@HGSupport absolutely not. this is the second time. your support staff is earnest and i'm sure they're trying their best, but they have been trained incompetently and have been unable to understand my problem at every turn. i am taking my money elsewhere.

@HostGator Don't buy anything from them. There support is lazy and they will not help you if the website goes down. 24 hours and they have been doing nothing and my entire server is down.

Got escalated to backend team. Had to wait for hours to get a log. That was y'day. Everything suggested was done. Now it's escalated to server team. I'm asked to wait for 4-6 hours. Meanwhile sites are down. I better shut shop and go to sleep. #hostgator #india @hostgatorindia

@APuneet07 @domainsgeneral Just because I feel he has the stronger case doesn't mean I'm 'biased'. I've never received money from Oxley (although I used to be a customer of HostGator, before he sold it). I'm not doing business with you, so you don't need to 'trust me' on anything.

So if GoDaddy was told this 8 and 5 years ago and they were told about all the issues with 1 and one 1 HostGator and then they choose to keep up their provocation techniques and tactics that the same things that the other registrar did then everybody has a pattern of fraud

@kevwiles the security and customer service is a disaster but used a cheap @HostGator website for years with no issues... just don't expect any decent tech support for updating php, getting hacked or dealing with DDoS

@HGSupport @HostGator So, its 24 hours since I complaint about my server going down. And now its about 2 hour passed since I reached you in Tweeter. Nothing has been done so far. The moment my server is up, I will migrate to some other hosting. You have offshore staff who is not competent.

@HGSupport Hello! "It will need to be tested in our environment before it can be made available," is completely wrong. HostGator has never reacted to a simple PhP upgrade this way. Given PhP's wide use, HostGator should have this done already, and not with this slow-rolling pace.

@HGSupport Emails failing because shared hosting IP has been added to: UCEPROTECTL3 blacklist. HG support don't seem to understand the issue. "If you are on the UCEPROTECTL2/L3, you have an IP address from your ISP that falls into a poor reputation range. e.g. ISP hosts spammers"

So the horrific crap that GoDaddy pulled no I don't recommend them because HostGator did the same thing and one and one did the same thing and yes I am going to sue them all because years of Damages is not acceptable all of them better be shut down by next year

I aired out GoDaddy because they were the third person that I went to when I have been through this with HostGator and one and one and you bet your bottom dollar all three registrars better be shut down especially GoDaddy they were my last resort and yes I'm suing
