Earlier this week I also discovered "shut the living room off" no longer does just lights, but everything in the room...including the thermostat. Garbage.

I go warranty checker and confirm I'm under warranty and submit a claim. It just says "refresh this page and try again. Sorry, there was a problem with the form" help!

It’s 3 years old. Nest don’t seem to care. I have a bunch of Aqara cams, hub and lock. How’s your thermostat? Can you help?

Frustrating because there is no other way to get help. They changed their subscription to screw the people like every other company FU!
