    @googlenest The router (I use google fiber) is ~ 2 feet from the chromecast. I’ve only noticed the issue with my movies in the Google Play Library. It’s been an issue since I received the chromecast.

    @googlenest @goognesthelp I have still not had a refund for my nest aware as advised by the support team.. I sent a DM with the info as requested a week ago and sent further requests for help to no reply after your offer of help

    @googlenesthelp my thermostat is offline and not working.. Went back to factory settings and now I can’t connect HEEEELLLLPPP!

    @googlenesthelp No recent changes, upgrades or outages. I have many WiFi devices in the house and no problem with any of them. I also noticed the Nest Thermostat is not seeing any WiFi networks and when when I manually enter the network info it instantly states it’s unable to connect.

    hey @ColittiLorenzo. Google Nest thermostat is screwing up some home lans, playing router and announcing ULas on the LAN. Some devices on lan are not "happy" with that, so time to fix, very dodgy answer received from the @Googlenest support team, maybe you can help flagging it

    @googlenest Thanks. Not really needing actual help. I figured everything out that I needed to. Your PM's may want to check this thread for ideas to improve the experience though. I'd venture to guess they're aware of most of it already though.

    @googlenest my Google nest mini keeps unlinking. Googling for an answer only gets me hundreds of people with the same issue. I’ve factory reset, joined firmware preview, etc. and nothing works - it randomly unlocks every 1-2 days. A Gen1 Google mini works fine though (same Wi-Fi)

    @googlenesthelp hi you’ve sent me a warranty replacement it the new head unit won’t connect to the old heat link, it’s blinking blue ready to connect but I’m stuck with a h71 error

    @googlenest Thanks for asking. I use this device like 14 hour nonstop. Maybe too much but it starting with latest news than continuing with music and podcasts. So it’s still buzzing after 5 hours of usage. I was thinking to buy the new nest audio but this issue scares me a lot :/

    So @google @googlenesthelp announced the availability of #AppleMusic integration Monday. Still not showing for me. Another months long slow roll out for Google? A failed roll out? WTF #FML Worker don’t announce it or make it available. One or the other.

    @googlenest you keep ignoring this msg but are screwing up home lans by sending IPv6 ULA. Only the router can do this, not the thermostat!! what's next, play dhcpv4 server on lan as well ? please fix, its screwing up things!

    @googlenest Thanks for responding - I’ve been looking at the new HomePod Minis because the Apple Music issue has bugged me for a few years now, but I really like casting to ChromeCast so I’m stuck & the news about AM on US Nest was very exciting. Really hope to see it soon

    @googlenest I know VLAN tagging isn’t supported. I’m asking if that message is coming up because VLAN tagged packets have been detected or if it’s a standard message. There’s so little debug information available it’s hard to know what my problem is.

    @googlenest Please fix the malfunctioning Google speakers. So many of them say “hmm something went wrong” Then the next command I give it it works fine. I already tried the factory reset didn’t work. Many angry customers online feel the same way and are having the same problem

    Anyone else have a @googlenest that doesn’t turn on when it’s scheduled to do so? I spoke to @googlenesthelp on the phone and they talked me through resetting it, but it still doesn’t work. Is this a common problem? It’s starting to get cold in the middle of night!

    @googlenesthelp There is no error message anymore because I reset it to factory settings.. but now as I use the app to get and set it up from the beginning it doesn’t allow me

    @googlenest @Google we need a way to merge homes. The removal and re-adding is not a good customer experience. Or, there needs to be a way to migrate accounts. These are paid services. Please help. The people on the chat aren’t resolving my issue.

    @oddhogg @googlenest Totally. I understand you want to give them the benefit of the doubt and avoid bad feeling but the end result is still the same. They need to keep an eye on their pet and rectify its messes. That's why my cat is indoor only, not fair the way they mess up peoples' gardens.
