    @googlenest Sure! I’m in the US. The issue started Saturday, but the heating tech who was out to check my furnace got it going again by turning off eco mode. I tried that again today and it didn’t fix the issue.

    @googlenest It says "your Google device has been setup but can't be found" I have factory reset the devices, restarted my router, AP isolation was already disabled, UPNP was already enabled. I am getting the same error message on my Chromecast my chrome audio and my Google nest.

    @googlenesthelp my nest mini disconnects from my wifi and home group daily and I have to set it up as a new device each time, I’ve submitted feedback on the device several times and moved it right next to my router. My home mini does not have this issue, so it’s not a wifi issue

    @MartinSLewis please help, I sent a faulty £200 thermostat back to @googlenest in Sept for a replacement, they keep fobbing me off about a replacement / now ignoring me and I had to pay to get a new one installed to get my heating back on; now £100s out of pocket. @googlenesthelp

    @googlenest SUPPORT: Please push an update to the NestE to allow ability to schedule as low as, say 35 degrees. We don't want to heat the house to 50 while we are sleeping. This is a huge problem.

    I love my @googlenest thermostat but sometimes when I turn heat on. It has problem turning off on it own when I want it to stay on idk why it does that. But yeah I know want save energy and go eco but no I want heat and that it. Just stay on nest. #googlenest

    @googlenest I've been trying for 2 months to have my faulty nest cam outdoors replaced. Happy to pay shipping, whatever it takes. I'd just like a working camera please. Nobody ever replies. Your customer service is extremely poor.

    @googlenest I have been using Google Nest WiFi router and two access points for several months now - no issues until recently. Now connection drops every few minutes, ISP says signal is strong. Google search shows many customers are reporting intermittent connection issues. Help?

    @googlenest From day one. As soon as started using it. The remote has always had terrible battery life. I was surprised that the supplied batteries lasted less than a month. I’ve tried 4 different battery brands so far. Still has the same battery drain regardless, both NiMH and Li-on.

    @googlenest Google Home Mini issue. The ‘mic’ switches itself off and displays 4 solid orange lights. Power cycling resolves it but the issue reoccurs after 15 minutes. Please advise.

    @googlenest Disappointed at customer service professionalism. Like New Nest Hub has screen issues on its own and lack of receipt prompts customer service to easily dismiss case without trying to resolve issue. Won’t buy another Google product.

    Hey @googlenest my Protect smoke detector went offline 7 days ago and I never got a notification. I have a bunch of other nest stuff and use the app all the time. Seems like kind of a problem

    @SmartThingsBeat @googlenest @smartthings Wish my Nest Detects migrated over so I could use automation with them. However they would probably need to move the Nest Secure too. Oh well, maybe in a patch down the road.

    @googlenest Hey there! I’m aware that the assistant is off until the button is pressed, that isn’t the issue. The problem is that the Chromecast Voice Remote has an absolutely terrible battery life, even when using high-capacity AAA batteries. Often less than 2 weeks!

    @googlenest I use Android, I got notification that cameras have been down. I checked thermostat and lock and they seem to be working, only cameras are offline

    @googlenest hello..need with some help with error 72 on my google nest In the morning home icon appeared and then it said it needs to **** down for charging..but nothing happened. So charged it for 45 minutes through the USB but again it is not working..please advise
