  @BigRock The migration has so many bugs that it is impossible for me to renew my hosting that I had on hostgator. If I didn't renew by tomorrow, my servers will go down, while bigrock support says they are helpless.

  @HostGator there is something going on with the Canadian sites. My servers have been down all day. I think it has to do with blacklisting. Been trying to get answers from host gator all day and they will not give the truth. Canadians that have lost today contact me

  @hgsupport Help. Every time I try to have support upload new wordpress site while backing up old html site, the new site continues to refer to the subdomain I created it in. Good grief...no one in support knows what to do.

  @BigRock @hostgatorindia X HostGator → BigRock migration. Same email on both platforms = migration failed. Domains moved there, hosting stayed here. Now they want me to hand over hosting directly to clients. Not acceptable. Indian businesses deserve better service standards.

  @dcodrea We know that popup looks sketchy, but it isn’t from your HostGator site; it’s a browser extension (Coupert) injecting coupon ads over your dashboard. Try incognito or another browser; if it’s gone, remove the extension. If not, support can help!

  After 23 years of being a customer of @HostGator they recently deleted/lost all database content for 4 sites during a hosting renewal. In an attempt to get a refund I got a runaround from with 3 different companies including #BlueHost and #Network Solutions. No refund yet.

  @HGSupport @HostGator Your team did not. If they told you that, its false. I get a Hostgator email whenever I sign in. No problem. I got a Hostgator ad trying to sell me more stuff. No problem.   @BigRock After Hostgator was migrated to Big Rock, service disruptions have become a daily affair during off peak hours. Support says process count exceeded 25, but doesn't give the exact cause of the downtime. Can you tell what's really happening?

  @HGSupport do none of your support reps have access to WHM on shared accounts? I've been on the phone with a tech support for an hour. She's completely out of her league. The fix would have taken her 30 seconds on WHM to open phpmyadmin and change the definers of a function
