    @googlenest Yes please! chromecast works perfectly for all apps (Dazn, etc) but horrible for NHL app. works for the first period then goes buffer madness and pauses to buffer ever 3-5 mins thoroughout the second and third period. NHL say not their issue as it works fine when not casting.

    @googlenesthelp hi, I’m trying to fix my mums nest thermostat which seems to have dropped its wifi connection. I have tried reconnecting it, rebooting the router, restarting the stat, resetting the network ... nothing is making it rediscover the wifi. Any suggestions please?

    @googlenest Hey there. I can’t connect the LIFX bulb to it. But I was having an issue with connecting it with my HomeKit last time. No worries I have some C by GE bulbs. Thanks though!

    @liverpoolleafs @googlenest @NHL The support person did say Chromecast and NHL has lots of issues. I will say, if you can get a Roku, get one, preferably the high end unit (worth it IMHO). What Roku provides is less indirection. Mirroring from your phone to your TV is just a bad idea. I tried to cast NBA

    @googlenest Another support failure - apparently the problem with your thermostat being the only device on my network that can't connect to the internet is a problem with my WiFi and I need to speak to my ISP. I have "too many devices on your WiFi"

    @googlenesthelp I need some help with Nest products IQ Outdoor and Hello. Last Wednesday at 20:30 UTC both cameras went offline. There is nothing wrong with the WiFi and no settings at all have been changed. I have this at two of my properties - can you please advise?

    @googlenest Nope it's a private home gateway router the speed goes all the way upto a 1 Gbps so i guess the speed is not the issue here And as for the Home i use the latest Nest Audio 2020 please give a solution !

    @googlenesthelp So....got a new Asus router and now none of my Chromecasts will stay connected to it. Only devices that have an issue. All are literally 10-15 feet away. Googled and this seems to be a widespread issue. Any thoughts?

    @googlenesthelp ...I got a Hello doorbell last year, all was fine until a power cut yesterday...now it won't connect to the wifi (error: NC006 - 3.10)...tried everything, rebooting the router, factory reset Hello, deleted app...and more...what now?

    @googlenest Actually, I just installed the latest firmware update on my router and reset it to factory settings. Seems to have fixed the issue for the time being.

    @googlenest On this physical device? I’m not sure, I’d have to check next time it’s offline. Is it easily visible? The camera is installed quite high up.

    @googlenesthelp I want my money back. These things are useless. Can't play music as "something went wrong", can't take reminders because it "can't verify my voice". What kind of dystopian nightmare are these devices?

    @googlenest Both myself and my partner work from home and haven’t noticed any disconnects around the same time. I don’t believe it’s connectivity related. Ironically installed the Nest Wifi mesh last year to try help improve things.

    @googlenesthelp Yes - Nest App shows both as offline - same issue on both (after rebooting router and cameras). I have tried to hit the cog and rejoin to WiFi - just get code NC006(3.10)

    @googlenesthelp @Original_Heidi There are no lights at all on my IQ (presumably because it thinks / has lost connection to the Internet / Nest Server? The Hello Doorbell has no camera on (Green Light off) but the bell actually works normally (physically)

    @googlenesthelp Yes it worked when installed. It stopped working about 2 months ago. Yes, we have tried plugging in fully. I took my other camera down and plugged into the new cable just in case this was the issue. My other camera worked fine so I know the cable has not been the issue

    @googlenest So it did not, I tried on my gen1 chromecast and everything is fine, I believe the one not working is gen2 it's round and red. I can try a factory reset later today.

    Dear @googlenest I truly would appreciate someone from your support team helping me out !! I blocked my thermostats, so long ago I forgot the PIN and on top of that we changed our internet password, so now they are offline 😢 I can’t bring them back online. #helpmythermostats
