    @amexicanbeauty @HostGator I have the same experience, i was enjoying good service since 10 years and now suddenly support has gone to worst. “Admin” become the king as every time call center (chat) is referring to “Admin” look like i am chatting to a food delivery company. 😭🥵

    @luisvelazmino @HGSupport No they have no news to share, I’m getting ready to pull my site from them as my customers can’t put up with such lengthy response times. @HGSupport is not doing enough to fix this issue!

    @HostGator is there a problem with your online chat - it just spins and stays white and never loads after you have entered your details to chat?

    @r_sotojr @EthaanJack Hostgator was always the best until this email issue. I really feel bad. I sent a test mail to my gmail account and it took 24hours to deliver.

    @HGSupport Been asking for my back up from so many days. 1. you don’t reply. 2. you say we will get back. 3. you pretend to escalate the issue &still do nothing. Sick of this. If my issue isn’t resolved today im going public. Maybe then you will learn to treat your customer right

    @HostGator how long do you expect to have outbound email issues? Your DNS is blacklisted, so how long until we can send emails that don't take days to arrive? My biz is taking a hit, not happy... @dreamhost I'm looking your way...

    @AffiliatesWatch @r_sotojr @EthaanJack No one is an affiliate. There is an issue and we are looking for solutions. I didnt advertise to him. I have been with Hostgator since 2017 and this is the first time I am experiencing something like this. It will always be the best for me.

    @HostGator Was there a deadline in creating your website??? It’s horrible! Looking for info on hosting and get a page that basically says you have 3 plans and I can click to purchase one. Little info about the plans, no way to get more info, no support! Just buy it and hope it works out? No

    @HGSupport This #phishing issue and the following: hxxp://bancofalabella.pe.novadigio.com/ hxxp://bancofalabella.pe.novadigio.com/login were reported to your abuse team via that email address several days ago without avail. Would you mind helping us by reporting internally them, please?

    @HGSupport When is the email apocalypse going to end? Your support number is still referencing the issue. This is an unacceptable length of time to have email down. Give everyone an ETA.

    @HostGator i purchased baby plan shared hosting on 30 November 2021. I'm not satisfied with speed comparison to my other company hosting. if i cancel it before 30 days, will i get my money back.

    Client moving email @HostGator > @BlueHost where he happens to have another hosting account until he finds a perm hosting home. Both companies are (were?) Endurance, which sucks, but service for troubleshooting an issue was like night/day. Finally! Saying g'bye to #BlueHost!

    @HostGator I am a customer of yours. The email service that you provide to resellers is failing. It has been four days since the outage started and I have not received any updates, and when I call I am told that the issue is being investigated. I haven’t seen anything worst than this!

    @HGSupport The system error has seemingly been fixed. You might want to invest in some customer service training for your staff. 15 minutes between messages, giving information unrelated to the issue and hanging up on customers is not how you keep them.

    @HGSupport In regards to the ongoing email deliverability issues: 1. Is this an internal issue, or an issue with some 3rd party (such as a DNS/spam blacklist)? 2. Has any progress been made? 3. Can you provide an ETA for resolution? 4. Will we be compensated for the disruptions?
