@googlenest several weeks ago and it's gotten progressively worse. I have made no changes to my network settings and even tried rebooting the entire system but the problem continues. Google Nest is literally unusable for me at this point because it is so unreliable. I am extremely frustrated

@googlenest It's not only Google home but assistant around all platforms... My phone, both Google home kept telling me there's issue. I can cast music or control the loudness through my phone without issue. Just seemed that Google assistant gave up on me. So no voice control 😭

@googlenest The problem isn't the Nest -- it recognizes children's voices just fine -- it's that @youtubemusic has age restrictions that @GooglePlayMusic didn't have.

One of the worst products I have bought for my home is a Google Nest camera. It has a badly designed, slow app, a subscription-only service to look back at your own camera recordings, and it frequently cuts out. @googlenest

@googlenest It is about 3 metres away from the router with a good signal shown when connecting the device to WiFi. No network changes recently. Tried rebooting router and also tried setting up from my phone hotspot with the same cloud error.

If anyone is thinking of getting a @GoogleNest audio speaker, my advice is don't. They're horrifically glitchy and can barely make it through two songs before announcing an error.

Hey @Google, @googlenest when you update your Nest Hub Max and it disconnects Yale locks, your entire Nest security system and your Smoke detectors….you would think you might want to publicly acknowledge that instead telling us to reboot, yet again. Worst. Service. Ever.

@googlenesthelp My Hello doorbell stopped giving a video feed. Error NC009 (15.5) shown constantly when trying to setup after a reset at the point where it tries to add to nest account (Never had a nest account) I have done all of the steps detailed in support documents. #help

@MICKYIMP @googlenesthelp They only show offline in the app. They are still connected to the nest secure. This is something on nests side that they caused from the firmware update in the Google WIFI

Hi @googlenesthelp my google nest wifi is constantly disconnecting no matter what I'm doing (working on my laptop, surfing, video calls, etc.) It's become completely unreliable and disruptive. I know many others are having the same issue. When will this be resolved? Thanks!

@googlenest Both Google homes have been reset recently due to a different problem & my router has been rebooted due to unrelated connection issues. I have problems with the assistant on my phone when I'm out in my car using mobile data. It's not an issue with my set up, ur assistant is broke

@googlenest they may have the best Thermostat but when they stop working, their customer support is the worst. Been 34 days and still no resolution. Advisor asked when to call, I told him when, but no call received. Been 2 days now. You should be ashamed of this lack of care.

@googlenesthelp yes its since installation on the indoor model, every time it goes offline and I get notified via the app, it has no status light on it. power cycling it fixes it immediately or waiting 15-20 minutes seems to restore it too

@matthewtang83 @googlenest Same here. My nest minis, hubs and phones not working with voice activating. Casting music from spotify app is ok. Assistant is acting weird on all my @madebygoogle devices.

@googlenesthelp could your devs push an update to the Nestcam that makes its LED pulse orange or red if it cant connect to wifi? (the way the old dropcam does) I've got a camera thats 5 days old now that keeps going offline, and its impossible to tell if its a bad with no visual
