MTNL and BSNL had a head start of decades, infrastructure across the entire country, and zero debt initially. Jio launched in 2016. BSNL was already struggling long before that. The real killers were delayed decisions (4G came years late), bureaucratic deadweight, and a workforce that grew without accountability.

Mantravadi (@Mantravadi007) reported@JioCare #JioFibre Jio is the new MTNL of Mumbai. Same indifference to complaints of poor service. My service down for 3 days now and no light at end of tunnel. Our country is back to square one after all talk of telecom revolution. All monopolies end up behaving this way.

Saurin Tana (@saurint) reported@BSNLCorporate That is also not working, I will never recommend anyone to buy BSNL service. As network is very bad. Technically support is also very bad. BSNL say call MTNL and MTNL says call BSNL.

Himanshu (@CalvinMax180237) reported@bsnl_care I talked with the staff at mtnl exchange from where the bsnl sims are being provided and they said they don't know anything about this offer. Then i called your toll free customer care number, and they confirmed that this plan is not available in delhi and Mumbai.
