@MTNLOfficial Trying to close a dead line. Dead for the last one and half years. Just want to pay and close it. Never faced a bigger challenge! Being tossed between 2 offices 7km apart! One has the authority to do one thing and the other has one! God bless MTNL!

@MTNLOfficial - I have logged a complaint on 24th July and still not fixed either not attended by anyone, this is happening every month as just hoping Mtnl will fix it and will not happen again. Complaint status is pending for OUTDOOR. Ph . 011 27722907 Please help

@MTNLOfficial My clinic landline 25946624 is dead since 21\7\21. Docket number 2543. No one has bothered to fix it even after 2 weeks. MTNL sucks. Government is wasting our tax payer’s money to keep it afloat.

It has been 2 weeks since I posted above tweet but my landline 28728096 is still dead. Can you resolve asap? You do not forget to send monthly bills, but when it comes to service then MTNL has no accountability. How pathetic!

@hvgoenka I don’t think helping Voda-idea would make financial sense. Govt is already bleeding tax payer’s money with BSNL & MTNL. Vodafone’s services are terrible and rightly so they are losing market share. Instead they should accelerate recovery and let banks recover 10 cents on dollar.

@KantKrishna30 @laxman_xy Scary Situation for Telecom major but India Judiciary n Govt. Should have shown an open heart in providing relief to pvt. Telecom with their customer base n employees they hv. We hv far too long invested in BSNL n MTNL which is nt bearing ne fruit just another type of govt. Job.
