    @googlenesthelp my unit has lost all Wi-Fi connections. I have tried rebooting modem and router. I have reset nest to factory settings. I also took the best unit and swapped with another in my house to no avail. Please help

    @googlenesthelp Hi, have checked the breakers/switches and nothing has tripped. The boiler is working fine and has power. The issue is the heat link

    Have @googlenest broken speaker groups again? I'm fed up with waking up and hearing "sorry cannot find that device, please make sure it is connected to the Internet and try again." lately my Google Home system has been more frustrating than helpful. About to rip it out.

    @bllfield @googlenesthelp Brian, this is a known error and the same happened to ours the other day. We tried everything nest support advised but nothing worked. It’s now useless. Because it’s 14 days out of warranty @googlenest won’t repair or replace it. Good luck with yours. 🤞🏼

    @googlenesthelp I have 2 Nest thermostats and one of them lost connection to my wifi network and will not find it now. I reset the Neat and rebooted my WiFi network but neither get it reconnected. The other Nest is still connected to my wifi and does not have any issue. Need help

    My @googlenest thermostat has stopped connecting to wifi so now no longer works. @googlenest customer support can’t help because I’m just 14 days out of my warranty. Frustrated and disappointed.

    @tesla_raj @googlenest These thermostats and the rest of the suite have gone downhill since google acquired Nest and integrated them. They also canceled the "works with nest" program which cut off thousands of 3rd party integrations! Trash products

    @googlenesthelp No I called an engineer and spoke to one of your advisors on the phone to sort the problem.The engineer cost me some money .It would have been nice if they or you advised me to ring one of your advisors first as its a lot easier and she said there is set procedure to go through .

    @neilghosh @googlenesthelp Pretty good router. The problem is that you can access the config only through Google Home app. Cant install DD-Wrt etc. so you are stuck with the whitebox that way

    @mediaphyter @googlenest Usually it's a band issue, 2.4 vs 5GHz and I'd say make sure the router and your phone during setup are all available on both. But if one's working that's odd. I'll see what I can find out

    @googlenesthelp Hi ,I need help… I tried resetting my router, resetting my nest thermostat and checking for interference. My Nest thermostat will not connect to wi-fi, no matter what I do.

    @googlenesthelp The issue seems to be as soon as it hits safe mode or away mode, if stops turning the heater. So at night it goes down to 65 (our setting) and stops telling the heater to come on and the temps drop into the 50s. It is all over the best support logs as an issue too

    @googlenest Don’t buy Google Nest products. Our Nest doorbell barely lasted outside the warranty period. Peels and looks awful. Google will do nothing to fix the situation and won’t back up their products. I’ll look to Amazon next time.

    @mediaphyter @googlenest Use your phone as a hot spot to get it on line for the initial setup. It will download some updates and reboot with newer firmware that should help it to more easily connect to your existing home Wi-Fi network. Or make a temp open ssid on home network for for few days.

    @mediaphyter @googlenest I'm not familiar with Nest specifically, but I know a lot of IOT products only support 2.4GHz wifi (not 5GHz). One trick that sometimes works is temporarily disable 5GHz to see if that's the issue. It's not necessarily a long term solve, but then you can isolate the issue.

    @googlenesthelp Thanks for responding as well. Just as an FYI - I have seen several posts of folks having similar issues with the Nest. Nothing changed with my current internet provider and we went and bought a Nest WiFi router thinking that would help fix it - it didn’t. The new Nest did.

    @googlenesthelp Hey, my heat link seems to have died this morning. Looking online it seems to be a very common issue. I need to get this resolved ASAP. What’s best for me to do? We’re experiencing cold (for the uk) temps and I want to get this up and running quickly for toddler.

    @googlenesthelp Nest thermostat not connecting to wifi anymore. It can't see the wifi networks. All other devices continue to work. Restarting the Nest multiple times doesn't fix it.

    @googlenest need to find ways to make it easy to provide redundancy if internet is down. Especially in weather situation @Sonos move and roam came through using atleast bluetooth to a hotspot. Have to rethink platform

    @googlenesthelp I have two nests in different rooms but they can both hear when I speak. Music starts on the one I want then transfers to the other. God these things are garbage...
