@googlenesthelp Google chat support referred me to Ontech to fix a power connector installation issue. OnTech can only work on the thermostat, not an installed power connector. But neither company told me that until after i wasted half a day and spent 100 dollars. Both companies blame the other.

@googlenesthelp The router is within 8 feet of the problem thermostat, and we haven’t had any changes other than adding a 2nd nest learning thermostat to our home recently. That one is working just fine.

@googlenesthelp I seem to have an issue with a faulty heat link. 3rd generation learning thermostat less than 2 years old, H72 error on the thermostat, heat link completely dead no lights. Unable to reset. Boiler has power and is working fine. troubleshooting completed.

@googlenest And then some of the settings like changing Cel to F can only be done from the buggy Home app which doesn't actually transmit the change to the device. Probably have to send the damn thing back and look for a 1st gen on eBay. You blew it @googlenest /end

@googlenesthelp This started maybe three days ago. I've tried everything to get it back to working. I've tried resetting it. Restarting my router. Restarting my modem. I've unplugged it from the wall. Nothing. Same issue. Can't find wifi. Everything else works just fine in my house.

For a Google owned company, the @googlenest Android app is terrible. When I tap a notification, don't show me a screen asking me to invite my family, or if you have to, please take me to the content after I decline.

Hi @googlenesthelp @TuneInSupport ! We have 3 home nests and love them so much. I regularly use the voice commands to listen to @CBCMusic by asking for "cbc radio 2" or "cbc music". Within the last 2 ish months, this is no longer working -goes to a different station. #help ?

@googlenesthelp Hi! I think there may be an issue with my nest. A week ago it lost connection to the wifi, and now can't see any networks. I've tried resetting it multiple times, manually entering the network info, and have verified all other devices in house conect. Help please?

@madebygoogle @googlenest A suggestion, can we rotate the image for our outdoor nest IQ in the app already? Very frustrating having to buy off brand brackets for a $400 camera to fix this issue when it can easily be changed in the app.
