    @IGcom I have an urgent trading issue and been on hold for 45 minutes on webchat, phone and Whatsapp in which time the stock I am trading has had 8% upside. This is terrible for live traders?

    @TheMoneySponge @IGcom US stocks have always been fine for orders, it’s always been poor U.K. side, especially the smaller more illiquid companies, even if stock is there and you place your order below that level it never seems to fill, I would have hoped if they at removing request for quote that orders would improve but after speaking to a few not sure it will. What’s the point having a trading account with @IGcom if you can’t trade through the platform, more like a holdco than anything else. Anyway, I’ll see how bad it is next week when migrated and go from there

    @IGClientHelp Extreme platform outage today. I was locked out of my account from 14:30 to 16:30 despite repeated login attempts. This system failure directly prevented me from closing my Daily US Tech 100 Call at DH152.1£, resulting in a great loss. IG should compensate for that.

    @wealthelf @HLInvest @IGcom I'm trying out Trading212 for an ISA and not having any issues so far. Had it for about 6 months. (Though was an expensive spread for a smallcap.)

    Just shows you how bad @IGcom are ..I have a stop at 49.7p with spreadex but that WASN'T triggered so they have not used genuine prices. Complaint sent

    Thinking of moving my SIPP & share a/c's from IG @IGClientHelp to @Trading212 Anyone have a bad thing to say about 212? Or other brokers I should consider? What I REALLY want: Low FX fees Can hold multi-currency Tax return forms every year Options in SIPP (sadly no one offers)

    @baz_trading @IGcom Hmm, yeah. Just read it. Sounds awful. Sounds like it’s going to be the same as Trading212. I’ll see what it’s like but if so, I’ll transfer my ISA and the others I manage elsewhere. Shame.

    @IGcom I've just heard IG are withdrawing the RSP service from your stockbroking accounts. Is this true ? If so, why have you not given customers several months notice so we have time to move accounts elsewhere ?

    @Woodywudpeck @IGcom They are pure rubbish!! I stopped using them in 2023. They couldn't even issue a simple P&L statement 🙈 despite explaining then how to do it leave alone leave alone platform working smoothly 😬
