Their security is extremely weak, management is poor, and they consistently focus on charging extra fees instead of providing reliable service. The people on the phone said since I don't have hosting with you they can't help me and nobody can help on the phone only in live chat that keeps getting disconnected while I wait on someone. You haven't sent an email update in over 60 hours! 9 days of downtime with absolutely zero ETA is a massive failure. As a system administrator, I know this level of outage is unacceptable.
