@googlenesthelp About 4 days ago. I noticed when I checked app & it said it had been offline for 18 hrs. I charged it for over a hour. It came back online but the next day it was back off. Not sure when it was installed. it was here when I moved in. The sellers did leave me the box if that helps

@googlenest my nest thermostat decided randomly it didn’t want to recognize my wifi networks. I did all the normal troubleshooting and that didn’t help. Any suggestions?

@googlenest - you have a major problem with Nest Hello - when driving with the hands free option (Bluetooth), there is no doorbell. There’s not a way to answer the doorbell while driving.

@madebygoogle chromcast with google tv has a ton of complaints online with the screen flickering issue, today I had it with my device conking off and I got on chat with customer support and they go from blaming my power strip to my wifi router (its a @googlenest router) .... #wtf

@googlenesthelp you have serious issues. I replaced my wifi router and SSID/password and I have to manually delete and reinstall each of my 7 nest protects. You are the largest tech company in the world. Get your **** together. Apple would never release this crap.

@googlenesthelp This appens only with residual timer command. If I say "Quanto tempo rimane" as indicated in linekd help page i got same result. The strange thing is that if i set two timers instead as one both command "quanto manca al timer" e "quanto tempo rimane" reply works.
