@MTNLMbiOfficial @MTNLOfficial my landline is dead since a year. Raised so many complaints with mtnl vile parle branch. Complaint no. 231,1373,1405. Not a single action taken. However, bills are sent on time. How many more years will it take? An ETA would be great.

@MTNLMbiOfficial My MTNL broadband connection is not working for almost 8 months now. Surprisingly at times all through day ADSL link remains up but no Internet and at night Internet comes up. Ur staff is not able to fix, my online complaints get closed and I keep logging fresh.
