@MTNLOfficial my landline is out of order since September 2020. Several complaints have been made but only one answer that we do not have lineman staff to resolve the same. MTNL invoices are been raised every month even if my landline is dead Please resume my service

HON. Communication Minister-YOUR MTNL IS GOING from bad toWORST. 197;1504 etc are suchline which never responds even after10 minutes holding. In Sect-9 Rohini,depositing bills is impossible due to no staff. Will you please check?

@chai2kul Hathway sucks major in Chembur. I had to take MTNL few years ago after being frustrated with their service. Now I don't use either though
