@HostGator This has NEVER happened before. Also, I can't correlate that cert with any other cert that I'm aware of. The others have different fingerprints, etc. What happened please? You need to provide some details. We can't be just clicking "Accept" on certificate errors!

@HGSupport @HostGator I did finally get through to someone, but they did not help. They said the SSL was working, when it is not. They said try again in a few hours. I waited 12 hours and it is still not resolved. #hostgator

@HostGator Yep, ok, so nothing. I moved to Hostgator years ago when you were good. And you were. Now you're just garbage. Zero service, zero responsibility. Just ... zero. This is a serious failing on your behalf but you act as if it's nothing and leave your customers hanging.

@HonestPassion13 Else for paid hosting: GoDaddy had amazing service when I used them. Worth the cost if you struggle with website tech. HostGator is cheaper but they're pulling crap on me now. I'm looking at Orange Hosting (?) now.

.@levittownnow's main site has been offline for more than 24 hours. Our hosting company, one of the largest, has suffered a major problem. So far, no updates from their tech team. No answers at their call centers or live chat. Disturbing to say the least. @HostGator @HGSupport
