  @googlenesthelp Recently, my Nest thermostat stopped finding my router and I did all the things that Nest trouble shoot told me to do but to none avail. I can still control the temp and stuff from the wall setting, but can’t control it from my phone. Help!

  Google Nest thermostat is such a POS product, I fkn hate it. App never works right and support won’t help. I regret buying it. I thought Google would stand behind their products, but no. $280 wasted. 🖕 @googlenesthelp

  @CdreMattDecker @googlenest Yeah, except we have fish that don't like to have the air temperature fall below 68. And I'm home, walking past the firking thermostat every few minutes to warm up my coffee. It's a great product technically, but their company zealotry is offensively, aggressively bad.

  @googlenest After your Gemini update to Google home everything is slow and broken. I ask for the weather and it gives me the weather for New York City. I don’t live in New York City. Asking to play Spotify seems impossible for Gemini. This update is terrible.

  @googlenest are you deadass putting my thermometers on eco mode in 100 degree weather? My house just shot up to 80 degrees inside without notifying me or anything. This is legit one of the worst home products I have ever purchased. This hasn't helped us at all

  @googlenesthelp My Nest Mini 2 seems to have broken completely. When ask it to play a playlist from my @Spotify Premium it plays some other random playlist. It's made playing songs on it almost impossible. Ive already unplugged it, factory reset it & deleted & reinstalled it

  @googlenest thermostats are the absolute worst. Whether data farming or ending a set up because the brand new batteries shipped with the unit are bad, save yourselves the trouble and get an @ecobee
