    .@NeerajCNBC says BSNL/MTNL are dead companies. Hence decision by them to not procure 4G Equipments from China is inconsequential. Neeraj ji, BSNL may not have much retail business,but it provides backbone to all the mobile companies. Hence biggest customer of switches etc.

    @rishav_sharma1 @Broufus True story I was 15, my home landline was down for almost a month, after getting fed-up with MTNL, I called Information & Broadcasting ministry to demand the phone be repaired. Within 24hrs my phone was working and MTNL zonal manager called to inquire if phone was working fine.

You can visit the nearest MTNL office with a valid ID proof and UPC code (for porting) to get a new SIM or complete the port-in process.     @BSNLCorporate Facing so much issues on connectivity at Delhi airport T1, T3 and Railway station. Even not able to provide OTP to lounge. Every time connectivity issues over frequent interchanges MTNL and BSNL at Gurugram

    @JM_Scindia services on my MTNL Prepaid connection is disabled, I got a message to recharge for resume services, charges Rs 225 through UPI but the services not resumes, contacts Sanchar Haat & Kidwai Bhawan, Delhi but no one ready to listen my problem

    @bsnl_care Three dockets raised Docket 1 : D181137960183 Docket 2 : D2110139687430 Docket 3 : D2510141184892 with nodal remark "the issue is related to the MTNL area. Still no resolution has been provided yet. When I will be able to use the services, it is showing Emergency Calls Only.
