  @HostGator i’m glad i only host two websites with HG. it might be easier to switch. i get emails from jetpack that my sites are often down for a few minutes. things happen but it shouldn’t be this often. last time it was down was thursday. today is tuesday?!?

  @HostGator Calling it a "limited customer base" is a joke, as is the "support" chat. Canned answers and talking in circles. Dedicated server with a bunch of client accounts offline, no DNS, nothing. Sounds a bunch of servers took a 💩 Anyone have any viable dedi alternatives w/ WHM/cPanel?

  @altfilmguide @HostGator Agree with your observation. We moved hosting a while back due to reliability and support issues. We were going to ride out our current term with domain registrations, but after this, our timetable has changed. Cutting ties with @hostgator once this outage is resolved.

  @HostGator wtf are you guys doing man? been with you for 8 years and never has something like this happened. I really hope you guys get this figured out asap. I have 15 clients all off line, the website is one thing but the email is another. Get it done. I really don't want to move hosts.
