    One of the worst products I've ever bought was a @googlenest doorbell camera - overpriced hardware and if you don't use their expensive subscription, not fit for purpose. There are much better alternatives - do a little research and avoid nest products.

    @googlenesthelp do you guys offer a satisfaction guarantee? If so I’d like my money back. Nothing but problems with my nest cam since I installed it on Monday. (Yes it has power and full wifi) the latest problem is it has stopped sending me notifications.

    @googlenest @warmlander hey, i'm having the same problems, there is a white and empty page when i try to match my Philips Hue to my Google Home App. Hue app works normally and its my first (and bad, so) utilisation of G Home Thanks !

    @googlenesthelp It started happening 3 days ago and when every camera at home started going down. I rebooted my access point - nothing. Bit next morning more or less every camera came back. But still off when I access my cameras the app says the camera is not connected to wifi

    @googlenest I think the problem is @tweethue since other partnerapps (Neato, Bosch & Honeywell) do connect in the Google Home app. I'm trying to connect a already installed device in the Google Home app and it keeps on giving this not working webpage. So its impossible to connect to Hue.

    @googlenest It's a fully managed multi-AP multi-WAN setup, main uplink is a 1G fixed line, fail over to LTE. I'm afraid the normal consumer setup script won't help here :)

    @googlenest No network issues, network is enterprise grade and unchanged. Rebooted all devices, reset the Nest Mini multiple times. Some mDNS issue I suppose.

    @googlenest @googleNest thanks for the response, but this is a poor workaround, not a solution or an answer to my question. It would be a very simple switch to give your users the option to not send notifications for recognized faces. When can we expect this option?

    @googlenesthelp hi please can you help! We’ve been trying to get hold of you for some advice but are finding it impossible to speak to someone!! Our nest doorbell isn’t working properly we can’t hear anything anyone at the door says ?? We have reset it but still the same !!

    @googlenest Hi Google. I appreciate you checking back in. The last two days were a doozy. I seem to have fixed the issue for now. Someone on reddit with the same devices recommended turning off location accuracy and it seems to have corrected the issue for now.

    @googlenest Asus AX6000 dual band router some devices connected to 2.4 some connected to five never been an issue before nothing has changed with the network or the router.

    wow @googlenest became absolute garbage. not sending us nest secure replacement as promised 2 months ago; wifi, cameras, doorbell turning off every 5 minutes, horrible customer service. WHAT HAPPENED???

    @googlenest No changes made. I’ve removed connect + Yale lock from nest app, hard reset, and reattempted to add to the app to get the error T009 15.5

    @googlenest I've set the device up in the Nest app. Now I want to add my Nest account to Google Home via the "Works with Google" option. I've just tried it again and now it's asking me to sign in with my Nest account but I don't have a Nest account, I have a Google account.
