There is a good chance that all of these sites have been wiped from their servers and are looking for an explanation that limits their liability. Too often someone at HG makes changes to my back-end server that I did not authorize. This has been problem for the last 3 years. STOP IT. Make sure to allow the owner-admin, er, me, to approve any changes before they're made. Do not just DO them.

The people on the phone said since I don't have hosting with you they can't help me and nobody can help on the phone only in live chat that keeps getting disconnected while I wait on someone.
