@googlenest Appreciate the direct help, but I believe it's a wide spread issue. Hub devices will display a black screen with nothing happening, home/minis will flash a few times without anything happening either. We tried 90min ago, still not working now either.

@googlenesthelp I’m having the same issue. One of my thermostats is acting up. Will not recognize my WiFi and Keeps trying to tell me my wiring has changed (it has not). It’s becoming a real problem with winter coming.

@rldelysium @googlenest I can say that too... There not working at all... in all devices in my house I try resetting it.. amd now it won’t even let me connect the Device to my home

@googlenesthelp my nest learning thermostat lost connection from WiFi yesterday and hasn’t connected since. No networks are found by it but all other devices in home are connected to WiFi. Tried all of the steps in the help forum, nothing works.

@googlenesthelp It is also giving erratic temperature readings this afternoon. Earlier today it said it was 75 in here while other temperature reading in our house said 67. Now it says temp is 65 and heating to 68. This issue appears to have started today

@googlenest the mini doesn't have an audio out (the echo dot does). Bluetooth streaming to external speakers on the mini sucks (both old and new). Terrible jitter and skipping. Aaand you killed chromecast audio. It's almost as if you want me to leave your eco system.

@googlenesthelp I bought 5 Nest Hub displays for Xmas. For some reason, only 2 of them have a French display. I’ve setup the bilingual audio assistant, and that works. I really need the visual to be in French. Help??

@googlenesthelp having issues with my nest connecting to wifi/locating wifi. It was connected for about 5 months then lost connection 2 months ago and hasn’t been able to locate it since. I’ve reset the network and all the settings. Tried to enter the network... help please.
