@Drsunandambal @OmkarThatte @HathwayBrdband I habe tested both private and Govt service providers both in Pune and Mumbai. I am happy to say that none match to MTNL/BSNL. As such I am strong supporter of Govt Facilities.

The dept of telecommunications gave permission to mobile service operatrs Bharti Airtel,Reliance JioInfocomm, Vodafone Idea &MTNL &network providers such as state-run C-DOT, Sweden’s Ericsson, Finland’s Nokia & South Korea’s Samsung to conduct trials across d country for 6 mnths.
