  TRAI Delhi April 2026 official drive test results: Jio 243.98 Mbps | Airtel 169.80 Mbps | Vi 26.26 Mbps | MTNL 4.43 Mbps. But plot twist - Airtel has WORST latency at 43.76ms vs Jio's 20.33ms.   @BSNLCorporate @MTNLOfficial I am MTNL Delhi Dolphin postpaid mobile number user. I received a 4G sim card of BSNL recently after SIM replacement. Can you clarify if 4G network services are operational in Delhi via BSNL network or MTNL?

  @KalingaGajapati I mean company name. I too used to face the same problem with respect to internet when we were taking the service from MTNL, but after changing it to Jio fibre, the service is quite good.

  True. So True. I remember when my father died in 88, I was barely a teen. We had two LAN lines. I was trying to get one transferred from Delhi home. I was young and naive. MTNL guy was corrupted and I had no help from family. He took our one line to transfer the other one. India has come a long way looking at those days.

  The condition of state departments is deplorable, most MTNL numbers operated by state govts are not in service anymore, the websites are not updated with the correct numbers either, there’s no way to reach them. One example is the labour dept of haryana, phone number 0124-2301138

  @MTNLOfficial @BSNLCorporate in my area Gurgaon Dhanwapur road laxman vihar mtnl network issue, even call is not coming on phone, pls resolved. Why not resolved the network problem.
