@prosperotree Didn't mean literally 0 profit margin.. but it shd be easy to figure out that psu cos employ 3 for 1 in Pvt cos.. now-a-days salaries r not that far behind.. in the very extreme it is mtnl vs jio comparison .. in better PSUs similar issues r there .. though to smaller extent

@DelhiMTNL My landline is not working for last 1.5 years. No MTNL customer care phone is working. Registered complaint through app around 2 months back but to no avail. Hopeless service.

@MTNLOfficial Our MTNL lines 24156162/24156163 not working from March 20, started getting bills on dead lines from April 21. Tired of doing online complains & also personal visits. Differnet reasons everytime, main is BMC not giving cable work permission

It is a corporate connection I have left the job and opted for keeping the number. Submitted NOC letter, photo, aadhar card. I wonder what is taking this long time. Today the services got blocked. Absolutely Pathetic customer service more like MTNL / BSNL.
