@WeekendInvestng @MTNLOfficial If she is using a cell phone then check if MTNL offers a call divert facility. BSNL offers 'ASEEM'. It does away the last mile connectivity issue. All calls made to the landline number gets diverted to the cell number of your choice. ASEEM worked for me.
