My @googlenest has a faulty back plate. Thank goodness it is under warranty. However it says it is going to take 7-10 days to get to me? What if this was the middle of winter or the heat of summer? Thats a terrible wait. Could be a problem for someone older or ill health

@madebygoogle @googlenest @OpeolaBukola Nest Thermostat has a major problem that cannot find any WIFI network. My device lost the WIFI connection and can't reconnect to be controlled by the app. It is a known problem and you can search for it. Customer Support said they can't replace my unit anymore. It is a shame

@googlenest 1/2 Hi Google, I know the doorbell is out of warranty, my point is that it’s a manufacturing problem, at £200 this shouldn’t be a “throw away product” after just a couple of years, and telling me to buy a new one is great for google, not so great for me.

After an hour long chat with @googlenest CS they left me with two options for my defective product under “warranty” for W5 error 1) Sign up for @GooglePay and put a hold for the replacement or 2) Live w/ no thermostat until they send me one... #badservice #nomorenest

@googlenesthelp Can you make it supported, you're literally Google! Trying to manage 600+ photos on the app is literally terrible, it loads the images so slow, if it's assigned the wrong person to a familiar person taking them out is the worst experience.

@googlenesthelp can you add a dial pad on nest hub to use it a home phone and give put those touch screens to use. Also give it options to add contacts or have a separate phone book for family to use. That would be some hot ****..@Google

@fedor @googlenest That's a clever idea. Some wifi enabled unit or router that you can bring that will securely store your login for various services without having to log in and out. Connect to wifi and it serves the login to same network. Has to exist already....

@googlenest 2/2 Very poor customer service from google, considering the Nest Hello is marketed as a superior product to the cheaper Ring Doorbell. How many more are out there with the same problem, quite a few I’m guessing.
