  @TheMoneySponge @IGcom US stocks have always been fine for orders, it’s always been poor U.K. side, especially the smaller more illiquid companies, even if stock is there and you place your order below that level it never seems to fill, I would have hoped if they at removing request for quote that orders would improve but after speaking to a few not sure it will. What’s the point having a trading account with @IGcom if you can’t trade through the platform, more like a holdco than anything else. Anyway, I’ll see how bad it is next week when migrated and go from there

  @IGcom Website, Android App, iOS App, Mobile Web App, and API are not processing login. It is poor management and poor service that you post this promotion but no information about your outage after more than 1 hour of outage. Time to look for another platform.

  Hi @IGcom I opened an account with you to test the quality of your services. I have deposited a considerable amount of funds and have kept the account active through various trading transactions. I have been trying for weeks to resolve a simple query regarding the status of my account and your trading terms. I have been unable to get a response via chat, email or telephone.
