I sent my personal documents, two different bank account statement from two banks for address verification yet they claim for six weeks it is not enough defying their own rules!!! Further more telephone number they claim they can not reach although I am talking with their support on WhatsApp from that number! Completely ridicolous

Simple requests go through convoluted processes; I was promised a 3hr turnaround on a ‘ card verification’ that is still pending over 24hrs later? Shocking customer service!

By law, I believe ii have 15 working days to process it if it’s a cash-only transfer, otherwise they have up to 30 calendar days.

Adds to my experience of repeated resilience issues, admin friction, delays, and inability to act when it matters. @IGcom — serious opportunity here. Why is your SIPP not execution-only? Requiring adviser sign-off to transfer is completely out of step with modern, self-directed investors. Build it properly and you’ll win a lot of business...certainly mine...be quick!
