    @HGSupport @adamfarrar I haven't received any confirmation on fixing my issue with Hostgator on DM. Why is it so? I don't understand....Is this the way you give service to your customers?

    When I was a customer of #HostGator web hosting they suspended my account, and all of the web sites I was hosting, all of the email accounts, domains, everything, because someone complained to them about an article on a 3rd party wiki. AVOID HOSTGATOR! #consumerProtection

    @YoungbloodJoe @jonoalderson Ugh. Need to switch! I left Bluehost, HostGator, and Network Solutions when they dug in their claws and gutted those services. Blech.

    @HostGator deleted MANY of my posts on my personal blogs. Not me. Hostgator!!! Now, they won't restore them unless I pay them to do it. I've been a customer for 20 years or more. Never thought I would see the day that they would be so blatantly crooked. If you use Hostgator, you have to pay for them to back up your blog or pay a third party. Or you have to copy everything on your site. BlueHost is cheaper, backs up every day, charges nothing extra to do it and restores for no charge. What happened to @HostGator?????

    @HostGator DO NOT use Host Gator. They have taken a month to complete a simple migration and just DO NOT respond. They keep saying they have prioritized the issue but no one ever replies. RUN!!!

    @hgsupport Help. Every time I try to have support upload new wordpress site while backing up old html site, the new site continues to refer to the subdomain I created it in. Good grief...no one in support knows what to do.

    @ShopifySupport @HostGator @Shopify I have submitted that form countless times and you have done nothing. If Cloudflare had not notified users the hackers would still be continuing to steal from us without any issues, because you have failed to take action.

    @hostgatorindia All our websites hosted on #Hostgator are down for the last 45 minutes, and the support is hard to reach. After waiting in-line for over 20 minutes to reach chat support , the agent is totally unresponsive.

    @HostGator Apparently this company has moved all of it's customer service overseas. Consequently you can only understand every other word.

    @Hostgator, unbeknownst to me no longer provide, free backup. Had I known this, I certainly would have moved my blog much, much sooner to @BlueHost who provides it for a free with zero charge restore fees. You have lost your customer service score but your bottom line may have increased TEMPORARILY. Now that I've been forced to review my choice of hosting services for all my blogs and websites, I also have learned that they have almost 10 points higher ratings than you and are a fraction of how much you charge.

    @ZKDID_ Never used Hostgator, so I have no point of reference. I switched from SiteGround as their renewal prices just kept increasing. Hoping to eventually switch to decentralised hosting. Keeping an eye on @IagonOfficial

Now that I've been forced to review my choice of hosting services for all my blogs and websites, I also have learned that they have almost 10 points higher ratings than you and are a fraction of how much you charge. Why on earth would anybody pay more, get less, and risk loss? Since I have suffered from your lack of customer care, I will be moving my blogs. Do not touch them again until I have gotten all of my content removed

    @HGsupport We operate a private opt-in discussion list on our mail server used to distribute messages only to subscribed members. The system is not used for spam or bulk commercial mail — it is a controlled discussion list serving legitimate clients-This appears to be a misclassification by your mail system or an IP-level restriction. Who can I contact, as you support number and AI chat doesn't understand

    @HGSupport Why @HGSupport is ghosting it's customers? It's been 3 days since I raised an escalation and even after multiple emails I have not received any responses. HG Support used to be far more responsive earlier.

    @HGSupport @cjcornell They did the same with me injected a malware and i have never recovered, later they charged me $25 to recover emails, i lost 3 clients that i was working with
