    @rsprasad classic case of why government should not be in providing telecom. Our society of 150 flats in Mumbai in shifting en mass to a private fixed telephone and wifi provider. Reason MTNL lines down for 6 months , no replies on complaints, wifi speed pathetic.

    @rsprasad My mother's, 88, MTNL Landline - 022 26423644 Mumbai - inop for past 6 days. Tweets & complaints to MTNL Mumbai yielding no results for past 4 days. They don't seem to understand seriousness of 88 y/o lady having NO communication. PLEASE HELP!!

    @samarjeet_n @w_karve Switched over to JIO network from DishTv & a WiFi network from other source & before that Airtel was Ok. JIO has replaced all, BSNL & MTNL obsolete. This also shows how others are decimated & only one is dominant. Capitalist society has taken over, blame whom so ever we want. 🤔

    @MTNLOfficial Request mtnl officers in mumbai to please open your official mail inbox and go through the mail because now when a customer sends mail to the concerned officer , the mail gets bounced due to the reason 'inbox full' status and the purpose gets defeated.

    @S51457695 @amaanbali Stop being a cry baby. I got my MTNL connection disconnected not because of Jio but because MTNL services are pathetic and their customer care is non-existant. I have no sympathy for incompetence, useless sarkaari babus
