    @IGcom I've just heard IG are withdrawing the RSP service from your stockbroking accounts. Is this true ? If so, why have you not given customers several months notice so we have time to move accounts elsewhere ?

    @IGcom @Therichardralph @IBKR Says the company whose platform is down at a crucial time of day as market opens in US. I would suggest looking at ii - they are a quality operation unlike IG. IG will just disappoint.

    @IGcom what has happened to your customer service?? I have been trying to connect with someone via WhatsApp, phone and email and haven’t got a response…!!! This is becoming unacceptable and is enough to make me reconsider my account.

    @Smudgedann @IGcom Not a happy ship. New mgmt seem to be doing their best to destroy what was a great brand. Trouble is they are printing cash with all this vol so mgmt will believe their own hype. Clients will vote with their feet imo.

    @DonaldPond6 @IGcom Yes, wonder if the decision was made further down the chain. If the CEO was aware that's an absolute shocker. Might be an opportunity for @vladtenev at Robinhood to steal some more UK market share by just offering better customer experiences.
