@HGSupport Fine using iPhone, no change. Have you changed available ports for POP mail? I've been set to 995 incoming and 465 outgoing (SSL) for years. not not working. Yesterday it was an error saying encryption type wasn't supported. ???

because this is the same attempt that Allison was doing at HostGator the father and his nasty brother and they’ve been doing this for a long time Joseph is part of this problem as well at Go Daddy and Cohen are part of that problem I’m justified suing

@MRFrenchDesign @GoDaddy @GoDaddyHelp I try to stay away from the biggest of the big shared hosting companies as they are largely overprices pains in the *** and customer service is horrid. GoDaddy is a prime example. Bluehost, Hostgator, InMotion Hosting, and Siteground are all on my banned list.

Suggestions for #hosting websites? @HostGator has just been a nightmare. Database errors. Days to get a response or resolution. Lost email data blamed on a failed migration. That excuse is getting old. So I'm looking for new hosting homes for myself and all my clients. And...go!

@HGSupport @aaronpeta @HostGator You're saying that with a straight face?? I've had HG "support" people edit our .htaccess files and completely screw up all of redirect rules, etc. And right now our outgoing email server is unavailable without ANY changes at our end. Delinquent and incompetent.

@HostGator What is happening? Today your servers are completely unreachable and yesterday all of the files on my ftp were completely GONE. Every website just deleted. Now your support chat never loads. I'd like a refund for the entirety of my hosting package. Awful service.

@HostGator says my PIN is wrong when I contact support. Keep in mind I was logged into my hosting account when I started the chat session from within my account. Support moron says reset pin. I can't because I can't access my ******* email.

So I never lied about the registrar tampering I never lied about the website tampering and I never lied about suing the brakes off of each HostGator Ionos and GoDaddy because I had to go back to go Daddy and it was still going on and I'm ready to sue all of them involved

@kchironis GoDaddy has gone downhill in a majorly disappointing way. I remember when they had really good customer support. I moved all my domains to Google Domains and hosting to HostGator and a couple others. I don't see myself ever going back to GoDaddy.

@HostGator Going on a week now and I have heard nothing from my support ticket. You hsve to be one of the worst #hosting companies I've dealt with to date. And looking at Twitter and Google, everyone seems to agree with me. Horrible customer support..

@HGSupport Yes I was told it’s because I’m on a shared server? Never had this issue with my last host on a shared server. Never heard of a site going down constantly because of one and I only moved to save money but wishing I hadn’t bothered now
