@purpleparrotuk @googlenest I made them aware of the issue on the 11th April. They keep telling me the same, that it’s being looked into. So frustrating, paid for 24/7 cloud recording but can’t view the footage as the app is broken.

@googlenesthelp it’s really nice that the smart thermostats learn when you’re home and when you’re not. When are they going to learn I keep turning it down to 68° because that’s where we want it, and stop cranking out a/c to 74°?

@googlenesthelp hi, we have a nest hub max, it works great, however I have YT premium, which plays on all our other devices but not this. It let's me choose songs & skip but still plays adverts. Ironically the adverts are for YT premium which I've already paid for! Please help!

@googlenesthelp I am at my wits end.I bought a nest e thermostat for my new home. When I plugged it in the screen never came on at all. I checked the plug and sockets and everything was working. I took it back to Argos and they gave me a new one which also doesn't come on. Help!

Example of M&A (dis) integration: @Google screwing up @googlenest. Forcing loyal Nest users to migrate to a 1) an additional app 2) inferior app to Nest is arrogant, inconvenient, bad decision. Not unusual for acquirers to f’up great products. Google has done it here #nest

@googlenesthelp hi, please can you help? I have just realised that my nest hasn't been connected to the WiFi for 10 days. Its not picking up any WiFi network even though all other devices are. Tried network and factory reset and neither have fixed it
