  @skystracloud I have zero access. Not even through the HostGator Dashboard. I have just been frustrated because I did not cause this, and they weren't telling me anything. I think that is terrible customer service.

  @HostGator and work on SSL for the brave browser...Im sick of this crap. Every time I pull up my site the lock is missing....this keeps happening, and the last time I could not even log in to my HostGator dashboard...HG is going downhill

  @HGSupport, I'm supporting a HostGator customer with IMAP mail. A problem with a large inbox: iOS Mail app isn't sorting chronologically when downloading mail. Presumably it's sorting by message UID on server, which got out of order. Do you have a procedure to fix UID order?

  @HostGator I'm back online now, thanks. **** happens, I get that. But when you don't explain the situation we can't estimate the future risk. So I imagine a lot of us will assume the risk of this continuing is high and will migrate to another host.

  @HostGator @HGSupport has the absolute worst customer service. I paid them to upgrade my VPS to the Snappy 8000 and in that process they somehow crashed my server. I actually have no idea what happened, other than I have had no access to my site since 1:00pm Monday!

  @HostGator Sites down for hours on end. No response from anyone. "Phone Queue" now says there are issues and redirects to chat. Chat times out. No access to my reseller account and customers are pissed. Agree with others, might be time to look for a more reliable host...

  @HostGator Everyone that relies on one server to host their website is living in the early 2000s. At this point you should be using CDN networks and hosting DNS that allows your website to be up if one server goes down. Hostgator was great before Brent sold. Now there is now advancement.

  @hostgator used to by my go to for stable hosting...today all of my clients' sites and email have been down ALL DAY, no communication from HG, support is useless, and I'm done. Please send me your hosting co recommendations, this is absolute bullshit.

  @HostGator After years of literally no problems there's been frequent outages over the last couple of weeks. What's happening? Online chat just dumps my connection. All in all very poor service from the gators. I'm getting ready to jump ship!
