    @DoT_India @MTNLMbiOfficial We can use 0 if your service allow us to use the landline.I think you all have accepted that my MTNL line can’t be fixed since last 4 months,and given up, Now No MTNL exist, than you should stoop billing people if you can’t provide services.

    @KhehraBobby @Amandeep_45 Why is business of airtel increasing? We have option between jio, airtel, vodaphone n mtnl. The choices r more n ppl keep switching between services when the service reduces. Now all give small packages affordable by common ppl.

    Mtnl gm n cmd do not want to work. Rather they want suffering customer to further suffer by going to customer care. They dont want to provide online facility. Such parasites we have in our country. @PMOIndia

    @MTNLMbiOfficial My landline ( 21710257) at Laxminarayan residency, Thane dead since last 2 weeks. Complaint lodge ( docket no 5093) but no action taken and yet complaint closed by MTNL. Is this a joke and MTNL taking customer for a Ride.

    @MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial @CMOMaharashtra sir we are in MTNL office Ghatkopar East office near N ward. We are coming hear because of mobile rang issue. But no one attending us. One staff told us to come after one hour concern person is going out for Banking work.

    @YusufDFI Not entirely true. Before RCom launches Mobile , Airtel & MTNL, BSNL etc used to charge Rs 18/-minute for outgoing & Rs 7-8/- for incoming. In a revenue share model. Present mess is mainly due to AGR dues which telcos didn’t provide in books. No denying multiple fees a problem.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw dear minister, as a user of MTNL and BSNL service's, wanted to know, when we will get good services of their network. I hope I am not only who is suffering with illogical network conditions for mobile and landlines services. Practically, there is no support.

    @harsh_2772 As reported by SSPOs Mumbai North Division, the issue has been taken up with MTNL Authority and it will be resolved shortly.
