Zero e-mails updating the situation, daily support chats (whose transcripts are emailed), multiple PM with you on this platform...and nothing. You may want to start looking at alternatives like Fresh Roasted Hosting. Their support is much more responsive, and the uptime has been solid in my experience.

There is a good chance that all of these sites have been wiped from their servers and are looking for an explanation that limits their liability. I have little hope that the sites will be restored. @HGSupport
