@narendramodi @RahulGandhi Merger or No merger. Allow the BSNL to operate services in areas served by MTNL. Without the business in both New Delhi & Mumbai , BSNL certainly faces gross discrimination . Since October 2000 , BSNL is being barred from providing service there.

@EconomicTimes Had MTNL served their customers properly they wouldn't have gone in so much of debt...A decade ago MTNL was the only provider of the internet for me, but the service was crap and I wasted a lot of money and time in complaining.
