  Hey @AqaraSmarthouse! I’ve been a @googlenesthelp Nest user for close to 15 years. My most recent Nest Thermostat has been disconnecting from my wifi. It’s 3 years old. Nest don’t seem to care. I have a bunch of Aqara cams, hub and lock. How’s your thermostat? Can you help?

  @googlenest @madebygoogle doorbell rang tonight, and video froze. In the Google home app, it showed my doorbell camera offline for approximately 90 seconds before video restored. This is obviously problematic - thoughts? Any help is appreciated.

  @googlenest After your Gemini update to Google home everything is slow and broken. I ask for the weather and it gives me the weather for New York City. I don’t live in New York City. Asking to play Spotify seems impossible for Gemini. This update is terrible.

  @zoomyzoomm I did the @googlenest upgrade to #gemini and now it'***** or miss if I can turn the lights on or off. Earlier this week I also discovered "shut the living room off" no longer does just lights, but everything in the room...including the thermostat. Garbage.

  @googlenest both of my nest temperature sensors disconnected in the middle of the night. I've gone through all the troubleshooting to reconnect. They get added to my account but perpetually show no connection. Is this part of a larger outage? Can you assist?
