    @DoT_India @MTNLMbiOfficial We can use 0 if your service allow us to use the landline.I think you all have accepted that my MTNL line can’t be fixed since last 4 months,and given up, Now No MTNL exist, than you should stoop billing people if you can’t provide services.

    @EngrAbuAmmar @bsnl_care The reality is quite different. In the past few months, many BSNL/MTNL users have shared that the MTNL Dolphin network’s signal is not available in many a regions of Delhi circle, especially in Gurugram and South Delhi probably due to BTS functionality issues.

    @EngrAbuAmmar @bsnl_care Bsnl sims automatically latch to mtnl dolphin network if available if your sim not connecting you don't have to visit any mtnl office just go to aur sim setting and manually select dolphin 3g if available but reality it that dolphin network don't have good indoor coverage

    @USOF_India @JM_Scindia Mumbai being the financial capital of India and the state/ government owned company BSNL has no network. When we call BSNL they say call MTNL and when we call MTNL they say service has been stopped. So Request BSNL office to please close down the service in mumbai.

    @malpani Same pinch. I've a great VIP nbr & been using it 4 yrs. Now no 1 in my area uses MTNL. In Jan25 a builder 2 kms away dug cables & lines hv been dead since then.Except mosquitos,dogs,no lights,no 1 in MTNL GMN office. Got permanent payment waiver via central govt complaint portal.
