    @volklub @dakuwithchaku Look at the intelligent support provided by BSNL. If you contact their customer care, whether through social media or their helpline number, they simply say, 'Sir, please visit your nearest MTNL and BSNL office to get this information. 1 of 2 .....

As per the latest update received from the concerned MTNL team, all nearby 3G and 4G sites have been examined and are currently functioning satisfactorily. To further improve network coverage in the area, additional sites will be planned under the ongoing 4G expansion programme.     @BabbleBauble @yatinmota Many years ago I tried MTNL Dolphin mobile network (in Mumbai), immediately once the validity was over, I did not continue. If I’m correct, there were 7-8 operators at that time. Coming to MTNL landline now, I raised a complaint 5-6 years ago (or maybe longer) for disturbance in the connection. At that time Reliance Jio had just launched their free broadband and landline service. It was free for almost 2 years. Till date MTNL engineer has not visited. Eventually I stopped using that. Not sure if it was a coordinated fault in the telephone line.
