@HostGator @HGSupport Your tech support has gone downhill VERY quickly. I'm calling for help to get Outlook set up on my new laptop and all the person has to do is give me the right port numbers and she's unable to do that. I remember you used to have tech professionals.

@HGSupport Server stability: understood, and commendable, but MySQL is Four (4) releases behind! If we could afford to upgrade and do our own tech support, we would do it. We can't.

@HostGator sends an invoice for my annual payment. Their site won't accept a $143 payment. These are the people that HOST sites I build for clients, and they are all currently suspended bc their site is broken. All my sites are down, and all my clients are PISSED. Use @bluehost

@HGSupport I've already complained once via email and twice via chat support re. SSL not working on my website. Everytime your CSR said they've installed SSL, it will work in 1-2 hours. But it still is not working after days. I'd like to escalate this issue. Please advise.

@SteveCoxsey Hey Steve, The unfortunate thing is that Newfold Digital often buys out hosting companies. They own BlueHost, Newfold Digital owns HostGator, NetworkSolutions, among others. Bluehost now outsourced all support also.

@HostGator : support tells me MySql servers will not be upgraded for shared hosting accounts. Current HG MySql version: 5.6.41-84.1 latest MySQL version 8.0.31. Performance and security issues! Please consider upgrading!

When the same code doesn't work on GoDaddy, but works on Hostgator. GoDaddy tells you to fix the code instead of them fixing their product.

@gwiaz_ Considering they're owned and operated by the same company, I'd suggest staying away from Newfold Digital companies all together if you're not satisfied with the service from one. This includes Bluehost, HostGator, Network Solutions, iPage & more.

Hostgator is the worst hosting company ever!! can not log in to my Cpanel, tried opening multiple tickets but their support team is an absolute noob and doesn't even know how their system works! @HostGator saying goodbye to Hostgator after being a loyal customer of over 8 years
