.@madebygoogle it's okay to keep the @googlenest functional! I'll be returning the new Nest Cams I bought. You've already over bloated the Home app so it's almost unusable. Don't need my cameras split between a functional Nest app, and the garbage Home app.

@googlenesthelp My Nest thermostat suddenly can't find any wifi networks. We've had our unit nearly one year and haven't had a problem with the wifi before. We have rebooted our router, connected successfully with other devices, restarted the unit and finally reset all settings

Going back and fourth with @Google billing and @googlenesthelp for a product that I purchased, cannot use, and no help other than going from one to the other. Thought customer service would be better than this. Worst thing nest did was going to google!

@googlenesthelp I’m having the same trouble as other users. Can’t log in to the Nest app. It tells me my saved password or username are incorrect and when I request password reset nothing comes through to my inbox or junk folder.

I’m other news why did @googlenest get rid of the wired outdoor camera option. I don’t want to climb a latter once a month to replace my cameras to charge them and leave my area with no camera while it’s charging. That was a garbage idea.

@googlenesthelp hi! my Nani (grandma) has a Nest Learning Thermostat (3rd Gen) which has completely stopped discovering WiFi networks. I’ve restarted, reset, and attempted every fix via the Nest or Google Home app, but the thermostat can’t discover networks and it’s not usable

@googlenest I can't view my camera's history on the web anymore, when I do it just loads the camera and keeps loading. Doesn't matter what I do. It's been broken for some time now.

It's fair to say @googlenest thermostat is the worst piece of tech I've ever used it create heating chaos. Currently basking in it thinking it's a good idea to be 24c and it love to come on at 2am. Useless and wasteful.
