  @madebygoogle @Google @GoogleNest 5-yr customer. Replaced dead Gen 3 doorbell Dec 5 with new Nest Doorbell. Dec 20: charged $180 annual; still linked to the broken one (not installed). New doorbell = unable to link. Been overpaying for worse service. Spt no help No refund.

  @googlenest After your Gemini update to Google home everything is slow and broken. I ask for the weather and it gives me the weather for New York City. I don’t live in New York City. Asking to play Spotify seems impossible for Gemini. This update is terrible.

  @googlenest who's the idiot at Google that absolutely ruined the Nest with this Gemini crap? Absolutely horrible, it has completely ruined my Nests. I won't be buying any more Google products unless you roll this **** back. Everyone is complaining about this, everywhere.

  @googlenest From what I’ve read and researched there’s a major glitch in your system that won’t allow you to change your phone number to link it up to the thermostat.. now it’s sort of becomes useless doesn’t it and I have to spend money to buy a new one.

  @googlenesthelp @googlenest do not, I repeat do not use Google camera products. Their support used to be great they’re totally blowing me off. Frustrating because there is no other way to get help. They changed their subscription to screw the people like every other company FU!

  @googlenesthelp my just installed nest learning thermostat Wi-Fi is not working. It will not locate any networks. I have tried to connect from the device and also connecting via Bluetooth to the app no networks show up. I have reset the nest a couple times also.

  @yashar Isn’t this the EXACT thing that AI should be used for? It shouldn’t require a ******* subscription. It SHOULD be monitoring for this kind of **** and alerting authorities. It would be great at it. @googlenest This should be your shining moment but instead you’re too greedy.

  @WAServers @JackPosobiec @googlenest Many cameras have internal memory to store footage in the event of slow wifi or wifi outage. I'm sure Nest tells people this in their terms and conditions which no one ever reads.

  How do I tell my nest I dont care if its peak time? No matter what I do it goes up 1 degree for peak time if it wants to. If I cant change it: that's a terrible design. @googlenesthelp

  @CoffindafferFBI Note on systems thinking and why compute systems are still such garbage: minute those cameras are disabled in a systematic way, 911 needs to be called by the system, for sure she had @googlenest subscription service.   @googlenesthelp I don't have a Radio section under Services in the Home app. Could that be because i'm in the Netherlands? Anyway, it's a TuneIn problem i think. Even when i cast from the (working) TuneIn app on my phone, i get the same notice that the station isn't available in my country.
