@MTNLMbiOfficial I am struggling to get any MTNL employee to connect, exchange falls under Wilson and Darpan, Andheri. Since a day my WiFi is not working, no one is ready to help. 1500 and 1504 no one is attending only IVR is running. Can anyone help.... ?

@Bhavesh219 As per the report from SSPOs NorthWest Dn , it is reported by Orlem PO that NSP-1 fully down from 09.12.2020. Complaint was registered to MTNL. Now problem got solved on 10.12.2020.

@kart_kad @amitmalviya See I never used JIO when it was free or paid because I was using MTNL and vodafone but here game starts JIO overpowered both network and i was unable to get network so i unwillingly I have to switch to JIO because only JIO network's is here in my home.
