@HostGator Just spent 45 min on a chat with an idiot named Niveditha trying to get them to fix our SSL which HG has removed, and gave up. They had zero idea about HG's own systems. I've had enough now. I NEED to get away from this incompetent company. Used to be good once upon a time.

@prakash384220 @hostgatorindia Agree. Their hosting goes down every day at least twice by default. Hostgator India is one of the worst hosting possible. I am chasing them for the last 2 months for this issue. No solution till now.

The morons at @HostGator couldn't even keep us as a customer for 5 hours! LOL! Setting up a VPS account is seemingly a Herculean task for them among other issues! Back to looking for a new web hosting service! Maybe someday we'll get back to creating content! 🧐

@HGSupport last night I tried getting in touch with support regarding websites with malware in my account yet after an hour wait, couldn't get a hold of anyone in live chat, where can we open a ticket? It's been a while since I've used support and can't find that option.

Hostgator India is one of the worst hosting possible. I am chasing them for the last 2 months. No solution till now. They will give you a generic response every time.

@fmlukanga @VinodSharma10x @natmiletic Unfortunately, it's very common for Bluehost/HostGator websites to get malware and little to nothing is done to fix it on their end except charging you $300+ for a scan on SiteLock. I'd suggest using a hosting provider that is equipped with advanced security to prevent this.

@elyktrix For small biz marketing sites Namecheap (inexpensive, flexible, don’t recommmend, it is a bit confusing due to poorly organized support content, but live chat is good) or HostGator (pretty great for cost). If things get big, would move to SiteGround, but overkill for most.

Is there a #hosting service that actually would like us to sign up & pay them money?! @HostGator couldn't even set up our account so we canceled. Now @ionos_com can even complete a Paypal transaction without an error for a dedicated server. The host search continues...

@HGSupport @HostGator @hostgatorindia I have bought numerous domains from GoDaddy and never received these stupid sales calls. Don't teach me about domain privacy. You are intentionally selling customer data to these companies, no one starts calling as soon as you buy a domain name.
