@CAChirag @narendramodi My MTNL landline number was also not working for many months even after lodging complain but then I contacted a landline person of mtnl personally and he solved my issue

@mssirsa @ZeeNews Farmers will stop selling good in Mandis is when mandis will shut down. BSNL and MTNL are bad examples becuase they went down on business for not aligning to landscape and competition. 2/n

@MTNLOfficial MTNL customer care is by far the worst for any Pvt or Govt org. A great FTTH product let down by abysmal customer service. Has layers and layers of customer care leading to bureaucratic maze with no outcome. Hallmark of lethargy. God help this company. @rsprasad

@imrthind @TusharP58975924 @Parmind74776100 govt shcools and hospitals were always bad.. they have improved much more than they were before.. but it cant compete with priv8 MTNL has not gotten worse.. its the jio airtel etc that have gotten better
