@googlenesthelp my nest app randomly logged itself out today and the doorbell rang itself. Now, if I try to sign back in with Google I put in my credentials, allow nest access and it just loops me back to the home screen telling me to sign in with Google..

@googlenest what a surprise 3 months after you resolved the previous issue my outdoor camera has gone offline again. I’m guessing you’ll tell me to disconnect the power and then send me a new power lead. You’ve already done it 4 times! Why does it keep doing this?

@Lindabr84194095 @googlenesthelp I am having the same issue. Followed the troubleshooting instructions to the dot multiple times, to no avail. Three nest devices on the same wifi, everything worked perfectly for about a year then one stopped working, so it is definitely a Nest issue, not a wifi issue.

@googlenesthelp my doorbell just randomly rang, nobody touched it. And—now I cant log in to the nest app. It just keeps taking me in a loop where it tells me to sign in with google, I sign in, click allow, and it puts me back on the Home Screen to sign into google again… help!!

My Nest Protect (battery version, EU) just failed spectacularly in the middle of the night. It let off a interference sound (Audio distortion), flashed its blue LED and went dark. Removing the batteries & putting them back in has no effect. It’s dead now :( Any help @googlenest?

Got home to discover the @googlenest x Yale lock is offline - and has been since the middle of the night. Why no notification that it went offline? Also nothing I do seems to resolve it, so I'm probably going to have to go through the ridiculous factory reset process again.

Too bad the #ringapp is SUCH a HUGE issue. I'm about to toss my @ring cameras, my solar panel that barely works, and my echo show into the trash and get the @googlenest cameras instead. Can't even add a shared user without issues! Can't do anything w/o issues, really!
