@googlenesthelp @madebygoogle I've got 4 Nest Protects that are having issues connecting to WiFi and/or being added to my Nest account. I've run through all the troubleshooting steps and I'm still having issues. I was able to reset one and get it added after many tries. HELP PLS!

@googlenesthelp my nest thermostat changes the temperature by itself I’ll put it on 70 and it’ll move to 74 without me switching it manually. I went on the app and turned off eco and it still changes on it’s own. Help?

@googlenesthelp Hi my nest thermostat is not showing any WiFi networks. I have reset the unit, even letting it power down. I have test the router and reset that as well and my other nest thermostat downstairs see all the networks and works fine.

@madebygoogle Nest started beeping, no alarms, no notifications in-app. Replaced with fresh batteries, same results. Alarm is sounding at ~2min interval...help. And pls improve your redirect bot by passing the tweet fwd from @googlenest; kinda sad to be retyping to a tech co🤓

@googlenesthelp I setup a routine to broadcast a message every night at 8pm. I no longer want this, but the routine is not listed anywhere on my list of routines so I can't delete it. As a result a loud broascast is sent daily across all 6 of our Google homes every night! Help!

Do not buy the Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd Gen, it broke after 6 months and it's a nightmare trying to return it to home depot or google even though it has the factory warranty. @googlenest

@googlenesthelp Hi, is there an obvious reason why my Nest Thermostat Display-3.4 and Heat Link Amber-2.5 might intermittently stop communicating with my boiler? I've had the boiler serviced and the issue isn't at that end. Troubleshooting advice appreciated.
