@googlenest This seems like a functional error. As if the chromecast doesn't realize it's in use and is going into standby mode. I'll try reinstalling, but I just got this 3 days ago, so I doubt that's the issue.

@googlenesthelp Hello. I am having an issue with my nest thermostat. Unit no longer sees any WiFi & I get a w5 error. I have current firmware, reset the device, reset my WiFi several times, and tried to connect to different WiFi. WiFi has failed. Help please.

@HiveHomeUK @HiveHelper So fed up with your system. Over the past 2 weeks, it's been offline several times A DAY, leading to no heating for hours! No point in home technology if it doesn't work. Thinking of switching to @googlenest as it's so rubbish. 😡

@googlenesthelp I'm trying to change/remove my Google Home "Houses" to start fresh, but I can't remove it. It keeps saying, "Problem with connecting to the cloud". Even renaming a House doesn't work.

@googlenest My nest thermostat won’t connect to the WiFi all of a sudden (WiFi working fine with all other devices) and none of the reset routines work. After some research, I read that there is no fix for this? Can that be right?

@googlenest Suddenly my Thermostat says it cannot connect to wifi. Literally every other nest product we have here can. Internet has been restarted and everything else reconnected. It also complains time is wrong. I set it but loses after a restart. Help!

@daveandpenguin @googlenesthelp Mine got broken too, cannot connect to WiFi anymore. I called Nest support, but unfortunately this $250 thermostat only has warranty for 2 years. I’m in the third year, so I’m out of luck.

@googlenest and reconnecting the Nest Mini to WiFi every few days is absurd. Nest Mini only cost £35... I shouldn't have to spend so much time and effort on this. First person I had a chat with said it'll be replaced if it happens again, yet I had to spend more time on this issue.
