    Over 1 hour waiting for you to answer phones @IGClientHelp #FridayThoughts #fridaycomplaints this is why I want to withdraw my money, you guys are rubbish. No one should use IG to trade. Newer brokers are much better, better service, better interfaces, better analysis tools

    @IGClientHelp Currently in a call for 54 minutes to speak to an advisor. Is this the level of your customer support in 2021? Why are you falsely claim 24/7 support?

    @IGClientHelp Hi, I've submitted my proof of ID & proof of bank, it already says "Thank you we've verified your identity" and "...proof of bank" but it's been a month and my CFD account is still pending. Can you help? The account ID is STPLB.

    @IGClientHelp I was told to "check my dashboard". I don't know what they are talking about. I asked what they meant and just ignored me. As an existing customer this "assistance" is non-existent.

    @IGClientHelp It’s just unacceptable, 1hour 27minutes to get someone to answer the phone. This is one of the reasons I switched to another broker,the service levels are terrible. My query was sorted. I suggest that IG just hire more people to answer the phones it’s not fair on the ones working

    @IGClientHelp I have an order stuck on your system that can not be deleted and my money has been stuck with you for two weeks now. I called your help desk and was told they couldn’t delete it and would raise it with IT. Still the order is there and has not or can not be deleted.

    @IGClientHelp @IGHelp is there any real human help available at IG ? I have been trying to resolve issues last 2 months and been wasting time on chats which support staff end without resolution and never email back. There is no 'save script' option either. #PoorService

    @IGClientHelp been trying to reach your support tram@fir 2 days straight via online chat and phone for a combined 4 hours. With no response to even getting through to anybody !! Email was very unhelpful.

    @IGClientHelp Your website states 1 business day for a wire. Might want to update that. Not sure why it takes that long since you get the money same day. Also, I called 3 times yesterday. Was on hold for 25 min each time then disconnected. Your system is clearly broken.

    @IGcom "We can't update your preferences because of a technical problem. Please try again later." API works for live account, but fails for demo account. API key generated username and password set to new values as per requirements. please advise...

    @IGcom been trying to call your scammy "Customer Service" for weeks. Currently in a call for 51 minutes waiting to speak with an advisor. You should stop falsely advertising 24/7 customer support.
