Last night ther thermostat still thought it was Sunday (2/15) but no internet available to fix it. Internet came on over night and we woke up to find it set in eco mode. it was set at 65 when we went to bed.

Suki (@suki_b) reported@googlenest just charged me @£219 for a faulty replacement thermostat. It was broken, they accepted it was their issue. I called support who said ‘we don’t have a phone number sorry’. On a side note, they are 180 on Amazon. Complete joke.

The branches and trunks of those trees were broken off/down by the ice and fell on the power lines to tear them down. We are out of power tonight again.🥲

(@JZaluzec) reportedHey @googlenesthelp, whenever I've been asking my little Google nest to play Mozart, it says "sorry something went wrong" but when I mention other Mozart famous compositions like Marriage of Figaro, it doesn't have a problem playing Pandora or the actual song. Glitch? :-P

Repeated “w5” errors. @googlenest has supplied 2 replacements....which also have “w5” error, which is inability to connect to wifi. Have spent HOURS with their “support”.
