    @Phil_S_UK @BenGreenwood999 @googlenesthelp Same here. Internet access is fine. Primary device powered off and on but the Home app still shows it as being offline.

    @googlenesthelp No, within eight hours of first discovering the issue, it was back to normal operations. Mostly it was an inconvenience for a few hours, but not enough information at the time to know if I was looking at a new "normal" state.

    @googlenesthelp Some 4-6 hours later everything was working again. (After I posted my note.) This is the first note I've seen that anyone noticed I'd posted. (Which I'm actually OK with, but if there was some sort of an outage, information on it would be nice.)

    @googlenesthelp @rusty0101 Thanks for the handoff! We identified a temporary issue that could cause commands sent to lighting and power devices to fail last night. Things should be back up and running now - @rusty0101 would you mind giving things one more try?

    @googlenesthelp OK, I have reinstalled the app, without success. I have also checked my wife's phone and this also reports that the network is offline.

    @googlenesthelp It says "Unable to save settings". If I then kill the app and restart it then Cloud services is still on. Already restarted the network twice to no avail. @kidscomicsmore is having the same issue at hers too.

    @DaveSchmarder @googlenesthelp @WyzeCam At a guess, there was an API update on one side or the other that caused a problem that they fixed later in the day. Might have simply been that both agreed to the change, but someone was behind the other in implementing.

    @jp2e @googlenesthelp Ha...we had this with Paw Patrol and Fire TV devices so it's not specific to Google! Could never fix it.

    Anyone else use Google/Nest WiFi and constantly being told the network is offline even though literally everything works on the network?! Seems to have started yesterday from what I can tell. Restarting network made no difference. @googlenest @GoogleUK

    @MaFt @googlenesthelp Loads of people are having the exact same issue today (including myself). Something is wrong on @googlenesthelp side not ours. It's been an issue for me since 8:30am today (UK).

    @googlenest what is the point of having “smart” products when you don’t stand behind them. The worst part is for 2 weeks I have been getting the run around. Just replace the defective product.refund the money you were so quick to collect.

    @googlenesthelp @madebygoogle I am cold. 20 degrees outside/ similar inside my house. Nest thermostat STILL not working. Gone through troubleshoot, spent $$$ on techs and still issues. Chemo patient in the house. I need this fixed now. Case ID: 1-0073000032060. @bbb_us defect

    @googlenesthelp I received a notification at 0830hrs GMT indicating that my network was offline. It was / is not, and all devices remain connected to the internet including Nest Cams etc. I have tried rebooting both the modem and each of the WiFi Points but the app stills reports as offline 🤷

    @googlenesthelp Battery version. It just reads Offline in the Nest app. Unfortunately I usually don't notice for three or four days when it happens.

    @googlenesthelp UK. It's a Technicolor router in bridge mode connected to Nest WiFi (no change in 18mth). 1 other Nest WiFi, 2 Google WiFi in the mesh (4 in total). All working correctly except for Home app reporting network is offline and a few settings not working as it thinks it's offline.

    @googlenesthelp It would be nice to know what the issue was for the next time. I'd already shut down lights for the night, a few hours later went to get up and the GE bulb I have worked, as did the non-WYZE switches and bulbs, but the Mini's all complained that they couldn't talk to WYZE Home.
