Today I got an automated call stating, "Your complaint is resolved, if not please complaint again" really ? On ground there are no line men to repair, no SPOC to contact... There were days when MTNL personnel's availability and execution had no comparison and today it's sad

@ContractorArif All the efforts are being taken on appropriate level/MTNL level also for resolving the connectivity issue permanently. You may ask for complaint and suggestion book at the concerned office if any difficulty in future.

@BSNLCorporate @iamWahidWani Recharge be big or small the users of bsnl worried in terms of coverage, speed,ease of payment, poor website and app.I am not proving that he said right but he is in pain to say that as if bsnl,mtnl services and maintenance were privatised then its holds good. No queue faicilty.

@rsprasad we never shy away from paying bills even when the phones are out of order for 2 months, we have never skipped payments but why this kind of service ? Is MTNL supposed to shut down ? Then pls do or pls take some action, coz it's performance is deteriorating day by day
