  @JM_Scindia Sir, MTNL customer care does not work. Nor I am able to port my number to other service provider. I have Rs 1800 in my prepaid balance despite that I am recharging monthly. I get this message. ur account balance you only have Rs.0.05 valid until 21-06-2026.recharge.

  @Indian_Analyzer Problem is they have no outlets like the other mobile operators, and no easy access offices. I would have transferred my MTNL number to BSNL when I moved out of Mumbai, but absolutely no outlets to go to @BSNLCorporate

  @miprathu Dear Customer, BSNL SIM cards and porting services are available at MTNL offices and authorized retail outlets in Mumbai and Thane. You can visit the nearest MTNL office with a valid ID proof and UPC code (for porting) to get a new SIM or complete the port-in process.   The street lights on the GMLR road from Inorbit Mall through the Vasari hill to MTNL junction on SV Road Goregaon are not working for past 3 days causing much trouble to the pedestrian and 2W users especially in these rains . This can cause serious accidents.@mybmc

  @kayezad @MTNLOfficial Everyone was given VRS. Same und. cable issue, we paid bills for 2-3 months and then stopped. It was an old no. MTNL shamefully sent bills for 6 mnths more. Complaints online, offline, nothing happened.They took us to Lok adalat twice. Paperwork was strong, judge blasted them.

  @moneycontrolcom @JM_Scindia Sir, it will take just 2 simple actions to make @MTNLOfficial best investor company but everytime Govt takes back it steps. 1. Merge MTNL with BSNL so both can have synergies and overall expenses and corruption goes down! 2. MTNL land bank of 30000cr can be leased.

  @airtelindia @airtelnews Veeru pathetic customer services does it take 48 hours to attend a Wi-Fi complaint in this digital era ? And then your line man wants bribe to attend the complaint faster ?? Are we back to MTNL times
