I have personally been to PF office but server being slow, people getting transferred and new person not joining or on leave. It saddens me that we are aiming for digital India but we cant even fix basic things. No one replies to the mail. MTNL lines do not work so no way to call

@MTNLMbiOfficial Landline no. 26119191 SANTACRUZ east mumbai not working from past 2 days. Lots of call to vile parle mtnl office and call centre. No reply kindly rectified this problem once for all. This problem occured 4 times in a year.
