  @DoT_India @MTNLMbiOfficial We can use 0 if your service allow us to use the landline.I think you all have accepted that my MTNL line can’t be fixed since last 4 months,and given up, Now No MTNL exist, than you should stoop billing people if you can’t provide services.

  @MTPHereToHelp attn. needed Surve Chock(Kurla LBS/Bkc MTNL junction).Taking right turn becomes a trap for motorist to jump signal while coming from Shri Krishna Chock on LBS marg &turning towards Kurla Depot,as no Right turn &straight signal lights on Right side of the BKC road.

  @ANI This is basically the norm in BSNL/ MTNL. Even when GM/ PGM visits officers were instructed to arrange snacks, water, taking them for lunch. And the Engineer who was supposed to manage the network is send to manage itinerary. After this fiasco all these instructions will be oral.

  @bsnl_care Is MTNL 4G available in Mumbai? I used to get signal earlier and then no signal from past 6 months. I was told that it is due to tower upgradation to 4G. Six months passed still no signal!

  @mungekar_PM Thanks for the location update! Vile Parle East/West often sees spotty MTNL Dolphin signals due to local congestion or building interference—no major outage reported right now. Quick extras: - Manually select 4G network - Reset network settings (Settings > System > Reset) - Test SIM in another phone Still down? Use MyMTNL app to report or call 1503 from alternate line.   The condition of state departments is deplorable, most MTNL numbers operated by state govts are not in service anymore, the websites are not updated with the correct numbers either, there’s no way to reach them. One example is the labour dept of haryana, phone number 0124-2301138

  @ZavierIndia @KshitijVar56284 3G Launch (2008–2010): MTNL launched 3G in December 2008 in Delhi/Mumbai, followed by BSNL in 2009. Private operators received 3G spectrum in 2010. 4G Introduction (2012–2015): Airtel launched India's first 4G network in Kolkata in 2012.
