Jason (@JasonKatz633411) reported@googlenest both of my nest temperature sensors disconnected in the middle of the night. I've gone through all the troubleshooting to reconnect. They get added to my account but perpetually show no connection. Is this part of a larger outage? Can you assist?

Jas Hans 71 (@JasonHanson1971) reported@googlenesthelp my just installed nest learning thermostat Wi-Fi is not working. It will not locate any networks. I have tried to connect from the device and also connecting via Bluetooth to the app no networks show up. I have reset the nest a couple times also.

Dec 20: charged $180 annual; still linked to the broken one (not installed). New doorbell = unable to link. Been overpaying for worse service. Spt no help No refund.

The lady I asked if they had a backup battery option because our association harasses us by cutting the power. They don't know that @googlenest makes a power connector that connects to the furnace. Crashes. Lagging. Spinning wheels. Freezes. I have 9 cameras all unusable. Not just me. 1 stars!

Even when i cast from the (working) TuneIn app on my phone, i get the same notice that the station isn't available in my country.
