How long does it take for you to unsuspend an account after the security issues have been addressed?! Multiple emails and no response, and a call. I was told 2 days it’s been over a week. @HGSupport

@hostgator I have a friend trying to signup but the signup page isn't working from either the mobile network or broadband. Once the cc info is entered it sends an error message to contact you via chat but that didn't help. Thanks

@A3_Arosemena I’ve used each of those. HostGator has been fine for years. Blueh*t has some of the worst support in the industry. That is a company I would be very careful about relying on. Just a totally strange response re: the ceo stuff. Hopefully there’s some closure soon.
