@googlenesthelp I don’t really believe that you’re looking to improve! You broke the AppleTV app when introducing Google sign in, almost two years ago now, and have apparently just abandoned it. I’m a long time Nest customer and it sucks to feel like Google just doesn’t care.

@googlenesthelp I have an issue with Google Home Routines and the Dutch Klikaanklikuit ICS-2000, also known as the Trust Octopus Internet Control Station ICS-2000. Routines do not work anymore. Routines on other systems/bridges do work. Firmware and apps are up to date. Thanks!

And with a (surprise) baby on the way, I am looking at nursery cameras. But if I can integrate a @googlenest cam instead, that would be best because I don’t want to leave the ecosystem. Hoping for something good down the pipe.

So, is the @googlenest interface just garbage on all devices? There doesn't seem to be any way to scrub through the video feed *at all* on desktop, and only with a UI covering 1/3 of the screen on mobile.

@googlenesthelp it’s very annoying that every time the app signs me out and I need to sign in via Google, it acts like it’s the first time I’ve ever signed in, asking me if Google can access my account, sending me security alerts, etc.

@googlenesthelp It is between routines from Google Home devices and Klikaanklikuit ICS-2000. But now I noticed, it is also between GH routines and SmartHome devices. I'm in The Netherlands. I tried to make a whole new routine, but the same issue occured.

@googlenesthelp my Google Nest Hub is showing all devices as offline, Toon thermostat, IKEA lights and most annoyingly, my Nest cameras. I can control everything fine through the Home app. Tried a factory reset, but didn’t help. Reddit shows more people experiencing issues.

@googlenesthelp I noticed it like 12hrs ago the first time and thought it was a momentary issue. So far I only tried to restart and update the firmware of all the devices but everything seems normal, routines are not working but I can work with individual commands.
