@googlenesthelp In the US. I’ve done the reset, reset the router, swapped the location with my other nest, and reset factory settings. Still have the /w5 error and no networks available. Unfortunately, restoring factory setting deleted all programs and is affecting the aux heat/heat pump

@googlenesthelp So after 3 months my nest mini is still not working. You promised an update OTA and nothing. Your customer support does not want to send a replacement. Seriously this is how you treat your customers?

@_mrdisaster @googlenesthelp I appreciate the reply! Based on the number of Reddit users complaining of the same issue I would have to agree that it is unlikely the OS/Browser. Also, I have Protects and they all have perfect history. I hope you get an answer soon, and that it is resolved for all of us!

@googlenesthelp Hi - I have a Nest thermostat. It has stopped connecting to WiFi. It does not find the network when searching and just spins. It doesn’t connect when I type in the name and password. Restarting the router doesn’t work! Restarting the nest doesn’t work. Help!

@googlenest @Phil_S_UK I'd like to register that I'm having the same issue. My Google Next Hub Max started failing to be able to cast All 4 content yesterday. I unlinked it in the Google Home App intending to relink to try and fix, and now the linking process does not complete.

@googlenesthelp my nest thermostat is not connecting to my wifi or nest app - stopped 6 hours ago. Just shows an image of a down arrow and a house. Its very cold weather for UK support to just be Monday-Friday 9-5! :(

Gah, so frustrated with @googlenest I'm feeling like such a Karen, but seriously. Purchased a camera after my husband's work truck got broken into. Camera stopped working. Went through getting another cable sent out - it didn't make it work, so returned the camera w/adapter.

@googlenesthelp I've seen this happen a few times a week, but Thursday night was the worst. My phone must have gone off 10 times that night. Wasn't aware of any troubleshooting I could do. Any suggestions?

@googlenest I'm using my personal Gmail account (No issues with my Nest Hello). As the Honeywell app is able to connect to the thermostat at the time when Google Assistent states it to be offline i'm asuming the Wifi @ the termostat to be ok. The Googledevices are online as well.

@NuttyAllergyMom @googlenesthelp At the moment it's been escalated to the next level who have asked the dreaded question of what OS/browser I am using. That's typically what is asked when they have no idea what's going on (because it's obviously not an interface issue, but a data one).

@googlenest Your nest doorbell is supposed to send video clip notifications. Per Joshua in customer support. Mine does not. Now Joshua says. Can’t guarantee it will do it. Bad customer service.
