@TRAI No mobile coverage map of MTNL Delhi on ur website. It's network in Soochana Apartments Vasundhara Enclave Delhi- 96 is zero. No body bothers to attend complaints.

.@bsnl_care You have taken over MTNL in Mumbai - good for you, because I have been paying monthly bills for a line that is mostly DEAD. Unable to register a complaint on the MTNL website, and the complaint number doesn't work. WHAT TO DO? I want to CANCEL this line. Advise.

@MTNLOfficial @mtnl MTNL service is deplorable! Ano action on a connection shifting request submitted 2 months ago, no chain of escalation available, no clear response even if you visit their office - they just make you run back and forth from one office to another!

@malpani Register complaint online. Billing stops immediately. BTW there are no MTNL connections in Worli since 2020. Apparently the metro tunnel machine destroyed all underground cables. For deposit refund they will ask for returning their instrument with MTNL logo. All the best.

@malpani MTNL is defunct and will shut down, accept it. They don't care, like BSNL never did. Security deposits for MTNL, landlords, or schools are rarely refunded unless held in escrow. I had a BSNL connection, stopped paying, and ignore their SMS/emails, they go to spam.

@IndianTechGuide Why can’t govt allow @BSNLCorporate to operate in mumbai and Delhi now? MTNL is died now and it’s better @BSNLCorporate should be allowed with immediate effect. They have opportunity to increase their customer base
