    @HostGator @WordPress Now it's created a whole new set of problems. At first, it kept directing me to some weird temporary domain. Then I logged in and updated the settings and now it's a 403 error page. Hours of my time is going down the drain for no reason.

    @BigRock @hostgatorindia Can someone call me on my registered mobile no. pls? Every week our emails are down and your team takes one whole day to rectify the problem. When it was hostgator, we never faced this issue. What is that you guys are doing differently that we have to suffer every week!!??

    @HGSupport @HostGator Your team did not. If they told you that, its false. I get a Hostgator email whenever I sign in. No problem. I got a Hostgator ad trying to sell me more stuff. No problem. Unfortunately your team of Escalated Techs have been unable to send a simple email since Friday, 9:14am

    @BigRock @hostgatorindia X HostGator → BigRock migration. Same email on both platforms = migration failed. Domains moved there, hosting stayed here. Now they want me to hand over hosting directly to clients. Not acceptable. Indian businesses deserve better service standards.

    @HostGator - their support staff has repeatedly displayed minimal to zero knowledge and are not much more than phone answering clerks. Numerous times we've been given false and varying info. as for the reason for issues #badwebhosting

    @dcodrea We know that popup looks sketchy, but it isn’t from your HostGator site; it’s a browser extension (Coupert) injecting coupon ads over your dashboard. Try incognito or another browser; if it’s gone, remove the extension. If not, support can help!

    @HostGator I submitted a support ticket regarding my hosting; my emails are not reaching their destination. I've had the ticket open for 3 days and no one has followed up on it.

    After 23 years being a customer of @HostGator they recently deleted/lost all database content for 4 sites during a hosting renewal. In an attempt to get a refund I got a runaround from 3 different companies including #BlueHost and #NetworkSolutions. No refund yet.

    @HGSupport @cjcornell They did the same with me injected a malware and i have never recovered, later they charged me $25 to recover emails, i lost 3 clients that i was working with

    @HGSupport Why @HGSupport is ghosting it's customers? It's been 3 days since I raised an escalation and even after multiple emails I have not received any responses. HG Support used to be far more responsive earlier.

    @BigRock The migration has so many bugs that it is impossible for me to renew my hosting that I had on hostgator. If I didn't renew by tomorrow, my servers will go down, while bigrock support says they are helpless.

    @ShopifySupport @HostGator @Shopify I have submitted that form countless times and you have done nothing. If Cloudflare had not notified users the hackers would still be continuing to steal from us without any issues, because you have failed to take action.
