@HostGator I’m so upset with the quality of your service. Such a simple request I need and I can’t even get you on the phone. It’s been 2 days that I’ve been trying. The Chat online you recommended when I called doesn’t respond. When I call it’s crazy hold times or you hang up.

Is anyone seeing popups on the archive or is it something on my machine? I saw that hostgator was having some server issues so I checked the site. I was able to stop them with a popup blocker but I don't want anything malicous installed on our site.
