Don't buy @hostgatorindia products. Very worst servers and support team. Don't buy and regret. We have a dedicated server with them, we are facing lot of issues more than a month. Still they can't able to fix. #worstsupport #hostgator

@HGSupport We'll see if this guy pretends to be a manager first. 2 hours and 3 support chats and you haven't even come close to simply looking at where the traffic is coming from, so I don't hold out much hope.

If your gonna use a hosting company, never use Hostgator or any other subsidiaries of Newfold Digital. Worst hosting company. Outsources customer service to script readers. No redundancies. Your website/apps could be down days without any help or response.

@StephTaitWrites @sesmith They take company domain names down 6 days after expiry instead of a month and demand wild broker fees and commissions. Is hostgator any better?

@HGSupport my dedicated server is getting a license error. WHM Cpanel webmail and emails clients are not working. I can’t get support on the phone. Chat is useless. They say they do not have the tools to fix the issue.

@DevonEllington Word of caution: Bluehost and HostGator are part of one of the worst hosting conglomerates to ever exist. Friends don't let friends use bad providers. If anyone recommends them...they're usually paid affiliates. Buyer beware!

Coming up on 24 hrs since @HostGator @HGSupport took my personal server down for a 1 to 2 hour data center migration. Not looking like I'll be renewing that contract. I've become much more technically savvy since I started using their systems. This is a complete **** up.
