@HGSupport Yup. I have tried multiple browsers, disabled extensions, tried incognito mode. Nothing seems to be working. Last time I called support, the hold time was untenable.

hello @HGSupport - I am having problems finding a status page to see if an email server is down now. are there some known server issues with email checking? we see errors connecting in from Outlook or from webmail.
