@googlenest UK, it used to work, then randomly stopped. I cannot imagine there are many trouble steps to take. You either have the action in the routine or not. There's no options etc. It has been rebooted (the Nest Audio)

@googlenesthelp is not helpful. My Nest Gen 3 went out a few days ago. Now, heater is not working. Been charging it, still no good. It’s freezing in my house (60°)! 1-3 days until they review my case for a replacement? Are you kidding me? I’ll be frozen by then!

@googlenesthelp I am now on my second thermostat E device. As the previous one, I cannot get past a TD023 error when trying to add the device using my phone or iPad. Any tips? I've tried all that is listed in the support pages. Also tried a hotspot via a phone. #desperate

@googlenesthelp Hello, I am unable to log into the nest app, but can login on the website. Is there a problem centrally or is this just us? Tried multiple phones, restarting everything, deleting and reinstalling the app, but it just hangs when first opening the app before login.

@googlenest Every 2 days the nest 2 looses connection to the wifi yet my other nest 1 has never had one issue.6 months min the has been occurring to my daughter so unable to use for alarms for school etc. #poorproduct @googlenest

@RamyShalaby @googlenesthelp same thing happened with mine, google sent a replacement -- it was working fine for 2 weeks-- all of sudden has stopped working again. Google nest's help is really annoying and will expect you to troubleshoot for 30+mins before they will agree to send out another one.

@googlenest Bingo! It was "offline" for like 3 weeks and I couldn't do anything to get it reconnected. So I removed it from the app and am trying to re-add it to the app to make it function w/app (and Google Asst/Siri controls).

@googlenest Unfortunately not. Still many issues with combining Google Tv with Nest Devices within a group. E.g. delays in the next song coming on; or the song starts playing too loudly, then quiets down; or I have ask several times to play music before it does.

Hey @googlenest I'm having trouble w/ my Nest/Yale Lock. It lost cxn w/Nest app. Just said it was offline. I removed it & am trying to re-add it & it won't connect. I'm at a step where it says to press button on back of the lock to install, but the button never becomes active.

Hey @googlenest thanks for the poor choices when wanting to renew my camera subscription. You offer either a basic useless Event Based or Continuous recording for an unbelievable $160 per year. Only 2 choices. Rip off since the Google takeover. Subscription cancelled !!! #shame

@googlenest It had up until two months ago, I keep trying things. I have done a factory reset, I tried to add internet manually. I have reset router. Bought a wife ext to try to help. It doesn’t find any network.
