@HostGator is absolutely awful. Slowest webpage loading times, completely garbage hosting, their interface is not intuitive, and worst of all they sold my data and now I get 20 some spam calls a day. Eat my ***

If you’re looking for a hosting service and considering @HostGator save yourself. I just spent an hour asking them to whitelist @klaviyo so we could connect our service. They failed miserably. On top of that our website averages around +4s to respond to the requests!

Its a shame how uncooperative @HostGator are at enabling library's like ImageMagick to allow for Webp image conversation to help speed up websites and reduce bandwidth, other hosts I use have these enabled by default!

@HostGator @Diloeningles There was one yesterday for us and clients site. What's disturbing is that Hostgator denies it. Not a good thing for us. Just believe us. Support checked site to confirm outage, but site was already back online and working. Like they did not believe what I had encountered.

@HGSupport Fourth outage in a week. Each support ticket I raise takes an average of 30 mins for me to get a resolution for the same issue each time. I'm done. Please let me know which team is responsible for account refunds

@SiteLock Want to amend 4 URL’s I have Sitelock on. @HGSupport said I need to purchase new SiteLock for new domains, cancel previous plans & there will be no refund. I purchased 4 plans for 3 years in January 2022; not quite 3 months ago. This is shocking 😡

@HGSupport I did talk to someone on livechat though my clients account that said Webp support was for dedicated servers only and since they are on a shared plan, its not available. I wanted to setup the WP Webp Express plugin but none of the image conversation libraries where supported.

@HostGator Worst customer support. Cannot access email and call your support. Says on windows server and needs to get support via email only. Ask for supervisor and never ending hold. VERY BAD!!!!
