@MTNLOfficial Inspite of multiple reminders at the Director’s office my@landline 26915195 is still dead since 28 July. Whom to contact and who will listen. If Mtnl is defunct and cannot provide services but only charge clients then Government should close it down

@NamrataClicks Hmmm, thought so. Upto some villages in Upper reaches, BSNL /MTNL network allows calls on mobile, SMS as well. उसके बाद you get cut off completely.

@im_aasish There is another third company bsnl/mtnl witch has market share around 10% so people can take their service also if vodaphone close !

Though mtnl landline is not working since last six month mtnl mumbai is sending bills. Mtnl mumbai maneklal exchange is not taking any action If landline is not working why mtnl tis sending bills All complain goes deaf ear. Written email complain no use.

The landline no 28944349 of malati kokje (my inlaw) is dead since 11.7.21.complaint lodged u/n 5166 on 12.7.21. still dead.again lodged complaint 9864 dt 7.08.21. still no action from MTNL. I wish to know wether I have to complain again and again.
