HarshOpinion🌏 (@h_thakar) reported@TweetinderKaul @RelianceDigital @reliancejio I have never had any issues with MTNL / BSNL / VSNL internet. Have had them since dial up stopped. Both in Mumbai and Pune. Its fast with no issues. If anything, their contractor quickly solves the problem.

In this case they mange’s to choke BSNL and MTNL to monopolising and fix arbitrary tariffs between airtel/ jio and Vodafone. Do u hv choice?

Yr helpline asked me to go to BSNL office, Accounts officer who raised the bill mentioned mobile number not working. Other E mails sent are returned undelivered. MTNL was better in customer service and no option than opt out.

MTNL and BSNL had a head start of decades, infrastructure across the entire country, and zero debt initially. Jio launched in 2016. BSNL was already struggling long before that. The real killers were delayed decisions (4G came years late), bureaucratic deadweight, and a workforce that grew without accountability.
