What is wrong with MTNL. When the line is not operational, how can the remarks appear that no complaint pending when the line is dead since February 2020 and still not working even this date, 22.02.2021, I am billed diligently by your Billing Dept. since February 2020.

@MTNLMbiOfficial my landline phone is not working i have written so many complaints on Twitter but it is sad that MTNL is not doing anything complaint no is 8841 and earlier compliant was closed without resolving what is wrong MTNL officers

@CMD_MTNL @MumbaiMTNL as MTNL did not provided any service during the period. Although the due date of latest bill is 01.03.2021, MTNL has suo-motu disconnected the line on 18.02.2021 well before expiry last date.

@MTNLMbiOfficial MTNL landline+broadband is down since a year. Numerous complaints unanswered. The linesman says it's because MTNL is converting to fibre. Every month rental is still being charged. Is it legal to charge for services not rendered ??????

@jagoinvestor_ @jaganmsna Please don’t portray only the bad side of inflation , the dark secret is inflation is necessary & the generation which is enjoying all goodies , they cannot be provided free by any authorities globally , when you didn’t get MTNL landline in late 70’s , cost of living was cheap...

@MTNLOfficial despite complaint my broadband of 011-29916751 is not being attended. Had I taken Airtel number, this would have been attended immediately. For mtnl consumer has to wait for weeks together. Disgusting.
