    @JSyborg @IGcom @SharePickers I don't agree with you Johh, I am also a long time trader with IG, let the market decide what happens,this is false duty of care they don't really care about the traders either their platform can't handle the volume or they have an issue like Robinhood on clearing these trades

    @IGClientHelp @IGcom I still have not had any reply or resolution to this problem. Please sort this out as this is not acceptable. I am surprised and shocked I have not had a reply as of yet.

    @IGcom @SmoothskinJim "prioritise the service", "not allowing"... there are a problem, the only service clients want is execution orders, thats all... Thts sound weird... (unless "our existing clients" means hedge funds/corpos and short sellers, like this I understand the message)

    @IGcom Tried that, a girl asked for a screenshot of the chart, which I forwarded, she replied that ‘prices go up and down’...what?? 49p for Rio Tinto. I don’t think so. Useless HelpDesk, I could have called the speaking clock for better advice.

    @pete_zouboulis @IGcom @financialombuds Thanks for posting - I received the most ridiculously arrogant email from their service team in Australia here yesterday when I asked for a compensation form. Basically said bad luck and no such thing . Definitely Financial services Ombudsman

    @IGcom You say its about the service for your existing customers but as an existing customer you have prevented me from buying when the price has dipped to lower my average cost. It feels more like you are preventing people buying for other reasons.

    @IGcom I made the call at 11:52 and did hold on for 47 mins and then gave up, so what you are saying is that I should have hold on for 2-3 hours??? I have actually lost money and I have emailed the help desk already, I hope they make it right!!!

    Got your email @IGcom. Why not Just scale your servers then? don’t block trades. If it were just an infrastructure issue you would just put a nickel in the AWS meter and elastically scale your services!
