    .@NeerajCNBC says BSNL/MTNL are dead companies. Hence decision by them to not procure 4G Equipments from China is inconsequential. Neeraj ji, BSNL may not have much retail business,but it provides backbone to all the mobile companies. Hence biggest customer of switches etc.

    @MTNLOfficial @rsprasad @TRAI what does it take to get my land line repaired. My landline in delhi has been unservicable since march. It's been 9 months you are not able to repair it. No response on complain. One thing u never forget is sending a bill. MTNL hell bent to go down.

    @MTNLOfficial @rsprasad @TRAI my landline in delhi has been down since march 2020. Multiple complaints and multiple visits to the exchange by my father has not resolved the issue. Does MTNL check if the phone works before sending bill. Help to resolve this issue

    @rsprasad my MTNL phone line is shut since 5 months... Whenever we call customer care they inform us that they don't have staff to send for repair... What kind of service is this...

    @Howzzda_Josh @Rabipandacug Wonder and how why Govt take decision after decision to damage already reeling BSNL & MTNL with backup and thought process. Every telcos in India is China dependent expect Jio. Think to note Jio inked their deal with Qualcomm recently only. Mota bhai roxx

    @MTNLMbiOfficial @MTNLOfficial It's been 4 days Phone is dead!!!, hence broadband too, in current work from home situation, it's really not helping!. There's no update/info from any helpline, both MTNL service and helpline service are really getting worse day by day!

    @Howzzda_Josh @Rabipandacug Interestingly BSNL has 44.4% of its mobile network equipment from ZTE and 9% from Huawei. MTNL has 10% of its mobile network equipment from Chinese equipment manufacturers.

    @charanj61004434 @ndtv Jo bache hai unko bhi bech dena chahiye. We only need institutions which privide the best service not filled with employees who do no work and have no accountability sustaining on our tax money like BSNL, abysmal service, MTNL same.
