  @googlenesthelp Any chance of anyone ever sorting out my Nest Aware issue. Have called and was told it was being investigated. Since then, nothing. I just have a pointlessly expensive doorbell ringer now. Was all fine when it was Nest. Since Google took over it has been nothing but trouble.

  @googlenesthelp I've attempted to fix my thermostat, hired a contractor who says it is broken and I need a replacement. Why can't I get a hold of anyone to help me? It is zero degrees in Chicago. Please advise immediately.

  The updated @googlenest algorithm is ingenious: Keep lowering down the temperature until I can't bear it and have to raise it manually. Repeat.

  @googlenesthelp No thanks. Any idea how to fix an issue I’ve had long before Google came in? My thermostat history hasn’t shown for years in the app. It just says “come back tomorrow to see what your thermostat has been up to” but never shows anything. Nest support never solved the issue.

  @royhendrickx @googlenesthelp I have the EXACT same problem, since yesterday my Google home devices refuse to find or play anything on @netflix - very frustrating. I relinked a couple of times to no avail. Other video apps work fine.

  @googlenesthelp I rebooted all of my devices including router, but the issue remains. Google home replies with 'That title seems to be unavailable on Netflix'. Seems like the connection to the database is missing, since it happens on al Netflix titles.

  @googlenesthelp 2/2 But I can start it via my phone. I am using Chromecast Ultra. The issue is for all Netflix title. Commands like Pause and Stop do work normal. I already updated the apps on phone, unlinked and linked my Netflix account to Google, reset the Chromecast. Thanks,

  @roach @googlenesthelp So does that mean your home’s climate control won’t work? Because that would be a very bad thing in the winter where you live.

  @googlenesthelp Issue started two weeks ago for no reason. I noticed when I couldn’t connect on the app. Other devices still connect. I tried disconnecting my other devices in case they were interfering with the Nest but still nothing. Manual WiFi connect doesn’t work either

  @googlenest my nest stopped working, so I did some research and found out a lot of the nest have a problem with dropping the WiFi. I have gone through all the remedial actions and it still won’t connect. I’m looking for some help or a new nest to replace the faulty one I have.

  @googlenesthelp T-mobile, AT&T. Today was the 1st time I had tried to save a clip after installing the latest Nest app version. It's happened only once before & that too was after I installed a new Nest app. It was fixed by Nest with another release. Hopefully next release will fix it again.

  @googlenesthelp after installing latest vers of Android Nest App can no longer save clips to phone. I restored back to a version from Nov 2020 and that solved the problem.

  @googlenest hi can you help, I have just had to change my WO fi router so new password etc. I can’t however get my two outdoor cameras to connect. I have tried everything, followed the on screen instructions etc it goes as far as connecting to wi fi and then fails. Any ideas?
