  @DoT_India Have provided all details and got a reply that my area is not yet Fiber Enabled and the work is alloted to a contractor but cannot assure by when i might get the service. This is the reply i got via telephone from Mumbai MTNL-Andheri-Darpan.

  @MTNLOfficial Very disappointed with The MTNL landline service, not able to use the service for 3 months and not being helped by MTNL mumbai services, Looks the MTNL is not bothered about their customers, I Do expect a response over here atleast @MTNLOfficial

  @MTNLMbiOfficial We were always paying #mtnl mumbai Dolphin postpaid bill via login, view bill, pay bill sequence. Now view bill does NOT work, since few months. Why? Thus payment is not easy for me. Can you help restore it like before?
