    @googlenest Everything else works perfect. This is not the 1st and only problem I have had with this Chromecast. I've re-installed, clear cache and data etc multiple times

    @googlenesthelp have not had a working thermostat since the 17.11.2020, W5 error! Have just been cut off from your customer service centre after an hour! Email correspondence for over 2 weeks and no resolution reached! This is disgraceful customer service.

    @googlenest again, of this week all C by GE lights are not working and cannot be re-added to Google Home. Rebooting devices doesn't help. Already been through many hours of troubleshooting, resetting, power cycling, etc. They just stopped working and Home app doesn't see.

    @googlenesthelp Not right now, and everything was off earlier in the day when I unplugged to change some smart bulbs. This started happening when Google Music closed down. Never happened before that. The other infuriating thing it does is...

    @lisamjarvis @googlenest Problem is that WiFi is down so I need my phone for work... and it’s the only device I have with a cellular connection. I think the real answer is to switch over to a standalone white noise generator

    @WEMOcares @BelkinCares @googlenest This is getting to be ridiculous. Dimmer switches from WeMo have been down for over a week AGAIN. No % control from #GoogleAssistant / #GoogleHome. This happened in October and they finally fixed it. Now it's down again. Been waiting...nothing.

    @Rubbers29 @googlenest Good idea! I have booster fans installed in our current house, but adding smart switches would allow me to boost ‘output’ to a specific room. The system may overwork a little bit at least I would have boosted output to the problem areas.... The baby room is an issue!

    @googlenesthelp We have had our nest about 4 weeks and it has gone offline and will not find any network. Tried everything and been on hold to the support line about 3 times for an hour... still nothing.

    WiFi going down means @googlenest won’t play white noise again... just in time for nap time 😢. Is there a way to cache ambient sounds locally so that my kid can nap through our next outage?

    @googlenesthelp After 2 additional phone calls it has hopefully been resolved. Shame that I had to tweet to get the matter to get it moving. 3 weeks to resolve an issue which should have been done in an hour

    @googlenest I have google wifi. Never had an issue with band switching on any other devices. I have plenty of devices that only run on 2.4 and they don't have any issues

    @googlenest Just reset the bulb and still the same issue. Google home is not connecting to bulb. Bulb is still about to communicate to C by GE app

    @googlenest Google just says that the device is no longer connected and then it tells me to reconnect and/or reboot and reinstall device. I can move it, sure. Don’t think it’ll make a difference. Seems to be an ongoing issue on all your online forums for customers.

    @googlenest I was initially getting an error stating could not access instant pot account. However, when I tried it again now, it worked flawlessly. I didn’t make any other system changes. I guess either instant pot or Google may have been down when I was trying. Sorry to be a bother.

    @googlenest Make and model is GOOGLE PIXEL 3. It seems to be a pretty easy two-step thing and nothing happens when I do the two steps. I have now returned and purchased a second Google TV and same issue on this one. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the Google home

    We got a @googlenest mesh router and now we can't hook up our @EcovacsUS to it because the deebot won't go on the 5ghz. We tried walking down the street to get on the lower one but it's just not working. Help!

    @aburkho4 @googlenesthelp @GELighting Can I jump in too? same issue, lights stopped working. Factory reset everything - trying for about 2 weeks, but google home app does not recognize (previously working) light bulbs. C by ge app will synced them though... no problem but then I have to factory reset them again lol.

    @googlenest Again I want everyone to know the bad practices you guys are following. Nest protect has a life of 10 years. I bough a March 27 2020 product. If that product is defective I need a replacement (refurbished is perfectly fine) which is manufactured at the same date.
