@googlenesthelp Multiple of my cameras aren't streaming on either the nest app or the google home app, they just show the loading spinner. Speed test shows 867 Mbps down and 782 Mbps up on my nest router

@googlenesthelp On the other note, the Google nest help is better than the original nest help. I’ve been in contact with my ISP who have now given me a public IP address rather than a natted IP - all my smart devices now work! 🥳

So cool. If you have @googlenest products and change your wifi everything shuts down and you'll need an MIT engineer to change the wifi settings. (Unlike the ease with TVs, etc.). Thermostat doesn’t work. 33 degrees tonight. We have no heat. Thanks @googlenest !

@Apple HomePod mini is terrible. The handoff feature fails 50% of the time and Siri can never recognize me. Any question I ask, it tells me to find the info on my phone. Will be returning all 3 I bought and just upgrade by gen 1 @googlenest mini to the latest one

@googlenesthelp Hey GNS, thanks for the reply! I’m in the US with a Google Nest Learning Thermostat. It worked for a few weeks, then disconnected from my network and cannot reconnect. I’ve been through every error, Reddit, reset and power cycle in the books. Thing just doesn’t do wifi anymore

@googlenest I just bought a brand new Google Nest Mini Gen 2 for the specific hope that it would improve the bluetooth connection when playing to my Soundcore. It does not. It is somehow worse, constant disconnects and pops. FIX THIS ALREADY! @googlenest

@googlenesthelp No, the camera has been offline for months now. All of my other nest products (3 other cameras, 5 google assistant products, 9 nest protects) are all online and working except for this one. The light is green on it despite being disconnected
