    @2grokornot2grok @11invest @IGcom It's got to have something to do with it................to be honest I want to leave IG. too expensive.........too any issues like this. cheaper alternative about, but worried about the migration time as i've got active positions Long and anticipating a BO soon.

    @IGcom shocking customer service today. Executed an order way off market and now been trying to get through to someone for over an hour. Seriously considering moving my business if this is the norm.

    @HLInvest systems still down. Zero ability to trade. Adds to my experience of repeated resilience issues, admin friction, delays, and inability to act when it matters. @IGcom — serious opportunity here. Why is your SIPP not execution-only? Requiring adviser sign-off to transfer is completely out of step with modern, self-directed investors. Build it properly and you’ll win a lot of business...certainly mine...be quick!

    @MBdaytrading @IGcom they are a shitshow they screwed up my account so cant get mkt orders and calling me a liar despite screenshots after 1 week terminated the chat unresolved customer service is the worst i have ever come across i am transferring out

    @IGClientHelp hi IG. There appears to be an issue with the mobile iPhone app. When I log in I get a message “session timed out. Please login again” and the app then goes to log in screen.

    Not able to log in to mobile or desktop apps. Have the grace to at least post a message about this issue. I am getting so pissed off with IG and their support. You are destroying what was a great platform. Its a disgrace. @IGClientHelp @IGTradingFloor @IGcom
