@spiritoftwi I had a HostGator thing for awhile and that was… problematic. Not terrible. But GoDaddy was better for me. They usually have great customer service and they did warn me but it was confusing. I thought I was fine. Until I wasn’t. 😝

@HGSupport They already are! But that's not the point. Here the question for you to answer - How professional is it of Hostgator to ask customer to "Send the email after couple of hours."? Also I am not getting my refund as 45 days are up! Dude I took 3 year plan! I am stuck with you!

@HostGator is doing completely scam, and they are not providing what they have promised. Their whole system is awaful. We are facing problems since two months and still not resolved but geting fake assuranse that it will be resoved soon. Our whole business is on stake.

@HGSupport I got 1 month credit but that's not something I need. I want the 99.9% uptime promise. Customer care gives random excuses like: 1. N/W connectivity issue at server. 2. DDoS attack . I asked for you to move me to some other server but request is not answered and ticket is closed!

@HGSupport @hostgator My website broke, can’t log in to WP, all pages are white, no msg. I was told my site is hacked. My site is on YOUR server. YOUR sever let malware get to my files and you want $300 to fix it. SMH

Web developers: has anyone had luck in running Python or PHP cron jobs on a @HostGator server? They say it's executing, but the test commands (email, save a file) in my scripts don't work. Their support on this is weak. Any help is appreciated. Thanks! @HGSupport #webdevelopment

@HGSupport We did and the response was to send a mail to the recipient that couldn't receive it and that it did pass your mailgates without any problem. But the issue is that spf dns queries are still more than 10 when using hostgator's suggested spf record.
