The lady I asked if they had a backup battery option because our association harasses us by cutting the power. They don't know that @googlenest makes a power connector that connects to the furnace. I've tried everything from reset, to router reset, an other trouble shooting methods. It's never connected since the day I purchased it new. I firmly believe its the nest device not working.

Persistent Login: The app remains active in the background, allowing you to receive notifications and live view camera feeds without re-entering credentials. Either Karen or her dad deleted it.

K-Ray (@KodessAxK_Ray) reported@googlenest @madebygoogle doorbell rang tonight, and video froze. In the Google home app, it showed my doorbell camera offline for approximately 90 seconds before video restored. This is obviously problematic - thoughts? Any help is appreciated.

I go warranty checker and confirm I'm under warranty and submit a claim. It just says "refresh this page and try again. Sorry, there was a problem with the form" help!
