What is wrong with MTNL. When the line is not made operational, how can the remarks appear that no complaint pending when phone is dead since Feb. 2020 and still not working even this date, 22.02.2021, I am billed diligently since February 2020.

@Partho39174407 @MILVETERAN Its a vicious circle. They killed all the good PSUs like BSNL/MTNL which made them money despite what is thrown around. There is no logical reason to support this Government other than personal hatred for minorities. Thats all I can think of.

Dear @rsprasad sir @MTNLOfficial Are you shutting down @MTNLOfficial ? Your MTNL is charging money for dead phones for months. Despite 2 apologies here on Twitter, it is sending bills for dead phones, without even mending it. Are they official allowed to charge like that?
