    @IGcom Step up with customer support... I have tried to reach your support for several days now. With email and with whatsapp but have got zero replys. Trying to open account... Not a very good first impression, though, as there is no customer service at all.

    @IGClientHelp Your AI Bot chat is worthless, and consistently gives incorrect information. Some of your API documentation is out-of-date, and it seems impossible to speak to an actual human on a phone call. How are we supposed to get any support?

    @IGcom morning. You have blocked my account, your help desk can give me no reason for this. I have tried 3 times to withdraw my balance to no effect, your help desk say there is no record of withdrawal application even though I have email conformation. Is there an issue?

    Thinking of moving my SIPP & share a/c's from IG @IGClientHelp to @Trading212 Anyone have a bad thing to say about 212? Or other brokers I should consider? What I REALLY want: Low FX fees Can hold multi-currency Tax return forms every year Options in SIPP (sadly no one offers)

    @RhysBenjamin @englandcricket @IGcom Agree to an extent but he’s been poor for a while. This series he’s been another opener though, losing an opener in the first over far too many times. Sibley had a good season and should have been in the squad for stability at the top of the order

    @ValliAkber @ii_couk @IGcom Yes it’s going live next few days. Will put the link on here and The Telegram group and reply to emails if I get from that. The App/platform I’m using is not Telegram itself and another App/Platform and the only reason I created that group is to provide information about the new subscription service as Twitter kept blocking some of my posts on here.
