@Ndola19 @googlenest its NOT your device thats broken its googles system is down. Has been for the last few days. My google hub max is just white screen so getting screen burn with this outage. Hope they will replace it as its just white for 2 days now.

@MICKYIMP @googlenesthelp They only show offline in the app. They are still connected to the nest secure. This is something on nests side that they caused from the firmware update in the Google WIFI

@googlenest Hey both myself and a friend are having the same issue.... asking google assistant to set a timer is not working. A third friend has no issues. Google responds "I think you want to set a timer, is that correct"... saying "yes" results in "Sorry, I don't understand"

@googlenesthelp He asked me to email him new RMA number. I sent him the two (!) I received yesterday. Have not yet received the replacement confirmation email, nor any other sign of life. Usual pattern. So now down to 7th case number and 4th RMA number for same defective device replacement.

@googlenest Other speakers in my house are doing the same issue, clipping sentences short, and repeatedly misunderstanding things despite me enunciating clearly and loudly. The word "six" sounds nothing like "two" for example. On and off sound totally different but they get this mixed up too

@tunein @googlenest @RTE2fm "Ok Google, Play 2FM" is currently broken on #GoogleHome. It replies "Apple Music isn't currently available in your country". Even "Ask TuneIn to play 2FM" says that it isn't available. Casting from the TuneIn app does work, but is defeats the purpose

@BOBMCD1 @googlenest Same here. In Dublin. It’s been giving me an error message related to Apple Music not being enabled (irrelevant) and then “2fm from tunein” not found. It used to work with a simple, “play 2fm” then it worked with “play RTÉ 2fm from tunein” but now it’s unavailable. Very annoying

@googlenest Been the case since day 1, got two cameras but the rear garden one drops out constantly as its on the edge of the WiFi. Boosters don't help.
