    Welp. Just got charged for a Nest Aware Subscription that I forgot I had since we moved states. @googlenesthelp was no help as I requested a refund. My ask seems fair since the payment just took place & haven't used the service in a year. Don't use @googlenest if you can help it.

    @generalelectric can you check an issue with connectivity? There is a widespread complaint about Cync by GE losing connectivity with @googlenest and Google home. I like your 800 lumens 💡being defending but now I too lost connection and can’t fix it despite my tech expertise.

    @googlenesthelp My google hub won’t connect to my WiFi. Started a week ago. I reset it and now can’t even get it on my google home. No other WiFi issues with other tech in home. Please help.

    @googlenesthelp one of my 5 nest thermostats has gone offline and I have tried everything listing on the help pages. I’ve done the hard restart and tries to to add to app and it continues to fail. And it can’t find any WiFi. What should I do?

    @googlenesthelp I am in India and I know you folks don’t support nest WiFi even though I got it from us. Also it was working fine till the recent firmware update .. everything was screwed by the update.. instead of looking what’s the issue with firmware you are telling to check with isp.

    @miket136 @googlenest Seriously, bought one of those google fire sticks and it took over every device we own, including the nest thermostat. It’s in the garbage now.

    Hey @googlenesthelp I spent weeks emailing support only for them to confirm that my Nest Guard is broken but say that it's out of warranty and won't be replaced, despite it being less than two years old. Several hundred dollars of home security devices are entirely useless now.

    @googlenest Cams have a problem that they most of the time lost connection and stop recording exactly the moment they detect movement (this had happened in all my 6 cameras) and in all the events when I had to have evidence of some event

    @googlenesthelp Thanks for prompt reply, I got it back online by removing it and re-adding, my real issue is I didn’t know it was offline for 2 days, just happened to check the app. Can’t see a way to turn notifications on to tell me if it’s offline again

    Any update on this @googlenest? Well over a year since I first experienced the issue and still getting several Bluetooth disconnects per day from the Nest Mini. Really not good enough.

    Credit where credit is due: after almost three hours spread over two phone calls, @googlenest Tier 2 tech support solved my problem. Lesson learned: a “WWN” reset clears network information that survives an “All Settings” factory reset!

    @googlenesthelp got 3 new protects, putting aside the bizarre and inconvenient backplate incompatibility with the 1st gen product one device has been offline for 2 days since install and I haven’t received notification, please tell me how to fix this notification issue.

    @googlenesthelp Thanks for checking up. I believe it was @ASUS issue (not that I got ANY support!) appears they disable IPv6 on local lan by default. Enabling appeared to fix the issue.

    @googlenesthelp hi! i'm trying to set up my 2nd gen google nest mini again after moving. it's connecting to wifi and the local network access, bluetooth, etc. is all on/enabled but i'm still getting a "something went wrong" message. how can i fix this?

    Right @googlenesthelp - my nest used to play Absolute radio with no issue. Now it will only play the specific 80s station. Why can’t I fix this?!

    @googlenesthelp Both Nest WiFi router and support team are ****..bought this costly router and now I am repenting..releasing firmware updates which breaks the functionality.never seen a router which caps speeds from isp.. @sundarpichai #nestwifi
