@googlenesthelp I have a generation 1 Nest thermostat that constantly loses wifi. It’s only 30 feet from the router that consistently gives a speed of 500 mbps. None of my 3 protects have a problem. I have done all the things suggested online. It has done it since new. Any ideas?

@googlenesthelp One of my nest thermostats has lost wifi. I have tried resetting, I double checked my router (all other devices work with wifi) and have unplugged for a while and plugged back into the base. Still have the issue "no networks detected"

@googlenesthelp No changes. I did perform a wifi reset on both smoke detectors. They are never offline at the same time. The only indication that they are offline is by looking at my phone’s nest app while I’m looking at the nest cams.

@googlenesthelp my nest protect smoke detectors are showing offline at random. Both are ac wired and wifi reset. All 3 nest cams have no issues. Is this a google server issue?

@autolycos @googlenest Swear to god my nest wanted to kill me. The wall plate connector went bad and I would wake up to my house being 90 degrees. It wouldn’t stop until it hit the emergency shut off

@googlenesthelp is there a current issue with Google Nest Cameras not sending notifications. I have 4 outdoor cameras and a 5th doorbell camera. I used to see many many notifications a day. Now I get none. Not even from doorbell camera when I get a delivery.

@madebygoogle Unless you can refund the money I spent on the nest thermostat; I don't think you can help. The @GoogleStore said they couldn't refund because it's been more than 15 days. It's been that long because @googlenest sent the wrong item twice.

@googlenesthelp I know the December update that reached the Chromecast today fixes some issues with 60Hz 4K but for me I initially lost all 4K options after install but after another reboot that got fixed. I tried turning on/off then back on "Match Content" which didn't help.

The breaker tripped on my HVAC twice yesterday so it got cold af. And my @googlenest thermostat didn't notify me. My Nest camera will notify me out the ***** if it loses power or network. So why can't the server do the same for my thermostat?
