@MTNLOfficial Services are getting worst day by day. Trying to use the MTNL line since last 6 months but the lines are not working. Have logged several complaints but no one from @MTNLOfficial is trying to solve my issue. Requesting thr higher authorities to help me out.

How many of your remember this "आप की कॉल कतार में है". If you forgotten pl call MTNL Help Line. Uff. I waited for 10-12 minutes and then had to disconnect. MTNL is great.

@Sai_swaroopa @ARanganathan72 Well said. In 1992, we had a company Zeta Automation Ltd at Bengaluru by an ex ISRO employee G Vinaya Babu. Super excellent X.25 network be switch, even MTNL will testify. Could have given fight to Cisco in IP over X.25 cloud product, if was suported.

@MTNLOfficial @TRAI whenever speak to mtnl officials they simply say go here, go there but nobody providing exact info.Internet broadband issue remains the same as usual,thousand times mtnl workers come and rectify but agaib all in vein. whats the use then? @DoT_India can u hlp?
