  @wegro_app Even with the Govt guarantee, this 'Rating Watch Negative' is a big red flag for MTNL. Their unsupported rating is already at 'CRISIL D' because of liquidity issues. If they keep missing the T-3 funding dates for the escrow, even the guaranteed bonds might face heat.

  @miprathu Dear Customer, BSNL SIM cards and porting services are available at MTNL offices and authorized retail outlets in Mumbai and Thane. You can visit the nearest MTNL office with a valid ID proof and UPC code (for porting) to get a new SIM or complete the port-in process.   @ArunKum61029003 @mr_mayank BSNL and MTNL are still operative in some areas but where is the customer service, very poor! Vi is there. My point is for getting these networks massive investment and infra are required, that is why no new entrants.
