@googlenesthelp TY for your reply. No changes in the network even checked my NAT settings & firewall. It just randomly switched to Offline this morning and when I try to connect it just stays Searching without finding a network and if I try the nest app it says “Error M5” unable to connect.

@googlenesthelp This doesn’t really answer my question. So I take this as NO, you keep promising, but didn’t take any action to address the product issue. Asking customers to buy a new one is not a funny joke, but a lottery solution. Fair, I will switch to other smart thermostat.

@aHarmlessFly @googlenest Never did. Just canned responses and pointless repeated factory resets. There was never any escalation or work on the problem and it's just gotten worse. Apparently there are entire forums dedicated to just how bad it is and to stay away from GE and Google Home. Went Phillips.

@googlenesthelp Good Morning! I have a google Nest thermostat E that I’ve had for quite some time now and the wifi just stopped working on it. I’ve followed all the trouble shooting advices on your support thread online. Reset my router & modem. Even FR my nest and still nothing.

Shoutout to @Sonos who is the ONLY smart home product line that has been easy to deal with when migrating to a new WiFi network. @googlenest and @AugustHomeInc have been absolute nightmares. I have to factory reset nearly everything and that is still not working #notsosmarthome

@googlenesthelp Hi, can someone assist with a Nest doorbell (wired) that suddenly went offline and won’t reconnect? There is a flashing green light at the top. Have tried to factory reset and removed from app, but get a NC023 error when re-adding. Any advice how to recover this?

If you own a Samsung Android, don't buy @madebygoogle @googlenest cameras. The 2 way talk is broken. They are using the wrong microphone on Samsung in the home app, and refuse to fix it.

@googlenest I bought @Google Nest mini from @Flipkart, after using it for 15 days it was not working. I asked for help from the nest mini support team, they told me we will replace your product. From there 3 months over still Google is trying to replace my product.

@googlenesthelp Also having to use two apps now sucks. I liked using the nest branded app. But the new cameras seem to not work on nest app. And the google home app isn’t as great in my opinion. It’s just a terrible experience and makes me want to dump it all for another brand :/

@googlenesthelp The slowness seems to affect all platforms, inc. phones, Nest Hubs, even viewing in the browser. The mobile notifications aren't as bad as they were the other day, but generally I've noticed the system as a whole getting slower this past year.
