could not log into @googlenest on the web until I disabled all adblockers and privacy monitors (Ghostry, privacy badger, adblock plus, amazon extension) I suggest a message on the login page saying "If you are having problems logging in turn off ad blockers" @googlenesthelp

@googlenesthelp It said WiFi error and had a website address to go to, the w5 one. No network changes. I can still connect to the WiFi with other devices such as my phone

@googlenesthelp Wish I was notified earlier. Had to go down on all plugs in this order 1. Reboot nest hello 2. Reboot goggle mesh 3. Reboot router 4. Reboot modem 5. Scolded my kids for ringing the bell and it did work

@googlenesthelp I spent 2 hours yesterday trying to get my nest doorbell to work. Had to crawl into my crawl space at least 4 times to unplug it. I did about 5 factory resets, and tried reconnecting with my phone and iPad. I was so frustrated that I almost threw it into the trash

@googlenest sends me an email my AC went up 23 degrees rapidly and on email has place to find a pro to book a checkup. I do to find out my nest less than a year old is having a malfunction and I need to send in and they won’t pay back the pro fee to come out & tell me it’s broken

@googlenesthelp Note to those who want to diagnose camera connectivity problems in the future: 1. Once all cameras are working, go into either the Google Nest web or phone app, go to settings, scroll down, then note & record the IP & MAC addresses of each camera. 1/3
