@googlenesthelp Sure - I’ve reset the device and updated the WiFi to make sure we were getting strong enough signal because at first the error was an W5, now it’s an M15. So the app is able to engage the thermostat, but not pair it. I have the 3rd generation Nest Learning Thermostat.

@googlenesthelp is there a known issue with Nest thermostats disconnecting from a network? Mine just stopped working, I can't find any wifi network. I've tried resetting, manually entering the info and everything else I could think of.
