    @BigRock The migration has so many bugs that it is impossible for me to renew my hosting that I had on hostgator. If I didn't renew by tomorrow, my servers will go down, while bigrock support says they are helpless. This video is misleading. @bhavintu

    @FakeUncleNemo @zrkann I got out of @HostGator about 10 yrs ago. They sabotaged one of my servers and asked $250 for "emergency upgrade". Funny enough, the support engineer who I was on the phone with, fixed it without it but had to switch it off again so they could keep the scam going 🤡

    @HostGator has been the worst hosting provider I’ve ever dealt with. They take your money, set up an account, and then suddenly cancel it without giving any explanation. Their customer service is almost impossible to understand and the entire experience has been nothing but awful

    @hgsupport Help. Every time I try to have support upload new wordpress site while backing up old html site, the new site continues to refer to the subdomain I created it in. Good grief...no one in support knows what to do.

    When looking to replace the dreadful @GoDaddy @GoDaddyHelp with a better company with better customer service, try out Bluehost SiteGround DreamHost HostGator HostPapa InMotion Hosting. You dont have to accept terrible customer service.

    @HGSupport @cjcornell They did the same with me injected a malware and i have never recovered, later they charged me $25 to recover emails, i lost 3 clients that i was working with

    @HGSupport do none of your support reps have access to WHM on shared accounts? I've been on the phone with a tech support for an hour. She's completely out of her league. The fix would have taken her 30 seconds on WHM to open phpmyadmin and change the definers of a function

    @ionos_help_US I called support. They needed my ID and something else. Sadly, I ended up just using @HostGator which went right through and I was up with cpanel in less that 20 minutes.

    @hostgatorserver Nice that you don't provide any phone support at all for domain names. I selected domain name in the menu. The people on the phone said since I don't have hosting with you they can't help me and nobody can help on the phone only in live chat that keeps getting disconnected while I wait on someone. Good job hostgator!

    @Hostgator, unbeknownst to me no longer provide, free backup. Had I known this, I certainly would have moved my blog much, much sooner to @BlueHost who provides it for a free with zero charge restore fees. You have lost your customer service score but your bottom line may have increased TEMPORARILY. Now that I've been forced to review my choice of hosting services for all my blogs and websites, I also have learned that they have almost 10 points higher ratings than you and are a fraction of how much you charge.

    @HostGator DO NOT use Host Gator. They have taken a month to complete a simple migration and just DO NOT respond. They keep saying they have prioritized the issue but no one ever replies. RUN!!!
