Demand response question - has @googlenest been used to help reduce community propane usage for heating? We have a delivery/supply issue up @kirkwoodmtn and need to take steps to lower consumption as well as address the root issue. Can nest temps be remotely lowered as needed?

@google @googlenest It's been really long since I have complained but the issue is still not resolved 😒 You cannot broadcast from one speaker to another REMOTE Speaker so you have to use Assistant on phone to broadcast to remote speakers. Please ask Dev to try it out & fix it 🙏🏻

@googlenesthelp I am having trouble with my Nest thermostat... It reads the wrong temperature.. and turns on the air conditioner when it's not needed.. Actual temperature is 71 and the nest reads it as 82... Can this be fixed? MikePoly

@googlenesthelp "About 21 min ago: OFFLINE" in the face on the app. Also, "Check your Wi-Fi network connection." Our connection is fine. We've tested it. All other Nest cams, Nest Protects, Hello, etc. are online with no issues.

@googlenesthelp Sorry, life's been busy. We're still having problems. We've turned it off and back on, factory reset it, reset the router, and uninstalled and reinstalled. Not only is the temperature way off, but it's still going offline. It's a 3rd gen.

@googlenesthelp My Google Nest was not connecting to wifi so google sent me a refurbished one for free if I return the broken one. So I returned my thermostat via ups and have proof of delivery but Google charged me full price for the refurbished thermostat.

@googlenesthelp The green dot light at the top flashes twice and then turns off and the nest doesnt record for maybe a minute before the nest comes back on. Have not tried to trouble further

@googlenesthelp hi folks, out of nowhere we are getting a H71 error message. Have tried the suggested trouble shooting bit nothing is fixing it. It's only been installed 4 months and other heat link is OK. Looks like online it's a common problem. Is heat link faulty?

@googlenesthelp honestly, the way the nest app works is better then the google home app for the thermostats. And I don't have a problem with the google home app. but since my new nest install sent me to google home, why would I ever think installing my not that old other nest would not?

As much as it's creepy as **** that @googlenest store logs of all motion near their thermostats/smoke alarms, it does at least mean you can do a full data request from them when you're trying to work out remotely if you've been burgled..

@googlenest ever since the 1.56.315675 software update, my nest mesh Wi-Fi extender keeps repeatedly going offline 3-4 times a day. It’s not moved, when it’s connected, it’s a great connection. A quick Google suggests I’m not the only one.

Worst decision I ever made was to buy a Nest Security system from @Google @googlenest. Depreciated less than 2 years after owning it. What a joke. A security system is not a phone that you should trade up every 2 years

@googlenesthelp oh no I solved my problem. apparently new nests have to use google home, old nests have to use nest app for install. it's a disaster. your decisions around functionality are awful. Google used to be great at "things work" now not so much
