    @IGcom what has happened to your customer service?? I have been trying to connect with someone via WhatsApp, phone and email and haven’t got a response…!!! This is becoming unacceptable and is enough to make me reconsider my account.

    @Woodywudpeck @IGcom IG should send the request to the II within 2 or 3 days. After that it’s down to ii how quickly they process the request. By law, I believe ii have 15 working days to process it if it’s a cash-only transfer, otherwise they have up to 30 calendar days.
