Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

In katra choban chandni chowk most of the mtnl number are out of order.around 50 telephones are out of order. Every shop owner lodged complaint. But deaf staff not listening. Please look into the matter. Sending all numbers to you please get them repaired. And wave of the rent

@MTNLMbiOfficial @MTNLOfficial my landline is dead since a year. Raised so many complaints with mtnl vile parle branch. Complaint no. 231,1373,1405. Not a single action taken. However, bills are sent on time. How many more years will it take? An ETA would be great.

@MTNLOfficial It's been 15-20 days but my MTNL landline phone is dead. I registered a complaint, was given a docket number, yet nothing. Do I have to wait a month to get a dead landline repaired?

@Airtel_Presence @NotMengele @Alka_Dhupkar In this stiff competition... Voda being a giant in telecom n international presence Must provide best seamless service. .. My 1st Sim was mtnl n then Voda n still have one Sim active of Voda but don't use.. Only using #Jio which is best in Data & unlimited Voice calls

@MTNLOfficial @DoT_India @jagograhakjago poor service from MTNL at Borivali West, Mumbai. Have been paying bills even when the line is down and the complaints made are reverted stating that the fault is fixed. However we are not able to receive or make any calls from our phone.
