@googlenesthelp Hey, my Google Nest Mini 2 keeps losing WiFi, forcing me to set it up again. It's unbearable. It worked fine for months or rarely had this issue, but in the last few weeks, it fails every 2 days. My Google Home Mini 1 works fine and never gets disconfigured. HELP!

@googlenesthelp when I try to install the second Google doorbell in 2 days (your support said 1st was faulty) I still get exact same message on home app telling me to set up a nest account. But I can’t set one up as it’s merged with Google. Nightmare.

@googlenesthelp hello, my nest thermostat says it’s unable to connect to Wi-Fi all of the sudden. It still looks like it works, but just doesn’t connect. App says it went offline 15 hours ago. I reset Wi-Fi and router. Reset thermostat too.

@googlenesthelp It's happening on push notifications; I don't use email notifications. I can try connecting to cellular network later today, but our wifi has a strong signal and shouldn't be a problem.

Hey @googlenesthelp @Android @SonySupportUSA - You've introduced a terrible bug that is automatically re-enabling Google Assistant voice recognition on my Sony Android TV whenever I try to use the voice command 'Ok, Google' for my Nest Mini. I've turned this setting off 4 times!

Second Nest Gen 3 went bust. The base went bad just after the warranty expired. Now Google wants $50 for the part. I could buy a new thermostat for that! This is the second Gen 3 I've lost within 6 months. Do not buy @googlenest @googlenesthelp

@googlenesthelp Over the last few days the Nest doorbell notifications are delayed approx 10 minutes on the two phones in our household. This renders the Nest doorbell virtually useless. Wifi is fine, all settings are good. Please advise how to fix this!

@googlenesthelp The issue appears to be the Nest/Google apps. The thermostats never disconnect from the Internet. The issue is for some reason the Nest/Google apps continue randomly dropping connection. Did a factory reset to see what happens.

Screwed by @GoogleNest. Door lock item arrived 3/28 from @Google Store. Installer said it is not compatible with our doors. Tried to return 4/14. Would not accept return, bounced around to many evasive Google support people without help. Don't buy from the Google Store.

@googlenesthelp I own a nest learning therm v3 black. It can't connect to Wi Fi anymore. I tried to reboot it from scratch, I did reboot also my Wifi. Nothing works. It can't detect any Wifi nearby although there are a lot of them (and I can connect my cell). Can you help? Tx
