    @Loravara We're with Hostgator right now and haven't had problems with it in terms of adding email accounts or Wordpress installations. Previously we were with Dreamhost, and they were fabulous until they started forcing their anty-spam stuff on us rather than letting us do it ourselves.

    @HostGator you *really* need your browser based live chat support to have a sound notification feature. It's impossible to multi-task while working with live chat without any sound notifications. Bad for your CSRs and bad for customers.

    @HGSupport We did and the response was to send a mail to the recipient that couldn't receive it and that it did pass your mailgates without any problem. But the issue is that spf dns queries are still more than 10 when using hostgator's suggested spf record.

    @ionos_com worst web hosting, no cPanel, none of the file and folder are uploaded with correct file permission. Pay little extra a go to Hostgator.

    Sooo disappointed I switched from HostGator to @bluehost BH has been nothing but problems since I signed up. Extra charges & unable to access my web-builder. Chat support worthless. Finally able to call in & they act like they're doing me a favor fixing what they screwed up.

    @HGSupport we raise more than 4 tickets on HostGator last few weeks and yet not get a resolution on that, we follow up with the support team, and we got the typical answer " our admin working on it and they will send an update on mail" . no one takes this on high priority.

    @HostGator @HGSupport @hostgatorindia you have the most untrained customer support. Call time is limited to 30 mins and your Exective takes 15 mins to understand the issue and put on hold for next 15 mins. I have made 15 calls in last week but issue isn’t resolved yet

    @dantediakos @HGSupport +1. They have broken the trust of 3 years. They won't refund for remaining period even if I chose to cancel my services with them. Support will just waste your time. @EigGroup does that to every company they take over!

    @HostGator Your chat support down? Tried a couple of times now to speak with someone - get a message saying I’ll be connected to an agent within 5 minutes, and yet no one ever shows up. Need to renew my domain, but portal says my domain has been deleted. How’s that happen?

    I grabbed a domain and hosting at Hostgator, and I'm already having trouble. It says to configure my name server, and I follow their instructions, but I don't see what they're talking about. Is it a JAWS issue? This is not a good way to start.

    @bySeronita @Orbitaldropkick @_Godotto Currently paying $14/month with dreamhost, which has gone up over the years (domain reg is now $20 with them). Will probably just plunk down a few hundred with hostgator for the $4/month promo soon. Those are base rates since i have ~no~ traffic There's also wix/squarespace etc

    @HGSupport Is it possible to prioritize this issue, please? Please understand it's a really really urgent issue. It's #phishing which was reported a month ago (May 12th). Currently it continues stealing banking credentials from customers and is necessary to stop it as soon as possible.

    @HGSupport I got 1 month credit but that's not something I need. I want the 99.9% uptime promise. Customer care gives random excuses like: 1. N/W connectivity issue at server. 2. DDoS attack . I asked for you to move me to some other server but request is not answered and ticket is closed!

    @HostGator you have just lost a faithful client since 2008. In the past 10 days multiple sites have been down because of your internal server errors. Moving allllll my sites within the next 2 months.

    @letsencrypt I'm not sure whats up but for a few months now my certificate has not been working. hostgator took a look, customer said they fixed it but it still isn't working on my side in any of my browsers, and friends said its not working on their side either. not sure what ive done
