@HostGator So after waiting 15 minutes more, 35 minutes total, being number 1 in queue, the chat window said it disconnected and showed a Reconnect button. It reconnected... but put me back in position 11. A real disaster. The Latin American support team for HostGator is damaging the brand

@HGSupport I've been on hold w/support for 35 minutes and counting. Nothing happens when I click your live chat link. The chatbot is sending me articles I've already read. I need to talk to a person. Is there anyone around who can help? Your hours say 7AM-12AM--is that accurate?

3 days now and the problem persists! I am having outgoing email issues again and again with @hostgator @HGSupport. My problem was escalated and the team says that everything is fine. In the meantime clients are calling that their recipients are not getting their emails... Why???

@ri_eg98 Error while ordering, better try someone reliable take a look at @rshosting hosting provider since 2002. Will offer customer support 24x7. Hostgator livechat customer support is limited.

@BalconyMR @HGSupport The agent I dealt with was patronizing and condescending, and claimed no supervisors were available. Requested a callback from a supervisor, but I seriously doubt that request was made. @hostgator I am DEEPLY disappointed with the quality of your front-line support.

As of November 28, 2022, PHP 7.4 reached its end of life. A client is on @HostGator and cannot get support tto provide PHP v8.0 on the account. How can they even think this acceptable?

Going to HostGator. Thank God I took most clients off MT last year. A client already fired me bc of horrible service.
