You can visit the nearest MTNL office with a valid ID proof and UPC code (for porting) to get a new SIM or complete the port-in process. Arjun Singh (@ArjunSi15936288) reported@raghav_chadha You touched topics tangentially. 1. Jio, BSNL, MTNL, AIRTEL are selling SIMs even though there's no network. MTNL doesn't have network around Indian Spinal Injuries Centre Vasant Kunj New Delhi-70. Jio doesn't have network in the same place.

It couldn’t put funds into a special escrow account for the next interest payment on its bonds due to not having enough cash.
