@googlenesthelp my Nest can’t find any Wi-Fi networks despite every other device in my house working with Wi-Fi. I’ve tried rebooting my router and network and restarting the nest device with no luck. Is this a known issue? I’ve only had my nest for like a year.

@googlenesthelp 1 of my 4 Nest thermostats lost internet connection. I did everything. Reset network and routers. Reset thermostat. Removed thermostat from app. Etc. watched the you tube videos. Apparently it’s a know. Problem. Can I get a replacement please ? Thanks

@karlvzl @googlenesthelp @sundarpichai Just found out my nest temperature sensors don’t work on the google home app. Terrible. I own 2 nest IQ, 1 nest battery cam, 3 nest temp sensors. I was loyal to nest because I wanted to control everything off one app. Now I have to use 2. Ridiculous

@googlenesthelp Can I order a replacement chime connector for my nest hello? Ive been having issues and was troubleshooting everything possible and I believe that’s the issue. My old doorbell still works. And the chime will ding.

@googlenesthelp Verified same issue on wife’s iPhone as well as another person who also uses iPhone and Nest cameras in their own house. This is simply a bug in the app.

Even that has had some choppy video. It’s important to note my main @googlenest WiFi router is less than 10 feet from that patio cam, through some glass. It’s not a matter of poor signal getting to it. /5

@googlenesthelp All troubleshooting steps- reboot- remove from home app- reInstall- change music source- delete app- reboot internet etc. All other features work on the hubs. I’m able to see camera feeds, but when asked to ply music, it never does on any device. Play,pause, play, pause error

the @googlenest @madebygoogle is one of the most poorly conceived solutions. While the camera may be nice, the number of accessories needed to get it installed is pretty long. Not having a wired option is a security nightmare for a "security" solution.

@googlenest Why dO get this email? “Nest was granted access to your Google Account” .. this is already setup and nothing was changed! BTW I’ll never setup two-step verification on my iPhone. My iPhone is always locked, there is no security issue unless you have been hacked.

@googlenesthelp I have an issue with my google nest thermostat mirror version. It keeps disconnecting from the nest server. States that it is connected to my router. I have to restart it every 8-12 hours to get it showing back up on the home app. Started a couple months ago

@googlenesthelp The Nest iOS app logs me out about once a day. It seems any time it has trouble loading it gives up and logs me out. Very frustrating.

@googlenesthelp It's the 1st edition hockey puck style Google WiFi. Had to restart the network to get it working again. Shame there's no error log I can view in the Google Home app.

@googlenesthelp Yes, I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. The issue remains. Camera schedules cannot be created or edited via the Nest app. This seems to simply be a bug with the app itself.

@googlenesthelp our Nest thermostat (3.0 version) has been offline and not able to find any network. We have gone through the restart steps with WiFi and with the Nest several times with no luck. Our WiFi shows all devices in the area and it doesn’t see the Nest signal at all.

@googlenesthelp I have both Spotify Premium and Pandora free linked in the US. I’ve used both in the past as default with no issues. I’ve tried toggling both since the issue but no reaction from Home.
