    @googlenesthelp After 3 hours of troubleshooting I ultimately reverted to the nest connect that I thought was broken because the brand new one would not sync with my device. You need to update software, make the locks easier to update, allow users to assign custom locks within the same household

    @googlenesthelp my nest indoor camera has all of a sudden started alerting me of movement even tho my setting is for when I’m away. I’m home when this occurs. Any suggestions for a fix?

    @emilyymata Installed a @googlenest thermostat for my mom, and … well … she calls me on the reg totally confused. Too hot!! Too cold!! I ended up adding it my network so I can turn it up or down for her. LOL. Sigh.

    @googlenesthelp Yes I was going to say it's going well. I think it is possible that sometimes when the app is updated on iPhone and it requires me to sign back in, it also resets the app settings, so I should check when it requires me to sign in.

    @googlenesthelp The idea is that the Mini turns down the volume at the time that my children went to bed. It’s placed on the third floor to listen to music and to notify us when someone is ringing the Nest doorbell

    @googlenesthelp No messages. It’s been doing this the whole time I’ve had it. When I try to adjust the schedule, it knocks me back down to 63° Is there a reason the schedule won’t stay the way I set it? Am I doing it wrong? And why can’t I just set it to the temp I want and stay there?

    @googlenesthelp Another issue. I turn on my heat remotely to go from eco to heat and I do that to all 8 thermostats. Sometimes the thermostats will go into eco mode again, likely because the house is automatically set to away. Do I need to change the house to “home”?

    @googlenesthelp has very bad replacement policy, i have pre-ordered a nest doorbel (battery) on 17th August and it stopped working just last week, contacted them and after a long phone call and waiting in queue for chat they said returning policy is for US and Canada,

    I am a poor tech lover, so I buy updated tech when it is on sale. I am stoked that the @blinkforhome doorbell was on sale for 33% off! The catch- I have a @googlenest & @alexa99. Of course, Blink doesn't work with #GoogleHome, even though it's interface is better than Alexa's.

    @googlenesthelp Ok, so it does work in english (us), I was able to create media alarm (except the nest hub didn’t recognize some of the songs I asked for because of my terrible french accent). Tried again in french, still tells me it can’t do this, though it is officially supported in french.

    Summer 2021 Buy @googlenest Install Nest in New home. Nest works for 1st month Receipt and box are thrown away. Nest Breaks in 2nd month. Nest says warranty expired in 2016. Conclusion: Google Nest sells broken Nests that are out of warranty and recommends you buy a new one.

    Given that for all these steps, I have to go to post office and wait for a long period of time while I have paid $329 aud and doan't have anything in my hand. In first case I need to pay another $329 and wait for refund after I send them back the broken @Google @googlenest

    @googlenesthelp my nest hello doorbell seems to have stopped working after a recent power outage. I seem to have power at the transformer so I don’t think it’s that. Any suggestions?

    @googlenesthelp It has no effect. Again, the issue is that there doesn't seem to be a setting for it; I want it to talk to me using the 24-hour clock, and I want it to understand that when I say "eleven" I don't mean 2300.

    Hey @googlenesthelp my downstairs nest doesn't seem to be able to connect to any Wi-Fi networks anymore. I've tried everything, even resetting everything in my house back to factory settings. Help!
