@googlenest I’m setting up my new google nest WiFi and I’ve got to the screen where the nest is trying to connect to my device, but the problem is that I’m connect to the nest but it doesn’t register that! It’s giving me a lot of trouble and your help center isn’t working at all.

@googlenest if you are looking for mesh network setup, I would have second thoughts regarding this expensive setup. Reliability and stability are an issue, along with support. More to come based on my actual experience using Nest WiFi...

@googlenest Yep, that’s an issue if the camera can’t pickup the WiFi... My phone is next to the camera and has full signal, the camera refuses to recognise that network even though 2 other cameras are on it. Nest equipment fails far too easily in my opinion. Based on over 3 years use.

@googlenest Everything works but the app. Every account that was associated with my Google Home household is now permanently locked out of the app, it shows an error on start and you cant do anything. Support told me to "wait 24 hours and see". Unsurprisingly that did nothing
