Ya kidding me with this **** right @googlenest @googlenesthelp Look at the date on this article that I just stumbled across when I had to ‘google’ Bluetooth disconnect issues on Mini Nest. I bought mine Yesterday! If there is such an inherent issue why are they still for sale?

@googlenesthelp When streaming nest cams on the Google Home Hub, it pauses video and audio on all other devices in the house indefinitely. This has been going on for 4 months. Is there any fix for this in the works?

@googlenesthelp My Nest thermostat will no longer identify WiFi networks. I have tried all the support solutions I can find and still have had no look. What are my options? Can I receive a replacement as this seems to be a known issue?

@hollandnigel @madebygoogle @googlenesthelp I’m glad I have you to test these things before I spend money on them! We need a better camera for our garage as simplisafe’s is poor at night. Guess we’ll be trying to get one of the older wired ones.

Hey @googlenesthelp can you assist? All Googled up with Max hubs, Nest Doorbell, 3 Mini's but a couple of mini's are a problem. One with Fimw: 1.56.264666 is great but the one with Firmw: 1.54.250118 is very flakey. Loses settings etc. Can you point me to a help page?

@googlenesthelp Installed a couple of years ago. (US) We went away and apparently the base malfunctioned and the yellow wire was stuck “on” which ran the condenser when the handler was not on, so both became a block of ice. Ice formed, melted, water came down from the attic, rinse, repeat.

@lonseidman @googlenesthelp You’d have to be crazy to buy any subscription hardware. They could put their prices up or change their conditions at any time forcing you into a bad situation or making your hardware a useless paper weight if you don’t pony up.

@googlenesthelp Hello, we have 2 Google nest hubs. We have loved them for years and use constantly. Recently, the alarm volume is barely loud enough to hear despite the volume on the device being at max level. Any tips on how to fix? PLEASE HELP. TYIA.

@googlenesthelp Sure - I’ve reset the device and updated the WiFi to make sure we were getting strong enough signal because at first the error was an W5, now it’s an M15. So the app is able to engage the thermostat, but not pair it. I have the 3rd generation Nest Learning Thermostat.

@googlenesthelp Thanks no matter what. I hope you can fix those little things. I am also trying to find a camera that sends a real time feed to your displays, since most have a 10 second delay and a 2 minute or less play time (can't let it run continuously). Even if paying for cloud.

@googlenesthelp I am CONSISTENTLY getting "Sorry I don't understand" after giving VERY basic commands to my Google Home device (Nest Max Hub,Mini, etc.). I am able to control all of my devices through the Google Home app. Can you please help me?

@googlenesthelp The condenser will run even when there is no call for it. The air handler will stay off, so with no air flow, it freezes over very quickly. HVAC guy pinpointed the issue to the Nest base. I swapped in the base from our other nest and found that he was correct.

@googlenesthelp I have multiple devices that use WiFi and none have this issue either including TV, PCs, and phones.I have also tried to update the software as well. When I spoke last year they wanted the firmware and software info. I provided those and that's where it stopped.

@googlenesthelp I have removed the mini from a socket holder as the power wire was coiled behind the mini - could cause a problem. Is there any way to stop the mini repeating a command as it's so loud in the night.
