Very disappointed that @Google @GoogleForEdu has purchased @googlenest and now will not honor my school’s tax exempt status. Tax exempt does not mean that you pay taxes and then get reimbursed. It means you don’t pay them at all. I have never had this issue with a vendor.

@googlenesthelp Hi, My Nest Thermostat, 3rd Gen no longer connects to WIFI. I have used it without issue since 1/2021, haven't changed anything w/WIFI. Can connect to WIFI with my iPhone and iPads. "Searching No Networks Found" Tried reboot and reset. Nothing works!

@googlenesthelp I think it's a Spotify issue and not a Google Nest issue. When listening to my liked songs or a playlist on my phone and connecting it to my Nest, it can only get through one song before I can no longer change the song on my phone but it continues to play on my Nest.

@googlenest on call with #google #nest support. My learning thermostat is just (2)two years old and it’s dead. I paid $308 for it and it turns out they wont render me any support to replace for fix it. This is absolute waste of money and stealing attempt from @googlenest

I am sick and tired of @ring not connecting or taking forever to go live, would rather use a @googlenest or go straight to @vivintsecurity...this is ridiculous for the amount of money paid! Don’t ask for DM if you can’t fix the issue!

@googlenest And then some of the settings like changing Cel to F can only be done from the buggy Home app which doesn't actually transmit the change to the device. Probably have to send the damn thing back and look for a 1st gen on eBay. You blew it @googlenest /end

@googlenesthelp No network change at all. This happened once maybe a week or so ago. We reset the nest, left it along to charge, then it worked until today. Now it must have shut down, the screen is completely dark and not responding.
