    @HostGator @HGSupport My PHP scripts that use cURL for HTTP requests are giving timeout responses today after working fine for 2 years. Called customer support twice. Didn't get ANY help! Not a bit. Tech support doesn't understand the words PHP and cURL. Very unhappy customer! :(

    No wonder your customer service is garbage . Telling my friend to ask for a refund and move away from you guys . Just stick to asking domains . Leave the rest to @SiteGround or @HostGator please .

    @shaunoconnor1 @HGSupport Honestly, my thoughts are that I've never dealt with a host I was 100% happy with. These days support is pretty terrible no matter who you're with as far as I can tell. It's really frustrating.

    Hosing a WP website on @HostGator and having sometime issues with "too many connections" on your mysql database? CHANGE your DB users' passwords, I believe there were data leak!

    @HGSupport Ive had 9 days now of no emails, no support and no fix. My business email has been spoofed and all you tell me is its at my end, well you host the bloody email accounts so sort it. Ive spent hpurs on chat with various handlers and Im still losing business.

    I've been a loyal customer with @HostGator for 10 years, but recently my shared server was compromised due to BF cyber attack - and company denies 2FA security. For that reason, I'll be leaving for a more secure option. I've heard good things about @GoDaddy .

    @HostGator Hi hostGator, I just purchased a shared hosting plan on 19-05-2021 and the experience as a first time user is damn bad. Its been two days i am not even able to login to the portal and it seems your portal is down or you are not genuine to let people login after they paid you.
