@IGClientHelp hi I have been having this problem of not being able to close my trade. I am having more of such issues now. Opening trades are ok but closing them is a hit and miss thing. need to exectue multiple times before the trade finally closed and by then.

@cperkin99 @LondonSouthEast If you compare LSE's poor performance, with IG's direct anti-client behaviors, gives you something to look at. One doesn't server investors so well, the other acts directly contrary to the interests of investors (their clients). @IGClientHelp Could not deal with IG again, ever.

@IGClientHelp useless help on online chat and via phone. On hold for over hour then call gets dropped. People promise to email but never hear from them again. Once all funds are cleared and you finally give me shares will leave. Disgusting

@dontdelay @IGcom I just assumed it was only covered by £85k fscs. So its a lot to loose over that if all goes bad and something has happened to nominee account. Hence why my sipp is with one provider isa with another and trading account with someone else.
