@MTNLMbiOfficial @MTNLOfficial @CMD_MTNL My MTNL landline is dead since today morning. MTNL complaint numbers are also not working. In this mini lockdown period essential service of telephone is required.Refer my DM,Need to rectify on priority and set working.

@AnuragAgrawalMD @netshrink Exactly. My parents waited 7 years after booking to get their MTNL landline. We still have a BSNL landline, but changed broadband from BSNL to ACT, the difference in service is so stark it isn't funny. Certain areas are best provided by govt, and healthcare is one. Not telecom!

In private company like code / Airtel / jio are begging customer to port in , but in mtnl no tension because MTNL is sarkari. I m having proud to PM to do privation for better service.

What's up @MTNLOfficial? Residence landline dead since 28.12.2020. Docket number 1543. No action taken. Now office landline dead. But this time even docket no. not being issued. Are insiders trying to shut down this organisation?? @PMOIndia @DoT_India #MTNL

@MTNLOfficial Dear Sir Your mtnl Malad Mumbai 400064 exchange there is always an issue. Every month the internet goes off for few days. The guys don’t answer calls. I m left with online complaints only which are not attended for days. Please put an end to my misery.
