  @IGClientHelp "We’re currently investigating reports" - Do you not have an monitoring solution is place. Its appalling it takes reports to know that your platform is suffering stability issues. This is the type of actions a small start up takes, not a company with a MC of more than 2 billion.

  @IGClientHelp It's the 5th time in the last 9mths that their platform has gone down due to a major selloff at open. It's clear IG are aware of the situation but are unwilling to spend the money to upgrade their systems. Maybe people should complain to the regulator en masse ? Its shocking tbh.
