@HostGator Our entire server has been down for over a day. No help from support, they just keep saying they'll email us when it's fixed. No explanation. We do a lot of business with you and recommend you to clients. Definitely will be switching.

@XULQIMOON you can buy from Hostagtor too but Godday support response time is better compare to Hostgator and onlydomains is mostly used in UAE and other gulf countries.

@HGSupport My website doesn't work and I lost so many customers. Because of SSL Certificate. Even though I paid SSL Hostgator is responsible for this situation. Even though I asked for the support they did nothing because I don't give them a security pin!

@HGSupport @HostGator / @HGSupport Are you telling me that after 2 weeks of troubleshooting, your "A Team" has not managed to fix anything? How much longer do you propose for us to be patient? Another 2 weeks? 4 weeks? Maybe early January 2023 would fit your guy's schedule better?

@HGSupport cache does not save in my browsers.. just tried support nothing i said showed up except the first question which was repeated about 8 times. they asked for a PIN, godaddy perhaps but you were never that **** retentive. got no answer no help and no care what happened to hostgator?

@HGSupport Why are you holding my domain hostage? I requested a transfer Nov 6th, was told it would happen Nov 11, new registrar is awaiting HostGator’s final approval and no one will help me. Chatting in, called in, both told me that the timeframe is not 5 days but 7!
