Beef Jerky (@Farr351226) reported@cotywithaT_ @googlenest @madebygoogle The thing I found work, the best was to unplug it and leave it unplugged for a week and it worked better but still not reliable enough for what you want a camera to be and my other two cameras that I didn’t update still work well Google sucks and did nothing to help

Tried everything suggested...they are just saying get an HVAC tech...but the old thermostat works just fine....this is second unit I that hasn't lasted over 2-3 years. What is exp life ?

Frustrating because there is no other way to get help. They changed their subscription to screw the people like every other company FU!

Chris Danks 🇬🇧 🇺🇸 📐📐 (@christesla) reported@GoogleNestHelp Bug report for Nest 4th Gen (v2.4). Following a 33hr ISP outage, both thermostats failed to auto-reconnect once WAN returned. Because Master PIN lock was enabled, I couldn't fix it remotely. Had to send someone to manually enter PIN & restart hardware. The Wi-Fi stack needs an infinite exponential backoff retry loop or autonomous reboot when offline >24hrs. This ruins use for vacation homes. Please escalate to engineering. It went 3 weeks without connectivity due to this issue.

Raymond Snijders (@rsnijders) reported@googlenesthelp Resetting the Nest Mini (unplugging/plug back in) does fix the problem temporarely but somehow the Nest Mini or the Tunein app fetches new and wrong geodata location info and it refuses a new radio session for Dutch stations like Radio 10 and Radio Veronica. Will DM tomorrow.

If you are already signed into the Ring app, you do not need to sign in again to use it, as it is designed to keep you logged in for, at minimum, 30 days of consistent use!
