@rsprasad What is more appalling is though connection is down for 20 days during last billing period, I am billed for entire month... I owe an explanation from MTNL Mumbai..

@payal_trustable Explain this to BSNL/ MTNL employee. Govt. Didn't give 4g rights to them so that private player could have advantage. & Now both companies are in loss & firing employee in the name of VRS scheme. It should be equal ground for every service provider.

@rsprasad Repeated online and personal complaints are of no help. Apparently cable cut is the reason but delay of over a month is not acceptable at all. Now I am forced to move over to private operator and downgrade MTNL plan to just a Landline entry level connection.

@MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial I think you did not read my problem, I have applied for new connection and just because reference number is few meters away the connection has kept on hold. Now you only tell me how do I provide my mtnl number to you..

@MTNLOfficial 022-28218202 Landline & broadband both are not working and mtnl staff not responding my complain number 3834 My landline number was was 30 years old. & Bill was ECS. Now mtnl giving mentally harrassment to own customer It's better I can surrender my Number.
