@googlenesthelp our doorbell is about two weeks old and has gone offline the last two nights in a row, only fix is factory reset. This is stupid and seems a common issue from twitter?! Do we need to return it?

@googlenesthelp Hi. Your product is meant to help save money but won’t allow two points on a schedule less than an hour apart so minimum time heating is on is an hour. Why not let us set this for less and save money?

@googlenest any update on when nest cam cool down will be reduced to seconds rather than 5+ mins? Reviews are extremely poor based on this one "feature". I want to replace my current cam with nest cam but this is a deal breaker.

@googlenest WTF did you do to routines?!?! ALL of my customizations to routines were just wiped out in the last 24hours! Undo what you changed
-
Brian
(@joker47man) reported
@biancasmalley @madebygoogle ALL of my custom routines have vanished and Google fails to create new ones. You guys have something broken on your end. @googlenesthelp Don't bother asking users. Look at what's wrong with your infrastructure first.

@googlenesthelp If anyone else is interested: After quite a few back and forths Google Nest Support replied that the devices don't support channels above 149. Which... is exactly what I asked them to fix. Oh well. Only 5.5 years since UK allowed these channels. Not like Nest is at the forefront.

Yo @googlenest WHAT THE ******* ****?? I can’t mute the goddamn low battery alarm from the app? My piece of **** $10 smoke detector from Walmart works that way. No worries. Finally after about the 5th slam of the hammer it stopped. 🤬🤬 #nest #googlehome

Bought a @googlenesthelp Nest doorbell battery on Black Friday - it's been nothing but trouble. Had to remove thermostat from google home to set it up, now it won't show camera bc it's 'unmounted' even tho it's on the damn wall. Stupid tech.

@googlenesthelp I am in the US. As of a couple weeks ago, my doorbell goes offline for about 30 seconds to one minute immediately after a doorbell press. Then the doorbell regains online status. The video footage is lost from being offline immediately after the press. Our doorbell is hardwired.

@humpy999 @AmyGrenham @googlenest Hi there, we apologise for the issue with the vSMART gateway, this issue should now be resolved. Please press the button on the gateway until you get a solid blue light. This will allow you to use your thermostat to control the heating instead if you experience future issues.

@googlenesthelp I’m in USA. The device keeps searching for networks without end. Says “no networks found yet”. On one trouble shoot occurrence, it told my my wiring was wrong (but I’ve had it installed since before summer working fine)

@googlenesthelp Hi, I have a 3rd gen Nest. The Heatlink has literally just stopped working. The radiators are still hot. No lights on the Heatlink and I have checked that it is receiving power. Apparently this is a known issue. How do I get a replacement Heatlink sent to me?

Honestly say the worst customer experience I've had ever. For a @madebygoogle product, @googlenesthelp is dreadful. Humidity measure is totally wrong. Problem arose during warranty as shown on all Google Takeout data logs. Broken product and company size of Google won't support

@googlenesthelp This doorbell has been installed since 2018, purchased from Target July 2018. We haven’t had any issues like this before. I have turned it off and on through the app, flipped the breaker. Not sure what more can be done for troubleshooting. It is only down when pressed. Very odd.

@googlenesthelp I'm in the US. It's a learning thermostat. It's a network issue because other devices have had to be reconfigured. The Comcast modem is giving them 127.0.0.1 to use as a DNS resolver.

@madebygoogle why my #nestthermostat is having issues every month and the only solution I get from support is to do a replacement, where they send a defective piece again . It’s like living in the streets with #GoogleNest worst customer experience

@googlenest made the mistake of setting up another Nest in a different room. Big mistake. Wrong device responded AGAIN. These things are garbage, they simply cannot detect proximity. Also, the "wrong device" prompt should cancel the mistake and allow you to redo it. It doesn't
