@MTNLMbiOfficial my mtnl complaint number 6977 is pending since last 3 months. My phone is completely dead. It seems like mtnl is not interested in giving service to customers and want people to surrender their phones so the staff get salaries without doing anything and get paid

@MTNLOfficial @rsprasad @TRAI what does it take to get my land line repaired. My landline in delhi has been unservicable since march. It's been 9 months you are not able to repair it. No response on complain. One thing u never forget is sending a bill. MTNL hell bent to go down.

@kapoor_nit @kaushikcbasu When Pramod Mahajan started the work on making mobile phones available to every citizen of India, People put the same argument that it will not help government agencies like MTNL & BSNL. Today, people in villages too have mobile phones & communication made easy.
