  I want to publicly raise an issue regarding MTNL I have a MTNL tower installed on my terrace, but they have been continuously delaying rent payments for years. Currently, around 4–5 months of rent is still pending, and despite multiple complaints, there has been no resolution. Every time I follow up, I am given verbal assurances like “payment will be done this month or next month,” but nothing actually happens. This kind of negligence is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I request the concerned authorities to take this matter seriously and clear all pending dues immediately.@MTNLOfficial @MTNL @narendramodi

  @KalingaGajapati I mean company name. I too used to face the same problem with respect to internet when we were taking the service from MTNL, but after changing it to Jio fibre, the service is quite good.

You can visit the nearest MTNL office with a valid ID proof and UPC code (for porting) to get a new SIM or complete the port-in process.   @jiocare WORST SERVICE for Jio, I have requested to relocate my Jio Fiber on 29th Mar till date it has not happened. Customer care giving different reasons. The most irrelevant and unacceptable msg ‘engineer didn’t get access to my location’ I feel attest MTNL lineman were good.
