Hey @googlenest, @GoogleUK Your new nest cam - is there going to be an option for it to be fixed like the old IQ one or is it only going to be magnetic? Problem is the magnetic ones can be quickly stolen unless out of reach.

@Google @googlenest allow me to say “hey Google warn me if it starts to rain in X location(city state)” and then have my nest act like an alarm went off when it begins to rain. This would help me proactively monitor things outside that can’t be damp or when to shovel

@BondBillBond @googlenesthelp I'm having this exact same issue today. 2 bulbs, stoped working in Google Home. Reset them and added them to my Cync by GE app, and now Google can't find them after trying to sync with the app. @GELighting

So remember when I had an issue with my @googlenest not recognizing my wifi networks? @madebygoogle had phenomenal and quick customer service - on a Sunday, no less. I now have a new thermostat and everything’s perfect (for now).

@googlenesthelp No changes to led lights and they seem to always work. Recording is 24/7, until someone or something triggers movement and then it has a complete gap in recording. I have factory reset the Doorbell previously with temporary fix

@Electricalmjd @googlenest @madebygoogle As much as I hate the Google/Nest/Ring devices my point was it won't do you any good if the issue is your phone. You may happen to switch to something that happens to have an app that works but just about everything annoyingly has some degree of incompatibility with something.

@googlenesthelp You can’t help. Thanks, though, social media person. Nest setup and use was easy and straightforward. The Google Home app is awful. New thermostats need new homes by themselves (a known bug, apparently). I liked my nest cameras but won’t buy new ones.

@googlenest @Google my devices are struggling to multi-task, I can no longer cast and view my Nest camera at the same time. If the nest camera is displayed on any screen my casting from any app to any other device is disabled and vice versa. Help? Is an update coming?

@Electricalmjd @googlenest @madebygoogle Finding this with some Android 10+ devices and notifications in general just not working unless you sign into the app. Starting to work like the iPhone and just kill background processes even if they are running the notification service.

@BondBillBond @googlenesthelp This is an ongoing issue, we've had problems with them for over 7 months as have many others. All we get is generic "a fix is coming" responses. I'd stay away from GH and Cync. And it is Google because Cync standalone works, as does Alexa when paired with them.

@googlenesthelp Yes; same room. 15 feet apart. Already reset modem/router too. But doubt that’s the problem since other unit (same 3rd gen learning bought at same time) downstairs works.

@googlenesthelp Iphone, early nest thermostat model. How can I make the energy history start showing up in my app again? It show on the thermostat but not the phone app. I’ve had this issue for years and have seeked help from support a couple of times with no resolve.

@googlenesthelp my nest thermostat has decided not to connect to Wi-fi anymore- say my network is hidden (it isn’t) . I have 2 thermostats in the house and both have been fine until today. Less than 12 months old and tried all the resets- just not working- please help.
