@IGClientHelp Therefore, whilst I do maintain my strong suggestion that IG try and improve its online support together with MT4's spreads for those wishing to trade on MT4 instead of IG's online platform, I commend IG's resolution of the issue at hand and fully withdraw my previous complaint.

@kit60992185 I liked IG for a while & they pissed me off by increasing spreads for #DAX40 without any notice or warning. I am looking to move my account and my research continues on where to move. @IGcom. Since it is bad behavior, I do not recommend you use them.

@IGClientHelp Thanks. Also as of today, the platform is lagging on prices (1-2 secs - I have 2 accounts so can verify one from the other) and more imp the positions are out of date - they don't update, needs refresh every time. This happened before last year, can your team please fix asap. thx

@IGcom I practice with a demo account CFD AUD/USD pair. With AUD20,000, I buy 30contracts. This morning, as soon as I enter it went down -80AUD(without much market move), and noticed a price difference of 14points from market price to order execution price. Is it high spread?

@IGClientHelp Also worthy mentioning: first time ever that I get a written letter both nice and informative like the one I just got, and also surprised since my deposits at IG were rather minor, nowhere near e.g. my Swiss FX/MCA Account (FINMA regulated but really awful support)...

But, if its moving about you still shouldn't be playing 32% of false shots, you either hunker down or take the fight as it were to the bowler.

@IGcom tried to open an account and get info on L2 dealer. do you not have support in London anymore as customer service was poor on the telephone. sounded like a foreign call centre?
