@TheMentorMogul @HGSupport My recommendation you better go elsewhere. I had bad experience with them in the past and finally I found Asphostportal, I couldn't be happier with these guys.

Just had to hop on an emergency call with a client who uses @HostGator as their webhost, and the problem they were having is the dumbest thing I could ever conceive of. If your website is using @letsencrypt for SSL certs, they auto renew every 90 days. No problem there.

I'm not one to blast folks online, but you can only be ignored for so long before you get desperate. Will I really have to sue @HostGator to get them to provide the service I pay for? @HGSupport says they have no support for my being able to LOGIN. You know - basic support? 👇

Anyone else ever try to get tech support from @HostGator ? Complete and utter nightmare. Can’t talk directly to escalation team and all calls go through a call center. My business has only been down for 7 days but who’s counting? #worstservice #techsupportajoke #nightmare

@HGSupport @elemntor I wish, anything I touch on the plug in page shuts the site down for maintenance. The site is operating fine but all the plug ins via wordpress are last month already. Gonna keep running until the hackers take over I guess the go WIX.

Unfortunately NBW is currently horribly hacked. I'm not sure when it'll be back up. Coincidence that @HostGator ENFORCED a PHP update that broke stuff using 5.6. Switching to 7.4 suddenly allowed it to be compromised. Don't have the time to clean up their poor security.#hostgator

Ok, @HostGator / @HGSupport is absolutely the worst. I’m shocked at how stupid the email answer I just got was, that they dropped a call after an hour and didn’t created a ticket, it’s all lost, and a promise 7 days ago of a supervisor call that hasn’t happened yet. The. Worst.

@PamMktgNut @HostGator Hello Pam, I apologize for any delay. Typical response time for tickets is 24-72 hours on average. They should be reaching out by email with any updates. Is your issue with Bluehost or Hostgator? These are two separate companies with their own systems.
