    Do not try to open the account with @IGcom it is a nightmare. I sent my personal documents, two different bank account statement from two banks for address verification yet they claim for six weeks it is not enough defying their own rules!!! Further more telephone number they claim they can not reach although I am talking with their support on WhatsApp from that number! Completely ridicolous

    @IGcom Step up with customer support... I have tried to reach your support for several days now. With email and with whatsapp but have got zero replys. Trying to open account... Not a very good first impression, though, as there is no customer service at all.

    @IGcom a real prince amongst thieves when it comes to the online brokers. Not only offering a ubiquitous service, but giving it gratis and not telling their clients what they can and can’t invest in. Take note @HLInvest and Interactive Investor

    @IGClientHelp withdrawals getting denied, no reason explained. Email sent and now account cannot login. Of course this happens when the weekend hits.

    @IGClientHelp @IGcom Just withdrew money from my account and it appeared in my bank account instantly (as is the case mainly). I withdrew money on Friday at 3:31 pm to put it in savings ac for weekend - still not arrived at my bank NEED CONSISTENCY OF SERVICE - LOST INTEREST

    @Woodywudpeck @IGcom IG should send the request to the II within 2 or 3 days. After that it’s down to ii how quickly they process the request. By law, I believe ii have 15 working days to process it if it’s a cash-only transfer, otherwise they have up to 30 calendar days.
