Within 24hrs my phone was working and MTNL zonal manager called to inquire if phone was working fine.

M (@iamzigzagzia) reportedThe condition of state departments is deplorable, most MTNL numbers operated by state govts are not in service anymore, the websites are not updated with the correct numbers either, there’s no way to reach them. One example is the labour dept of haryana, phone number 0124-2301138
