@jrhunt @googlenest The last straw for me was when the previous owner of our home didn’t transfer the Nest to me before the sale closed. I followed the instructions of doing a reset and the HVAC shut down completely. I had to have emergency service because completing setup required a Nest “pro”

Doorbell rings today, get out my iPhone and open the @googlenest app, wants me to sign in, wants me to grant it permissions, then the screen finally comes up, showing me an Amazon guy, slow as hell like it’s underwater, tap to go live, like molasses, then I go to tap to speak

Hey @googlenesthelp , our outdoor camera randomly stopped working. For a while it was intermittent and would go off for hours at a time but then come back on. It’s been totally off since August 15 now. Tried unplugging it, nothing works. It’s not even a old. Can you help?

@googlenesthelp It has been migrated to Google. The subscription status is showing as ‘Pending Activation’. Support said they don’t see any actual subscription in Google Store. Also get an error when trying to sign up again

I’m pretty sure @googlenest could not be more infuriating setup wise. I know a lot of it is due to security but inscrutable error messages that are literally “ungoogleable” are infuriating. When I google how to trouble shoot a google product and find the answer on Reddit… oof

I figured after spending all this money on a security system that I would be able to have an app on pc and have the cameras how I want

@googlenesthelp I have 4 outdoor cams, they go down two at a time, then pop back up anywhere from 20 mins to 2 hours later. Plus no notifications. I’ve uninstalled the App, power cycled everything to no avail.

@googlenest the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Broken heatlink on my #nestthermostat. 3 #googlenest support calls, 2 Britishgas engineers test it and confirm plus drafted a pdf and still being told it’s not enough.

@googlenesthelp Next Aware 1st gen. I went through three service agents who couldn’t help.I was told to send screen shots of my account which I did. I simply wanted to update my payment details but the link on the email sent by you will allow new details to be added but wont allow the swap.

I wonder when @googlenest will improve its camera product. It's basically the same as when it launched. Slow. Terrible UI. No intelligence. You'd expect a company like Google to give you incredibly smart, relevant updates on what's happening in your home.

@googlenest just spent 12 hours getting unable to connect to your Google home error while setting up. Something is very glitchy. It eventually worked but I'm unhappy.
