    @HrishiHirway @googlenest This happened with my @Apple Mac book air. Hours on with customer service over faulty keys that all of a sudden started repeating after a system update no matter all the trouble shooting. They finally said my only option is to send it in for hundreds of dollars in repair costs.

    @googlenest It does not happen on another device in another room, both are in the same "group" when the one which has issue, is loosing the wifi, the other one is the other room is still playing. to troubleshoot this issue : I have reset the device.

    @HrishiHirway @googlenest I’ve had one for five years and it’s rarely been a problem. However, electronic equipment can be defective for a variety of reasons. I’m shocked that @googlenesthelp didn’t offer a replacement at no cost. 😕

    @googlenesthelp my Nest thermostat lost wifi. I've reset my router, reset my Nest thermostat, and all my other wifi devices in that area have no issues finding wifi. Help!

    @googlenest I think I'm just shocked that we're still in an era where a giant tech company whose product has failed and they've wasted hours of your time on the phone won't just say, "you know, our bad, let us replace this for you." With all we know about the cost of customer acquisition.

    @googlenest Both of my Google Home Max now have an issue, both the same issue, you play music or radio and they stop after a few mins. The Google Home app does not recognise them. When I factory reset them, the app still cannot add them. This is beyond a joke

    @googlenesthelp I tried to get help using the chat on your website (which states "<1 min wait"), but it says to "try again during support hours". The support hours are claimed to be 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM every day. How do I get support using the website?

    @HrishiHirway @googlenest I have a Pixel and would absolutely love to evangelize about them except for the many, many horror stories people have shared about basic warranty repairs. Google is so afraid of committing funds to things that you're in for a bad time if you even need to contact support once

    @googlenesthelp hi folks, my nest learning thermostat has recently stopped charging. Its hardwired to the 12vDC heatlink supply. I've followed trouble shooting guides. It only charges via the USB port from the base or direct to the display. The unit is 11month old. Any help pls!

    @HrishiHirway @googlenest I had a similar nightmare experience with @LGUS and a dishwasher. I feel like we should grow used to such idiocy, but, apparently we keep hope alive for some semblance of genuine customer service. I’m sorry to hear you’re having such a shitshow with them. 💙💙

    @googlenest That's not acceptable. Seriously stick a decent engineer on it yesterday. There's no technical, financial, or ethical reason that you can throw some resources at this HORRIBLE problem right now and fix it. Either that or fix Family Link so those accounts can authenticate a .edu

    @GrahamYapp I've gone through @googlenest's trouble shooting page without joy, restarted the thermostat (including factory reset), restarted the router. Currently just getting a "searching" page on the network connection. We've not changed our WiFi settings so not sure why the sudden change.

    @HrishiHirway @googlenest Someone hacked into my Nest security camera & locked me out. I had it set up to notify me if the email changed but it didn't - their response? "Well, if stalkers are really determined they're gonna find a way, lol. SHRUG. Not our problem."

    @googlenest I just haven't had the time to do stuff. I just changed the name of my playlist to Xmas instead of Christmas as a work around. I'd love to help Google because I have all Google products and like to fix issues. If I have time I'll DM you guys. My two-year-old keeps me busy.

    I had trouble setting up my new google nest hub. Just couldn’t connect to my wifi and I know NOTHING about this stuff. I contacted @googlenest support via Twitter and they helped me step by step and it finally works!!!!

    Pairing 2 Nest Audio speakers together & then Bluetooth connection to chromecast causes serious lag in audio to visual 😕 how can we fix this? I was hoping for surround sound, delay bar doesn't work either @madebygoogle @googlenest @CNET

    I feel like retail customers are pretty quick to forgive a tech issue, or a problem with an order, if they're met with kind, apologetic service. It can even spur on more loyalty! So going this way with it…I mean, what the heck, @googlenest? I don't get it.

    Well that's disappointing. @HrishiHirway experienced what loads of consumers face, and tweeted about it (corporations not responding well to customer service issues), regarding a @googlenest problem. He's since deleted the tweets; my guess is Google gave him special treatment.

    @googlenest hey, my outdoor 4K IQ cam is refusing to “save” whatever decisions I make on new faces it sees. It’s just keeps showing me the same ones over and over asking if I know them. Is this a known issue right now?

    @googlenest I don't think it is the chromecast with google tv that is the issue, but youtube TV it's self. bandwidth here is just fine, but it keeps doing huge buffers, or just stops playing a channel all together.

    @googlenest Hello @googlenest I am in US. I use a 2nd gen and a 3rd gen (My other 2nd gen stopped working last year. Some type of optical sensor issue I believe). Both of these are learning thermostat. I am not on newest but have been reading on it in case I need to replace my 2nd gen.

    @googlenest no change whatsoever. My guess is that u r may now be using Google Podcast only, instead of Apple Podcast, and there’s some glitch with Google Podcast knowing THE DAILY is the NYT’s podcast?

    @googlenest So... The problem was solved by my 8 year old daughter. I have two mini speakers paired. I turned off the one that is not the main one. The music from youtube music worked, but the radio did not. Daughter suggested turning on the second speaker - and voila, it worked!

    @HrishiHirway @googlenest @google needs to spin this company off and let it sink or swim on its own. That would be good for both companies and probably improve service. I have trouble trusting them given that they are just a hobby sideline of an advertising op.
