    @IGcom please remove restriction around #AMC. Its hardly a volatile stock anymore - flatlined for days. Other brokers have done this, why not @IGcom? Cannot average down on my entry and likely to lose money over this.

    @IGClientHelp @malinda63998104 I have the exact same issue. Whenever I login my account it says I have been locked. Upon resetting my password and logging back in, I am still somehow locked. Please could you provide help with this. I have yet to receive any response to my email on Sunday 30th.

    @IGClientHelp Hi, I am paper trading some spreads. Can't seem to open a position on QELL (commons or forwards). Doesn't come up with a rejection notice. I called earlier about this but sat on hold for over an hour and gave up. Are you able to help?

    @IGcom hey IG what a hell is going on?I submitted 3 support requests in the past 7 days, not a single answer! Seriously is it how you take care of customers? As a customer with 2SV I am still unable to login (even after password reset) for the last week! Can anyone help??

    @IGClientHelp Is there any chance that you could answer the phone please? I have been on hold for 2 hours waiting to speak to someone because I need to close a position and the neither the website or the app will let me. This is very bad service.
