@MTNLMbiOfficial Till now mtnl is doing work on my complaint from 25 aug to 27 sep so like this service is going on and bill also sending without service not replying MTNL mumbai telling no staff as there in office my the office is open

@sejalshah472 Rs. 826/- Cheque No. 36203 dated 27/09/2022 is ready. The customer can collect the cheque from the cash section MTNL Vile Parle Telephone Exchange, Nanda Patkar Road, Vile Parle East within 7 days otherwise the cheque will be posted.

@DoT_India Thank you. I hope that it gets resolved soon. We are having to pay extra money for phone internet throughout monsoons because of this MTNL issue, especially since we work from home.

@AshwiniVaishnaw I am very sad about the pathetic working of MTNL Mumbai Sion Telephone Exchange my broadband service is not working from last 10 days even after repeated complaints and visits to Telephone exchange rude answers by staff Is this expected by citizens in 75th year ?
