@googlenesthelp So I'm tired of having to set up my Nest mini EVERY SINGLE day because it disconnects from the Wifi. (GHT3 Nest Mini disconnects from Wi-Fi). It's been a year without a fix from your company. How can I get a new Nest that actually works. #GoogleNestFail

@googlenesthelp I am able to see it in Nest app but want to see the devices in Google Home, where I have the rest of my smart devices. Google does support Nest Protects, but only for migrated ids? I signed into Nest w/ Google id directly-is that the cause of the problem? Any resolution?

The past few days with my @googlenest WiFi have been so tough to work remotely. Randomly dropping connection at the worst times. I reboot and it doesn’t help. Factory reset and same issues. IP tech out to house and same issues. IP signal is strong. Feel like a new a new mesh net

@googlenest I've been without Internet for a few days, and it looks like the thermostat doesn't record usage during an extended outage like that. Nest wasn't the only service affected. Google Assistant and SmartThings were both also unable to reach the Internet.
