2/ @IGClientHelp a platform can not handle high volume of traffic is not safe and it is possibly down again if there is higher volume again and people won’t able to trade and it will cause loss for someone.

@IGClientHelp your system froze, didn't allow me to close a position, everything blacked out, went down, didn't let me close then either, went further down and finally closed.. but according to your staff, you are not having any technical issues and cannot help. Absolute joke

But according to their support team 'they aren't having any technical issues' and can't help any further. So, if their system plays up and you lose money, tough
