  @kayezad @MTNLOfficial Everyone was given VRS. Same und. cable issue, we paid bills for 2-3 months and then stopped. It was an old no. MTNL shamefully sent bills for 6 mnths more. Complaints online, offline, nothing happened.They took us to Lok adalat twice. Paperwork was strong, judge blasted them.

  I want to publicly raise an issue regarding MTNL I have a MTNL tower installed on my terrace, but they have been continuously delaying rent payments for years. Currently, around 4–5 months of rent is still pending, and despite multiple complaints, there has been no resolution. Every time I follow up, I am given verbal assurances like “payment will be done this month or next month,” but nothing actually happens. This kind of negligence is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I request the concerned authorities to take this matter seriously and clear all pending dues immediately.@MTNLOfficial @MTNL @narendramodi

  Visited MTNL Kandivali W & BSNL Borivali W for SIM required during Agatti visit. Shockingly informed that BSNL SIM may not work on OnePlus phone and no option except to buy pvt SIM. Why should citizens face compatibility issues using Govt services? @JM_Scindia @DoT_India

The company will shut down sooner or later due to incapable people in decision making process as business and profitability will be impacted. Look at MTNL and many other companies.   @JM_Scindia Sir, MTNL customer care does not work. Nor I am able to port my number to other service provider. I have Rs 1800 in my prepaid balance despite that I am recharging monthly. I get this message. ur account balance you only have Rs.0.05 valid until 21-06-2026.recharge.
