@MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial My office landline had constant disturbance and line problem. Everytime i make a complain the same lineman comes and says that Mtnl provides lines with disturbance only and its a poor organisation. What should i do ?

Then we check calling from the number to our mobile and it was showing JB Nagar post office on True Caller This is the standard of MTNL , cannot spare more words for it Now have logged a complaint again

@DoT_India mtnl del 26646708 this no is dead last one year. if u check meter reading u can understood that. Given multiple complaints but no use. Paying bills also. Please find a solution

If only bsnl mtnl starts to operate on par with other mobile cos in terms of(marketing, customer responsiveness ,sim card at doorstep etc) it would be a more profitable enterprise and gov will not hv to bail in. It's so difficult to Find a bsnl gallery @BSNLCorporate

@MTNLMbiOfficial Is MTNL still existing ? My landline and broadband are dead for three months. They have done nothing to restore. The broadband service at office is also pathetic to say the least. How does MTNL justify its existence?

@MTNLMbiOfficial I had paid Landline bill on 29-9-21 from bill desk option & amount deducted from my bank but still MTNL site shows bill unpaid. Amount not reverse back in my bank account. My complaint reference number 226385. Please look into the matter at the earliest.
