  @HGSupport I already did everything you asked, the domain is still free in Whois and I still can't use my hosting. And I've already wasted a lot of time talking to support so they always tell me that they can't do anything.

  @HGSupport If it's so crucial why does your dept make such gross errors? It's not a virtual or prepaid card. It's a physical American Express card. How can I work with the incompetence when I don't feel comfortable disclosing more info to a Co. that can't get something that basic right?

  @officialskgupta @HGSupport @hostgatorindia They are not going to resolve the issue for you. Their hosting goes down every day at least twice by default. Hostgator India is one of the worst hosting possible. I am chasing them for the last 2 months. No solution till now.

  @Sameeh_Azam @HostGator @hostgatorindia is the worst possible hosting. All my sites go down at least twice a day without fail. and that too for more than 30 minutes.

  Remember, never never buy web spaces from @GoDaddy , 30 mins and no one answers chat and even the calls. Itne mein i made khichdi, kahwa, and even watched a saas bahu episode.. Go for @HostGator

  @HGSupport Is anyone there anymore??? FTP is still broken... and it’s not because of any disk space issues on MY end. I need someone who can actually help, and the last support person I waited an hour for wasn’t that. Really wish you all hadn’t gotten rid of tickets....

  @HostGator @HGSupport I never asked for a customization at all. This, for the first time since 2010, has become a wordgame. In the past, HostGator has "done something" to repair corrupted database tables. That is what I thought I was paying $325 a month for, and HostGator helped.

  @HostGator It's bad when you call tech support and their phone connections aren't working well. I'm hearing every other word. I called back and got the same person with the same bad connection. No, it's not my connection because I hear the automated portion just fine. #hostgator

  @HGSupport Thanks for the direct message. Is there anything you can do to speed up the process, waiting "24-48 hours" for a support person to look at rebooting our servers seems a very long time - especially for critical servers.

  @HostGator Your support is horrible and one can hardly get a conclusive answer and you do shift deadlines , my very good friend asked for a refund in eaet January and they said it will be done in 7-10 business days and after they did not refund they started saying they are escalating it

  @HGSupport - any idea when our web and mail servers will be back up and running. They have been down for over 9 hours so far, and support chat can't help, saying it needs to be Admin Support who reboot the server. The problem is there is no way to contact Admin Support.
