Now I have to deal with xfinity's chat which is equally as problematic as hostgator for a separate issue. They all point fingers at each other for two different problems. People, I'm not an amateur. I've been doing web & It work for 30 years.

@HostGator @HGSupport @SharonRowlands- For 19 days, we are still waiting for our email issues to be resolved fully for the VPS server. Losing Business and credibility from our clients. I created a Twitter profile to contact you as the email/chat option could not solve the issue

@HostGator Still can't send email after 9 days down. I get emails from tech support only after escalating via Twitter and even then it doesn't get fixed. Spoken to at least 10 agents. Unacceptable.

@WeirdDarkness I think this specific issue with mooresites lies with my network provider. Sometimes they block websites or network IPs that send out a lot of traffic to my IP address and it is highly annoying especially when I have different problems with Hostgator. Isolating the error is :/
