@AAPHarsh1 @dmuthuk Because they don't work and give too many freebies. One had to plead MTNL staff to come and repair the telephone. The FTTH connection promised in 2007, never ever came. Never give anything for free. Else service takes a hit. Do you think MTNL could have brought this revolution?

@MTNLOfficial @DelhiMTNL - FTTH service at HQ CWE AF stn Tughlakabad office not working since Monday 4th Apr. Tele No 21820209, 26041527, 26041529, 26041530. No MTNL official responds, official online complaint portal is down, 1557 complaint No goes always busy. Plz look into.

@JioCare Now your network is unable to handle so many users. BSNL/MTNL network is working better than Jio now. 4G speed is less than 1mbps, recurring network issues, no network and internet while traveling. MNP is the only option, Bye Bye. Get well soon.

@MTNLMbiOfficial @MTNLOfficial Dear sir/madam, the issue has not yet been resolved….. I have not faced such issue in the past….. it’s sad to see such a pathetic treatment even after raising the issue to a public platform. It seems no one in MTNL is bothered.

@AshwiniVaishnaw @Rajeev_GoI MTNL is going from bad to worse. Service down for hours and no human available to complain to. Only an IVR complaint. It will save the taxpayer money if you shut this abomination down. As a customer, even the surrender process is painful.
