@DoT_India No response from MTNL MUMBAI... They are just not bothered to reply or close complaint. I have a landline which is not working due to fiber problem and it's been 2 months! Issue is pending with MTNL to resolve this!

In this Lock Down situation where the Restaurant's are totally dependent on Home Deliveries, we are losing all our r business due to all our MTNL numbers not working. Even in such tough times, MTNL officers want people to come to their Darbar with requests. God Save us from MTNL

In private company like code / Airtel / jio are begging customer to port in , but in mtnl no tension because MTNL is sarkari. I m having proud to PM to do privation for better service.
