@googlenesthelp we just had a new heat and air sys installed a year ago. Company wanted to install their thermostat, I said no. 3/27 it hit 70° the Nest showed a wrench (wiring), it was the new sys problem. It may have saved a fire. Thanks!

@googlenesthelp not only does Nest not have a record of my numerous Nest product purchases, I cannot do anything with the two defective cameras other than throw them out. They stopped working completely. I will be sure to advise others to avoid Nest outdoor cameras. Worst ever.

@googlenesthelp the absolute worst outdoor camera ever. One failed it was replaced. Now the second one failed and so did the replacement. I cannot find my receipt, I thought Nest products would have the details of my registration on file. Lack of customer care. Never again.

@googlenesthelp we need to do a much better job with the alarm on the hub. Having it go off for ¼ second only to **** itself off is unacceptable. Idk what's going on with Google, nest, or assistant lately, but the experience has been TERRIBLE

I thought my @HeIIoNest was cutting in and out because of the cold but now that it’s not freezing, it keeps doing it several times a day and I do the reset as well what could be the issue? None of my other NEST cameras have an issue @googlenesthelp

@googlenesthelp my friends have a nest thermostat at their lake house and just got internet. We have reset the whole system back to factory settings, tried entering the WiFi name in manually, and unplugging the face and letting it reset that way. We need help.

@googlenest So it's 72 outside and I turned my thermostat down to 67 (cuz it doesn't need to run), but Nest is used to running at 69 when it was cold. How is this a "smart" thermostat? Even my 5 year old asked "why is it so hot in here?" Cuz Nest...

I've come to the conclusion that @googlenest hardware is pretty good, but the software that supports it is absolute garbage. If I have to log in to the Nest app and reset my presence sensing settings one more time... 😡

@kaitlinmaud I think there's a value to thinking about overall integration. We can set our @SimpliSafe alarm from our @googlenest hub, but i don't think we can integrate the ring cameras with the nest (since nest has their own cameras). How far down the rabbit hole do you want to go?

@googlenesthelp Nope all from nest at the time with build dates in September of 2015. They should die after 7 years so September 2022. This is a national problem and one Google, like nest before it is happy to ignore for pure profit!

@googlenesthelp 2/2 as the text is being transcribed properly, I believe this is an interpretation issue. i.e. the devices hear me, transcribe my voice action correct (text is correct) but the interpretation of that text fails.

@googlenesthelp this morning I woke up to my Nest Thermostat E being "offline" and not being able to find the wifi network. All other devices connect fine. Restarting router doesnt help. Restarting nest connects it to the wifi at first, but then it loses connection again.
