@gloriousgemma I bought my domain with namecheap and I do my hosting with hostgator. Then I used wordpress website builder, so my website isn't a wordpress website technically, I just use their software. ya dig? I link out to all my adult platforms, so I don't think I'll get shut down!

@HGSupport Thank you. Yes, I predate them I think. Support have tried to send me a link to reset it a couple of times but the emails never come. I'll look at the settings when I get a minute. Thanks again for the response.

@gloriousgemma My website was *constantly* down with HostGator; their shared servers are not reliable. They do offer individual hosting but it'll cost you $120+/mo. That's the only way I'd recommend using them for anything lol

@HGSupport It's kinda messed up that literally every other shared hosting will allow me to alter my php to prevent timeouts, but you guys will not. That's a bad look.

So @HostGator is down. Luckily I saved my content I wrote before it **** the bed. Took CSR 12 minutes to tell me, they are rebooting the server. Since I am in the industry, that should take 2-3 minutes. It's been over an hour. GRRRR. Oh well, guess I can watch #bills play.

@HostGator I've been on chat with @HostGator for over an hour and a half. It's not just the website that's down, but also my email & Cpanel. Now I'm chatting with the 5th person. They either transfer me randomly to other chat agents or I get disconnected😭

So, @mojomarketplace sold me a website theme that does not work. It took me 3 days and 10 calls to @HostGator tech support to figure out exactly what the problem was. I ended up buying a different theme elsewhere and now Mojo is refusing to refund my money. (1/3)

Parler will probably go down and maybe even Rumble. They will get control of big hosting companies like Hostgator, Blue Host, etc. and maybe even big registrars like Godaddy and Namecheap. So they will control the internet and all information. ...for 10 dark days.

Hi @Cloudways I am on @HostGator but keep getting "reduce server response time" issues. They cant resolve it (we even disabled every plugin/used default theme) my site is optimized. They just keep suggesting same thing. Can we test the site on your hosting before fully switching?

@HostGator @HostGator does not offer 99.9% uptime and they don't offer speed, as advertised. In addition, the customer service is terrible. Can you prove me wrong?

They are saying we have not paid for that site, when in fact we have. We paid for 3 years of service from this site through HostGator, and Word-press. And further someone has been removing my words, and pictures from my site. Why? It is a spam email....

@HGSupport Hi, Everytime I login to Live Chat I am asked for a PIN, I've never had a pin and it takes ages to verify me before we can continue. Just over 10 minutes to acheive verification which is a waste of my and your supports time. Is there a solution to this?
