    Upon purchase I found still no website. Only a control panel with links that take you to a login page for HostGator and they never give you credentials. Even if they did, HG reseller doesn’t give much disk space at all, so this unlimited package can’t last long.

    Problem using outlook with unifi Its seems Unifi blocks port 25 for SMTP so If you have Unifi internet and can't send emails using outlook, try to change SMTP 25 port With HostGator hosting. it works if you use SMTP port 465 with SSL .

    After @HostGator suspended my website, now they made sure it came back completely broken. Its been 8 hours already and they said they have the right to suspend websites overusing the server. But how come my site is broken after they unblocked it? Was it really a suspension?

    @HostGator has ruined my website completely. Over 2000 pages not working after the blocked my website for 5 hours. I've lost over 500 users already and now this. Can someone please tell me what you think has happened here? I think they migrated my site secretly.

    @skystracloud They said my website was causing performance issues on the server. But I dont see that as a reason @HostGator to block my site for 4 hours now. The sad part is all this happened without a warning.

    I'm experiencing a very unprofessional behaviour from @HostGator. They have blocked my websites for 4 hours without any concrete reason. Their support admin emailed me yet I'm waiting for their response after 3 hours. Please advise which hosting company is better than hostgator?

    @denharsh @TransferWise Even impact radius is very poor. Even if I use username & password of let's say @HostGator I log in to the dashboard of dreamhost or something else. I can't even tag which login is of which affiliate program. It's ridiculous

    Literally the only way to get a response from @HGSupport is to shame them on social media. This is the only way I've been able to get stuff done. It's embarrassingly that this is what it boils down to for companies: social presence. Does anyone know a company that's GOOD?

    And THEN when I asked @HGSupport for a refund for the three months I paid for this site I can't access? They said no! Even though I can't access it, their support is taking longer than usual so they can't update me on when I'll get a response to the site being down, etc.

    @HGSupport hates me because once again I am stuck on support with them and no one can help. They shut my client's site down because of high CPU usage and won't put it back up so I can optimize it until ... get this ... I optimize it. But I can't optimize it without access.

    @HGSupport Really,so just like 36 hours ago when i asked to speak with Maria's manager i was on chat for 1 hr 40 minutes telling the support staff multiple times not to touch my site during the chat only to then be told they cant transfer the chat, yet their was not offer of any escalation.

    @brandyellen Neither - Bluehost is EIG owned (same owner as HostGator) and they are pretty well known to be very slow - they are only recommended because of large affiliate payouts. We can offer comparable performance to siteground - and beat their pricing by far - DMs?

    @HGSupport @HostGator Ho have got to be joking over 5 hours on chat help, staff disconnect chat when i asked for a manager and do what they think is right not what you've asked for causing major stuff ups. It has now been escalated way past your level, do you want to go in to specifics on here?

    @HGSupport Hello. I've ought a HostGator dominion. Then I've installed Wordpress to start my migration from local to web. But when the Wordpress instalation is completed and I click the webpage, I get a white screen saying it hasn't found any server ip. How can I fix it?

    @desireathow @StackCommerce @StackSocial Total scam, pump and dump scheme. They're selling space on a hostgator reseller account and everything about their company is a dead link (privacy policy, terms of service, etc). StackSocial was once a reputable curator of deals, not anymore.

    @HGSupport on hold with Jordan V. he said it's a dns issue. but Julie S earlier today couldn't fix. And Paul L told us monday he would have to escalate from tier 2 to tier 3. Is there a tier 99 we can just escalate straight too??
