@MTNLOfficial @hrmtnl @TRAI Now when I mentioned that we are escalating they gave a complaint number and acknowledge the email. Is this the type of service you provide to your customers? Even calling on MTNL numbers they tell a senior citizen to visit the office.

@MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial So we should continue to pay bills and late penalty for line which is dead for a year. How come mtnl billing system is working uninterrupted but the telephone lines don't. How can you take customers money and not provide service.

@MTNLOfficial Landline not functioning properly for months now. Not even a ghost is present in local MTNL office to solve the issue. Private contractor of MTNL Mumbai, Mr Shantaram Khule of R.T corporation refuses to talk politely. Complain no: 631, 4741, 8611, 6230. Please Help!
