@StonerJesus @greyoceanblues Had same problem with MTNL. One day I woke up, disconnected my router, landed up at their office in pyjamas (it's walking distance), hair dishevelled. Told 'em, "yeh aapka saamaan, not paying anymore, abhi isi waqt cancel kijiye warnaa main yahin baitha rahunga"

@MTNLMbiOfficial @MTNLOfficial my complaint - 219702 Customer Name TelNo/Mobile - 2888.... not attended for 3 days. I m without net and line is dead. MTNL malad not answering and linesman disconnecting calls. Very PATHETIC state of affairs

My MTNL Landline no. 011 25373841 is dead for 20 days and after lodging a lot of complaint no action has been taken in order to resolve it ... please look into this matter. At least show some sincerity to customer service. @DoT_India @MTNLOfficial

@MTNLOfficial my fibre optic internet connection is non functional since1 month. Complaint at SDO office south delhi still nothing has been done . 3500 charge for no internet . Is this how u give service mtnl ?

@MTNLMbiOfficial June 11th I paid 600 Rs to get an MTNL connection in mumbai .Till june 19th no connection yet and all I got in written is person A asked to contact B,B to C and C to D .No one took ownership.I am absolutely disappointed with MTNL poor service.

@MTNLMbiOfficial @DoT_India @TRAI Since 2 months, MTNL landline has been dead. Got docket number 6199 on 20th April. Yday evening, received automated call 2 pay bills (4 no service!) but after dat phone dead. 2day received a call but nothing heard. Again dead! Nice way to fool us

@DoT_India At present the MTNL, Mumbai neither repair, replace faulty telephone instument nor provide new unit and advise to purchase from open market. Is it the beginning of winding PSU? Merge BSNL and MTNL, improve infrastructures and services for existence. @pib_comm The only solution.

@MTNLOfficial It seems the complainant though 1504 for broadband services are purely waste of time. While connecting the service personnel no response. I am an MTNL customer and my broadband service are disrupted. Pl help!
