    @googlenesthelp very disappointed with the outcome of this service. Even though this is a known issue with their faulty equipment, Google chose not to stand behind their product and replace it because it was out of warranty.

    @googlenesthelp i am having a great difficulty connecting 3rd gen nest thermostat to wifi. It disconnected after 16 months and can't find any near by wifi network. Please help!!

    @googlenest 1) ✅ light source 2) turned on 3) tried again 4) tried other light sources. 5) followed steps in app 4 trouble shooting lights work but not as smart lights. When they work they work immediately, when they don’t they don’t. I have others that have worked so I know how to set up

    @googlenest No power outages in my area recently that I have been aware of. We did have one about a week or two ago but I didn't start having this problem until last Friday (2 days ago).

    @googlenesthelp My wifi completely died on my Nest Learning Thermostat. It can no longer see any network. All other wifi devices are fine including 2 other Nest thermostats. I've already reset the thermostat once, but it did not help. Any suggestions on what else to try?

    @googlenest I own multiple chromecasts and like clockwork they break after a year. The chromecast gen 2 in particular is the worst with needing factory resets constantly to keep it functional. Constant crashing and freezing on gen 1-3 in general. I regret each purchase.

    @googlenesthelp 6 wks ago we started trying to get our google nest replaced for the broken wifi chip. Were told they would follow up with an email to send us a new one. Then radio silence, despite repeated attempts to get back in touch. Very frustrated, terrible customer service!

    @googlenest and then about 15 mins later, doorbell goes offline until a power cycle (power off, power on)... this happens every time after someone rings... offline after 15 mins (not immediately) - power supply is fine, no powerline devices - nest has no online connection issues otherwise.

    @googlenest I need some help with. Google WiFi Spot. It was previously in my old home and we moved to a new house with new ISP. I did a factory reset and it allows me to attempt to add but then it fails at the “connect to WiFi” stage

    @googlenest I have a 2nd gen (puck). I've tried resetting it from the Home app and streaming a 20 minute video from YouTube to see if it had the same problem (YouTube worked fine).

    @paulrdon @googlenesthelp I've got the same issue. There is even a thread on Google support with hundreds of other people with same issue but Google have not solved it and closed the post.

    @googlenest Nest thermostats are unreachable very often from google home mini !!! Almost every day there is that failure...fix it or I will return all of them back to Best Buy

    @googlenesthelp UK. Tried removing device, reinstalling app. Been through it with your colleague on chat. They said it's weird I got the data so early after install. But all seems a bit weird considering other having same issue.

    Hey @googlenesthelp since yesterday my Nest hub has been saying there is a glitch and to try again. I'm also not and to use assistant on my Pixel 5. It just says Can't reach Google at the moment.

    @dartdog @googlenest I've been in touch with their standard support channel for weeks. I'm stuck in an endless loop asking me to do the same system checks I've already done with other support folks. They repeatedly "close the case" at the end of their email replies without actually solving the issue.

    @googlenest It's been offline for a couple of weeks. I've taken the batteries out numerous times, but I have not replaced them yet. I've also done a hard reset on both the lock and the Connect. And I've also deleted each from my Nest account and re-added them

    @googlenest My Nest/Yale lock keeps saying "offline" Connect is good, I have two Google Wifi routers - mesh is strong, 800gbps up & down. Lock was already hard reset, did same with connect. Lock came back online for half a day, now stuck "offline" What gives?

    @googlenest nest hello is connected to stable wifi. I can view it any time without issue. However if anyone rings it i get the following: 1) app fails to open up and show live view 2) i can close the app and then reopen it, live view shows after about 1 minute (by which time person has left)

    @googlenesthelp I was told days ago that I would receive a shipping label so I can send back a defective Google Home Max speaker and receive a replacement, but I've been put around what feels like an endless loop by support. Please help.
