@DoT_India Are you seriously planning to close down MTNL? My landline no. 24378477 is not working since last so many days and nobody is bothered to attend the complaint. My 82 yr old mother hav tht no & there is no other way 2 contact her. Hope problem will be solved

@MTNLOfficial Telephone complaint not addressed for 4 days now. Complaint No. 53 of 19/2/21, not redressed till now. How long will it take? MTNL has to buck up.

@MTNLOfficial MTNL ka service dekh ke dil khus ho jata hai. I have lodged only approx 50 complaint. Not for personal but corporate connection. I also complaint to mtnl MD. But everyone is sleeping. Bhagwan hi bhala kre inka. Are modi ji banko ki tarah inko bhi मोक्ष dijie.

@ponram1 @APanagariya What about Air India, Coal India, SAIL, BSNL, MTNL, Scooters India being continuosly repeated every year with continuous losses. To the extent that finally they had to be shut down; thus, poof! goes the tax payers money forever! If there is 1 example, there r far too many PSU egs

Dear @rsprasad sir @MTNLOfficial Are you shutting down @MTNLOfficial ? Your MTNL is charging money for dead phones for months. Despite 2 apologies here on Twitter, it is sending bills for dead phones, without even mending it. Are they official allowed to charge like that?
