    @dcodrea We know that popup looks sketchy, but it isn’t from your HostGator site; it’s a browser extension (Coupert) injecting coupon ads over your dashboard. Try incognito or another browser; if it’s gone, remove the extension. If not, support can help!

    @DanMicovic @HGSupport @HostGator That’s rough, 2 weeks with no access is unacceptable, especially for email and client sites. You may want to start looking at alternatives like Fresh Roasted Hosting. Their support is much more responsive, and the uptime has been solid in my experience.

    I not recommend using HostGator or Bluehost. Their security is extremely weak, management is poor, and they consistently focus on charging extra fees instead of providing reliable service. My experience with them for over 8 years has been very disappointing. #bluehost #hostgator

    @NewfoldDigital @HostGator How is it that a customer of 15 yrs is treated w/ such little regard? I have not received any notice stating that your company's policy is not to refund customers on advanced hosting payments when svc is discontinued after 3 failures in 2 months

    @hostgatorserver Nice that you don't provide any phone support at all for domain names. I selected domain name in the menu. The people on the phone said since I don't have hosting with you they can't help me and nobody can help on the phone only in live chat that keeps getting disconnected while I wait on someone. Good job hostgator!

    @HGSupport @NewfoldDigital I have emails from HostGator going back to 2010. I can show you many times HostGator Admins have done yeoman work in coding. I learned a lot from them. That should be your model, not this frankly lazy approach that HG has adopted. Make some coin and help your customers.

    @HGSupport Dear Hostgator, why is there still no solution for cpanel Security issues. Almost 48 hours are gone, our website is OFF. And not giving any ETA on this issue. We are losing our viewers which we built in years.

    @HostGator Apparently it was a server issue but HG support was able to help and resolved it within minutes. Thank you, we are going on 5 years with HG 🐊🙌🏻

    @HGSupport I am a journalist so many Government systems depend on my brother who depends on your company. For two weeks the server has been down and he has never witnessed this kind of thing before. As a result of this my brother is totally confused, down and hospitalized

    It very sad to know that a major server provider like @HostGator struggling to migrate it's own server date to new one even though target server is outdated and existing @cPanel vulnerability, i still doubt your support team even know about basic of blocking and whitelisting ip

When it was hostgator, we never faced this issue. What is that you guys are doing differently that we have to suffer every week!!??

    Ah @HostGator broke all my websites, I know they're fire fighting to patch security which is fair enough and I've been patient hoping it'll resolve itself, it hasn't. Really grating is @HGSupport making up absolute nonsense and blaming all my sites being broken on "malware" 🙄🥱
