@googlenesthelp Sure thing! I have a Google Nest Smart Programmable Wifi Thermostat (Model: Thermostat-1.4). App said the thermostat went offline about 9 hours ago, otherwise no messages. Connected to WiFi, working fine manually, just not connected to the Nest Server.

No other smart device in my home has as many issues as @googlenest and @Google Hub . They never work, they always drop signal and I'm constantly trouble shooting them. Worst Money I've Ever Spent on "Smart" products.

@googlenesthelp I have 2 Nest protects but the backplate have broken and need to replace them. They broke in accident while they had been removed for decorating. Google told me to to back to the shop I bought from but no one sells just the backplate

@googlenesthelp I have 5 cameras. They’ve all been restarted. I’ve even disabled and re-enabled face detection. As you can see in the example, the view is fine. The problem started when I added Google-made products rather than just Nest ones (ie some use the Google Home app not the Nest app).

@googlenest You know what would help people save hundreds during this winter fuel crisis Letting us set our hot water schedules in increments smaller than 30 minutes If our water tank takes 25 minutes to heat. Let us set it for 25 minutes #FuelPoverty #FuelCrisis

@googlenesthelp I’m in the US. I don’t know the answer to that question. Again, it’s connected to the wifi. The wifi is not the problem. It hears me and makes the listening sound & just ignores what I say. My google minis work perfectly fine

@googlenest please help. Going in circles with your online chat support. Purchased a Nest during a Black Friday sale for our new house. Installed last week, low battery and will not charge on the wall or via usb. Now it shuts off in the middle of the night. 😭

@googlenesthelp And I’m about ready to throw out our Nest/Google Wifi. Some days the mesh is all good, some days some or all them are poor. Nest wifi router and 4 google wifi points. Used to be great, now it’s flaky. As you can see I went all in with Google/Nest. All of its going wrong now…

@googlenesthelp Well the app kicked me out about 5 times before I gave up last night. Some type of error. And I have a lot of trouble with setting up the sensor and getting my thermostat to pay attention to that sensor and keep that room at the temp I want - which is the sole reason purchased.

Anyone else having issues with their @googlenest thermostat this week? I thought I was going mad, but heating and water seems screwed up. I seem to recall having this problem everytime the US changes its clocks. I live I the UK, this really irritating and not smart at all...
