    @googlenesthelp This solution resolved the Google assistant issue. But now when I do a mesh test I’m only getting “OK” whereas before I was getting “great” and the points are sitting in the same places.

    @googlenest @madebygoogle How can I unlink an old Nest account from Google Home? It no longer shows as connected in the app and every time I sync devices it calls out an error because this old account is still trying to sync.

    @googlenest Apparently there's some sort of outage with your assistant capabilities and not the app itself. I can go into the app and control things as needed, but i can't do any of that via voice like I normally would.

    @googlenest Ive tried restarting the problematic devices, factory resetting them, renaming them, deleting and recreating associated routines. All to no avail the issue really seems to be on the back end between the assistant and the devices. Using the on screen buttons works fine on my hub.

    @googlenesthelp I had the original nest thermostat and I moved and I bought the new third generation thermostat for my new house and I’ve had it for about 4 months and now it can’t find any network. I’ve reset my modem,the thermostat, and thermostat network settings didn’t help

    @googlenesthelp Next time I am local when it goes offline I will check that. I can rule out Wi-Fi as the thermostat is ~15ft away in the same room with the router with no obstructions

    @googlenest my voice control doesn’t work since this morning at 7am and it is almost 4pm now. I kind of regret switching to Google from Echo. Echo never had this issue.

    @googlenest It started at 2am and then stopped at 2:30am. Then it started again at 2:45am and hasn't stopped. Got a ladder, pulled it down and now it is in the fridge to lesson the chirp.

    @googlenest You know what's embarrassing @google? Spending 90 mins to setup a Nest Protect with a Pixel 4 XL and giving up. I reattempt using my Iphone and setup was completed in 2 minutes. WTF?

    @googlenesthelp I’ve rebooted all the points, which did not help. They give that response when I say “hey google” and ask it a question. All internet functions appear to be working fine. It’s just the google assistant on the points.

    @googlenest I come home at 21:00: House is cold. The Google Nest Thermostat Heat Link somehow died. It has power, I checked. No support, even though the web site claims 24 hours support. WTF @Google ? It is the heart of winter!

    @googlenesthelp My 3rd Gen Nest thermostat stopped connecting to WiFi. I have restarted it, and also reset it but it can't find any WiFi networks. Everything else in my home connects to WiFi just fine. I tried connecting manually and that did not work. Pls help.
