@IGClientHelp @tradethetrend13 I have registered IG since June 16th and my accounts is not activated since then. I have been sending emails, called the office in London, Australia and for the South African office nobody picks up calls. Lines are always busy. Is there any problem?

In this day & age I should be able to go online and buy or sell any stock of my choosing given I am paying a fee to do so. It’s a shame that some brokers namely @ii_couk & @IGcom have been so slow to move with the times. I will be advising friends and family to do similar as me.

@IGClientHelp what is going on with your MT4 connections. There was an outage when we couldn't open or close our trades. Plus it's back now but closed trades on MT4 is still running on your server! This is unacceptable for the largest trading company in the world

@CaffersXL @IGcom Yeah, thanks, I do hold those. There are a few issues, one is that they track the NET not the Gross index - which is a bit cheeky IMHO. They are swap based, so they are avoiding the *** withholding tax and keeping it.
