@googlenest I cannot seem to find contact number for support. I have 5 nest thermostats (at various locations) and when attempting to view the energy history via App and Website, no history is displayed. Obvious from web searches this issue is not isolated to me. ETA on fix?

@googlenesthelp So not only my IOS app is not displaying my heating history for January, but after resetting the Nest 3rd gen, it suddenly discovered that my room temp was actually 1 degree centigrade lower than previously displayed. WTF? It’s a global issue.

@googlenest I had to remove it because it stopped working and was very buggy, I reset the bulb, redownloaded hue Bluetooth app, Switched it off, updated and so on

@googlenest Well, that wasn't really my question. And hiding personal stuff is actually possible via recognition & personalization. The problem is: the calendar shared with all people I also share my Home with gets hidden too if I turn personalization off. Is there a workaround for that?

@googlenest Thanks @googlenest! My chrome cast is working fine on others apps (Hulu, Netflix, etc.) but with @dailyburn the videos either don’t load, or only play for a few minutes and freeze. Problem started about 1 week ago.

@googlenesthelp @sk0rp10 I too have this issue. No history since January 20th. I had removed a Nest protect that had expired then. On weekend I removed all Nest products and re-installed. Still no history. I have a 2nd Gen Nest Thermostat.

Please don't buy a @googlenest My thermostat has had issues ever since I bought it and from the copious amounts of google searches I've done, I'm not alone. Ive been on the phone with their customer service for hours and still have the same problem I started with. Just don't.

@googlenest The replacement thermostat as we were preparing to move so we took the broken one with us to our new home as we had no return label. I forgot to address this issue. Now, about one year later, again, buy new house, buy 2 thermostats for it. One breaks in less than a year. Nest

@sundarpichai after my @googlenest thermostat broke, it was professionally installed by professionals, I contacted @googlenest and they wanted to trouble shoot. They wanted to swap wires but wouldn't be responsible if my system burned up. Oh and it was still under warranty.

@googlenest Are you ever going to acknowledge there was an outage with the nest thermostat histories? For those of us that had to individually troubleshoot with your service this was frustrating. Glad it's fixed but you could have just announced the outage.

My @googlenest thermostat 3 is throwing up a W5 WiFi error. Every other device in the house is connected fine, so it’s the Nest that’s at fault. Both Reset>Restart and Reset>Network have failed. Any suggestions?! @googlenesthelp
