    @DoT_India @MTNLMbiOfficial We can use 0 if your service allow us to use the landline.I think you all have accepted that my MTNL line can’t be fixed since last 4 months,and given up, Now No MTNL exist, than you should stoop billing people if you can’t provide services.

    @geekshubh This MTNL gets my goat. I had an internet line n paid 899 monthly in 2007 period. Once it was shut for 6 months. Went multiple times to complain no result. Took the damn instrument once n dumped it and said forget it. I am not going to pay any more bill. Last I heard from them

    @MTNLMbiOfficial @rsprasad Is MTNL mumbai still working? No one attends to my complaint about dead phone service. I have complained many times. Latest complaint docket number is 6823. Hope this will wake you up as I have also marked to minister.

    @MTNLOfficial more shockingly your server at 198 is not working and also no online complaint is accepting. Surprise why govt. has not shut down mtnl the WHITE ELEPHANT. @GoI_MeitY

    @rsprasad Dear Sir, I am currently at Borivali mtnl center in Mumbai. I want to micro-register my SIM card. But the authorities here tell me to come back in three days .I was sent back at half past four, despite the office hours being half past five in the afternoon. Help

    @MTNLOfficial worst and pathetic service.... Mtnl Mumbai (bhayandar Telephone Exchange) are vry rude and careless they not bother abt the customers.

    @tejinagi @ashu3211 My facts are crystal clear.nothing is under govt anymore.what was the need to sell airports?(none) does bsnl or mtnl exists since jio came? (No) why did gdp keep going down after currency change while the “kala dhan” was suppose to come back india,it happened? No

    @aubankindia staff at Goregaon mtnl flyover office must be asked to ensure there is no violation of law and they must themselves report violation even by third party. Infact you can ask all your staff across nation to be good citizens and report atleast 4 offences a month. all can help police

    @TRAI Respected Sir Inspite of having sufficient credit limit in my account ,my out going services has been stopped by MTNL. When a public sector is doing such things ,what will be the fate of private sector. Please help me.

    @MTNLOfficial @rsprasad I'm very much upset with the mtnl service i'm out of connection since 3 month of tele no. 28889904 ,and top of that they emerge bill every month i have complaint several times regarding connection issue but they ain't responding kindly look to the matter.
