  @bsnl_care I dont have MTNL SIM. I have BSNL 4G SIM. Handset is Realme Narzo 90x 5G, launched just recently. Jio and Airtel VOLTE is working fine in same handset. Why is BSNL VOLTE not working?

We have received revert from the concerned department that currently, BSNL 4G services are compatible with a limited range of handset models.   @diveshkumar786 1) BSNL sim should be 5G Ready as tower conversion to 4G is ongoing 2) You will still receive MTNL signal as In-Dolphin (3G) or 40439 (4G) 3) Signals will show as Roaming 4) Reception varies at large depending upon the area, location (indoor/outdoor)

  @Vidyut Affordable - yes, service reliability (at least for BSNL, never experienced MTNL) was not so reliable. If one faced issues, they were at the mercy of babus.
