@DimagKhao MTNL never ask for the e-KYC on WhatsApp/SMS/Call etc.,MTNL Alert by sending messages to all GSM customers to avoid such type of EKYC messages as it may lead to some kind of fraud, hence you are requested to ignore such messages.

Broadband connection 25200018 didn’t provide Wi-Fi , Bills charged , Connection made inactive, Notice served for forceful recovery . Paid all the bills, Connection with Handset surrendered. @MTNLOfficial @DoT_India May I know the timelines by which this will be set right. Else refund me the amount for the days the phone and Broadband has remained non functional. @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir, pls intervene. My dead phone is now a chronic issue with MTNL Delhi. The response is just pathetic.
