    @Woodywudpeck @IGcom IG should send the request to the II within 2 or 3 days. After that it’s down to ii how quickly they process the request. By law, I believe ii have 15 working days to process it if it’s a cash-only transfer, otherwise they have up to 30 calendar days.

    @CasinoCapital @IGClientHelp @Trading212 Also use IBKR for normal account. AG bell has good access to most uk micro caps and most fees low but FX is a problem. Maybe split UK and non uk to two accounts?

    @IGcom But no charts, so you have to flick between accounts... pain in the arse really. Better platforms out there for crypto Will you be able to trade on high volatility days as you do have a tendency of having "We are experiencing issues" on high volatility days.

    @kev123703 @IGcom It’s not the borrow that’s the problem, 10 minutes after Harper requests him to get borrow, he says they are short 100m of stock! Even with borrow, then it would be highly unethical to slot 5 different banks in £20m each just before a -8% announcement! You’d get cut off from all!

    @ValliAkber @ii_couk @IGcom Yes it’s going live next few days. Will put the link on here and The Telegram group and reply to emails if I get from that. The App/platform I’m using is not Telegram itself and another App/Platform and the only reason I created that group is to provide information about the new subscription service as Twitter kept blocking some of my posts on here.     @CasinoCapital @IGClientHelp @Trading212 Only issue I have is some tiny float stocks in the UK are really difficult to execute on T212 compared to IG - i.e. I have put a limit buy for the same price on both platforms, IG executed a lot quicker than T212. Maybe the lesson is to avoid illiquid garbage stock

    @chippycapital I actually like IG generally, am probably one of their longest-standing customers (last century!), but damn @IGClientHelp they'll just ignore you when you try and suggest tiny UX changes that would improve their systems. Am on verge of shutting all my accounts except spreadbet

    @djp4976 @IGcom There customer service is zero, call centre staff giving out wrong information. Philippines and Eastern Europe call centres useless. Their IT infrastructure is 3rd world & needs upgrading, but they spend 000's millions on new acquisitions to the detriment of the platform.
