You can visit the nearest MTNL office with a valid ID proof and UPC code (for porting) to get a new SIM or complete the port-in process.     @poulasrion2dot0 No Sir In my opinion.. BSNL has good coverage even in valleys and hills, remote villages where no other network is available. I switched from BSNL to Airtel (with the same number) just because BSNL doesn't have their own network in Mumbai & Delhi and I have to depend on MTNL

    @Ajaykumaarji @airtelindia BSNL was the best! I had a BSNL in Karnataka and then MTNL sim (in Mumbai) and it was too good, and I used to get signal even in the most remote areas. Unfortunately private sector killed it and I had to switch to a private service provider

    @swapnamhatre_ They will be up and running before this weekend is over… the ones outside MTNL building are the worst.. as the road is also narrow!

    @MTPHereToHelp please make the left turn at MTNL signal at SV road coming from Radisson hotel fully free. It creates long queues behind as the signal time is around 80 seconds. The left is quite open and vehicles can easily take a left without obstructing those coming from Malad side. Please consider
