@IGClientHelp @FT, I had a disgraceful conversation with IG's outsourced and clueless Indian helpdesk and team. The technical manager had the audacity to as me the customer run testing on their behalf! And refused to address a problem with IG's own API issues. What a joke!

@IGClientHelp Ignore the PRT idea above - the IG platform's chart drawing/updates have just frozen again for a minute and PRT was no longer running. Both the app and web platform show the same gaps in data, so this is a significant issue.

I haven't seen this kind of a bad experience son far in finance industry. It has been more than 3 weeks can not withdraw money from your system, there is no clear instruction and responsible for cases, how you can claim that you are a leader of FX !!! @IGClientHelp
