@googlenesthelp I setup a routine to broadcast a message every night at 8pm. I no longer want this, but the routine is not listed anywhere on my list of routines so I can't delete it. As a result a loud broascast is sent daily across all 6 of our Google homes every night! Help!

@googlenesthelp @madebygoogle I've got 4 Nest Protects that are having issues connecting to WiFi and/or being added to my Nest account. I've run through all the troubleshooting steps and I'm still having issues. I was able to reset one and get it added after many tries. HELP PLS!

@googlenesthelp the Nest Mini I got in January keeps losing the wifi connection. I've tried three routers in two apartments now, including a brand new ASUS gaming-spec one. Is this a known issue that I can wait on a firmware fix for, or do I need to send it back?

@googlenesthelp My lenovo smart clock has no weather information and the assistant just says "heres what I found on the web" and then goes silent when asking for weather. The weather in the google app is also broken. Hmmm.

@googlenesthelp I currently have the same problem with all BBC stations. I have also tested with "Jazz FM", "Capital Radio" and "LBC". All experience the same problem. The only one to work (of those I have tried) is "Heart FM". Speaker replies "Streaming Heart UK from Global Player."

@getawair it would be cool if you offered an integration with @googlenest and searched for correlation with when my heater / AC was on. I can’t help but wonder if spikes in VOCs are caused by things near the heater vent heating up but it’s tough to eyeball it

@googlenest @googlenesthelp @alexa99 I purchased a second Nest months ago and for some reason it can’t be found by Alexa. It connects to WiFi and the Nest app fine but not Alexa. The first Nest connects to Alexa fine so not sure what issue is. Can you both provide support?
