Hey @googlenesthelp . your customer service is atrocious. Trying to get a refund on a faulty product is impossible. I've been on the phone for over an hour in some kafkaesque nightmare, and ended up talking to an automated line. Be ashamed.

@googlenesthelp Pls help w/ my 1st gen Google Home (Nest). It keeps disconnecting from my Wi-Fi. If I unplug it and plug it back in, it connects back in fine. I’ve already done a factory reset on it in the hopes that it would fix my issue but it hasn’t. Automations not working.

It's amazing the what simple **** google fails at doing while touting themselves as the "best engineers in the world". I try to turn on the lights with @googlenest that's on the same network, no dice. Phone also on same network? Works just fine.

So the Nest Protect only works in the Nest app but the Nest Outdoor Camera only works in the Google Home app, and compared to the Nest app the Google Home app user experience sucks. Get your **** together, @googlenest

What’s your favorite @googlenest feature? When the app forces you to login at random? When it notifies your that it saw something and fails to load the clip if you tap the notification? Mine is when I open the app and look at the spinning icon as it drains my battery.

Nest Thermostat is still broken after multiple painstakingly long tel & chat sessions. @googlenesthelp refuses rush replacement! I am supposed to wait 7 days for a replacement while temp 79 at night& 90 during the day? Also No HVAC refund as promised after 60 days 1st problem!

@Google @googlenest This Issue is escalated since long but still is not resolved. I can broadcast to any local or remote home speaker using Assistant on phone but speaker to speaker broadcast does not work. Please try for yourself and you will know. BROADCAST TO <SPEAKERNAME>

BTW @googlenest, when you click on the customer care call back on your page, the wrong @Google division calls you a back and has to transfer you to Nest. You should fix that too. (PS your cs reps were nice. you should pay them more.)

Google's new @googlenest cameras are so terrible. I've owned a bunch of the old ones without issues. These new ones are just littered with bugs. Also, not allowing feeds to the original nest app is a horrible idea. Just all bad.
