    @DoT_India @MTNLMbiOfficial We can use 0 if your service allow us to use the landline.I think you all have accepted that my MTNL line can’t be fixed since last 4 months,and given up, Now No MTNL exist, than you should stoop billing people if you can’t provide services.

    Ok. My endless list of cribbing. Does anyone know what happened with 35kcr BSNL/MTNL revamp? The office which was an entire complex at Belapur has totally shut and for weeks MTNL has none to even attend to any complaints. What an awful mess and wasted money.

    @Rg197923 @BSNLCorporate @shirish_3 Forget about 4G ... Even 3G is not available in many areas in Mumbai.. nobody is bothered to resolve issues here due conflicts between MTNL & BSNL.

    @ANI @Hardik_indian India is graveyard for telecom companies apart Oil. Who got support to destroy all other. Bsnl mtnl vodafone idea on verge of dying next in q will be airtel after monatarium is over. Goi actions are promising but pace is slow.. 2g speed actions in 5 g era.. #vodafoneide

    @MTNLMbiOfficial My Mtnl landline no. 28728096 is dead since 2 months. Complaint 4621 closed without resolution. New complaint no. 3433. Pls check on priority!

    @vaiju7 The surrender process was a breeze. Just go to your nearest MTNL exchange with a written application & your aadhaar card. Within 5 mins, the customer service officer pulls out your ph record details - deposit, dues if any etc. & an acknowledgement. Line disconnected by EOD!

    @JagdeepDESAI9 Dear subscriber, MTNL will never sms/calls/whatsap for Tele. verification of your KYC. Do not download Apps suggested by fraudsters to avoid any financial loss.

    @Firezstarter1 @Sandeep_Mave With the driving and parking habits of Indians - doubt it will ever happen - no one throws garbage on the streets in China, have you visited a Govt office in China vs say in Mumbai or Delhi. Try MTNL in Delhi ..

I want to become a user that means a new customer and if MTNL is not Evan having proper arrangements to have a new customer then what is the use . MTNL employees come office watch videos on mobile and go back home isn't .

    @JagdeepDESAI9 @MTNLMbiOfficial @MTNLOfficial Try calling MTNL on payment issues - they tell you to send all payment details to personal gmail accounts. You complain - they answer - thats how we work. Take it or leave it
