@HGSupport @HostGator Actually, the problem was on your end. While on the phone with the CSR, everything started working. He said he rebooted the server. Thanks for pointing the finger at me though. Unless, of course, rebooting your server is something I should be doing?

@donatj yeah. i redid a website for a non prof and the old hosting finally got shut down. but i had no idea hostgator was doing email too that made no sense to me. and all the alternatives pretty sure cost more than the AIO hostgator package did.

@KalabashT @WarpOneTravel @HostGator Yup - 11 years here, 132 sites were down without warning. That is about 120 business owners pissed and losing money every minute it was down. They do not care for our losses one bit.

@NewfoldDigital @Forbes 132 websites down without ANY warning and with promises that a migration will not take place during business hours, yet here we are @HGSupport techs are useless and you have proven again you DONT care about the customers. I will be moving my sites.

@GoDaddy @GoDaddyHelp @HostGator Pathetic service by GoDaddy I have my email id phone number linked but still not able to login. 2 factor authentication never sends OTP. They create multiple customer ID with same email id and create login issue. Not able to login to domain acnt.

Hey @DreamHostCare techs - would you ever do a migration of hundreds of websites during business hours with no warning at all? @HostGator did just that today! @NewfoldDigital just doesn't care about the customer any more. Leave us hanging in the wind

Did you know: current website hosts (godaddy, bluehost, hostgator, etc) have the power AND right to shut down your site at any time for any reason. That's not a risk when you host your website on a blockchain with a platform like @pinatacloud or @FleekHQ

It's not planned if you don't inform the customers ahead of time. Refusal to do anything. Meanwhile, we are out of jobs. #consequences #hostgator

@HostGator my father-in-law almost got scammed/identity-theft'd by 2 web properties hosted in your company, and almost being part of a money laundering scheme. We're reporting it to the police, but is there any place to report them to you directly so they can be taken down?

@HostGator All 132 of my websites are offline - what moron decided to do a server migration during business hours? According to YOUR techs, a migration is being done without notice, during PRIME business hours. Previous owner would have never done this

Been trying to get @HostGator’s @HGSupport to tell me why I cannot access the settings for my Primary Domain in my Customer Portal for over a month now. “There was an error loading this domain. Please try again later or contact support for assistance.” Utterly useless.
