@b2212j @googlenesthelp Agree. I use two home security systems; Nest and Wyze. Each Nest Cam IQ Outdoor costs 399 dollars, and has an hour (or more) long outage almost monthly. Each Wyze Cam costs 20 dollars and they've yet not had an outage that lasts more than five minutes. What are we paying for?

@googlenest why does your system crash all the time. I pay for service i never get consistently. My cam is down now yet again. Can’t see my daughter on her nursery cam. I need to be compensated. My door@bell cam goes offline Atleast 2-4 times weekly!

@xaviercast2 @googlenest Mine are a mix of "Your camera is offline" and the rest just sit their spinning but never load. Google Nest status page shows there is a "partial outage" with live video - whatever that means.

@googlenest can’t chat with support. Support form broken. Can’t subscribe to Aware with Apple. Can’t use Apple Pay. can’t check out easily. and after all this when I finally did subscribe, you deleted all the previously existing events from my camera feed.

@HuygensCassini1 @googlenesthelp Pretty much just paying for the name now since Google bought them. They had problems before Google bought them but now it’s just a recurring things and problems are expected. I bought my first Ring camera a while back and haven’t had a single issue.
