    @maria_drutska Get an inexpensive webhosting service for the domain then, on the website, have links of favorite Ukrainian aids organizations. I don't recommend godaddy. Here in US, I would go with least expensive hosting packages from hostgator or bluehost that cost $3 to $5 a month.

    @HGSupport I am glad that you are helping now, but I should not have to make 3 live chats before getting so upset that I take it to Twitter. There was a time when I opened help requests and expected the ppl helping to be more proficient than me. Now I'm surprised when that is the case.

    @HGSupport @HostGator @hostgatorindia only reached out is not enough, you need to solve and fix it permanently, it's now 3 days and your server is down. Your technical team is unable to fix it. It's a frustrating experience for customers.

    @HostGator @HGSupport I havent even had a chance to find a new host yet and they are already having more issues. SERIOUSLY PEOPLE. NEVER EVER USE THIS CRAP HEAP OF A SERVICE! JUST DON'T - THEY ARE HORRIBLE.

    @MattWoodwardUK I was JUST looking to move a few sites to Site Ground, from HostGator simply for .webp support. Is the extra cost worth it in your opinion? Nearly 4.5x more than HostGator.

    Disappointed that @HostGator suspended my website without notice for excessive file storage. This was 2 days after their customer support told me in writing that everything was fine and I could keep all my files. Feels like a bait and switch.

    @HostGator We have upgraded the VPS plan, ur support chat confirmed that there is no DOWNTIME of WEBSITE, EMAILS ( PLEASE CHECK THE ATTACHED SCREENSHOT OF THE SAME) wEBSITE WENT DOWN AS I have upgraded the plan I NEED my website to work urgently in 5 minutes.

    @tcan1337 This. I worked at HostGator and could tell once they started pushing commissions on L1 support people, it started getting going downhill fast.

    @derelictcountry @HostGator I think this will suffice for now. Despite MOD and TTV being not on the greatest of terms anymore, again put very lightly, I can't imagine they would be as petty as to go after a beloved community resource like BMP and kick it while it's down.

    @HGSupport If you want to do anything, you can start by restoring our site to functionality, and responding properly to case #40312814 instead of simply just shutting us down without warning. The provided ticket is an ongoing thread with the webmaster that YOU failed to respond to properly.

    My music fanzine website has been down for over a month. Just topped working. @HostGator failed miserably in restoring it. I have two accounts. This week-end I will have to re-build an entire site on another more competent server service. Just disappointed!

    @HGSupport Sorry but I can't afford to waste my time with you. You broke my 2 years of trust. Downtime and downtime with 0 tech support. When raised for SLA breach the team said site is up right now.
