nest support. My learning thermostat is just (2)two years old and it’s dead. I paid $308 for it and it turns out they wont render me any support to replace for fix it. This is absolute waste of money and stealing attempt from @googlenest

@googlenesthelp Hi, My Nest Thermostat, 3rd Gen no longer connects to WIFI. I have used it without issue since 1/2021, haven't changed anything w/WIFI. Can connect to WIFI with my iPhone and iPads. "Searching No Networks Found" Tried reboot and reset. Nothing works!

@googlenesthelp Thanks for the reply. They are within 15 ft of each other. Unfortunately rebooting it for 2 minutes didn't help. After confirming the code on the screen it loads a few moments and then tells it can't connect to the Wi-Fi

@geteero I’m very disappointed , bought 3 eero devices to make sure my less than 800 ft home will be completely covered and I still get very slow conection I get embarrassed specially at work every time I lost signal or poor quality @eerosupport @googlenest

@googlenesthelp I think it's a Spotify issue and not a Google Nest issue. When listening to my liked songs or a playlist on my phone and connecting it to my Nest, it can only get through one song before I can no longer change the song on my phone but it continues to play on my Nest.
