    _ @JM_Scindia Poor services by MTNL Delhi. No facility for online bill payment since last 20 days and MTNL terminates its services without any help to the customer. Is this how we will achieve Digital India where customer needs to travel 20 km to pay their bill? #worst

    @MTNLOfficial @mtnl MTNL service is deplorable! Ano action on a connection shifting request submitted 2 months ago, no chain of escalation available, no clear response even if you visit their office - they just make you run back and forth from one office to another!

    @drmmumbaicr We acknowledge your concern and appreciate you contacting us. There was a problem at the PRS counters due to connectivity issues. We have escalated the matter to MTNL, and steps are being taken to resolve it as quickly as possible.

    @PiyushGoyal Sir I am staying in your constituency North Mumbai Borivali West. From last 3 months, MTNL network is not available in our area. Even MTNL network is not available in their office at SV Road Borivali West near We can't receive any OTP pls help.@PMOIndia @JM_Scindia
