The past few days with my @googlenest WiFi have been so tough to work remotely. Randomly dropping connection at the worst times. I reboot and it doesn’t help. Factory reset and same issues. IP tech out to house and same issues. IP signal is strong. Feel like a new a new mesh net

@googlenest Yes I do. The problem is that headlights splash the activity zones, every time a car goes by. It seems like a simple algorithm could filter out brightness spikes.

I believe that @googlenest should to be more open to replacing defective wiring harnesses. I purchased two Nests and one wiring harness spring isn't working well. They won't replace because it works sometimes. Anyone else have this issue with Google over an inexpensive part?

@googlenesthelp @googlenest Help! I just reset both my smart clock and google home mini, connected them to the same network as my phone and the speakers say connect to same network under the app, not allowing me to sync the music between the speakers or control them from my phon

@BenNizan Maybe someone is doing a heist and they had to bring down googlenest in order to cut the security cameras so they can sneak in and steal a jewel or whatever. My thermostat continues to work, even though the battery hasn't been replaced in years.

@GoogleNest agreed to replace my defective wiring harness. BUT I have to mail the defective one back first. REALLY? That means I won't have heat for a week. It is 40 degrees outside. Why are they being so difficult? Certain they will throw the broken one away when they get it

@googlenest My services are now up. The Google assistant was telling me there was a glitch. I was unable to access any services through Google Home, Nest nor the Google assistant on any of my devices.
