    @googlenest Been happening since almost day 1. Tried: Rebooting Chromecast Rebooting Soundbar Rebooting TV Changing source One of the above will normally resolve until next time. It feels like a sync/refresh rate issue, but all devices & cables are capable of full 4k 60hz

    Nest WiFi does NOT work. I’ve exhausted all options and resources to rectify the problem to no avail. @googlenesthelp can you please send me a replacement unit.

    @googlenesthelp My door bell failed and was replaced under warranty. I have the Gen 1 Nest Aware for $50/yr. I contacted support and told me the only option is to cancel my subscription and subscribe to the newer plan for the replacement which costs more. Terrible policy!

    @googlenesthelp Nest thermostat E lost WiFi connection and will not reconnect - “No networks found yet”. Bought in May 2020, issue started shortly thereafter. Tried resetting WiFi (home and on nest) and reset the nest itself. No luck. Hope you can help!

    @googlenesthelp Hi, I am in the USA. This has been going on for a year. I’ve fixed it before by doing a hard reset on the advice of your support before, but it only worked for about a month before the problem intermittently popped up again

    @googlenest help! Two kids under 5 and no heating and it is cold! The heatlink of the gen2 thermostat is not connecting despite a factory reset and pulsing blue lights! Helppppp! No idea what we do next, we can’t heat out house and in the uk in winter....

    @googlenesthelp Hi, for over a month my google nest has been showing a w5 error code. This has been factory reset and reset. Wifi router reset, for some reason uninstalled the all and downloaded it again. Can some please help.

    @googlenest @PaddyWV It is to try and force people to subscribe to YouTube music, which you shouldn't do. If I wanted music subscription I would use Spotify. Cancelled plans to buy any more Google speakers of the back of this decision by Google. The quicker YouTube music gets wound down the better.

    @googlenest replacement nest thermostat worked fine for months .Today dropped wifi and will not find any networks. Same issue as old thermo. spent many hours over many days in June before you sent a replacement. I have restarted,reset,entered wifi name/pw. Help!

    @googlenest Hi, sorry for the late reply, I've been enjoying the Chromecast and was waiting for the weekend to do the factory reset. Same issue. Only detects 4K 30Hz on my LG E6 and is quite problematic with my Denon X7200WA - it doesn't go beyond 1080p 60Hz and doesn't detect audio formats.

    @googlenest Shopping list is a mess: shared lists are broken. It still can't delete entries, or be easily opened on a mobile phone. Turning on lights for a room turns on lights in the wrong room 50% of the time. Anyway, most requests get answered with "I don't know how I can help".

    @googlenesthelp my learning thermostat has a black screen. The green light is flashing but it’s non responsive. I’ve tried resetting it as per troubleshooting guide. My phone app just says it’s offline.

    @googlenest Just noticed a half hour ago. All other Nest devices are online. So the issue looks to be with the thermostat.

    @googlenest Seriously? You don't even consider that your loss of service and inability to produce video recording for the period when your service went down, isn't worthy of a discussion? It's not so much the $ that's important here. Your brush off, is taking your customer for granted!
