@googlenest I inherited 2 Nest Therm. I had two Honeywell’s before. The Nests refuse to allow you to control your house. Constantly interfering. Very aggravating. Too bad. You should stop and just provide a product.

@googlenesthelp I have a Nest 3rd gen thermostat that is no longer able to connect to my WiFi network. It's not the network. I have many other devices connected/working fine. No networks show up on the Nest when it's scanning and there are plenty around. I need help!

@googlenesthelp And it's ridiculous I have to talk through character limits to a help service unrelated, on a platform unrelated, and nthng will chng. Google is too big for its own use. If life wasn't wrapped in RQng it, I'd never use it again. Infuriating beyond any rage I've ever felt before.

@googlenesthelp Absolutely shocking decision for legacy users. We have 2 options. Use the Google Home app for all cameras (this could be the worst app ever designed!). Or, use 2 apps. Horrendous from Google. Will be getting returned tomorrow & really makes me think about my other 3 cameras.

@googlenesthelp Hi My dad & I have Nest 3rd Gen Thermostats that keep going offline/disconnecting from WiFi. Online said it’s time for the battery to be replaced. Is that true before we buy new batteries &/or a specific/preferred manufacturer to buy? Thx

just emailed @googlenest tech support to say those of us with Spectrum don’t have that level of access to our routers, so if the problem is interference [with #familybells specifically 🤨] users can’t do much

I bought a @googlenest when I first got my home thinking that it would help save money on the long run… couldn’t be more wrong this thing has costed more then I paid for it. Always changing temps on its own when I’ve never had it set to those temps.

@googlenesthelp @madebygoogle 2) Explain automatic changes to temperature. They're currently wildly unpredictable. I've seen my setting go up, or down, by 10%, moments after setting it again. 3) Don't change the setting that's just be provided directly by the user

Pretty disappointed with the lack of video download support, @googlenesthelp. Only downloading activities, and no browser support, is a HUGE step down from my old camera that used the Nest App and didn’t force me onto Google Home App.

@googlenesthelp I don't own a nest. My Gmail is the issue. Buy new phone, forgot password, set new one according to 'can't use prec passwrd' + special character rqmnts. Not my typical pass. New cell gets in. Accidentally broke. Nxt phone lock accnt trying to access. Now I'm fkd w/o 8-dig code.

@Andrew33080654 @googlenest Exactly what I was going to suggest. Problem with their stuff (well, one of the problems) is it's all designed for the US market where they have boxes in for everything. Zero thought given to anyone else.

@ArtemR @googlenest I rarely had this problem with the original wired Hello doorbell but the newest doorbell always does this at between 20-300 seconds. With the old one, it would almost always be fine for the hours I kept it on when waiting for deliveries while working.

@googlenesthelp Nothing has changed. A Google search found this to be a common problem. No error messages or anything and it controls the unit but no matter what I try it won't connect to the Wi-Fi. It doesn't even show any available networks when it scans, and I have 4.

Don’t buy the @generalelectric switches made for @Google. They’re ******* terrible. Every update breaks their connections and I have one that died only months after install. I wish I would have use Apple instead of @googlenest products. Loosing functionality isn’t fun either.

When @googlenest clicks to away, your upstairs heats to 82 degrees, then takes it’s sweet time cooling down. During Texas Summers the away function is THE WORST. -Sweating from Bed 😭😭🥵🥵 (This is also the 2nd time it has happened this summer, even tho I turned Away off!)
