    @googlenesthelp Pls help w/ my 1st gen Google Home (Nest). It keeps disconnecting from my Wi-Fi. If I unplug it and plug it back in, it connects back in fine. I’ve already done a factory reset on it in the hopes that it would fix my issue but it hasn’t. Automations not working.

    @googlenesthelp Hi - there haven’t been any known power outages. I have looked on my google home app as well as NEST app and both are showing the thermostat as “offline”. I can’t see how else to reconnect device? I’ve tried turning the thermostat off and on again (by pushing in until it appears

    What’s your favorite @googlenest feature? When the app forces you to login at random? When it notifies your that it saw something and fails to load the clip if you tap the notification? Mine is when I open the app and look at the spinning icon as it drains my battery.

    @googlenesthelp There seems to be a huge issue with Google Wifi/Nest pucks resulting in thousands of users experiencing daily severe slow downs until they restart their primary puck. The issue appears on forums for the last 7 months or so. Is there a fix coming for this?

    @googlenesthelp It’s just a Google home, I paired Bluetooth from my iPhone, but for some reason it lags and disconnects automatically that I have to keep connecting this again. I also sent feedback about the issue

    Google's new @googlenest cameras are so terrible. I've owned a bunch of the old ones without issues. These new ones are just littered with bugs. Also, not allowing feeds to the original nest app is a horrible idea. Just all bad.

    @googlenesthelp Hi, my nest thermostat recently stopped being able to connect to or find any Wi-Fi networks just after its warranty ended. I have followed all troubleshooting steps. Are you able to help get me a replacement?

    @googlenesthelp For some reason incoming duo calls have stopped showing on my nest hub max. My phone and other Google devices ring, but the hub max doesn't. Outgoing calls work fine on it, though. Can you help?

    Today, I received a reply from @googlenest "We are not able to issue a refund, the subscription will continue up until it expires." Since I had no means to cancel the service, I believe this charge was not approved by me. 3/

    @googlenesthelp No message or help code. I just woke up one day and it say the device was offline. Hadn't ever had any issues or changed anything. Now it won't find ANY network. The device is about 5 feet away from my router.

    @googlenesthelp I know how to turn then off so It goes bad, the main way I do it is to click on the camera icon from home and hit the 3 dots on the top right and hit tuen off all cameras, but there are one or two that don't turn off, they switch to live feed.

    BTW @googlenest, when you click on the customer care call back on your page, the wrong @Google division calls you a back and has to transfer you to Nest. You should fix that too. (PS your cs reps were nice. you should pay them more.)

    @googlenesthelp It happens about a week or 2 ago. I got it back online but like I said it keeps going offline and then sees no networks untill a full reset. No code other than no WiFi connection/offline in Google Home

    Hey @googlenesthelp . your customer service is atrocious. Trying to get a refund on a faulty product is impossible. I've been on the phone for over an hour in some kafkaesque nightmare, and ended up talking to an automated line. Be ashamed.

    @googlenesthelp Hi, about 2-3 months ago, my nest thermo suddenly can’t find any networks, even though I have not changed my network settings and all other devices are able to find and connect to wifi just fine. I’ve tried troubleshooting but no luck. Can you help?

    @googlenesthelp This keeps happening a lot, I’m always closer to the Google home when connecting bluetooth, but I want to know what causes the issue why it keeps disconnecting my device. it wasn’t like this in the past years

    It's amazing the what simple **** google fails at doing while touting themselves as the "best engineers in the world". I try to turn on the lights with @googlenest that's on the same network, no dice. Phone also on same network? Works just fine.
