The lady I asked if they had a backup battery option because our association harasses us by cutting the power. They don't know that @googlenest makes a power connector that connects to the furnace. Says I have no subscriptions yet I’m being billed for $240. I disputed it with my CC and requested a chargeback. Can someone please figure out wtf is going on?
