    @DoT_India @MTNLMbiOfficial We can use 0 if your service allow us to use the landline.I think you all have accepted that my MTNL line can’t be fixed since last 4 months,and given up, Now No MTNL exist, than you should stoop billing people if you can’t provide services.

    @PMOIndia @rsprasad @DoT_India MTNL internet connections are down across major areas in Mumbai, all we are doing is raising a complaint with no resolution for over 4 day's. Do you think middle class can afford 2 connection at home? Request to look into issues

    MTNL needs to shut down or come up with some out-of-box packages and marketing. For the first time encountered bare minimum staff and moreover no people to pay bills but only to close the current connections

    More than a week now. Internet is down at home (and in the whole society). Lodged several complaints. No response. DMed on Twitter. No response. Sir @rsprasad if this how MTNL is going to work, then please disinvest in it quickly. Please don't waste taxpayers' money.
