Their IT infrastructure is 3rd world & needs upgrading, but they spend 000's millions on new acquisitions to the detriment of the platform.

I withdrew money on Friday at 3:31 pm to put it in savings ac for weekend - still not arrived at my bank NEED CONSISTENCY OF SERVICE - LOST INTEREST
