    @IGcom have made bucket loads from me over the last 10 years - if they turn off live quotes and L2 then they’ll lose another 10+ years of business Not to mention their recent behaviour around Aquis and customer service is shocking

    @IGcom You’re going to lose a hell of a lot of investors from your platform shortly due to these changes coming in, looks like no more ‘Request for Quote’ orders, limit and market orders only, wouldn’t be so bad if your orders actually got filled, you’ve always been useless with those, seems like only US stocks get filled with U.K. stocks sat there being unfilled all day even when there’s plenty of stock available within that order price

    @MBdaytrading @IGcom I bought VOD via II, could not get a RFQ around 12. Also using IG, so familiar with the issue. II now working. Have IG announced this? or is the 'upgrade' on the quiet.

    @HLInvest systems still down. Zero ability to trade. Adds to my experience of repeated resilience issues, admin friction, delays, and inability to act when it matters. @IGcom — serious opportunity here. Why is your SIPP not execution-only? Requiring adviser sign-off to transfer is completely out of step with modern, self-directed investors. Build it properly and you’ll win a lot of business...certainly mine...be quick!

    @igcom @igclienthelp Been waiting for 2 hours on your WhatsApp ‘service’ + live chat with no response. Simple requests go through convoluted processes; I was promised a 3hr turnaround on a ‘ card verification’ that is still pending over 24hrs later? Shocking customer service!

    Just shows you how bad @IGcom are ..I have a stop at 49.7p with spreadex but that WASN'T triggered so they have not used genuine prices. Complaint sent

    Thinking of moving my SIPP & share a/c's from IG @IGClientHelp to @Trading212 Anyone have a bad thing to say about 212? Or other brokers I should consider? What I REALLY want: Low FX fees Can hold multi-currency Tax return forms every year Options in SIPP (sadly no one offers)
