@HGSupport Number of processes isnt that important. But it is translates to CPU and RAM utilization. "Unfortunately, this process can sometimes generate errors or other failures that result in connections to your server that use up your processes and generate large amounts of CPU usage"

The biggest hosting scam is @HostGator . They suspend your domains and ask you to pay over $100 to restore what they brought down. After payment, then they also go ahead and change your domain nameservers and therefore you'll lose all your files with backup. They then ask you

to pay again to restore your files. I have never seen any fraudulent hosting company compared to @HGSupport before. This is ridiculous. The support team disappears the moment you start asking questions. Over 5 domains have been suspended without any reason. I have over 23 domains

@ArewaParrot @HostGator Has the domain expired? I dont see any reasons for them to take down your domain unless may be it has to do with hosting, Why not get a VPS with digitalocean And if you’re looking for a shared hosting, I would recommend ifastnet which I have been using for like 6years.

My reseller account had been with HostGator and their support was great. I just couldn’t justify renewing with them, even tho they just fixed any problem I had. There’s nobody to call for help now, only the internet & stress over 100s of details 🤯. #aws #lightsail #webhosting
