@googlenesthelp My nest thermostat has not been able to connect to my wifi for a long time. Last rep I talk to said the battery is just probably dead and to recharge it. Battery is at 3.842 so I don’t think it’s dead. I’ve tried resetting and restarting my modem etc. help plz 😢

@BobbGlenn @googlenest Old house and I haven’t figured out a way to hard wire power to it. Nest cam outdoor with battery. Has a -20 limit then it shuts down.

@googlenest just a reminder that requiring two apps to monitor a random incomplete assortment of nest products in each is terrible UX. Also the new app sucks and no desktop support also sucks. Any chance you plan to fix any of this?

May I have a little help from all you @googlenest installers please? Just installed two at a customers house, he’s a little annoyed that heating Is coming on at 4:30am when it’s not set till 6:30am. Is there any way to turn thermostat down below 9degrees to stop this happening

@googlenesthelp I have identified 2 devices that are not supposed to be connected to my network. MAC addresses: a2:e0:e2:67:be:3c. ae:49:ab:1d:56:52. Both have used my own personal device name. How do I block the devices in the Google Home app? Secondly, who can help me ID them?

@googlenest @madebygoogle lol, I just called so they would turn on my outdoor cameras to record, it’s a service, the guy asked if I had power to them, as I told him earlier, cameras are set up, app on phone, just want the feature to get them to record, not just a still picture, he hung up on me!! Wtf
