@HGSupport Hi, we have been experiencing issues with payment to HG through payment gateway. Our credit card provider said HG payment gateway has been blocked because of malicious transaction reporting. What shall we do to make the payment for domain renewal? The domain is already expired!!

Despite these challenging times, we made a significant effort to upgrade the @HostGator hosting service. After that, all the websites stopped working for almost five days now. They promise to downgrade without refunding the money— horrible customer service.

Rescued a client joomla website from an enforced php update by their host. The thing I find the most strange, once the site was migrated to new host, we were able to update the php to any version we wanted with no issues. While doing the same on @hostgator had broken the site.

And...EIG just got bought by a venture capital firm, if you thought support and slowness was bad before just wait until those new guys strip things down even further. My advice: run far away from EIG. total nightmare and so are the affiliates who pump them.

@HostGator been trying to transfer my domain for almost a week. I have unlocked it but ot keeps saying locked at other end. Contacted you multiple times for help. Each time they say give a day or two, or we will look into it and get back to you. Horrible service. Please help.

@barthon_b @HostGator @HGSupport It was "resolved" for us in that the customer moved to hosting their DNS on Fastmail servers instead. I never got a satisfactory response from hostgator about their misbehaving DNS service.

@HGSupport @HostGator Thanks for addressing our problem today, was just aggravated that first your automated answering doesn't recognize our pin and was on hold for an hour each time, twice. So far it's all holding up. We always hate to have to contact you with any problems.

Of course, you need to be CAREFUL with HOW you present your HostGator offer, as Fiverr Customer Support won't look kindly at your UPSELLS. BUT I've been doing it for OVER THREE YEARS, making over $100,000 and never got caught. You just need to be SMART about it.
