After my experience with her, i called your help line. I will say that the woman, who helped me with my problem, was excellent! Give her a raise!

I asked some questions about uploading files, and she told me I should check my index.html. After ten minutes, I told her that she was no help and I politely ended the call.

I was told twice that it was done, and twice it wasn't. I finally figured out how to do it myself. But why tell me it was done when it wasn't?
