    The only @googlenest appliance we have left are the cameras. Thermostats don’t allow fine-tuned control of advanced heat pumps. The smoke detectors are and always have been garbage. The ultra-loud, un-silence-able false alarm at 6AM today was the last straw.

    @OBrucey Mate that’s why you need @googlenest. Let’s you know when beating is turned on. Rita tries to turn it on when I’m at work and I make sure I turn it off. She thinks there’s a glitch…

    @googlenest purchased 4 Nest IQ Outdoor cams in 2021. About one year later and 2 have met the red ring of death. No support available or replacements seem available. Any help would be greatly appreciated. 🙏

    @googlenesthelp I don't know what you guys are doing to prepare for this new home app. But over the last 2 weeks, my cameras are struggling with infrared brightness levels, going solid white till reboot, or flickering. They also take ages to connect if at all. Please fix ur probs

    @googlenesthelp It hasn't worked for a while I just never got around to look into it until I set up for my mom and hers works without issue. We first installed it in April 2019. It still notifies all the home devices that "someone is at the front door" it just didn't say the known names.

    @googlenesthelp my nest thermostat is getting low better and turning off again but only after a power outage. It is wired correctly and should be charging any suggestions?

    @googlenesthelp our Nest Thermostat has a wifi w5 connection error. It can not find any Wi-Fi connections when searching or when entered by name. All of our other devices are connected to Wi-Fi and functioning. We have tried rebooting our router and the Nest itself with no luck.

    Also for what it’s worth don’t invest hundreds of pounds in a @googlenest as they spend more time offline than online despite being connected to the boiler and the Wi-Fi

    I can’t believe the real bad service of @googlenest, I have ordered a heatlink about 1 month ago, it got lost in the distribution via DHL. I have called the servicedesk multiple times, but still I don’t get the ordered Googlenest heatlink. Instead I receive a big mouth from them.

    @google @googlenesthelp I can’t login to my nest account with google on android TV, Apple TV. I see people complaining from 2 years why can’t you fix it. @madebygoogle

    @rhys_gosling @googlenest I’d say it’s a control fault and not breaking the link. No way if wired correctly your getting 230v back feeding down a 2 port, through a cylinder Stat and back to the control.

    @googlenesthelp Hello, I'm hoping you might be able to help me with an issue I have with my new Google Nest learning thermostat. The device is functioning via the Nest app, no issue. But I can not get it to appear in the Google Home app, in order to operate it with voice command.

    @googlenesthelp the Nest App 5.69.1 version is not allowing auto-rotate of the video display on my iPhone 13 mini. Wondering if this is a glitch or did you remove that ability. Much better to view the nest cam video in the landscape view. Version 5.69 on another phone still does

    @googlenesthelp volume on my home hub keeps reverting to 26% after being manually changed to another volume. I’ve reset, rebooted, changed settings, etc. How do I fix this?

    @googlenesthelp I charged it over USB and it appears to be working. I'm unsure why I all of a sudden start having to charge it after a power outage when I never had to do it before.
