    @HGSupport My site is down and I also get a "forbidden" when trying to pull up the hostgator portal. Just me or are you having system-wide issues?

    @HostGator not sure what’s going on but customer service hasn’t been the best. Talk to 4 different people to finally get a support ticket then rep said support will hit me before 24 hours with a response but I haven’t heard anything... beyond frustrated at this point!

    @HostGator doesn’t follow up when there is a problem, their call center and tech support hasn’t been any help, been waiting a week to hear back from someone, and I have talked to their customer service or call center four times. Very disappointed in their support.

    @HostGator Hey all, it would be awesome if your chat support had an audible notification sound. Its so easy to get disconnected and miss a reply because there is no popup / sound or anything easily visible. Would make a big difference!

    @HostGator @iamn1khil Good morining, We have been having issues with your payment system not accepting our payment. Spoke with a Joseph in your Billing Department who received an Error message stating the transaction was not allowed by the cardholder. Case #29628400. #JustTryingToPayABill

    @gracerodriguez @HostGator I have used @bluehost since 2011 and have been pleased with the service and customer service. I don't get surprise fees. You may want to check them out.

    @HGSupport What has happened to your customer support? I’ve been with you guys for about 10 years now and I can’t get any help today. I don’t know what’s happening that I explain everything that I need and then the call gets disconnected. Nobody even calls back😡

    Good morning @HostGator I have to say your offshore support center SUCKS. Please bring back your local support in off-hours. There is a huge difference. Almost enough of a difference to find a new hosting provider 🤬

    @HGSupport and every time that I call you guys I now have to say my email address and then spell it… That is so time consuming and frustrating. My email address is not too long but for folks that have a really long email address, that sucks! I’m really disappointed right now😔

    hi @HostGator @HGSupport - I recommend your suspendedpage.cgi page return something besides a 200 response code so monitoring software will recognize a site is "down" and be able to address it. A client of mine might have missed paying a bill and the site was down for weeks :(
