Bought my @googlenest Doorbell 2.5 years ago. Finally installed it 9 months ago (LOVED IT), but suddenly it’s not working. Called support, but they couldn’t fix it. Warranty expired 6 months ago. So I pay $300 for a camera doorbell and that’s it? What a rip off.

@googlenest you are crap. We've had the nest for about two years and it's worked pretty averagely and intermittently. Now the module has broken and apparently "cannot be fixed" so we cannot heat our home. Gooooooood.

@googlenesthelp @googlenesthelp The app on iPhone and iPad is frequently very slow to load the main page with cameras and 2 thermostats. Sometimes they will fail to load and kick me out to the login screen. Sometimes I need to force quit and end up at login again.

@googlenesthelp Said it couldn’t find the wifi. Speakers said same thing. Unplugged and replugged so it could re-establish the connection. And have had to do that to the speakers 2-3 times in the last week. Never happened before. And the Nest Hub is dead. G-screen error for the last few hours.

@googlenesthelp What would that have to do with anything? These same devices have been connected to my WiFi for over 18 months with no issue. Now after an OTA update they stopped working, or needed a reboot to reconnect. Just admit the firmware update is bricking some devices.

So one night I played Matrix & Jordo had no choice but he was all about it and nerding out too then the next day 9pm our @googlenest played an alarm counting down going, “10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 IT’S TIME TO HACK!!” It’s been a year & that alarm has been going off at 9pm everyday

@googlenesthelp Oh, THAT upper right hand corner! Here's more feedback: no other app afaik buries the cast icon like that. Even you thought it was in the "standard" place. That's some bad UX. Thanks for your help. It did.
