Crashes. Lagging. Spinning wheels. Freezes. I have 9 cameras all unusable. Not just me. 1 stars!

I've tried everything from reset, to router reset, an other trouble shooting methods. It's never connected since the day I purchased it new. I firmly believe its the nest device not working.

The lady I asked if they had a backup battery option because our association harasses us by cutting the power. They don't know that @googlenest makes a power connector that connects to the furnace. Couldn’t have happened at a worse time. I used to think Google was the better of the big companies, (with Apple, Meta) but it appears their need for control and obsolescence is just as bad if not worse. How dare you Google? You should be ashamed of yourselves. I know Nest would’ve never done this. Google, you SUCK.

Earlier this week I also discovered "shut the living room off" no longer does just lights, but everything in the room...including the thermostat. Garbage.
