@MTNLOfficial Nobody available in gurgaon mtnl office for my number portability in mtnl ,what a poor service , if nobody in office how customers will come in mtnl. Mtnl person not come from last 7 days mr Parvez yadav not picking phone also.

@ndtvindia Service will b worst. U have to run from pillar to post and wait till they decide when to give service.😳 I had Mtnl plan for several years, had to discontinue. Even canceled phone connection of 35 years. 😪 They didn't even bat an eyelid. Carelessly canceled wo any appeal. 😠

@MTNLOfficial @CMD_MTNL Internet unavailable for 7 days and the staff says this is how MTNL works either change it or get used to it. Quite an example of customer service it is during the pandemic. @mtnldelhi #mtnl

Government shud NEVER be in the Business of Doing Business That’s why Air India, MTNL, BSNL, United, Oriental, National, PSU Banks & Railways loosing money It shud ONLY be in the business of Controlling & Regulations through IRDA, TRAI, DGCA & RBI Why waste Tax Payer’s Money?
