@HGSupport @HostGator @hostgatorindia Have already done that. Once the site was down (a client complained), spoke to tele support. They said some issue with server (I had to hold for 25 mins!) & sorted things out. After 15 mins, site was down again. So called again!

@HGSupport @HostGator So, its 24 hours since I complaint about my server going down. And now its about 2 hour passed since I reached you in Tweeter. Nothing has been done so far. The moment my server is up, I will migrate to some other hosting. You have offshore staff who is not competent.

@HGSupport @HostGator @hostgatorindia The attitude to such a critical #infrastructure service seems callous. My service is affected. I've got at least 4 site up & down reports from installed wordpress plugins all thru the day. Strange thing is the #hostgator team seems oblivious to this & no checks at their end?!

Got escalated to backend team. Had to wait for hours to get a log. That was y'day. Everything suggested was done. Now it's escalated to server team. I'm asked to wait for 4-6 hours. Meanwhile sites are down. I better shut shop and go to sleep. #hostgator #india @hostgatorindia

@kevwiles the security and customer service is a disaster but used a cheap @HostGator website for years with no issues... just don't expect any decent tech support for updating php, getting hacked or dealing with DDoS

@HGSupport Hello! "It will need to be tested in our environment before it can be made available," is completely wrong. HostGator has never reacted to a simple PhP upgrade this way. Given PhP's wide use, HostGator should have this done already, and not with this slow-rolling pace.

@HostGator Don't buy anything from them. There support is lazy and they will not help you if the website goes down. 24 hours and they have been doing nothing and my entire server is down.
