Dec 20: charged $180 annual; still linked to the broken one (not installed). New doorbell = unable to link. Been overpaying for worse service. Spt no help No refund.

The lady I asked if they had a backup battery option because our association harasses us by cutting the power. They don't know that @googlenest makes a power connector that connects to the furnace. So, Trying to find what works/is available in canada (NA). There are "smart" ones from Kidde and a homebridge plugin. Any help?!
