It’s not so simple these days. Think they don’t have enough personnel, cutting costs. Had a similar experience with MTNL, they all went incommunicado. One person gave a hint , it was a big issue, the cable was cut and they had not been able to identify the spot. ( curious that such injuries happen only to MTNL cables). There was no connection for a week or so and then it was restored.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have been trying to get a complaint for my WiFi resolved since last few months , still not done despite repeated calls to Customer care . MTNL does faster processing of complaints , very surprising. #unprofessional #CustomerSupport

  • AnujaBhardwajan Anuja Bhardwajan (@AnujaBhardwajan) reported

@MTNLOfficial My connection has been disconnected despite the fact that I have paid all my bills. And none of the customer care numbers of the MTNL are working where I can at least raise this query.

MTNL was once the backbone of government communication in Delhi & Mumbai If you were a minister, judge, or senior bureaucrat in Delhi or Mumbai, you used MTNL. It wasn’t just a service. It was an institution. But time moved faster than the company did.

    3. Why are roads dug up after being built? Because gas, water, telecom, PWD — all work like strangers. PWD builds the road. Then GAIL comes. Then MTNL. Then some OFC guy at midnight. 📍 Delhi gave 30,000+ dig permits in 2023. Half never fixed the road back. #yethikkarkedikhao
