    @googlenesthelp I have having trouble connecting my Nest Thermostat to my wifi. Everything in the house finds WiFi. I tried rebooting everything and still nothing. I’m not sure what my next steps would be. Thank you for any help with this.

    @stevemerckel @GoogleHome @googlenesthelp I had to scrap my old (v1?) Chromecast a couple of weeks ago. It just would NOT show up with full config/control in the home app. I even tried installing some janky old revision of ho.e-wifi configurator, still failed. Now it's in the trash

    Looks like I'll be getting rid of all of my @madebygoogle and @googlenesthelp equipment, as Google Support is about the worst I've dealt with. Being charged double on my Google AI account and being told that nothing can be done, despite it being illegal.

    @BanHammerJags @MAGABarbie317 @googlenest O.M.G, you don't know how to google either? Persistent Login: The app remains active in the background, allowing you to receive notifications and live view camera feeds without re-entering credentials. Either Karen or her dad deleted it.

    @googlenesthelp Google Nest is the Worst product on the Market.. I have a Nest that Cant Pair to anything.. I Bought a Bluetooth Stereo so I could link it with my Nest to play youtube over. BUT it wont pair with it or my IPAD

    No home owners are going to see this but I am still going to scream into the void: do not replace your working but ugly 1980s or 90s thermostats for a @googlenest thermostat. They are garbage.

    @GoogleHome @googlenesthelp It's my thermostat. I don't pay a subscription and don't need help with what I set it at. Imagine if Ford shifted your car from drive to 3rd because they felt you didn't need to be in that gear. Would you be OK with that?

    @GoogleNestHelp Bug report for Nest 4th Gen (v2.4). Following a 33hr ISP outage, both thermostats failed to auto-reconnect once WAN returned. Because Master PIN lock was enabled, I couldn't fix it remotely. Had to send someone to manually enter PIN & restart hardware. The Wi-Fi stack needs an infinite exponential backoff retry loop or autonomous reboot when offline >24hrs. This ruins use for vacation homes. Please escalate to engineering. It went 3 weeks without connectivity due to this issue.

    @googlenesthelp Resetting the Nest Mini (unplugging/plug back in) does fix the problem temporarely but somehow the Nest Mini or the Tunein app fetches new and wrong geodata location info and it refuses a new radio session for Dutch stations like Radio 10 and Radio Veronica. Will DM tomorrow.

    @googlenest if you are going to replace a product at-least do it with something worth of buying. The first alert SC5 is a terrible replacement for the nest protect.

    @googlenest stop sending me reminders to replace my nest smoke/ CO sensor, when there is no google nest replacement device in the UK… wholly pointless and VERY annoying, exceptionally poor customer service … I’m sure Google has loads of useless excuses though …

    @googlenesthelp I don't have a Radio section under Services in the Home app. Could that be because i'm in the Netherlands? Anyway, it's a TuneIn problem i think. Even when i cast from the (working) TuneIn app on my phone, i get the same notice that the station isn't available in my country.

    OMFG @madebygoogle ever since I got told I need to move my @googlenesthelp nest cams to the home app I fight to get a feed from them. Why in the hell did you think you need to fix something that was not broken

    @googlenesthelp Recently, my Nest thermostat stopped finding my router and I did all the things that Nest trouble shoot told me to do but to none avail. I can still control the temp and stuff from the wall setting, but can’t control it from my phone. Help!
