@googlenest I have been on hold 3 separate times today after having your Nest installers install my nest doorbell. On the phone for over 2 hours. ZERO HELP! I’ve paid more than the Nest cost to have it installed & it still doesn’t work. So irritated and highly disappointed. 👎🏼

Don’t bother with anything @madebygoogle especially the nest mini. We’ve got three, two don’t work. Save your cash. The Google team are helpful but it’s almost 12 months and no fix. #googlenest #googlenestmini

@googlenesthelp Our Nest 3G Learning Thermostat worked fine over last year. Suddenly, get E73 error for a few hours. It will fix itself after 5 hours or so. I have re-booted—no improvement. Reset Internet connection—no improvement. Removed from Google Home account—no improvement. What next?

Hi @googlenesthelp. My nest thermostat won't connect to WIFI. I have tried rebooting my router and resetting my thermostat. All my other nest devices (camera, doorbell) connects fine. I have tried pulling the unit out and putting it back in and still won't work. Please help!

@googlenesthelp nest thermostat has worked amazingly well for 6 months. Now, it’s dropping Wi-Fi and can’t seem to find any networks. I’ve rebooted, reset network settings, and the whole unit. Please help. What else can I try? Thanks.

@googlenest It only happens with sites that don’t have apps on the tv. Netflix, Disney, etc work fine. RightNow media you have to cast from a device - so frequently a problem

@googlenesthelp my nest thermostat isn't working, I've tried factory resetting it, troubleshooting, etc. The main problem is that it will NOT find any Wi-fi networks when there's clearly multiple networks around me &my other devices are connected.

Hey @googlenest one of my Protect 2nd Gens just had the smoke sensor go bad. The manufacture date is Feb 2020 so it should still be under warranty right? How do I file a claim? Thanks!
