@googlenest Haven't tried reinstalling the app yet; however, I have both speakers connected to the 5ghz wifi, could that be the issue?

@googlenest Could you work on making your cameras detect emergencies such as someone choking, or unconscious? One of my fears is not being home if my daughter starts choking. It would be great to get an alert for something like that, and could help save that person if detected.

@googlenest Haven't tried but then again, I can't really get into the settings to do it. I can reinstall the app and see if that will help. I should note that the speakers do work and are connected to WiFi because I can still request commands and there's no issue.

@googlenest I don't think its a chromecast issue, only @CBSAllAccess has this problem. The sound stutters when watching the live TV feature. But if you have a suggestion I'm all for it

@googlenest I'm trying to log in to my nest account from windows 10 desktop on chrome and it just keeps redirecting to login. Started failing within the last 2 weeks. I've cleared history and rebooted already.

@googlenest Don't know what you can do about this, I've factory reset it twice and it still goes offline a few times a day. I've given it its own power outlet so it didn't have to share with the modem. I've had it unhooked for a couple of days and now I don't go offline at all. Go figure.

@googlenesthelp In terms of hardware, no. Software, there was a firmware update for the router, but this was happening before the firmware update to the router. I ended up doing the update thinking it might fix the issue. But it didn't.

@googlenest I bought it just before Christmas, I guess the disconnected thing started happening a couple of weeks ago. First it said something like it didn’t have a connection. In the last few days it is now saying, “please login through the google home app”.

@googlenesthelp I have a problem with my doorbell as it lost contact with my WiFi and can't find it now . No settings have been changed and after reset it is still useless . I should have bought cheep Chinese system they have better customer service.

My phone camera worked just fine for the last 3 years, but suddenly stopped working after the new update. It crashes upon opening the app. Nbd from @Google seem to address the issue.

@googlenest No, I cast from the Plex app on my phone to the chromecast, I figured it out, it was in the audio settings of my Plex server that needed adjustment.
