@googlenest my nest connect has broken. It will no longer connect to my WiFi or devices. Even though I’ve never moved it and my WiFi has been on the whole time. And this nest connect is new. Help!

@googlenesthelp i use Nest and Google Home software the nest software has been terrible for the past week or so and I mean terrible I’ve had nest cameras since day one when they were called Dropcam‘s very familiar, —- somethings up.

@googlenest your service since the changeover has gotten worse and worse by the week. It’s almost criminal to charge people the amounts you do for the cams and have such **** service.

@googlenesthelp since the last app update, it’s impossible to livestream on an iPad (cameras in my kids rooms at night). Constant buffering and freezing. We have had the cameras for almost 5 years and it’s never been this bad. Not a router issue. I’ve restarted all devices.

@googlenesthelp all of my Nest devices are not responding to voice commands on the first try...saying, "something went wrong, please give it a second" Been happening now for a week. Also our Google nest wifi will randomly cut out and two points will show offline incorrectly

@googlenesthelp Can you help me sign into my Nest app on my Apple TV? I keep using my Google email and password and it will not take it. I migrated from Nest to Google so I’m not sure what the issue is. The app works fine on my iPhone. Please advise.

@googlenesthelp Thx for your reply! I have two speakers; they’re linked to Apple Music account, and I play directly from the speaker not from Bluetooth connection :)(hope this makes sense to you… Apologize for my poor ENG) rebooted the devices(speakers/apps/phones) & reconnected the AMusic. 😭

@BionicWally @googlenesthelp I've started having the same issue for a few days now. Rebooted the mesh network a couple times but it's still happening. It's like the devices are rebelling against us! 🤖🤖

The ambient sensor on my Nest Hub/Google home hub is now broken. Auto brightness is now always at level 0 and the screen warmth is off the roof. @googlenest @googlenesthelp

@googlenesthelp Okay, Thanks! I’ve rebooted wi-fi rooters several times(not bc of this problem) but it didn’t changed the situation so I’m checking out if resetting works. 👀👀👀FYI, They are both mini, 1st and 2nd gen.

The @googlenest app, at least on iOS, is one of the most frustrating UX make you shout experiences. Want to scroll to a specific time? 🚫 app doesn’t let you. Want to view the entire scene? 🚫 auto Mega Zoom of no choice. That’s aside from the slow loading of feeds. Grrrr

@googlenesthelp what’s going on with your cameras? Notifications have been slow to come in & when trying to playback it just buffers endlessly. Paying for a service I can’t really use at the minute.

The free version of @youtubemusic is the worst thing ever. It can't even interface to @googlenest hubs and @googlenestmini speakers in a way that is respectful to me. This all worked with Google play music. I fully regret going all in on these speakers and hubs.

@googlenest Your Nest X Yale has a SERIOUS DESIGN FLAW that can result in a dangerous situation where someone gets locked out of their home. Your @googlenesthelp resources provide no help and will not even acknowledge the risks posed.

@googlenest @madebygoogle On Google Nest Hub Max, Ambient EQ auto brightness slider STILL broken. Moving slider has no effect until max level, when brightness suddenly raises to max. Selecting slightly lower snaps the slider to the middle and decreases brightness to dark.

@cjh4rrison @googlenesthelp Yes my Nest thermostat app was also showing offline but thermostat was online. Bit annoying after going through fault finding with Google support, setting up hot spot etc etc it seems to be a problem at Google's end. The app came back online at about 11.30 with no more problems

@googlenesthelp Please do. Every time i ask I get the same response, that there's a delay and they can't tell me when. I don't think that's reasonable. I also tried to complain formally, only to be told the team doesn't reply to complaints. Getting nowhere and fed up of the poor service

My @madebygoogle nest heat link failed in January under warranty. As per instructions I submitted invoices for work by an engineer for temp fix and then install of new heat link on 7 Jan. Told payment would take 4-5 weeks from 24 Jan. Still waiting to be paid @googlenesthelp

Have had the worst experience with @googlenesthelp after 5 months a ‘supervisor’ called me back to inform me they won’t replace my defective google wifi units. Wouldn’t share his info or allow me to speak with his supervisor. I haven’t experience this level of service maybe ever

Hello @madebygoogle & @googlenesthelp. Can you help - our Nests won't play any song from @youtubemusic which is marked 'E'. Eg new Wet Leg album Playing fine in phone/headphones. Relatively recent problem and seems to be common on forums. Can you help?

@googlenesthelp Hi! Router has been reset, app downloaded again, but issue persists. Watching live is no issue, but trying to rewind history it just freezes. Impossible to watch playback.
