    @MTNLOfficial Dear customer support, our office landline no. 011-22595800 has not been working for more than 6 months and yet we are getting the billing. We have tried to register a complaint at the MTNL office and yet no resolution. Kindly request you to please act urgently.

    @MTNLOfficial @DoT_India @MTNLMbiOfficial Even two of your accounts officers are not responding to phone calls made to them on the mobile number shared by MTNL office staff, there is literally zero customer support from mtnl,even emails are bot replied. If you donot reply i will not pay the dues !!!

    @MTNLMbiOfficial As usual, being a government company, your service is pathetic. Had submitted application to discontinue the MTNl connection 6 months. All the pending bills were also cleared. But still getting the bills. Your customer care number doesn't work. CA: 2091986365

    @MTNLMbiOfficial If people are not paying their bills for one year you should know that the line is not working first try to activate the lines then collect the payments Mtnl will not be in loss.

    @MajithiaManch @DoT_India MTNL nearby sites in the locality are working satisfactorily. More sites in this area are needed to improve the indoor coverage at customer premises. In the next phase of mobile expansion more sites shall be planned in this area.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_HR My Mom's BSNL prepaid sim not working in Faridabad. Says, " Emergency Calls only". MTNL network is not available as well. What should I do? Thanks
