It got down to 68 degrees in my apartment, so I set the @googlenest thermostat to heat • cool with heat at 66 so it wouldn't be too chilly in the morning. Just woke up to the "smart" thermostat having set itself to 75. So it's hot as hell and wasted energy and money. Perfect.

@googlenesthelp recently purchased and moved to Google Wi-Fi nest. So far a bad experience issues with streaming. Previous competitors product had no issues. Called tech support no help. Will have to return the product.

@googlenest hi there. Can you help? My thermostat showed this morning that the device needed to shut down to restore battery and then went dead. Having plugged it into a USB source there’s no blinking light, indicating that it is recharging. What should I do? It’s rather cold! TY

@googlenesthelp My Chromecast for Google tv has suddenly stopped working. When turning it on only the G appears on the screen and it doesn't proceed. I've tried to reset it but nothing happens. Same issue with other TV's and outlets. I've had it for 13 months. Disappointed.

@googlenest are their issues with your nest thermostat servers? My app claims there is no wifi connection however and it’s offline, however the hardware is connected and it’s operating as normal. Just can use my app.

Apparently @googlenest shut down their tech support because of “too many” calls. I called saturday 1/7 and a supervisor was supposed to call me back within 24hrs. Its now Wed and I have no way of contacting them. @Google billion dollar company cant afford a reliable tech team?
