@googlenesthelp From google store. The argument here is that the store site is misleading to say you only need a point if you already ha e a router. Doesn’t say anything about Point being WiFi only. We are out of time for ‘buyer’s remorse’ period but we feel let down that you won’t just exchange

Hey! @Hey_SmartHome / @googlenesthelp I've linked the Hey! Smart Doorbell to my Google Home account but when I try to see the video on my Nest it just gives me a loading wheel. All devices are within a few metres of the router & I can see the video on the linked Hey! App. Help!

@googlenesthelp My Nest mini is not connected to Wi-Fi even after 5 factory resets. Nest hub has no problems on the same place. After reset it works for about a day. Think the Nest mini is broken. I got it with my Nest Aware subsription last year. Can you help me?

@googlenesthelp Not pleased with how Google Assistant works on Nest Audio. Have reported problems but no fixes yet. Do you listen to feedback and fix bugs customers report?? So disappointed with this experience that I feel like throwing the device at the wall. Not really AI.

Google has sent me a hubristic email about feature drops on the Nest display, yet it disconnects, loses sound requiring a reboot, and I still can't wake to music after 4 years. I like Google Home but fix the things that don't work, please. #google #googlenest #googlehome

@snaggs816bit @googlenest “why’s the heating gone off” every time I nipped out. I liked been able to turn on the heating on the way home while out. Over all the regular H71 error, having to manually reconnect it each time, house freezing in winter because of it, made it 100% not worth it.

So...still got problems with @googlenest Hello. Full factory reset on both WiFi and Hello, cameras and a few others. Previous problem with Hello remains as b4. Curiously it's a repeating pattern. It stops working at tea time every few evenings. It seems to work again around 2am

@paulrobichaux @googlenest @ecobee I was so very disappointed when google bought Nest. The Nest tech is amazing, I have 2 thermostats and several protects in my home and they all used to work great with the rest of my home automation.. until google came along and shutdown the APIs.

@google @googlenest has the worst support ever. Known issue with a nest thermostat and the support folks, level 1 and 2 ask me to replace it with a different thermostat while they work on it. @DontBuyNest

After 2 years of fighting @googlenest @googlenesthelp paying engineers, fitting, refitting, tweaking my house, trying to stop the H71 error, even their own engineer reviewed the installation, said thermostat faulty, they still refused to swap it. @HiveHomeUK thermostat on order!

@googlenesthelp Like I said, the Nest Hub has no connection problems on that spot. It worked for almost a year. Didn’t move the router. Mini is 4 meters from the router. When I reset the mini it works for about 24 hours before the trouble starts. I’m from the Netherlands. What can you do?
