    @googlenest Haven't tried reinstalling the app yet; however, I have both speakers connected to the 5ghz wifi, could that be the issue?

    @googlenest I bought it just before Christmas, I guess the disconnected thing started happening a couple of weeks ago. First it said something like it didn’t have a connection. In the last few days it is now saying, “please login through the google home app”.

    @googlenest Every time I set a timer at the end it will start to lag out. I’ve got one in my room and one in the kitchen and this issue happened to both devices

    @googlenest Haven't tried but then again, I can't really get into the settings to do it. I can reinstall the app and see if that will help. I should note that the speakers do work and are connected to WiFi because I can still request commands and there's no issue.

    @googlenest Another support failure - apparently the problem with your thermostat being the only device on my network that can't connect to the internet is a problem with my WiFi and I need to speak to my ISP. I have "too many devices on your WiFi"

    @googlenest No, I cast from the Plex app on my phone to the chromecast, I figured it out, it was in the audio settings of my Plex server that needed adjustment.

    @googlenest I'm trying to log in to my nest account from windows 10 desktop on chrome and it just keeps redirecting to login. Started failing within the last 2 weeks. I've cleared history and rebooted already.

    @googlenest Could you work on making your cameras detect emergencies such as someone choking, or unconscious? One of my fears is not being home if my daughter starts choking. It would be great to get an alert for something like that, and could help save that person if detected.

    @googlenest Nope it's a private home gateway router the speed goes all the way upto a 1 Gbps so i guess the speed is not the issue here And as for the Home i use the latest Nest Audio 2020 please give a solution !

    @googlenest Don't know what you can do about this, I've factory reset it twice and it still goes offline a few times a day. I've given it its own power outlet so it didn't have to share with the modem. I've had it unhooked for a couple of days and now I don't go offline at all. Go figure.

    @googlenest Hi yes that is what I did with the Chromecast that does work on the new setup. exact same steps give me the Cannot Communicate error as soon as I click on the SSID on the 2nd one and the Mini.

    @googlenesthelp Big frustration is how you can't turn down (or off) Google assistant's voice. When I go to bed and ask her to play a sleep music playlist. I don't want her to tell me she's going to play it (with her abrupt voice), I just want it played. Any workarounds? Thanks.
