  @bsnl_care I ported my sim to BSNL pospaid. I am unable to make and receive calls even after porting is successful. MTNL Vashi office is not receiving my calls. They do not receive the landline phone. I am helpless. Please register my complaint.

My landline number 022-27546466 is not working for the last 20 months Contacted SDE DGM and GM of MTNL BSNL but till date my landline is not working Request all concerned team to ensure that my landline working

  @MTNLOfficial @jagograhakjago Is this how service is provided? Landline not working properly numerous complaints raised unresolved. Want to disconnect emailed cgmonlinembi & they say visit the csc? No online process or details on website on requirements why waste time? #MTNL

  @bsnl_care Is MTNL 4G available in Mumbai? I used to get signal earlier and then no signal from past 6 months. I was told that it is due to tower upgradation to 4G. Six months passed still no signal!

  @BSNLCorporate That is also not working, I will never recommend anyone to buy BSNL service. As network is very bad. Technically support is also very bad. BSNL say call MTNL and MTNL says call BSNL.

  @JM_Scindia sir my ftth number 21403534 ftth number not working . I have tried to complain about MTNL websites and landline number 1130 but both are not working. Kindly direct to the concerned person to solve the problem.

MTNL now focuses on assets like prime land/towers in these cities, monetizing via sales (e.g., ₹350 Cr Mumbai BKC property approved Dec 2025). It reports heavy losses (₹897 Cr net loss Q3 FY26, revenue down 24% YoY) & debt over ₹23k Cr. BSNL is vital: Pan-India leader in rural/strategic areas (where privates lag), BharatNet broadband, defense SATCOM, & secure networks for govt depts/police. Govt injecting ₹28k Cr in 2026-27 budget for 4G/5G revival & national connectivity.

  @Jeetuburdak Private telecom companies gained popularity over MTNL and BSNL largely due to the latter’s inefficiency and poor service standards. If they now begin to follow the same path, it would certainly be a matter of concern.
