@googlenesthelp One household is Sky Broadband, another is Virgin Media - both not working with the same error. Honestly ever since Google acquired Nest these products have been a nightmare reliability wise .. what have you changed?

@googlenesthelp Yes, correct. No the password is not incorrect! I've literally logged in to my router and am staring at the password. I've disjoined my phone from said WiFi and re-joined it .. again without issue!

@googlenesthelp Yes - Nest App shows both as offline - same issue on both (after rebooting router and cameras). I have tried to hit the cog and rejoin to WiFi - just get code NC006(3.10)

@googlenest It connects now, still slow, but that could be slow internet. I have a question though. Do these things time out like phone chargers? I've had this for a year. Is it time already to get a new one?

@googlenesthelp I have a Google nest thermast E and it is offline. I have done all the troubleshooting. It is not my wifi as everything connected is functioning fine. When searching for wifi with the Nest it cannot find a wifi signal of any kind. Please help.

@googlenest Lots of people are currently experiencing this bug with Google Home devices. When attempting to sync devices, the Assistant reports the error "two things aren't available". It's the same message and the same number of devices (2) for everyone.

@googlenest For example, I almost always having a horrible time when watching CBS All Access through the chromecast. It's slow, bad quality and will often cut off connection in the middle of a show. I have this problem in other apps but mostly CBS All Access. I could rant on that app all day

@googlenest Ya, thing at first was being slow buffering in the middle of a bundle 12 times, then just would take forever to connect to an app or not connect at all. I tried a couple things, now it wont even show up as an option

@TwitchSupport we gotta talk about your Twitch app for the Google Chromecast, after watching for 10 mins, it goes back to the home screen. It's like the Chromecast thinks the twitch app is idle even when streaming. .@googlenest has tried to help but it says it's a twitch issue

@googlenest While it's a super convenient thing, the lack of consistency makes it extremely frustrating sometimes. When I say lack of consistency, I dont just mean connection, but also picture quality and also I have trouble depending on what app I'm using, not really your fault probably

@googlenest No, that works great. It just is a problem with groups. But, just groups with Chromecast with Google TV. If I group the Nest Audio speakers with my Nest Hob Max, everything works fine. So. time to factory reset Google TV?

@googlenesthelp This concerns Google Nest app on Chromecast for Google TV. When I try to sign in, I get a message "Incorrect eMail address or password". I've double-checked, & the eMail address & password are correct. I've enabled 2nd factor authentication. Could that be it?
