I’m receiving approx 60 ssl cert error emails every day. @HostGator support suggested I create a folder and redirect them there. This is not customer support!!! Why not correct whatever is causing the errors?

@monaeatsLA (Danielle here)- I feel like everything relies on someone else's platform at this point... when I was on Wordpress, HostGator went down for 3 days. Now I'm on Shopify, and they sometimes (rarely) go down. Is there anywhere that isn't on someone else's platform?

I’m receiving approx 60 ssl cert error emails every day. After weeks of calls, @HostGator support said to create a folder and redirect the cPanel error emails there and ignore them. This is not customer support!!! Correct whatever is causing the errors.

Anyone have experience with @HostGator as a hosting company? I've heard good things but I welcome any input. I have several sites down due to a bad migration exercise @machighway, and they're no longer talking to customers, so I need to start on Plan B.

@HGSupport After about 45 calls to a offshore support number and DM to support, my problem is still not solved. I’m now shopping for a different hosting service. One thing you can count on; I will flood social media with the truth about your lack of customer service.

@BridgetMWillard When I was at HostGator, I really came to enjoy working on it. You can do some really neat stuff, especially if you are using Cloudflare etc. However, since I'm not working with it regularly, I try to avoid it if I can help it.

@BlogKiki_ I'm getting some response from GoDaddy,bluehost, HostGator & namecheap servers. But Hostinger and dreamhost seem to be down. This is very difficult to explain. However, Facebook runs over 30k servers in-house, this is in some partnership with GoDaddy, which is up.

@HostGator I bought a domain from hostgator 3 days ago and hostgator sold my data to web design companies. This is how you treat your customers. I am getting 10 calls a day. I would never recommend hostgator to anyone. Never again buying any service from you. Such unethical org.
