    @DoT_India @MTNLMbiOfficial We can use 0 if your service allow us to use the landline.I think you all have accepted that my MTNL line can’t be fixed since last 4 months,and given up, Now No MTNL exist, than you should stoop billing people if you can’t provide services.

    @DoRozgar @thugisthan @drsabirsyed That why MTNL dial phone was not made better why did you buy mobile? , why didn't you better postal service why you allowed email ?     @ColSanjayPande @airtelindia When I was in Delhi all were slow(copper cable times) except MTNL. Even airtel. In Tricity(Pkl,Chd,Mohali) BSNL was really bad and now have OFC airtel Always >120mbps speed. Delhi needs even more telecom infra.
