@googlenesthelp I have installed eight google nest thermostats and on the direction of google support had On Tech to my home to resolve an issue of no power and On Tech did nothing to help or resolve the issue. product is terrible

@googlenesthelp The UK sorry, the thermostat was previously connected to Wi-Fi and has suddenly disconnected and when we try to reconnect it says your network may be hidden or too far away. However, it was previously connected and this was not an issue

I should start charging commission to @googlenest now that I’ve converted so many friends and family members. Don’t suffer through bad internet! Get what you pay for! It’s the best Wi-Fi purchase I’ve ever made!

~36 hours ago, my @googlenest went offline. I googled this and found many articles. None said that the Nest has a Reset option that is essentially a reboot option. I only found it while on the way to reset my network information. 30 seconds later, it was online.

Beggining to regret getting rid of the OnHub, even though support is ending next year, and going with the @googlenesthelp mesh router. Constant drops and lagging since install. Never an issue with OnHub.

@googlenesthelp so I have had a nest T-stat in my home for almost two years with no issue. On Christmas Day, I was 10 hours away with family and I checked my t-stat to ensure everything was ok. To my surprise my house was at 4 degree C and the t-stat was in eco mode.

Just got a Nest Battery Doorbell for Christmas and it says I can't connect to a gsuite account?! @googlenesthelp @googlenest is this being fixed? It looks like this has been an issue for years... When's the bug fix coming through?

@googlenesthelp It's always discouraging when support people copy/paste stuff to 'help' without either reading the issue, or what they're linking to, and end up annoying the person with the issue and wasting their time Sadly, it's all too frequent.

I’ve been trying to set up a brand new Google Nest Mini using an iPhone 11 for the past 3 hours but I haven’t been able to. The guys at Google support have been absolutely clueless about this as well. Please help. @madebygoogle @googlenestmini @googlenesthelp

Really disappointed in @googlenesthelp for having a nest doorbell that doesn’t work in my existing nest app where I already have cameras and pay a subscription to for video storage. WTF is the point? Returning this **** to the store today. Will have to look into switching to Ring
