@srinicaps @MTNLOfficial They did it once. Unfortunately I was in Ballia then. Earlier too I had resolved MTNL related issues via SM. Most of their websites also not working.

My telephone number 26281798 is dead since 14 Oct 21 Every time I placed my complaint I received msg from mtnl that my complaint is resolved however my telephone is dead. Today again I placed another complaint the docket number is 8611 My cell 9820288478 Pl resolve my complaint

Most pathetic services of MTNL Mumbai Malad west ha raised the complaint on 18th Oct for no connection of net still vague and improper answers as if nobody wants to attend highly disappointed by officials please look into docket no 9959 @MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial @toi
