    @HostGator smtp email is not being delivered. This issue has been ongoing for days, if not weeks. They've been unable to resolve it. Cannot recommend @HostGator for web or email hosting.

    Never buy Domain with @HostGator. If you don't buy privacy for extra $10 (which is $3-4 on others), right after, your phone will get 10-30 calls everyday from call centers who offers you web services, while @HGSupport hang-up on your face.

    @luisvelazmino @HGSupport It’s a known ongoing issue with their gateways affecting all shared servers. It has not been resolved so far to the best of my knowledge and emails take hours to get received on the other end especially Gmail

    @Kingofcarrental @HGSupport I spent hours checking if I had done something wrong with a plugin or my settings, and then I could see it is a Hosgator issue. Did they solve it for you?

    @HostGator #phishing on your servers, which was reported on November 21, is still active: .pe.novadigio .com/ .pe.novadigio .com/login Peruvian proxy + Android device are required or it redirects to the official site Please remove it

    @HostGator I have not had a response from the support team for two days. Bad support. And the worst thing is that sometimes the chat does not work well and they have to be started again. They also don't have a ticket system.

    @ZoeWundenberg @HostGator Same here. Been having this HORRIBLE delay on my sent emails (up to 24 hours delayed) for over 10 days and they just email me with some "I'm sorry but there is no ETA for fix" b.s. When I go into chat they just tell me to keep emailing them and leave the chat.

    @HostGator Was up early, trying to contact @HostGator support. You have an ongoing smtp issue. Outbound emails take hours to deliver, or fail to deliver at all. Agent said your engineers are aware of it, but no ETA to fix it. I asked how long they have known, and she said, "many days".

    Seriously, is it just me, or is @HostGator's tech support incredibly bad? It's taken an hour on live chat for them to finally say there's a system error on their side, I ask when will it be fixed, and I was given an auto response and then the operator "left". WTAF???
