@HGSupport Live chat is down.. I have it open but the loading gif has been whirling for 20 min now & nothing - I checked it in 2 browsers. I could forgive this on some level if I was having my emails responded to regarding a serious server issue but no response.

@SocalRegionWeb I don't know, if you have issues at HostGator, you'll have them at BlueHost, they're the same company, lookup 'EIG', nightmare hosting conglomerate. Be careful.

@HostGator In Gastor I tried the service for 1 month and I liked it later before the 2nd invoice was due, I changed the plan from monthly to annual and paid the annual one. Now they send me mail that my service has been suspended for non-payment. I want my services Rigth Now!!!.

My biggest stress in my life is @HostGator 's stupid automated answering machine. Quit being poor and hire someone. Fyi, I'm on my third attempt to fix a problem. So far my experience with you all sucks terribly.

@nicktherat Depends what you want. Their one-click software install list is very small, and I've noticed more outages than bluehost. The webmail is also pretty bad. But otherwise I think the management console and renewals system is much better than bluehost. Haven't tried hostgator though.
