    @DoT_India @MTNLMbiOfficial We can use 0 if your service allow us to use the landline.I think you all have accepted that my MTNL line can’t be fixed since last 4 months,and given up, Now No MTNL exist, than you should stoop billing people if you can’t provide services.

    @BSNLCorporate MTNL had first launched 3g network in India. But today is another private player‌ planning to launch 5g . BSNL planning 4g.
