@googlenesthelp It typically goes straight back to the login screen. I’ve force closed the app a few times and tried again. Occasionally it stays in a spinning processing circle but usually just straight back to login.

@googlenesthelp Just chatted with your support who agreed there's an issue with my thermostat. Warranty expired literally days ago, so they recommend buying a new unit. Really? What happened to customer satisfaction? Customer loyalty is earned... You can still make this right.

My brother noticed something was not working on their search engine (their only product back then), so I tried to contact their customer service. They didn’t have one. Not a single mail address or phone number.

@googlenesthelp 2/2 All devices and software are up to date. All are rebooted. Changing to a different speakergroup does not help. There are speakerpairs in the group. I'm sorry, but all these bugs (I have more) makes me regret ever buying your products.

@googlenesthelp @googlenest this device not working with GSuite is literally absurd. you mean that every other Smart home product I own can be used with my google account, but not the product I actually bought from google. Never buying another google product. It’s not 2009, wtf?

For everyone thinking about buying a nest third gen thermostat think other wise. We have had 2 that we bought in 2018 and one has gone bad. 3 years and it’s out of warranty so we won’t be getting a replacement. $250 wasted @googlenest #googlenest

@googlenest why is it so hard to get a faulty doorbell replaced. I have been on chat with Andrew (case ID - 2-2849000031410). Two hours to tell me that he can not replace a dead unit and no resolution. Exceptionally bad experience.

@ring charged me an annual fee and wont give me a refund. I cancelled my service 6 months ago because I sold that house. Even my video history shows camera offline for months. @googlenest
