    @DoT_India @MTNLMbiOfficial We can use 0 if your service allow us to use the landline.I think you all have accepted that my MTNL line can’t be fixed since last 4 months,and given up, Now No MTNL exist, than you should stoop billing people if you can’t provide services.

    Opposite MTNL Bldg Near Ganesh Mandir Just before HDFC ATM Seeing some piled up garbage, people from Chawl come and further dump the rubbish and garbage. Kindly get it removed and cleaned up. 🙏

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Feeling sad to see slow and sad decline of MTNL into oblivion. Gave up my landline 022-23877902 after 36 years due to poor service for last 3 years. Had association with MTNL as a consumer org rep for 6 years.

    @PMOIndia Shame on MtnlMumbai DGM VINIT KARVE BKC, asking me to cancell Mtnl connection as his people, working under him not listerning to him. My telephone line dead since 6 months. Had complained earlier to your office, no solution yet. All dues paid. Tel 26443946

    It is my humble advice not to take MTNL connection as the money you pay towards security will never be refunded. It happened to me as I did not receive the security deposit till now after disconnection 3 years back( my landline number 26452956)

    @PMOIndia Our hospital phones ( 022 24152124 & 24152125) are dead for more than 4 months. Multiple complaints, tweets to MTNL & DOT have been futile. How can critical phone lines be kept dead for so long. Please help

    Complaint for my LL number 26681022 is made one month back but still no solution from the officials yet. It seems MTNL not interested in resolving customers complains. Does the person working feel ashamed when he gets the salary for the month and he has not worked for it

    MTNL Officials may please look into this post. I have not received my security deposit refund against my disconnection of land line number 2642956 about three years back. Why such an attitude shown towards me, an old person of 76? Please help.
