@rexthetvterrier @HostGator Had similar very lengthy so-called customer svc experiences via phone which were less than favorable (to put in mildly 😱); but once we "bit*hed" vociferously on @Twitter we got brisk resolution.

@HostGator @HGSupport OK, I am guessing you are having serious issues. My one site just threw out a 500 error and the other one took 3 minutes to load. I am on Chat; it says talk in 5, but its been 7 minutes and nothing has changed, including the timer. #notsurprised

@PhoenixMantis Hi. So you have emailed me 9 times repeatedly asking for money after you identified a minor problem with our email setup. I contacted HostGator and they fixed the problem in about 2 minutes. If you are a "white hat" why are you demanding "rewards" for your good deeds?

@HGSupport I'm just bitter because I haven't pulled my sites from HG yet. Angry at my laziness. So, you, personally, I don't have any problems with, its the Walmart grade hosting company you work for. Hoping the sites can last until the next billing cycle, so I can find a better hoster.

@PovilasKorop App does not start, gives 404. It should only load default welcome (didn't altered it yet). At 1st I thought it was .htaccess, but it is not. In local XAMPP works OK. I wonder was the google's recaptcha on login screen that makes problems (**** server is at Hostgator).

@Myckye @Potraz_zw This is incorrect. We also do these things regularly using Hostgator, Godaddy, Wix, Blehost, Dreamhost, Namecheap and never have any issues yet these are big US companies. In any case, most Zimbabwean websites are secured. This is just a case of incompetence and nothing else.

@HostGator two years back I left hostgator hosting services because of bad customer support and after two years i started using your services again, but i feel the customer support is still the same , nothing change .
