I have been on the phone everyday to be transferred from person to person or disconnected and still dont have a resolution.

I've tried everything from reset, to router reset, an other trouble shooting methods. It's never connected since the day I purchased it new. I firmly believe its the nest device not working.

Crashes. Lagging. Spinning wheels. Freezes. I have 9 cameras all unusable. Not just me. 1 stars!

I didnt vote for him (@BirdChayser) reported@yashar Isn’t this the EXACT thing that AI should be used for? It shouldn’t require a ******* subscription. Nigel Hobden (@NHNTweets) reported@googlenesthelp Nest appears to be down can't login, isn't WiFi or cell, logged out/in but Nest doesn't connect, bizarrely, shockingly Home seems to be connected which is useless as Hot Water control isn't resolved working properly in Home which again is quite ridiculous.

Dec 20: charged $180 annual; still linked to the broken one (not installed). New doorbell = unable to link. Been overpaying for worse service. Spt no help No refund.
