I want to become a user that means a new customer and if MTNL is not Evan having proper arrangements to have a new customer then what is the use . MTNL employees come office watch videos on mobile and go back home isn't .

  @SUnistu @DoT_India MTNL nearby sites in this locality are working satisfactorily. More sites in this area are needed to improve the indoor coverage at customer premises. In next phase of mobile expansion more sites shall be planned in this area.

  I am unable to open many sites on my MTNL fiber optic broad band. Sites lead to adware-malware sites. I have checked my computer for any threats - all clean. So it is an issue with MTNL. Anyone else facing a similar issue? @MTNLOfficial

  @MTNLMbiOfficial @DoT_India My Mtnl landline no. 28728096 is dead since 2 months. Complaint 4621 closed without resolution. New complaint 3433. Pls check urgently!

  @Firezstarter1 @Sandeep_Mave With the driving and parking habits of Indians - doubt it will ever happen - no one throws garbage on the streets in China, have you visited a Govt office in China vs say in Mumbai or Delhi. Try MTNL in Delhi ..

  @vaiju7 The surrender process was a breeze. Just go to your nearest MTNL exchange with a written application & your aadhaar card. Within 5 mins, the customer service officer pulls out your ph record details - deposit, dues if any etc. & an acknowledgement. Line disconnected by EOD!

  @pib_comm @MTNLOfficial Amazing - when you have payment issues made and you call MTNL - all requests are asked to be sent to personal GMAIL accounts. MTNL response - Sir - this is how we work. Do what you want! And GoI says - Digital !!!
