    @MTNLOfficial @DoT_India @MTNLMbiOfficial Thanks for your support. I have already submitted the docket number to the concerned authorities of MTNL Mumbai . Cable fault doesn't take months for repairs.

    So, I have come to the SV Road office of Mtnl and have been sitting out here for 1 1/2 hours now. Here I have met Mr Junaid Khan, who has told me that my complaint shall be resolved by 12 PM today. However nothing seems to happen till now.
