After some tinkering, it appears that two Nest Audio's *paired* have an unacceptable ~1 second lag when connected via Bluetooth for video audio. However a small insignificant lag when a single Nest Audio is connected. A hardware limitation? Or can @googlenest advise how to fix?

@googlenesthelp Is there any way to tell Google Nest WiFi to always give particular devices 5GHz when in range? It's incredibly frustrating to be on a video call and realize my speed is terrible because I'm on 2.4GHz. I may need to return these if I'm unable to find a fix.

@googlenesthelp I haven’t exactly timed it but I did charge it overnight on Sunday and then within a few hours it had lost its charge and shut down. When I’ve charged it during the day, after a couple of hours it displayed the message telling me to put it back on the stand. Hope that helps

@_bowandarrows_ do a factory reset and set it up again. i've had issues with my speaker as well, and that seems to have fixed it. also, @googlenest are aware of a software issue regarding this as i've been speaking to them

@googlenest my devices aren't responding when asking to play songs. Two year old loves kid songs at night and streaming white noise in other rooms not working. Reboots didn't help

@googlenest I've done as you've asked but I'm still getting "Sorry, it looks like Philips Hue is unavailable right now" but it still does turn on/off the lights before saying that. It's not a massive issue, just would be nice when it's resolved. I expect it's an api issue between home & hue.

@googlenest Only thing left is reset of CC but I don’t think you are the problem here. Disney said Google had an Chrome update (?) and has/had 4K issues.

@googlenest I have tried connecting with different devices, shortening the distance between devices to <1m, adjusting the group delay correction setting, and searched online which suggests it's a known issue. Acceptable minor audio lag when using a single Nest Audio, but not when paired.

@googlenesthelp The other thing to note is that the thermostat won’t hold its charge. When it’s on its base it quickly loses charge and shuts down. I’ve tried recharging it using the USB port in the back of the thermostat and then putting it back on the base when it tells me to......

Hey @googlenest - when I ask google home to turn the (@tweethue) lights on, it does but then it says "Sorry, it looks like philips hue is not available right now". Guessing it's an api issue but thought I'd let you know none the less.

@googlenest No. Not even with everything on Disney. When talking to their SD they said Chromecast issue due to your update so factory reset. Known issue. 😳

@googlenest The router is blinking with I white light like it’s supposed and I always have the trouble on the screen that shows the router with the blue circle around it and it tries to look for a connection but it always says that it’s failed even if I am connected.

@googlenest - Looking for a solution to play the music I own on my Nest Mini. Nothing I see as an option seems to fit this requirement. Though Google Music did attempt to do that. YouTube Music seems to like to dump out of any playlist and start playing random garbage. Whats up?
