This is one of the reasons I switched to another broker,the service levels are terrible. My query was sorted. I suggest that IG just hire more people to answer the phones it’s not fair on the ones working

I called your help desk and was told they couldn’t delete it and would raise it with IT. Still the order is there and has not or can not be deleted.

Also, I called 3 times yesterday. Was on hold for 25 min each time then disconnected. Your system is clearly broken.
