    @HostGator has been the worst hosting provider I’ve ever dealt with. They take your money, set up an account, and then suddenly cancel it without giving any explanation. Their customer service is almost impossible to understand and the entire experience has been nothing but awful

    @HostGator's customer support is a huge disappointment! It's been 6 days and still no update on my ticket S-2195876. They don't seem to understand the issue and can't provide a solution. This is extremely unprofessional and their customer support is dead. @HGSupport

    @HostGator DO NOT use Host Gator. They have taken a month to complete a simple migration and just DO NOT respond. They keep saying they have prioritized the issue but no one ever replies. RUN!!!

    @HostGator @HGSupport Your support lied to sell me your Nvme vps, (I have chat evidence) which could not support my legacy apps after I made payments totaling $883. I've been trying to receive refunds since Feb 10 without success. Your support has been horrible and of little use

    @HGSupport How to you access the live chat support. It has been disabled for months now. All live chat support does is show you a list of "is this your problem" crap.

    @HostGator It’s super straightforward. Cancel the Titan email, make sure it doesn’t auto-renew and REFUND the charge.

    @ethanjaack Day 6 of @HGSupport and they arbitrarily closed the ticket without checking to see if their fix worked. Which it did not. So after all these years, a random, easily solved glitch, ends my time with them. Turning a likely 15 min. Tech call into 3 emails over 6 days? Failure.

    After 23 years being a customer of @HostGator they recently deleted/lost all database content for 4 sites during a hosting renewal. In an attempt to get a refund I got a runaround from with 3 different companies including #BlueHost and #Network Solutions. No refund yet.

    @HostGator - their support staff has repeatedly displayed minimal to zero knowledge and are not much more than phone answering clerks. Numerous times we've been given false and varying info. as for the reason for issues #badwebhosting

    @ZKDID_ Never used Hostgator, so I have no point of reference. I switched from SiteGround as their renewal prices just kept increasing. Hoping to eventually switch to decentralised hosting. Keeping an eye on @IagonOfficial

    @process_eli I went to school for my assosciate's in applied sciences for computer programming & analysis way back in 2002. I quit a semester later and got a job as a remote L3 sysadmin for HostGator. They wanted me to learn Java before C++. **** that.

    I not recommend using HostGator or Bluehost. Their security is extremely weak, management is poor, and they consistently focus on charging extra fees instead of providing reliable service. My experience with them for over 8 years has been very disappointing. #bluehost #hostgator

    @HGSupport One of your tech support people had me flush my DNS. It solved the initial problem, but created two others. One, I can't connect my text editor to the server, and it won't let me get to your website portal either. I'm getting an Edge IP Address notification.

    @BigRock The migration has so many bugs that it is impossible for me to renew my hosting that I had on hostgator. If I didn't renew by tomorrow, my servers will go down, while bigrock support says they are helpless.

    @BigRock After Hostgator was migrated to Big Rock, service disruptions have become a daily affair during off peak hours. Support says process count exceeded 25, but doesn't give the exact cause of the downtime. Can you tell what's really happening?

    Is hostgator blocked on your debit cards yes or no? @bankofmaldives your customer service has failed to give me a straight answer since monday. Aharunves kuranee viyafaari. This is unacceptable behaviour. First u say invalid cvc the u say platform issue now insufficient funds.
