Hi @googlenest your cameras are security devices, but when the speed to your servers is so slow despite solid internet connections, it just buffers, it makes them pretty useless. As I am paying for this service, I find it unacceptable

@googlenest your service since the changeover has gotten worse and worse by the week. It’s almost criminal to charge people the amounts you do for the cams and have such **** service.

There should be a special place in hell for apps that let you buy an subscription in app but force you to chat with someone for 30 mins for them to finally send you a link to cancel. It’s one of the worst patterns and should be outlawed. Cc @googlenest

@googlenest @madebygoogle On Google Nest Hub Max, Ambient EQ auto brightness slider STILL broken. Moving slider has no effect until max level, when brightness suddenly raises to max. Selecting slightly lower snaps the slider to the middle and decreases brightness to dark.

@googlenesthelp Hi I’m not sure at this point. My two cameras dropped off last night at the same time, and are showing as offline despite being plugged in, on Wi-Fi and still on the same account. Meanwhile another duplicate home property has appeared in my nest app that has no devices attached?

@googlenesthelp I think the last iOS app update has a problem. Both the iPhone and iPad apps are suddenly doing the spinning circle thing frequently and/or freezing entirely when I try to go to specific times in the available video footage. Didn’t do this before the update.

The @googlenest Nest thermostat is the only piece of recent technology that I truly hate. It’s always doing something opaque. Our contractor installed it with a new ac system and it’s always been terrible.

@Portland_Beer @ZiplyFiber Is it specifically the Ziply routers that are causing the issue, or is it the the fiber connection? I’ve been considering switching, and most of my computers are on Ethernet, or my own @googlenest mesh Wi-Fi.
