@googlenesthelp so my camera has been going offline a lot lately. Had my tech come in and take a look and stated that the problem isn't on my end. Talk to a few other people who said they've been having the same problem for the past week or so.

Now 2 weeks since my Google nest thermostat problem. @googlenest are still being obstructive and no help whatsoever. The call out fee I paid to the local company has still not been reimbursed and it doesn’t look like it will anytime soon. For a big company your service is rotten

@googlenest our indoor nest cam in the baby nursery stopped streaming! Thought it was wifi issue, but could not resolve. I removed the device from the nest app, tried to add it again, now it can't connect via Bluetooth (nc022). Camera light is solid blue, then flashing, then off.

@googlenesthelp Around 6:45pm EDT. I accidentally factor reset my hello and now it won't allow me to set it back up. Am on chat with support who call it a known issue with an unknown time to resolution- so now I have a brick on the front of my house.

@googlenesthelp Hi, of course if I can get some help here it would be great ! My problem is how to access nest doorbell history from today, to get back those pictures of package delivered and the package stolen. I subscribed paid service today hoping to get more data access, but doesnt work

@googlenest Well, it still falls asleep after like 10 min, or goes into a slideshow. Not sure if that's on Twitch or the Chromecast. It's annoying, but not the end of the world. I still bought another one to replace my in-laws trash Fire TV

@googlenest Hello Google Nest. My issue is not with the installation, it’s having the Nest on my Comcast modem in a state where you shouldn’t drink the water. It makes trying to connect to change the temperature challenging.

@googlenesthelp Or maybe you have taken to much market share and are a monopoly and need to be broken up. Nest was great till you bought them. Like GE google is where all good companies goto die. I’m annoyed that’s I choose google for my home echo system. Time to remove it all

@googlenesthelp are you experiencing some sort of nest services outage? My nest hello lost video so I went to reset it, ended up factory resetting it and now am unable to set it back up with my existing home or a new one created based on suggested troubleshooting.

@googlenest I've got several nest minis (1st and 2nd gen), an original Google/Nest Home, and a Hub (1st gen). the problem is terrible when casting to my "home group" (all my devices at once) but it's still v choppy when I choose a single device, esp with the minis (even 2nd gen)

@TeamYouTube No, I was a bad actor and you terminated me. @googlenest DM said I should contact you. Google Support also. New Pixel 4, new smart tv, chromecasts, all affected as the android app wont access content now, browser version works. app should give same restr access as browser?

@googlenest When I notice the stream stopped, I reset the camera by unplugging it, then plugging back in. Didn't work. Checked other devices, which seemed to be connected fine, but reset the router anyway. Didn't work. Deleted device from Nest App, tried adding it back, but get error NC022.
