    @JM_Scindia Sir, MTNL customer care does not work. Nor I am able to port my number to other service provider. I have Rs 1800 in my prepaid balance despite that I am recharging monthly. I get this message. ur account balance you only have Rs.0.05 valid until 21-06-2026.recharge.

You can visit the nearest MTNL office with a valid ID proof and UPC code (for porting) to get a new SIM or complete the port-in process.     @airtelindia My complaint number is 11032318198. No action since morning. When i contacted Khanpur, Delhi Airtel service store, they said our line man will come tomorrow. Such poor service. Kindly help. Even Mtnl's service was better than this.

    @poulasrion2dot0 No Sir In my opinion.. BSNL has good coverage even in valleys and hills, remote villages where no other network is available. I switched from BSNL to Airtel (with the same number) just because BSNL doesn't have their own network in Mumbai & Delhi and I have to depend on MTNL
