@googlenest This has been an ongoing issue for weeks, it's not a matter of rebooting. I really just need a way to make it cast like a normal tab and ignore the CBC Gem chromecast app-thing.

Hey @googlenest @madebygoogle you should update the website and just say that your google tv chromcast just support 2.4ghz ac wifi , or you have to fix the 5ghz wifi issue. The google tv was released on september 2020 and till now they cant fix the 5ghz bug

So, @googlenesthelp has identified a chip fault in my Thermostat display (installed new in November 2020). Rather than just sending me a new one stat (ha!) as it’s under warranty until 2024, it’s asking me to pay for a new unit. Seems a pretty poor policy! @shonaghosh @ruskin147

@googlenest I have a Google nest but every day it will disconnect from the network and won't set off my alarms, i then have to fully reset my Google nest every day, we have another Google nest which does not get this problem, is this because of my network or a nest problem.

@googlenest Well, they work most of the time, so I haven't had a chance to try the sync command yet. Sometimes if I have to unplug a device and move it I'll run into the issue but I haven't needed to do that recently.

@googlenest I can force disconnect by pulling the power on the chromecast, but that's pretty inconvenient considering the TV is wall-mounted with the chromecast hidden behind it. Casting a tab or the desktop never causes this kind of issue.

my @googlenest thermostat randomly broke, so that's the 4th appliance that's broken in the last 8 months (dishwasher, microwave, my entire AC unit, now the thermostat). Smart homes/appliances are a scam tbh.

@googlenest the past few days its done this thing a lot where it freezes up for a minute after speaking to it and then twlls me there was a problem i should try again jus to then do the same thing again and again and again ive restarted it a few times when i got really frustrated

@googlenesthelp new Nest E can't find ANY WiFi networks but HVAC functionality works. I've reset my router, reset the nest, I've entered info manually. Everything else in the rooms sees my WiFi and others. I tried a hotspot right next to it and it never sees ANY networks. Help!

@googlenesthelp Hi. My new Google Nest Learning Thermostat will no longer connect to the wifi network or the app. I have tried resetting the router and the nest. I have tried to manually input the network and pw. Help!
