Mark Newton (@Mark_Newton1) reported@djp4976 @IGcom There customer service is zero, call centre staff giving out wrong information. Philippines and Eastern Europe call centres useless. Their IT infrastructure is 3rd world & needs upgrading, but they spend 000's millions on new acquisitions to the detriment of the platform.

This happens os often. What happens if there is margin call? Is there any regulator looking at these provides or are they above the law?

Dave (@djp4976) reported@TheMoneySponge @IGcom US stocks have always been fine for orders, it’s always been poor U.K. side, especially the smaller more illiquid companies, even if stock is there and you place your order below that level it never seems to fill, I would have hoped if they at removing request for quote that orders would improve but after speaking to a few not sure it will. What’s the point having a trading account with @IGcom if you can’t trade through the platform, more like a holdco than anything else. Anyway, I’ll see how bad it is next week when migrated and go from there
