  Visited MTNL Kandivali W & BSNL Borivali W for SIM required during Agatti visit. Shockingly informed that BSNL SIM may not work on OnePlus phone and no option except to buy pvt SIM. Why should citizens face compatibility issues using Govt services? @JM_Scindia @DoT_India

  @raghav_chadha! You're bringing to LS floor many relevant issues e.g. on IT, 28 days validity in telecom etc 👏 A relevant issue - BSNL prepaid sim doesn't work in Mumbai, Delhi where MTNL provide the service. Brought to notice of all concerned as attached. No solution yet

We have received revert from the concerned department that currently, BSNL 4G services are compatible with a limited range of handset models. Customers are advised to verify their device compatibility before use. The updated handset compatibility list can be checked on the official MTNL/BSNL website for reference.   After 20 years with private operators, I ported my numbers to BSNL in Nov 2025 in MTNL Delhi Circle expecting better 4G services. Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely difficult with multiple network and service issues for the last 3 months.

  @MTNLMbiOfficial My landline 022 27563460 was surrendered in Feb 2023 after being inactive for almost 4 years before that. Now suddenly I hv recvd the bill asking for payment. Someone in MtNL please help
