@googlenesthelp My nest thermostat is not working. I’ve had it for a little over a year now and it stopped connecting to any Internet. I’ve checked everything, reset it, still nothing. I feel like these thermostats should last longer than a year.

Second @googlenest doorbell to break down. App has become unstable. Latency ridiculously long for a doorbell. I’m done, and taking my £10/month subscription with me.

@WEMO @WEMOcares hello my wemo devices won't add to @googlenesthelp Google home app. It does not let you set up anything. It never cycles past finding the wemo icon under add device and that's as far as it goes. Is it down? Something on the works for a fix? thanks

@googlenesthelp @googlenest hello the app seems to be having issues viewing cameras. I can view it via the internet. I deleted the app and still the issue remains. It's also happens at multiple homes on account..is there something wrong with app?

@ninkosan @tado @googlenest I've had one for over 10 years, and upgraded to the newer one when we moved, never had a problem with it and it works really well for us. I don't think Google will abandon it any time soon, indeed they've just recently launched a new model of it and even the 1st gen still works

@googlenesthelp I’m having a wifi connection issue. I’ve only had this thing a few months and it will no longer detect my wifi, and the unit doesn’t wake when I walk by. It said it’s not charging, but my wires are all tested and working properly. I charged it with a usb for 4 hours and nothing..

hi @googlenesthelp i have had two electricians out to make sure the wiring/electrical is set up correctly for my nest & am still only getting the small green light, but no light around the button, pretty sure it’s a prob with the device & that it’s bricked. help?

it is time for us to rip out all @alexa99 @googlenest products. Both are just such trash. The belief that voice is the best interaction system or that either of these companies can build desireable/useful experiences. Serves me right. Switching back to Sonos.

@rsmck @tado @googlenest The worst is Hive - Such a confusing, ugly device that everyone thinks is a dimmer switch for the room it's in. It also don't work with quite a few routers .... Don't know if it requires a subscription - that's pretty dire on tado's part

@googlenesthelp @bwclaw4 I am having this same issue. Have not had wifi for 2 days now. Spectrum confirmed no issue on their end. I have reset both spectrum modem and google wifi router multiple times to no avail. Have been reading forums and spoke to google support and have not found any solutions.

Hey @googlenesthelp! Over the last few months there has been a noticable deteriation in our Google speakers. They regularly misinerprit what we say, and often respond with 'there's been a glitch, please try later' Whats going on?
