@letsencrypt I'm not sure whats up but for a few months now my certificate has not been working. hostgator took a look, customer said they fixed it but it still isn't working on my side in any of my browsers, and friends said its not working on their side either. not sure what ive done

@HGSupport Is it possible to prioritize this issue, please? Please understand it's a really really urgent issue. It's #phishing which was reported a month ago (May 12th). Currently it continues stealing banking credentials from customers and is necessary to stop it as soon as possible.

I am really thankful to @ResellerClub and @HGSupport for providing excellent support to resolve the genuine issue …However the @Globe_Host is equally non-cooperative in resolving the genuine issue…it is frustrating and disappointing to do hosting at this company servers…

@HGSupport I got 1 month credit but that's not something I need. I want the 99.9% uptime promise. Customer care gives random excuses like: 1. N/W connectivity issue at server. 2. DDoS attack . I asked for you to move me to some other server but request is not answered and ticket is closed!

Sooo disappointed I switched from HostGator to @bluehost BH has been nothing but problems since I signed up. Extra charges & unable to access my web-builder. Chat support worthless. Finally able to call in & they act like they're doing me a favor fixing what they screwed up.

@HGSupport We did and the response was to send a mail to the recipient that couldn't receive it and that it did pass your mailgates without any problem. But the issue is that spf dns queries are still more than 10 when using hostgator's suggested spf record.

I grabbed a domain and hosting at Hostgator, and I'm already having trouble. It says to configure my name server, and I follow their instructions, but I don't see what they're talking about. Is it a JAWS issue? This is not a good way to start.

Web developers: has anyone had luck in running Python or PHP cron jobs on a @HostGator server? They say it's executing, but the test commands (email, save a file) in my scripts don't work. Their support on this is weak. Any help is appreciated. Thanks! @HGSupport #webdevelopment
