    @DoT_India @MTNLMbiOfficial We can use 0 if your service allow us to use the landline.I think you all have accepted that my MTNL line can’t be fixed since last 4 months,and given up, Now No MTNL exist, than you should stoop billing people if you can’t provide services.

    @MTNLOfficial ,why so lazy mtnl official ? I have complaints so many times on tweeter that mtnl network at new ushmanpur delhi pahla pusta-110053 are very very very very poor but no action taken still. What's reason of laziness.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial @CMD_MTNL my L/L is dn nw since d last 15 dys. I m unabl 2 lodge a nw cmplnt bcos d erlr complaint docket which ws attended 2 hs nt bn clsd. Wht m I supsd 2 do? Whm do I approach? Pathetic service by MTNL. No wonder ppl are surrendering their MTNL landlines.

    @MTNLOfficial my fibre optic internet connection is non functional since1 month. Complaint at SDO office south delhi still nothing has been done . 3500 charge for no internet . Is this how u give service mtnl ?

    @MTNLOfficial ,kitni bar complaints ho gyi but no network improve of MTNL new ushmanpur delhi pahla pusta-110053, call hi nhi lagta internet to bahut dur ki baat h.

    @MTNLOfficial my landline is not working for couple of months. But MTNL Mumbai is prompt to claim the bill. When I dial my number it's disconnecting. I had raised raised complaint no response on that. I went to Mtnl office, they said line will be rectified, no impact.

    @MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial MTNL is cheating me for so many days now. I have been their customer for five years and every time they dissatisfy me one every possible way. I have been paying the amount of around 1200 per month for 4 years. And now , that I have changed my plan
