    @HGSupport I have a production server down for more than 24 hours and still no solution or clear update. Please provide news regarding the maintenance/work you said would be performed today on the affected CentOS servers related to the known cPanel issue reported by your team.

    @iGoinsane101 i got openzero running on 2 servers but need the space so will remove 1 openzero server the 16gb ram one then install a web server for my x community/group, help people host simple sites if they want big sites social networks they can go to @HostGator

    It's been 12 days now since my server gone down @HGSupport @HostGator no reply to the DM nor follow up mail for existing tickets and telling us our case in priority list and wait for infinite time without any estimate time #hostgatordown

    @HostGator @DanMicovic I've been on two chats and three calls. I did get chat transcripts, but no emails with any information at all about how long I will be waiting. Not sure how sending you my information will help. I do know that tomorrow morning I'll be talking to my boss about KnownHost and InMotion as our new host. I'm hoping you will help make migration as easy as possible.

    It very sad to know that a major server provider like @HostGator struggling to migrate it's own server date to new one even though target server is outdated and existing @cPanel vulnerability, i still doubt your support team even know about basic of blocking and whitelisting ip

    @KenMediated Yep just ended a near 20 year relationship with HostGator. Changing terms of service, new tiers of disk usage limitations, 25% increased cost from last three year contract term and the latestest unethical billing practices. @HostGator is officially on the do not recommend list.

    @HostGator @HGSupport we are now nearing 72 hours without access to our three sites. Zero e-mails updating the situation, daily support chats (whose transcripts are emailed), multiple PM with you on this platform...and nothing. It is time for HG to begin providing real answers beyond cut-and-paste ones.

    @BigRock The migration has so many bugs that it is impossible for me to renew my hosting that I had on hostgator. If I didn't renew by tomorrow, my servers will go down, while bigrock support says they are helpless. This video is misleading. @bhavintu

    @Codie_Sanchez I live in the middle of nowhere, I own a coffeehouse, I consult, I am running 12 agents currently one of which I had create a local newspaper, I gave it log ins to hostgator had it build a website, write the stories, do the research, email the people from the articles, and then uploaded it all and went live. We're only three days into that so nothing of substance is happening, but how cool, eventually sell ads, and help the community. That's just the first I have doing that but now imagine running any number of affiliate sites, blogs, scraper extraordinaire there's just so much to be doing right now. No one around me knows any of this stuff is happening yet. What an opportunity. Could go for days but you're 1000% right, I wish I was surrounded by more me types, but I will take the advantage of having no less than 5 counties near me where I may be the most educated on the subject.

    @MudiTheInvestor @myarmone @HostGator Tbh It’s also happens with network providers. Most people they have answering the calls don’t know or can’t really provide a solution to your problems. Many times where I had to insist on them transferring me to their superior.

    And then @hostgator does this thing where they pretend to fix the problem, @newfoldDigital- but they send you to a tech person who can’t fix it I spent hours on the phone — something about optimizing the site. Clearly … not the answer. Let’s not forget when the tech people pick up the phone to clock in and ignore you for an hour… who the heck runs Newfold Digital

    @ionos_help_US I called support. They needed my ID and something else. Sadly, I ended up just using @HostGator which went right through and I was up with cpanel in less that 20 minutes.

    @HGsupport @HostGator now Google is taking down ads and organic ratings because the sties can't be reached. Thoughts? Compensation to regain rankings? Would love to hear any suggestions you may have as this disaster drags on.

    Is hostgator blocked on your debit cards yes or no? @bankofmaldives your customer service has failed to give me a straight answer since monday. Aharunves kuranee viyafaari. This is unacceptable behaviour. First u say invalid cvc the u say platform issue now insufficient funds.
