    Sir please look into this matte r urgently This is addressed to the telecom. My Mtnl connection is not working since 2016 but my ECS of 400/ goes to them every mth. Inspite of writing letters & pleading too there is no one to take action so I am tweeting.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw I am from Mumbai. My MTNL landline is not working for many months but I am billed as some calls are made. Who is misusing my number? It’s a serious matter, which needs investigation. Please do the needful and confirm.
