Dec 20: charged $180 annual; still linked to the broken one (not installed). New doorbell = unable to link. Been overpaying for worse service. Spt no help No refund.

Can you please help? Everything was working fine but suddenly wifi not disconnected and my nest app shows offline.

Couldn’t have happened at a worse time. I used to think Google was the better of the big companies, (with Apple, Meta) but it appears their need for control and obsolescence is just as bad if not worse. How dare you Google? You should be ashamed of yourselves. I know Nest would’ve never done this. Google, you SUCK.

Google repeatedly denied a Nest upgrade promo for 1 of the units since it was offline during a reno. If this is how they treat loyal users, I’m done. Crashes. Lagging. Spinning wheels. Freezes. I have 9 cameras all unusable. Not just me. 1 stars!

Since the forced Gemini rollout, basic features (hands-free calls, routines) are broken unless I hand over more data. Safety risks in the car too.
