Well @HostGator are doing some kind of server migration, didn't notify me of it, knocks my sites offline and corrupted the most accessed page on my entire website fleet (thousands of users a day) and all support can do is tell me to 'wait' with no ETA. What ******** is this?

@hostgator The cloud server my sites are hosted on have been down for five hours. (Backed up by evidence from pings, cloudflare, uptimerobot and more) Your chat support just doesn't care at all and won't lift a finger. Please look into it! Not sure what I'm paying you guys for...

Cool, my servers were down long enough so that the current google cache of all my sites is a blank white page - since Hostgator didn't return any error codes to trigger cloudflare always online or tell google "hey, it's down right now"

@HostGator lost every single file I had on their server. I have no email addresses, no emails, and no website files. It's been over 16 hours and they are still giving my copy and paste bullshit excuses. The worst part, each tech support person I talk to has no info on my ticket.

So @HostGator emailed me saying my sites would be down for 30 min to 1 hour for a data center migration. It's been over 13 hours now and they say it could be another 24 hours.
