    @Google @googlenest @googlenesthelp when you’re told you will get a call back from a manger within 30 mins they should honor that & I’m still waiting for my call back. This is completely unacceptable and bad business. You should care more about customers freezing waiting on item

    @googlenesthelp My sister (who I have not given any authority to access my Google nest speaker) can control music over my nest speaker from a different room in the house. How can I fix this? Only one Google nest device, only one account set up (mine).

    @googlenesthelp Other than Google Minis (which don’t seem affected), that’s the only Nest device we currently have installed. I haven’t tried anything yet, just saw how many times it blipped offline in the past 24hrs and wasn’t sure what to do!

    @googlenesthelp Really weird issue here. Since Tues, when I say "Okay Google, SiriusXM Channel 38" Google Home Max replies "sorry, I don't understand." The command works with any other SiriusXM Channel (39,40,41,125,etc). But for some reason, 38 doesn't since Tues. Thoughts?

    @googlenesthelp Over the last few days my doorbell keeps going offline. I have a number of Nest products which all stay online along with everything else. The doorbell is within a decent distance of the router and nothing my side has changed. Also have 900mbps. Why offline ?

    @googlenesthelp i have a nest thermostat that has worked great for the past 6 months. It recently lost its wifi connection and I can't get it to reconnect. It just searches and doesn't see any networks. All other devices in the house work fine. Can you help??

    @Google @googlenest @googlenesthelp you’re techs aren’t doing what they tell customers they will do. We are freezing in our house waiting for replacement that was never put through as we were told. You should do that right thing and overnight my replacement! Bad customer service

    @googlenesthelp my Nest UK gen2 thermostat is not controlling my heating . It says heating is off but the heating remains on. No error on display and all seems to be okay but heating remains on.

    @googlenest you folks really need to add nest aware 1st gen support back or offer a 2nd gen subscription that’s actually comparable. Your support team needs some teeth to actually deal with customer issues instead of punting people down the line.

    @googlenesthelp Hello, it has been over 2 months that I'm waiting for Google to sent a replacement for my defective Nest Wifi router. I'm contacting support each week, each week they promise to send a replacement. And.. nothing happens. Support is the worst I ever experienced

    My gosh the @googlenest setup process is beyond bad. Trying to add wife's account to manage thermostat, entry key doesn't work, google home setup just hangs (on iPad and on Macbook browser), half an hour of my life wasted so far. Awful.

    @ToolstationUK to protect your customers from poor products, please remove Nest Cam IQ Outdoor from sale. Original, bought from you,and replacement lasted 13 months combined. @googlenest disown the problem, though the issues are widespread and documented.Told to buy replacement!

    @googlenesthelp There is no damage, it just randomly stopped working. I have 2 iq outdoor cams so by switching all parts over i could tell its definitely the long power cable that is the problem.

    @ToolstationUK @googlenest Thanks for reply. First purchased Oct 2019. Failed after two months due to moisture/ water ingress at power connector on back of camera (well known issue documented many times over internet). @googlenest replaced. Second camera lasted 11months then failed in same way. 1/2
