@MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial We have a work order(5144) issued more than a month back for reconnection of landline at Thane (Majiwada Area). Following up continuously in person at the Thane Office of MTNL but still no one has turned up. Kindly help us to resolve this

@TOIMumbai First, they didn't work efficiently, and now they want to protest? MTNL is dying a slow death because of such incompetent employees... Now MSEDCL is on the same path. Second why the customer be forced to use MSEDCL there should be more options to maintain competitive environment.

MTNL @AshwiniVaishnaw Its year 2023 but MTNL insisting to visit customer care Centers for surrender of MTNL landline . Visited with a printed form ,returned empty handed after half day wastage . Many documents asked . Whenever done , would feel like a curse lifted off from life.

@CVCIndia @dir_ed please cross check roots of mtnl even after getting money from govt services are not maintained if they are unable to maintain services please don't pay salary &let bsnl take over mtnl network
