She approached her HOS and school's Clerk/Accountant many times regarding this issue. Clerk is citing the reason that due to MTNL/BSNL connectivity issues, the salary could not be processed. Owing to this, we are facing financial hardship.

@MyIndianBank Connectivity issue is common with Indian Bank specially for Goregaon West branch. It is shocking that Bank still depends MTNL for its network .It is imperative for Indian Bank to get service from Airtel/Jio & avoid excuses & give good service & increase business.

@MTNLMbiOfficial ..My landline number 28724783 is out of service since last 3 months & we have complianed to Goregaon MTNL so many times, but no response from anyone yet. Further it is surprising that inspite of that, our bills are coming regularly and we are been charge for that

@MyIndianBank Connectivity issue common pro with all branches of Indian Bank specially for its Goregaon West branch. It is shocking that Bank is still depending on MTNL for its network service. It is imperative for Indian Bank to avail service from Airtel/Jio to get rid of this main problem..

Conclusion - Checked with Airtel, vodafone and Jio....it's not their issue. It's issue with MTNL. Not malad, it has started echoing at Sakinaka exchange lines too

@DoT_India @MTNLOfficial Mtnl delhi is not responding to dead phone complaints for more than 2 months, customer care doesn't respond even after 30 mins of waiting. Request stakeholders to save us from this ordeal.

Point 2 - it's not the issue with instruments. It's the issue with old copper line hence conversation volume is too low for malad entire area Point 3 - Incoming calls from mtnl mobile to mtnl Landline works fine but when other mobile providers calls it echoes

@MTNLOfficial is there anybody left in mtnl who can fix my landline connection, which was dead since April 2021, or mtnl only knows to send the monthly bills for a dead phone.
