    Visited MTNL Kandivali W & BSNL Borivali W for SIM required during Agatti visit. Shockingly informed that BSNL SIM may not work on OnePlus phone and no option except to buy pvt SIM. Why should citizens face compatibility issues using Govt services? @JM_Scindia @DoT_India

    @IndiaPostOffice Amazing job done by psm colony post office. 4 days department is not working due to mtnl internet is down. Secondary line money went into corruption. No accountability. Can someone take action?

    @bsnl_care I dont have MTNL SIM. I have BSNL 4G SIM. Handset is Realme Narzo 90x 5G, launched just recently. Jio and Airtel VOLTE is working fine in same handset. Why is BSNL VOLTE not working?

    @mungekar_PM Thanks for the location update! Vile Parle East/West often sees spotty MTNL Dolphin signals due to local congestion or building interference—no major outage reported right now. Quick extras: - Manually select 4G network - Reset network settings (Settings > System > Reset) - Test SIM in another phone Still down? Use MyMTNL app to report or call 1503 from alternate line.
