  Ok, @HostGator / @HGSupport is absolutely the worst. I’m shocked at how stupid the email answer I just got was, that they dropped a call after an hour and didn’t created a ticket, it’s all lost, and a promise 7 days ago of a supervisor call that hasn’t happened yet. The. Worst.

  @HGSupport @elemntor I wish, anything I touch on the plug in page shuts the site down for maintenance. The site is operating fine but all the plug ins via wordpress are last month already. Gonna keep running until the hackers take over I guess the go WIX.

  @PamMktgNut @HostGator Hello Pam, I apologize for any delay. Typical response time for tickets is 24-72 hours on average. They should be reaching out by email with any updates. Is your issue with Bluehost or Hostgator? These are two separate companies with their own systems.

  @HGSupport @HostGator As your own DM states that you’re not a verified channel of support I can’t imagine giving you any details, or that you could actually help. Giving you details about me or my case would be wrong in any security context.

  @HGSupport @elemntor It’s up to 8 updates now that won’t update with zero way of figuring out which update is causing the problem. Whenever I try it crashes the site into endless useless maintenance mode. Unless I delete them all but that crashes it as well.

  @HostGator so I switched to HG about a year ago and have had nothing but problems. I switched so i would have less to have to fix by myself and yet every time there's a problem i spend more timer arguing with your incompetent support than if i had admin access to fix it myself..
