Only problem is that it's a single sensor solution which happens to be in the dumbest location behind my TV. My @googlenest has 3 and averages those temperatures before turning on.

The only thing I can find is contact your power company and the reps there are so fking backward they don't even know what a "nest" is! Turn this **** off!

John Ross (@JohnRoss290) reported@googlenesthelp @j3669 Having same issue. My internet/wifi is fine. My nest says it’s connected to the internet just fine but my actual Nest app shows it can’t connect to thermostat. Almost has to be the Nest servers. Internet working fine on my end.
