    @googlenesthelp You couldn't help when I did get through, you don't recognise your own case reference, I've been asked 3 times what's the issue (& device) & promised an answer within 24 to 48 hours circa 168 hrs ago and counting. The suspense is killing me.

    @googlenesthelp Hi. Our Nest Thermostat disconnected from the wifi about 4 days ago. It says “your network may be be hidden or too far away” but we haven’t moved it. Thermostat and router rebooted to no avail. I believe this could be a known issue with the device. Please advise?

    Seriously @Google ? I have @googlenest cams and for two years and my @Apple iPhone gets all the notifications before my pixel5 does. The range varies from 1-10 mins. But a google product to a google phone should never be delayed. Wtf? (This has been a problem in my mind 4 years)

    her @googlenesthelp did you guys remove the ability to ajust volumen for speaker groups in the google home app, or did i mess up a setting somewhere, because it used to be there and now it's gone. I can still do it on my nest hub, but it's a nest hub so... pls help -_-

    @googlenesthelp I have the Gen 1 Nest Thermostat. I restarted my router this morning and it seemed to help. But this appears to be an ongoing issue where the app shows it online and then offline throughout the day.

    @googlenesthelp So nobody has contacted me so far to fix the nest thermostat. We were freezing whole last night. This is the level of customer service we receive from this company. That means let customer freezes whole night and we do not care!!!

    @googlenesthelp our google nest wifi stopped being connected and with google nest support we can't even pair it to the heat link, and still not able to connect it to the wife. I think the nest is faulty. Please help we have limited control over our heating in the house!

    @balloob Just a word of warning to everyone using a nest doorbell in a colder climate. There is a well known issue with charging the nest doorbell when it's hardwired and outside temperatures as are anywhere near 0C or below (roughly). @googlenest seems to ignore the issue.

    @googlenest My nest mini keeps losing its connection to my new Chromecast Google TV. Its your products and they can't keep a stable Bluetooth connection with each other... I thought getting the chromecast would work, since it was losing its connection withe my shield TV too. The fix?

    @googlenesthelp Hi, I have my Nest Hub stucked in the grey screen with the white G after a power outage :( . I've already tried unplugging it for a while and factory resetting it but it's still the same. Is there anything I can do to unbrick it?

    Inheriting from a previous owner is a nightmare. Trying get @googlenest to relearn is a struggle and a lengthy process. In order to get the heat to go on, you have to move out of eco mode and you can wait 2+ hours for 4 degrees of temperature.

    @googlenesthelp my nest is set to 68 but my house is only 58. I have had this problem on and off for weeks and at different times of the day. I need to manually turn off and on my furnace to start heating again. Suggestions?

    @googlenesthelp My issue is being left out to dry. I'm just amazed how appalling Google's customer service is. As a manufacturer of goods who are you regulated by? I've provided the info requested, in the time it took you to reply here you could have reviewed and answered. It's now 8 days..

    @googlenesthelp We’ve tried every setting and the heat will not come on until it wants to randomly…and when it is on it doesn’t heat the house to the desired temp, it cuts off prematurely…we even turned the smart/eco function…plz help lol

    When I requested my video history from Google, I only needed 3 days' worth (for some reason I can't get just one specific day). They didn't send everything so I had to get it again. This time I need 12 days to find what I want. 51 folders to examine. Fix this. @googlenest

    I sure am about to buy an older @googlenest IQ camera instead of the latest & greatest one, because the latest one only works in the very crappy, no good very bad Google Home app. Uff. I'm disgusted.

    @googlenesthelp why is Google Podcasts not an app on Chromecast with Google TV? Because the phone app on my Samsung is such a disappointment. Also when I can put my phone down, I would like to.

    @googlenesthelp Lots of problems with Assistant on Nest Audio lately. Many commands that used to work no longer work. Specifically integration with @Logitech Harmony remote controls are completely broken. Please fix ASAP.

    @googlenesthelp hello googlenest, I need help with my nest thermostat. Had the thermostat for 24 months or longer and never had issues with Wi-Fi until today. I’ve tried resetting the thermostat and it didn’t find my network. I tried typing in my network and it failed. Help plz?
