    .@NeerajCNBC says BSNL/MTNL are dead companies. Hence decision by them to not procure 4G Equipments from China is inconsequential. Neeraj ji, BSNL may not have much retail business,but it provides backbone to all the mobile companies. Hence biggest customer of switches etc.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial @MTNLOfficial Still waiting for the MTNL to rectify phone line which is dead since 1.5months. The complaint docket is 8577 and number is 25437658. I will not be paying the bill for a line that is dead till it is rectified.

    @narendramodi Modiji, I am a doctor, a corona warrior , but MTNL officers of Mumbai treat me like dirt. My phone and internet from MTNL are down since last 8 months and I have complained 24 times. No one takes cognisance . Please help.

    @MTNLOfficial WAKE UP MTNL THANE EAST MOST OF THE LINES ARE NOT WORKING.EVEN YOUR 25323198 FAULT REPORTING LINE IS NOT WORKING, it says”THIS NO DOES NOT EXIST”THIS IS HEIGHT OF INEFFICIENCY. MTNL JAGO!!

    @MTNLMbiOfficial Hi my MTNL landline hasn't worked for 8-10 months now , however we keep receiving the bill for the same . How can we cancel the line , is there a provision to do so online or via emails ?

    @MTNLOfficial MTNL mumbai landline which was not working since one year. hence surrendered it and got signed acknowledgement. but phone bills keep coming and written to all authorities but no response we hate privatisation yes we do

    @MTNLMbiOfficial made an application for broadband connection against our landline no. On 25/3/21. MTNL not bothered and officials just giving different nod. Linesman blocking nos. If you call them again and again. Ridiculous service. No wonder private operators are thriving
