    Hey @HostGator, picture this: You e-mail customers at least a day before re-billing them so they get a chance to cancel subscriptions they don't need, and save yourselves the embarrassment of negative reviews on all your social media posts!

    Beware of shady Hosting Providers.. @zaphosting wont give you any support and they will zap your wallet even after you cancel your service with them collections over 20 bucks! If you want host you can trust @PebbleHosts or @HostGator i've used both. perfect customer service

    @HGSupport We Here at frustrated customers apricate direct and personal responses. We know that when support presses a single button to retort a tweet it activates the inability to act like a passionate human. At the end of this we understand these actions ultimately lead to bad support.

    @HostGator - you are providing the world’s WORST service. Issues EVERY SINGLE TIME. Errors loading every single time. Chats dropping every single time. No renew notices every single time. You are costing me time & money.

    @HGSupport who owns hostgator the service cost so much instead of quality he chose to give cheap labour and ruin the whole company customer service sucks defiantly need an alternative any recommendations?

    So after fighting it for a week Im super duper over HostGator and their **** *** service. Ive been looking at 1&1 for a decent replacement. but id like the hiveminds input on decent webhost.

    @chenebuah Got it. Are you able to contact @HostGator for help? They can likely tell why the email didn't arrive, and may be able to help with the @WordPress error, too.

    @wordpressdotcom I tried using login into the WordPress account I just open from the hostgator process and in the part for the admin. I'm think I didn't insert the right email because I have gotten an email from you guys yet and when I type my username and password I get an error

    WTF is going on @HGSupport? Day 8 of waiting for paid SSL to be implemented on 6 sites. Only 2 have the correct certificates attached to them. Read the tickets before telling me it is a problem my end, clearing the cache won’t fix the problems I’m encountering 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

    @HostGator @hostgatorindia My case I'd is - 40207581 This is regarding cpu load. All your support executive and backed team trying to convince me to purchase managed hosting then only they will help, they even don't try to understand my problem. It's already been 2-3 days.

    I am furious. @HostGator @HGSupport 2-3 times a year I have huge issues with them, and now, they want me to UPGRADE my account, because why? So I can pay MORE money for ****** service? The ***** on them to try and upsell me after this crap! WOWOW.

    It's now 5 hours and still @HostGator is not able to fix its server issues all my 4 websites are down and I am continuously loosing customer just due to a irresponsible behavior by @HostGator @HGSupport

    @HostGator @HGSupport OK, I am guessing you are having serious issues. My one site just threw out a 500 error and the other one took 3 minutes to load. I am on Chat; it says talk in 5, but its been 7 minutes and nothing has changed, including the timer. #notsurprised

    @HGSupport Low level techs are not given any information, dragging time down a vortex and using protocol methods to waste time. Several sites are down (not the WP ones) and I need to know when they'll be back up. Currently on hold/phone getting nowhere.

    @HGSupport I'm just bitter because I haven't pulled my sites from HG yet. Angry at my laziness. So, you, personally, I don't have any problems with, its the Walmart grade hosting company you work for. Hoping the sites can last until the next billing cycle, so I can find a better hoster.
