@googlenesthelp Setting up isn't the issue, it set up fine, then almost immediately it goes offline. It is very sporadic, as right now I can see live video, but I get a 'camera is offline' message 5-10 times per day. Modem is basically next to it, the other side of the door

@googlenesthelp Your instructions also say I need to remove our house hold from the Google home app which I don't have, have never had or needed to make this thing work. I wasted the time to download it and it doesn't help either.

@googlenesthelp Hey, yes I have a Z fold 3.... n have not removed the app, worried it may not take my cams again since I had an issue installing one b4 since we're forced to use the home app n not the preferable nest app... issue started w the last update... Will give a try shortly, stay tuned.

@googlenesthelp It’s definitely a 3rd gen and yes it alerted me and I’ve been attempting to resolve the issue unsuccessfully. I went as far as replacing my internet service

@googlenesthelp Nest Thermostat e decided to disconnect from the heat link. I’ve spent hours trying to resolve it. Second time this has happened. Full factory reset on both devices and setup from new. Still no joy. It’s just not reliable enough. It was a nightmare to sort last time.

What doorbell camera is everyone using? Taking suggestions for anything except @ring & @googlenest. Ring hardly ever worked properly and google nest customer support is trash.

I ordered a @googlenest doorbell camera because I’m sick of the @ring f’ing up. They “tried” delivering it Saturday said no one was home spoiler alert, @ups never knock. It’s supposed to be re-delivered today. Got an an email from google that it was back in the warehouse. WTF

@googlenesthelp Hi, can you help please? My nest doorbell (wired) is constantly going offline and not working (both at the doorbell end, and through the app). Although out of warranty, surely these should have a better life than +3 years? WiFi and power not the issue

@googlenest sucks. Installed a wired doorbell and can’t get it to connect to the app on my phone. 1.5 hours on the phone w #CustomerService and same error message 10 times. Why? Same solution every time. #frustration
