@googlenesthelp Nest camera stop working as soon as somebody press the button. Problem is with internal battery after one year, camera disconnect after switching power to bell. is there anyway you can help resolve this? Now system is not as useful as it was.

@googlenesthelp About 30 feet from router to Nest. I have 2 Deco mesh network units near it, one on either side. Nearest wireless device to it is a tankless water heater. Hasn't previously been an issue.

Google seriously dropped the ball integrating @GoogleNest WiFi configuration into the Google Home app. At least on iOS, this thing is hot garbage. WiFi is something that deserves its own app. The old one had some issues, but nothing like this trash.

@googlenesthelp Actually, I fixed the issue by turning off IPv6 on my router. So it seems nest thermostats aren't future ready because they can't handle this.

@googlenesthelp Heat link broken over 24 hrs and STILL cannot get a call back from Nest support to provide a new Heat link- no heat or hot water with 2 small children, we are freezing. Just keep being put on hold or wait for a call back! This is an emergency!!

@googlenesthelp my nest doorbell (wired) has been slowly dying this week. I've factory reset twice. And normal reset 5 times. Each time it came back. Now it's just a green led and doesn't work. It's about 4-6 months old. Please help. It needs a replacement as it's faulty.

@googlenesthelp It's been happening for 3 years, getting progressively less reliable. I added more nest nodes as I was lead to believe it was an internet issue. Other nest items on the network work great including thermostats, smoke detectors, Yale lock, Phillips lights, kasa smart plugs.

@googlenesthelp I have a 4 month old Nest Learning Thermostat that no longer can find any networks. I have been through all trouble shooting steps multiple times including this morning. I believe there is a problem with the WiFi receiver. Please Help!

So big disclaimer...when you upgrade your Nest camera account for additional history storage...it deletes all previous history! @googlenest @Google Terrible user experience...terrible.

@googlenesthelp Yea still see this issue. If I use the web portal then the data is updated. If I logout and back into Nest app it works again but only for a while. Today is a good example, last update is Saturday !

@googlenest You have one of the worst customer care practices I have had the misfortune to deal with. Over a week without any action. You obviously don't value lives enough to consider the implications of your products failing. Smoke detectors should be reliable. Yours are not.
