    @googlenesthelp I have many Nest devices in my house, all working fine. However, after almost 2 years of life without issues my Nest Cam IQ Outdoor has suddenly stopped, no lights nothing. Nest Aware is saying last motion saved for it was on Tuesday this week. Can you help?

    Do you think ERCOT is controlling our @googlenest thermostat temperatures here in Texas? Its funny how the temperature keeps being raised to the temperatures that they are telling Texans to move their thermostats to, to avoid the system shutting down

    Cool life hack! If you're a paid @youtubemusic subscriber but still hear ads on @googlenest you can reach out to technical support and get stuck in a neverending nightmare loop where nothing is resolved because you keep getting passed back and forth like a party favor.

    @purpleparrotuk @googlenest I made them aware of the issue on the 11th April. They keep telling me the same, that it’s being looked into. So frustrating, paid for 24/7 cloud recording but can’t view the footage as the app is broken.

    @purpleparrotuk Are you still getting fobbed off by @googlenesthelp with the whole Nest App? It just doesn’t work..they’ve broken it & constantly tell me via email that they’re looking into it. So frustrating.

    @googlenest @Google Chromecast is a pain since the recent change wherein casted videos can no more be controlled using the TV remote. Worst is when you command the speaker to play on Chromecast and you are helpless. Please revert to allow us to pause/seek using remote control.🙏🏻

    @googlenesthelp I'm getting no information from the seller. I can understand the limitations in general, but there has to be some way to prove it's not stolen & fix this. it came in the box w/ *all* the inserts, hardware, etc - just not the entry sensors & one tag - not like just a bare "guard"

    @WietseWind @googlenest you need to either change them all out for gu10 led's (cool to touch but light is poor) ( direct replacement) or have transformers fitted and drop them down to 12volts ( same heat but transformer gas thermal cut out.) check to see if insulation is sitting above lamp.

    @googlenesthelp I have the original nest doorbell and my wifi is great. It's your service that has gotten slower and buggier and borderline unusable over the past year. I used to buy all your products and now I hate them. You guys don't support ****. I'm done.

    @googlenest Am I doing something wrong? If I want to cancel my alarm on my Nest Hub by clicking on the alarm I set, it takes me to a page where I have to scroll down for an endless amount of time before I get to my set alarm to cancel it.

    @googlenesthelp Hi, my Nest Learning thermostat failed to connect to WiFi and does not see any WiFi network. I did factory reset, but it did not resolve the issue. Please advise what can be done to resolve this issue. I have it around 6 months.
