    .@NeerajCNBC says BSNL/MTNL are dead companies. Hence decision by them to not procure 4G Equipments from China is inconsequential. Neeraj ji, BSNL may not have much retail business,but it provides backbone to all the mobile companies. Hence biggest customer of switches etc.

You can visit the nearest MTNL office with a valid ID proof and UPC code (for porting) to get a new SIM or complete the port-in process.     @MTNLOfficial Hello team what is the point of issing sim if company is just not able to provide network coverage like always from previous many days couldn't understand what happens with mtnl always especially in delhi very sad to see customer just have to complain again and again and nothing

    @volklub @dakuwithchaku Look at the intelligent support provided by BSNL. If you contact their customer care, whether through social media or their helpline number, they simply say, 'Sir, please visit your nearest MTNL and BSNL office to get this information. 1 of 2 .....

    @reliancejio Jio connection air Fiber and Internet in Ghatkopar is worst then MTNL Hopeless staff , no communication, Advance payment made but no connection on promise time and no service , no call back. No one should take new connection in such pathetic service by local team.

    @BSNLCorporate @MTNLOfficial I have ported two MTNL numbers to bsnl. Unable to do tele verification through 1507. The customer care is not able to hear me. Please check your records for verifying how many times I have attempted this. How am I supposed to use the bsnl sims?

    @bsnl_care sir my no of delhi circle but my address of ghaziabad but sanchar haat refuse to port it from mtnl to bsnl 4g in delhi circle as there is no system there to accept address of Ghaziabad plz provide solution regarding the solution
