    2/ @IGClientHelp a platform can not handle high volume of traffic is not safe and it is possibly down again if there is higher volume again and people won’t able to trade and it will cause loss for someone.

    @IGClientHelp your system froze, didn't allow me to close a position, everything blacked out, went down, didn't let me close then either, went further down and finally closed.. but according to your staff, you are not having any technical issues and cannot help. Absolute joke

    @chriftC @IGClientHelp I've had the same issue and was unable to close my position causing me to miss a profit and endure a huge loss instead. But according to their support team 'they aren't having any technical issues' and can't help any further. So, if their system plays up and you lose money, tough

    @IGClientHelp after 2 months trying to transfer my accounts, 1 account sorted after 6 weeks. 2nd account still in limbo with missing shares. On hold daily for 1 hour+ and get busied out. How do customers contact you?? Even a complaint letter 3 weeks ago with no result.
