The lady I asked if they had a backup battery option because our association harasses us by cutting the power. They don't know that @googlenest makes a power connector that connects to the furnace. I go warranty checker and confirm I'm under warranty and submit a claim. It just says "refresh this page and try again. Sorry, there was a problem with the form" help!
