My website on @HostGator is DOWN more than 6 hours, and they do not do anything, they don’t care about their customers! I am very stupid to use their service more than 10 years, where are they when I need help??? Maybe it is time to move somewhere else?

@HostGator DM @hostgator The ticket number is 45789404. 5 different techs, five different temp fixes. No root cause found. After fixes, site back up for a few hours then time's out again. Need to check server logs for 500 errors, service(s) hung/crashed or dying server.

with many forking over hundreds of $$ in a panic Hostgator likely earns money for each referral. I have used other companies - HostDime, WPEngine, Kinsta, Cloudways, AWS, Bluehost and NEVER had an instance of Malware occur....

@gwiaz_ Considering they're owned and operated by the same company, I'd suggest staying away from Newfold Digital companies all together if you're not satisfied with the service from one. This includes Bluehost, HostGator, Network Solutions, iPage & more.

@HostGator sends an invoice for my annual payment. Their site won't accept a $143 payment. These are the people that HOST sites I build for clients, and they are all currently suspended bc their site is broken. All my sites are down, and all my clients are PISSED. Use @bluehost

@ethanjaack Already spoke to @HostGator CS and they just said their policy is not to provide refunds. Currently waiting for possible help from @HGSupport. We did successfully move her and rebuild her site already so she's all set. Just trying to get her money back for the remaining 2 years.

@HGSupport DM @HGSupport The issue began about 5 or 6 days ago. Don't have exact time stamps. You can see by the ticket that different solutions were tried. In our shop this type of issue usually relates to server-level fails usually 500 errors due to services not completing their tasks.

I had the WHMCS account offered by @HostGator out of service for 7 days. every day @HostGator tells me that in 24 hours they fix it. I am very disappointed. I leave it here written so that the disappointment of some clients with the company is recorded. Case 45692373

@HostGator what an epic meltdown of service failures, we cannot believe the issues of database errors, and complete sites being down for hours, even though we VPS services with HostGator. This is catastrophic failure on all levels. Businesses cannot rely on HostGator any longer.
