    @googlenesthelp I have checked the settings on my Wi-Fi router, I have other Nest products that are working fine. This Nest thermostat is not working properly.

    @jukexjones We're sorry to hear that, Juke ― help's here! For reference, we've already deprecated @googlenest and moved over to @madebygoogle. Could you tell us when it started happening? Also, have you tried rebooting your phone along with your router to help refresh their connection?

    @googlenesthelp It just started about 30 mins ago. Haven't unplugged it yet. It comes up and goes down again on my hub. But never comes up on the nest app

    @googlenesthelp We have 2 Nest thermostats and the upstairs thermostat has been offline for awhile. I’ve done all the troubleshooting. We just got a new router today and everything else in the house is working fine. It still won’t recognize any networks. Please help!

    @googlenesthelp my nest thermostat continues to show the W2 error message. I have tried to restart the device and my WiFi it’s still not working. I have called in to customer service and received the run around no one seemed interested in helping me. Not great customer service

    @jamesyob @OffTheBallAM @googlenest Don't know what you mean by losing the cast on another person. If you leave the room, you turnoff the cast and listen on your phone! Not sure what the problem is 🤷

    @googlenesthelp my nest thermostat has lost wifi connection and even after restarting its unable to find the network despite all other devices have 5 bars/full strength connection. Reading online seems to be a known issue with certain batches? Thanks

    @googlenesthelp my Nest WiFi thermostat 3rd gen won't detect my wifi network when other devices do. I've read this is a known issue and looking for support please. I've so far restarted router and all Nest thermostat settings still "no networks available".

    Hey @googlenesthelp and @tweethue I cannot control my lights anymore. I've unlinked/relinked in Google Home, cleaned up my Hue account (and removed all references of Google). It will link up, but say the dreaded "Sorry it looks like Philips hue is unavailable right now" error.

    @googlenesthelp Nest Learning Thermostat Gen 3, it began displaying offline a couple days ago, yesterday I was able to get it to connect to wifi briefly but today it can't find any networks at all
