    @Woodywudpeck @IGcom IG should send the request to the II within 2 or 3 days. After that it’s down to ii how quickly they process the request. By law, I believe ii have 15 working days to process it if it’s a cash-only transfer, otherwise they have up to 30 calendar days.

    @HLInvest systems still down. Zero ability to trade. Adds to my experience of repeated resilience issues, admin friction, delays, and inability to act when it matters. @IGcom — serious opportunity here. Why is your SIPP not execution-only? Requiring adviser sign-off to transfer is completely out of step with modern, self-directed investors. Build it properly and you’ll win a lot of business...certainly mine...be quick!

    Do not try to open the account with @IGcom it is a nightmare. I sent my personal documents, two different bank account statement from two banks for address verification yet they claim for six weeks it is not enough defying their own rules!!! Further more telephone number they claim they can not reach although I am talking with their support on WhatsApp from that number! Completely ridicolous

    @IGClientHelp So next steps is complaints to see if we can conclude an understanding. There is no point displaying a closed positon to a customer and then arbitrarily reconciling to another point in time.

    Thinking of moving my SIPP & share a/c's from IG @IGClientHelp to @Trading212 Anyone have a bad thing to say about 212? Or other brokers I should consider? What I REALLY want: Low FX fees Can hold multi-currency Tax return forms every year Options in SIPP (sadly no one offers)

    @djp4976 @IGcom There customer service is zero, call centre staff giving out wrong information. Philippines and Eastern Europe call centres useless. Their IT infrastructure is 3rd world & needs upgrading, but they spend 000's millions on new acquisitions to the detriment of the platform.

    @CasinoCapital @IGClientHelp @Trading212 I looked into this recently. According to CoPilot, you can trade options in an IBKR SIPP if you go through a SIPP admin such as Westerby Trustee Services or atsipp. Assuming CoPilot is correct, I might go down this route
