@googlenesthelp My Learning Thermostat 3rd Gen's wifi has gone bad. I've done restarts, manual charging, reset network, reset All settings. The Nest can't see networks anymore, while my phone can see 15+. I'm out of warranty (2019) but this appears to be common. Can you help?

@googlenesthelp Hi there. Thanks for checking in. Had to resort to turning the boiler off last night as the heating was not turning off, either from the app nor thermostat. Could this be a set up issue? Is the heatlink not communicating between boiler and thermostat?

@googlenesthelp I'm in USA. I have 4 Pro 6e routers, 3 on Ethernet backhaul, one not. The one that's not on backhaul intermittently goes offline, despite having great connection when tested via Google home app. It works for a week, then goes offline for no reason.

Hi @google @googlenest @googlenesthelp, who do I need to talk to to get a fair resolution to the unacceptable product and customer service you provide? Would a formal complaint help get you to do the ethical thing? no heating for 72 hours is acceptable with 2 babies?

@googlenesthelp Have been 5 days now without BBC sounds ie. radio two and local radio stations. Today Monday 10th. Cannot get other radio stations either, like, Greatest Hits radio and no others. Nottingham area, how much longer do we expect to wait for a fix??

@googlenest Having a very bad experience with google nest products. Customer for 10 years, 2 homes with close to 20 devices. Had to replace nest spotlight/camera after multiple issues with battery yet its wired. Now Door lock on multiple occasions doesn't lock. 45 minutes

@googlenesthelp I'll send you a photo of that tomorrow. Right now the thermostat is showing 'Off', but the heating is on at 24. My heating should not be on, as per my schedule, but it's on full. This is the issue. It's not following my schedule and my heating is always on. Have U seen this B4?

Oh no @BBCSounds and @googlenesthelp - it's back, the issue where Google Nest can't play BBC Radio 2 just says 'I don't know' and shows you results on search, and when you tap the screen it says 'i can't do that here but you can ask me to play it on one of your other devices'
