@ketulpopat @madebygoogle @googlenesthelp I have the same issue, Nest released an update with no release notes. It has made my system unusable, I have had to quite using it and go back to my old Netgear. Ethernet works but no WIFI. Time to trash the NEST WIFI and look for a different solution.

@googlenesthelp Less help, more software update. My house thermostats, learning gen 3, routinely go to 60 d f after an hour or so set to 70. I don't have, any smart features enabled any more, they still do it. This is all they learned. My lower limit is 65 f

@googlenesthelp I have nest e thermostats in multiple homes and several of them are showing offline. I’ve remotely tested the internet and it works fine. Is there an outage of some kind.

@MPICreates @googlenest I’ve had HVAC out 2x now because I thought this might be an issue with my 5yo furnace, but now from what I’m reading it might be a Nest issue. Haven’t had reliable firing of my furnace since the software update. It works one day but the next the thermostat doesn’t trigger the fan

@googlenesthelp Yes the Roborock is working at Mi Home e not Working online on Google Home, and I already erased the Google Home from the iPhone XR and reinstall it, still not online the Roborock but is working the Yeelight bulb

@mgrabois @googlenesthelp Having the same issue here! I already chatted with you guys today and you had me factory reset my Nest Thermostat E only for it to go offline again shortly after. Please release a fix ASAP. I’m seeing a lot of similar complaints online about v6.2-22.

@googlenesthelp @madebygoogle Nest Guard went offline earlier today, followed by Thermostat a few minutes ago. I've tried rebooting Nest devices including Nest WiFi. Nest Cams are still online, as are Protects. Nest status dashboard shoes no issue but there's clearly something up

@googlenesthelp I looked up a video and ran thru the steps again - power cycle modem, etc...also typed in the ssid and not found. Message boards said this was a known issue and no way to fix if troubleshooting steps don’t work. Let me know what you need me to try!

@googlenesthelp Yes, I need help! Fix the UI so when my Pixel Phone prompts that the Pixel Buds are detected, I can connect to them right from that prompt. Shouldn't have to click the prompt, then let it open my settings, and then connect there. Thanks!
