    @Smudgedann @IGcom Not a happy ship. New mgmt seem to be doing their best to destroy what was a great brand. Trouble is they are printing cash with all this vol so mgmt will believe their own hype. Clients will vote with their feet imo.

    @IGcom what has happened to your customer service?? I have been trying to connect with someone via WhatsApp, phone and email and haven’t got a response…!!! This is becoming unacceptable and is enough to make me reconsider my account.

    @IGcom @IGSquawk IG is not handling my isa transfer in request well. AI based help centre or WhatsApp doesn’t help. On the phone for 15 minutes to hear the same message. Very disappointing service. can you help please
