@waltinhobr @HostGator I had the same issue and i've already lost customers. I took the decision to move to another server whatever it cost and was the best decision and not gonna wait even for there live chat that do not connect to any agent Now i'm using a faster server

The support tech at @HGSupport @HostGator promised to send me an email with the link to a forum where I can track their progress on fixing the email problem. That was 2 hours ago. It just occurred to me, he can’t send an email either. This is nuts.

@skystracloud @HostGator Yes. But it’s been 4 days since nobody can send emails. They leave the outbox but never reach the recipients. Not even a bounceback error. I have 20+ domains with them and all of them hace the same issue.

@HGSupport any news about the latest email deliverability issue? Some mails are delivered after hours, others do not, without any message. All clients are ranting and we don't know what to tell them... Once again we provide terrible service without being our fault. 😔

@HostGator It has been a long time since my server has been down, so I think it's time to switch hosting providers. The customer service at Hostgator is crap, the front-end agent does not have access to anything. There is no way to contact the admin. I'm leaving Hostgator
