DGM Tripathi 022-26335000 and GM Sanjay Khar 022-26554242 are ornamental in nature cause they are non existent.@MTNLMbiOfficial of course complaint not attended. VRS given without application of mind and now Mtnl is going dead.

After NO REPLY CAME from your side, we emailed this problem to your VARIOUS email ids (ALL SCREENSHOTS OF EMAILS WITH EMAIL IDS CLEARLY VISIBLE IN THEM ATTACHED WITH THIS TWEET ) . BUT TO OUR SHOCK & ASTONISHMENT NOT EVEN ONE OF THE MTNL IDS

Please read - I once had 3 @MTNLOfficial landlines but surrendered 2 (incl wi-fi) earlier due to ghastly service. Kept one to support #VocalForLocal for broadband internet. That went kaput last year for 3 months when BMC was concretising the road outside, so can't blame MTNL 1/5

We ALWAYS ask one of our friends to recharge MTNL DOLPHIN ONLINE. On 18 May 2020 morning he started. Your department accepted Rs 98 [& NEVER EVER REFUNDED IT TO OUR FRIEND/us ] . So we emailed this problem to your department
