@rsprasad sir, our MTNL landline phone no 26210825 is out of order since 15.03.21 and is used by my mother aged 78 yr. registered complaint no 145 dt 19.03.21 is still unattended. MTNL saying it’s cable theft case. how long my mother shud wait for resolution. Pl help. Regards

@MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial They are still charging me with previous bill cycle. Last to last month, I got hold of some officers in MTNL office and told them my problem. Their simple response was to pay 2400 more for two months and then only, the billl cycle can be changed.

@StonerJesus @greyoceanblues Had same problem with MTNL. One day I woke up, disconnected my router, landed up at their office in pyjamas (it's walking distance), hair dishevelled. Told 'em, "yeh aapka saamaan, not paying anymore, abhi isi waqt cancel kijiye warnaa main yahin baitha rahunga"
