    @DoT_India Thanks for response.GOI holds 56 % in MTNL &even the ADRSs listed in NYSE.What accountability does an entity like MTNL have.Y cant white collared higher ups in Bhikaji Cama exchange,responsible for more than 1 week outage in East Block be hauled up. No response from @MTNLOfficial

    @MTNLOfficial @DoT_India April no service, may no service but bills are generated. Paying Rs 848 bills, booking complaint each day and MTNL does false clearance. Phone dead and broadband not working, bill paid Rs 848 each month!
