    @IGClientHelp I contacted the Helpdesk because I got this error “error.public-api.exceeded-api-key-allowance” while using the API. They should have changed my quota but I still got the error this week. Thanks.

    @IGcom great notification service, showing equities I have looked at at some point to maybe bet on. However, the equity in question today was ferro-alloy resources.... which you don't allow bets on long or short, so pretty pointless all in all....

    @IGClientHelp After 3 weeks and a lot of effort on my part I've now got it resolved, but the reluctance to help from the support team is an absolute disgrace! The problem could and should've been fixed in 5 mins, not 3 weeks!

    @IGClientHelp Your website states 1 business day for a wire. Might want to update that. Not sure why it takes that long since you get the money same day. Also, I called 3 times yesterday. Was on hold for 25 min each time then disconnected. Your system is clearly broken.

    @IGClientHelp THERE IS NO HELP AT PRESENT WITH THIS COMPANY. WAITED 40MINS ON THE PHONE ON FRIDAY = NO ANSWER SENT EMAILS THURS/FRI/SAT/SUN = NO ANSWER UNABLE TO CHANGE EMAIL ON MY ACCOUNT WITH NO EXPLANATION WHY NOT ?? NO CLIENT SUPPORT FOR 4 DAYS. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

    @cgmarmion @_scottjonnie @IGcom Agreed mate. Just been through my watch list on IG and 22 out of 40 on it are Closing Only. I’m running down my SB (started when the “IG List” came out) and moving to shares only. Huge spreads and Closing Only BS, make it almost impossible to SB now imo.
