@HGSupport my website has been infected off & on 4 2 months. Host Gator blames it on me. If I got in UR car & got bit up by mosquitoes, is it my fault or your fault for leaving your windows open? Been maintaining websites 4 over 20 yrs. Have NEVER had this problem!

We have a dedicated server with Hostgator India. We are facing mail issue for the last two weeks. Outgoing and Incoming emails are not working. I have raised 3 tickets & called more than 5 times a day. But they saying some silly things and issue not yet resolved @HostGator

The problem gets solved one month before hosting expiry but as I renew my hosting problen gets started again. I am sure that the hostgator team is creating this issue to upsell their malware scan service. @HostGator @HGSupport @hostgatorindia

Just found out HostGator doesn't support Node.js apps through their cPanel, unless of course you pay for the VPS which is another $900/year...after the first year. Is it just me or does that sound ridiculous? Or am I just cheap?

This clearly states that the hostgator is doing fraud with customers. I want the issue to be resolved immediately . Called soo many timesbut call didn't get connected and if luckily connected they disconnect the call worst customer support i have ever seen @HGSupport
