Not sure how sending you my information will help. I do know that tomorrow morning I'll be talking to my boss about KnownHost and InMotion as our new host. There is a good chance that all of these sites have been wiped from their servers and are looking for an explanation that limits their liability. I have little hope that the sites will be restored. @HGSupport

We have successfully applied a critical cPanel security patch to your server. No action is required on your part.What HappenedOn April 28, 2026, cPanel's security team disclosed a critical authentication vulnerability affecting cPanel & WHM. As soon as we received notice of this vulnerability and the corresponding patch, our team moved swiftly to apply the update.
