Madad Incorporated Cards and More (@micardsnmore) reportedDon't use @Weather_Makers in Northbrook if you are brown. The lady I asked if they had a backup battery option because our association harasses us by cutting the power. They don't know that @googlenest makes a power connector that connects to the furnace. No laws broken Karen.

Prabhnoor Singh (@Prabhnoor0007) reported@googlenesthelp @suzfly Hi. I need help with my nest thermostat
-
Area Man (@lheal) reported@CdreMattDecker @googlenest Yeah, except we have fish that don't like to have the air temperature fall below 68. And I'm home, walking past the firking thermostat every few minutes to warm up my coffee. It's a great product technically, but their company zealotry is offensively, aggressively bad.

The nasty riff, but slower. 🇵🇸 🇱🇧 (@nastyriff) reported@JeffDean Bro, I just want my @googlenest speaker to stop saying "Sorry, I don't understand". You broke it. Fix it. Get Gemini on that. And play the damn song I ask for, not a remix radio station.

Kevin (@McNamara_Group) reported@googlenest @madebygoogle Subject: URGENT ESCALATION: $650 Nest Hardware Unusable / Account Locked After Church Vandalism To Google Nest Support / Escalation Team: I am writing to urgently escalate a situation that has rendered $650 worth of brand-new Google Nest cameras completely useless due to an automated account lockout loop. Recently, our local church was vandalized. I have been a loyal Google user for years and personally promised our pastor that Google’s ecosystem was reliable and spectacular. Based on my recommendation, we purchased four new Google Nest cameras to secure the building. Here is the exact timeline of what has happened: I set up a new dedicated Gmail account specifically to manage the church's new security system. I successfully set up all 4 new Nest cameras on that account using my mobile phone. Everything worked perfectly on my device. I then gave the email and password to our pastor so he could log in and monitor the system from his end. Instead of letting him log in, Google’s automated security randomly locked the account and sent an email demanding an explanation for why the account was created. I provided the full explanation, and the account was officially "restored" 2 days later. The Current Issue: Despite the account being restored, the system is STILL blocking any login attempts from the pastor's devices or any computer. It continuously throws an "unrecognized device" error, even with the correct password and recovery information on file. Because of this endless security loop, we cannot hand over the account to the church. Right now, these four cameras are essentially $650 dead sticks. We cannot monitor our recently vandalized church. I understand Google has automated security measures, but I need a human being to look at this account, lift the device lock, and allow us to actually use the hardware we purchased. I need this escalated to someone who can resolve this immediately.

TheCesarcade (@TheCesarcade) reportedGoogle’s Nest cameras has to be one of the worst security systems I’ve ever wasted money on. If you’re looking for decent cameras that’ll actually keep a record of footage for you without having to pay a subscription fee then search elsewhere. @googlenest
-
Jason Silver (@Da_Big_Dogg) reported@googlenest just wanted to say Thank you for basically making my v1 Nest garbage, you pissed me off enough to look at other products and now I’m going away from Nest! Nicely done!!! Idiots!

Amelia Harison (@amelia_harison) reported@hal_harvey @googlenest That’s quite a huge gap between the reported and calculated numbers do you think this is just a reporting error, or something more deliberate?
-
Paul Barrett (@PaulBarret18256) reported@Google @GoogleNest @madebygoogle I own 14 Google Home/Nest devices across two homes. Since the forced Gemini rollout, basic features (hands-free calls, routines) are broken unless I hand over more data. Safety risks in the car too. Any chance of a buy-back program for loyal customers whose paid-for hardware is now deliberately degraded? #GoogleHome #GoogleNest #GeminiFail

Nindie Nation (@nindienation) reportedIf you built a thermostat that can no longer change the temperature, did you build the worst thermostat ever designed? Because @Google @googlenest is disabling my Thermostat any day now that we installed when building our house in 2015.
