    @googlenesthelp I have Nest Learning Thermostat. App shows no data after Jan 21. If I login via web, History says "Welcome to Energy History. Check back tomorrow". I'm not the only one with this issue so I am assuming it is a problem on your side. Look forward to seeing a fix.

    @googlenesthelp hi can you please with my 3rd gen thermostat? The heat link connection is down. I've done a hard reset and the light on the heat link is blue

    @googlenest Will not find any networks. I’ve reset to factory defaults and gone through all the troubleshooting with one of your agents. Seems like it’s a known issue based on what I’m reading all over the internet. Unfortunately I’m out of warranty.

    @googlenest It's happening when I CAST YouTube Music to any Google device - I have 2x Max, 2x Mini, a Hub & a TV. Shuffle is broken on all of them. Whatever device I cast from.Just when casting. If I use Bluetooth on any device shuffle is ok.

    @googlenesthelp Two Nest Learning Thermostats (3rd gen) have given me the w5 Wifi error. I have gone through the steps to restart, reset wifi and reset the whole thing with no luck. Help!

    In December I bought a new @googlenest learning thermostat from the Google Store. When connected and installed it repeatedly reboots every 5 to 10 minutes. I hired a certified nest installer to make sure I did everything correctly. I did. The problem was unsolved.

    @kdrlwilliams @googlenesthelp I agree 100%!! I refuse to participate in their troubleshooting steps since it's clearly an issue on their side. I've learned from past experiences that it just ends up frustrating me and making me angry.

    @googlenest is @Google or @googlenest down. For some reason my home groups been Removed from my home and my thermostat is linked to it. So currently have no heating.

    @googlenesthelp regarding the Nest Thermostat, I’m having the same issue as well- No energy history. I’m chiming in because this is CLEARLY a Google Nest issue, many have the exact same problem. Respectfully, please simply acknowledge the issue on the Google side & fix. Thanks

    @googlenest I’ve had my nest learning thermostat for about 5 years. Out of nowhere it is showing an indoor temperature reading 5 degrees higher than the actual indoor temperature (I have a thermometer next to the thermostat). How do I fix this

    If you know me, you know how strongly I have supported @Google with mail, drive, music, video, youtube, nest, pixel, voice, etc. Recently @googlenesthelp has all but destroyed my trust. My $250 nest thermostat is broken out of the box and I am $600 into correcting this.

    @googlenest @dt02400 I have the same issue, and so do many people in the UK on Twitter and elsewhere. History disappeared 3 days ago. Clearly an issue with your servers and not with individual thermostats so please fix it rather than blame customers' setups!

    @googlenest @dt02400 Jumping in to echo @rawlejon and Dave. Nest user here in Massachusetts, USA. My iPhone shows Wednesday Jan 20 as the last day of history, my SO’s shows Thursday Jan 21 (or DID… until he restarted his phone and now it’s showing NOTHING in history). Clearly a server/cloud issue.

    @Bigbadbaz3 @googlenest It seems to be a general problem with Google Nest's servers. I and many people in the UK have the same issue. History disappeared 3 days ago. It's not a problem with your new thermostats. Google need to fix their server issue!
