Hope that incidental govt investment in Vodafone works out something soon to become an alternative to poor service giants Jio / Airtel. Govt must truly revive BSNL to competitive level and let Vodafone give some jitters to duopolistic companies.

But customer service has become very very bad after BSNL taken over. Unable to lodge complaint to 18004444, NO RECORD AVAILABLE WITH BSNL.

Air India, HMT, MTNL, BSNL and the list will go on. These are the among the worst thing to have happened that existed due to govt monopoly and struggled once opened to competition

The network is now restored and all postal services are working properly. Members of the public are requested to avail postal services.
