Jimmy (@jimmy071125) reported@googlenest After your Gemini update to Google home everything is slow and broken. I ask for the weather and it gives me the weather for New York City. I don’t live in New York City. Asking to play Spotify seems impossible for Gemini. This update is terrible.

Jas Hans 71 (@JasonHanson1971) reported@googlenesthelp my just installed nest learning thermostat Wi-Fi is not working. It will not locate any networks. I have tried to connect from the device and also connecting via Bluetooth to the app no networks show up. I have reset the nest a couple times also.

Frustrating because there is no other way to get help. They changed their subscription to screw the people like every other company FU!

Crashes. Lagging. Spinning wheels. Freezes. I have 9 cameras all unusable. Not just me. 1 stars!

I've tried everything from reset, to router reset, an other trouble shooting methods. It's never connected since the day I purchased it new. I firmly believe its the nest device not working.

Dec 20: charged $180 annual; still linked to the broken one (not installed). New doorbell = unable to link. Been overpaying for worse service. Spt no help No refund.

The lady I asked if they had a backup battery option because our association harasses us by cutting the power. They don't know that @googlenest makes a power connector that connects to the furnace. And I'm home, walking past the firking thermostat every few minutes to warm up my coffee. It's a great product technically, but their company zealotry is offensively, aggressively bad.
