@googlenest As of last nigh two C by GE lights are not working and cannot be re-added to Google Home. Already been through 2 hours of troubleshooting, resetting google and lights bulbs power cycling, etc. They just stopped working and Home app doesn't see. Please help me

@googlenest Again I want everyone to know the bad practices you guys are following. Nest protect has a life of 10 years. I bough a March 27 2020 product. If that product is defective I need a replacement (refurbished is perfectly fine) which is manufactured at the same date.

@googlenest iOS. Started happening maybe 2 or 3 weeks ago. Eventually the set of faces that it asks me about clears but is replaced by a new set that keep showing (again, ignoring my choice of “yes I know them” or “no I don’t”). I’ve rebooted the camera twice but it didn’t help.

@googlenest I was initially getting an error stating could not access instant pot account. However, when I tried it again now, it worked flawlessly. I didn’t make any other system changes. I guess either instant pot or Google may have been down when I was trying. Sorry to be a bother.

@googlenest again, of this week all C by GE lights are not working and cannot be re-added to Google Home. Rebooting devices doesn't help. Already been through many hours of troubleshooting, resetting, power cycling, etc. They just stopped working and Home app doesn't see.

@akaCarioca @googlenest Carlos I appreciate your help - that’s not the problem. I have emergency heat that uses my AC to heat from outside rather than a furnace and that’s getting activated. Ive be e been using nest for years in my apartment but can’t install it correctly in my home.

@googlenest I have a Nest Thermostat that it is not working. Looks like the heat link has failed. Why is your support line only open from 9-1pm on Mon to Fri? Heating is important for a household and now I don’t have any until your open tomorrow. Can’t even raise a ticket!
