@PRAVEENVIKRAM01 MTNL never ask for the e-KYC on WhatsApp/SMS/Call etc.,MTNL Alert by sending messages to all GSM customers to avoid such type of EKYC messages as it may lead to some kind of fraud, hence you are requested to ignore such messages.

@MTNLOfficial @MumbaiMTNL My landline is dead. I had registered a complaint. Still problem is not solved and I got the sms that ur complaint is resolved. "Dear MTNL Customer, Your Complaint for Tel No 28390025 with Dock No 9317 is resolved. For further queries, please contact "
