@DoT_India it’s been more then a month since the mtnl lines are not working in our society and there are many senior citizens using the native lan line. Is this the way we are treated and what about the rent we pay for this time ?

@dmuthuk What about if they pass on to consumer and still say we are in loss and ask gov to help ? Like pvt telecom increase 20% end user price still they are not in good cash flow ! Hope public save them self from this type price hike by using psu like #bsnl #mtnl !

@Prabhat_100 @DoT_India MTNL nearby sites in this locality are working satisfactorily. More sites in this area are needed to improve the coverage at customer premises. In the next phase of mobile expansion more sites shall be planned in this area.

@AshwiniVaishnaw Sir MTNL, Goregaon West, Mumbai seems to be in Hibernation. Our Business Landline nos 28764151, 28760000, 28777777, etc are working as per their whims. Problem persists for more than a year. Complaining doens't yeild any results. Kindly Order to Look into.Regards

@MTNLOfficial Is MTNL shutting down? One cannot access any officials nor get any issue redolved in over teo weeks. The only communication we get is a monthly bill for a phone and broadband service that is not functioning
