    BSNL, MTNL first encouraged employees to opt for voluntary retirement and now want them back as consultants. BSNL still has more than 60K employees and has told DoT it is facing operational issues.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial Service Man came today after my several visit to MTNL office Santacruz West. They connected the faulty lines. Now when I call from Mobile I cannot hear the voice from landline it's breaking. Also on landline voice cannot be heard properly. Called Mr .Upadhya in Santacruz office..

    @MTNLMbiOfficial @MTNLOfficial Dear Mtnl broadband service is not working on my phone nos 25427927, since 15 days ,located at Dhokali Thane West In spite of several complaints, broadband service on my phone still not restored. Kindly requested to attend the fault at earliest.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial i am getting bills from last 3 months but my mtnl is not working after paying all bills, due to some road construction work, line is not connected and after so many colplaints there is mo response yet. Please help.

    @GirirajDaga5 That's the case with most PSUs, great for staff and bad for customers, tax payers. btw, MTNL's wage bill is higher than its revenues.
