  @MBdaytrading @IGcom They always have problems !! Why do you even use them? I stopped using them in 2023 as they couldn't even issue a simple P&L statement despite explaining to their so called accounts how it's done 🙈

  @IGClientHelp would rather do this by phone but there is no number to call... My app and browser access to the platform gives and error page and clicking the status page also gives an error... Software update over the weekend??

  Hi @IGcom I opened an account with you to test the quality of your services. I have deposited a considerable amount of funds and have kept the account active through various trading transactions. I have been trying for weeks to resolve a simple query regarding the status of my account and your trading terms. I have been unable to get a response via chat, email or telephone.   @wealthelf @HLInvest @IGcom I'm trying out Trading212 for an ISA and not having any issues so far. Had it for about 6 months. (Though was an expensive spread for a smallcap.)

  @CasinoCapital @IGClientHelp @Trading212 Only issue I have is some tiny float stocks in the UK are really difficult to execute on T212 compared to IG - i.e. I have put a limit buy for the same price on both platforms, IG executed a lot quicker than T212. Maybe the lesson is to avoid illiquid garbage stock

  @baz_trading @IGcom Hmm, yeah. Just read it. Sounds awful. Sounds like it’s going to be the same as Trading212. I’ll see what it’s like but if so, I’ll transfer my ISA and the others I manage elsewhere. Shame.

  @conradcarter66 @IGcom They don't appear to be content with irritating customers by degrading the share trading service apparently even providing a service is currently a struggle :/ - perhaps they also have management issues that're now affecting operations as well.
