@googlenest can you advise why my Google speaker ( citation one by HK ) stop playing via WiFi if I enable Bluetooth settings . It plays must for 20 seconds then stops . If I disconnect from BT the music streams without a problem . Thanks

Have a Nest doorbell. Wonderful. Then Google took over. Now useless. Been trying to renew @googlenest subscription for months but can’t. Months of chasing. STILL no fix. Just expensive “ding-****” sounder and a hopeless company. Anyone else having similar issues?

@googlenest I use Sleep Sounds religiously to help me fall asleep. But it's hard to get a good night sleep when the sound randomly changes from rain to birds squawking away at 1am 😫

@googlenest Just FYI, the "right" team has not done anything to address this issue. May as well disable wireless headphones altogether if you cant manually connect them when automatic connection fails 90% of the time. Also 21:9 support needs to be added, its a highly requested feature.

Don’t buy a @googlenest !!!!!!!! Example: New AC unit. Heat is set at 70 and currently is 69 but is blowing out cold air and says it won’t heat up for 2+ hours 🤬 #googlenest #trash

@googlenest Why doesn't the learning thermostat learn? I get chilly one time and turn it up a bit and that is all it wants to do. It never learns to turn it down. It has me ready to take it off the wall and throw it in the trash.

@googlenesthelp No messages, error or otherwise. No changes in network. Besides, like I said, I swapped one of the others into the same location and it sees WiFi networks and has no issue connecting. This one doesn’t. Typed network in, immediately fails to connect. No delay at all.

@mistrchristophr @googlenest Our camera would constantly disconnect and then we would have to go through an incredibly lengthy process to reconnect it in between naps and support didn't know how to fix it. We had the sock but had a scare the first night from a false alarm so determined it wasn't worth it.

@googlenesthelp As for problem solving, the only thing I have done so far is turn it off and on again and ask the mathematical operation again (or similar but in a different way). I don't remember exactly, but once when I asked for a conversion dollars to pesos a similar error occurred

@googlenesthelp purchased 3 Nest Thermostat Es last April. The WiFi recently failed on one of them. Tried full reset. Tried draining the battery. No luck. It cannot see any WiFi networks. The other two work fine in the same location. Ordered through Google Store. Can you help?
