@googlenesthelp I certainly do need help please. I have called the Nest support twice and on both occasions been told a technical expert will call me back. I have still not had a call and I’m thoroughly disgusted with the service levels.

@googlenesthelp I can’t login to my account because of the two way authentication. I recently changed my cellphone number and support can’t change the verification code to my email address on file…seriously, how good is a system you can’t use?

@googlenesthelp hi, my Nest thermostat randomly stopped connecting to wifi. It cant find or connect to any WiFi signals near me. I already tried restarting my router, and I tried rebooting the nest thermostat. my wifi works cause it works with my other devices. Please help. Thx.

So all of a sudden, my @googlenesthelp has started saying it has a problem with the Y1 wire. Yet nothing about it has changed since I installed it a few months ago. Everything looks right, and it worked great all summer. (shrug)

Would definitely not recommend @googlenest to anyone considering it. Worst customer service on earth. I’ve not been able to use the thermostat for over a year (so no heat all year) and no matter how many calls I log with them, no resolution. Extremely frustrated!

@googlenesthelp Rebooted router, restarted Nest, reset Nest 4 or 5 times. Setup always stops at WiFi setup. It says it can’t connect to the network. It had been flawless until today when it went offline.

@googlenest ISSUE: When asking Google Hub / Max what’s on TV it will show the TV guide for YouTubeTV but only sometimes will work to tap the channel you want to watch. Usually highlights the channel when tapped & does nothing. Plays channel by voice no problem. Bug?

@madebygoogle @Google @googlenest As long as Google decides to investigate, try it for themselves to replicate the issue & fix it. Also, I told you that I switch off the speaker daily in the afternoon, it's because even when DND is ON it makes sound when laptop auto-connects via BT. Fix the software.

Annoying. @googlenesthelp smoke alarm won't silence with press & app continues to notify. Had to remove battery & uninstall app. Smoke issue was resolved, but I should be Able to cancel.
