@googlenesthelp The other thing I noticed is that it's the HD cameras that are having the issue and not the old metal black version one cameras My old metal black cameras which I have two seem to be working but my high definition white cameras and my nest hello are not working

@googlenesthelp Our Nest cameras are all offline since 12:20PM EST. I’ve already rebooted internet, Wi-Fi routers and all cameras. Cameras still offline.

@drkrmdvlpmnt @googlenest Yep. Issue started maybe an hour ago. Nest app is very slow to show any video, while Google Home app just shows the Nest cam as offline. Been working fine for months until today.

@aalind @googlenesthelp I like how Google Support tries to talk users through troubleshooting on their end when they know full well the issue is on Google’s end. The problems are widespread. Fix your servers, Google.

@googlenesthelp Yes. WiFi is fine for all other devices. Both hub max and doorbell are connected to the WiFi, just both online. With lots of other people reporting the same issue, surely the problem is at your end?

@googlenesthelp My Nest Hello is showing as Offline. It's showing as connected to my router and I've also gone through the steps in the app to reconnect to WiFi which was apparently successful but it hasn't fixed it. Also tried power cycling. No luck. Any ideas?

@drkrmdvlpmnt @googlenest Also having problems, started yesterday I think. Keeps going offline and is very laggy, running about 10 second slow. The app also can’t decide what day it is or how many events have happened in a day. Any idea?

@googlenesthelp Nest IQ Outdoor cameras black or spinning wheel. Resetting wifi via app doesn't help. Now Nest app giving error messages but Nest Status still showing green. Nest Hello (doorbell) seemingly working fine. Same experience both app and web interface

@googlenesthelp You have hundreds of reports of the Nest Hello being down on Down Detector. My camera was down. I removed and tried to re-add, and now it will not connect. Keeps giving me NC009 Error. My thermostat and Protects are working just fine. No issues until this morning.

@googlenesthelp what’s going on with you guys? First my outdoor cam goes down, and still no resolution from you guys almost a week later. Now my nest hello won’t reconnect to my wifi. I even tried factory reset. Seems to be a widespread problem Get your act together Google!!

@googlenesthelp nest camera went offline about an hour ago. I restarted it by mugging it and waiting about 30 seconds before plugging it back in. Verified the wifi is up and has good signal. Don't think the issue on my end.

@googlenesthelp Hi, thanks for responding. Yes, as it happens I was streaming, via cast, YouTube to my nest hub max at the time it reported as offline. Camera set to on only if nobody in house. External cam is IQ Outdoor. All seems good right now

@googlenesthelp I see others reporting this but my Nest Doorbell is no longer connecting to wifi. I have tried reconnecting to the wifi and rebooted the doorbell but it is still offline. It still has power and other devices have no issues. It went offline around 11:20 AM (ET).
