    @IGClientHelp I am trying to close positions in my account. I have an EA running that has held positions for over 3 days and tht is not correct. When I try to execute it I get an error "Trade is disabled" on every thing I do.

    @IGClientHelp I am a new Australian customer and just started trading ur CFD for US, Commodities n ASX stocks. I thought there was no commission fee on IG due to larger OTC spread but i have been charged $19.55 for each trade. This is just ripping off.

    @IGClientHelp A disgrace at customer service level. Very, very difficult to actually speak to anyone!! Again and dealing with facts!! Cheap trading prices. Diabolical customer service. Bad for far too long, so obviously not interested in providing proper customer service.

    @IGClientHelp can somebody please call me because I have a serious complaint regarding the unnecessary market manipulation against my trading strategy using your platform? IG have moved the goalpost without any prior notifications to users, this is unacceptable & very unfair.
