    @DoT_India we are facing one of the most big problem our deptt.mtnl number 27611620 this is a dead before march29th march 2021but again to again complaint if not action & reaction please resolve our problem as soon as possible also our phone is safe custudy with application.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial @TRAI Please allow portability in landlines to get rid of pathetic service from MTNL Mumbai, phone is dead since one month & newly recruit lineman doesn't trace wiring coming to our office since last one week

    Why is our application for discontinuing MTNL not getting attention? They continue to send bills despite our submission of all necessary things along with application to disconnect.MTNL never acted on our dead phone complaint for this whole year.

    @rohn87 Matter has been taken up with MTNL Authority to resolve the issue at the earliest. Inconvenience caused is regretted.

    @MTNLOfficial @DoT_India Within 1 month again the same old story. We have registered complaint in month of July vide complaint no 8914, but no response from mtnl for resolving the same. Then too We are receiving bill every month and we are paying it off, fearing notice received by most of the mtnl cust.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial Team, MTNL services have been closed ( landline not working) owing to some major fault in the area since 2 months. Still getting the landline bill with some outstanding amount. Could you pls ensure that bills are adjusted as we are not using the service at all!

    @MTNLMbiOfficial Your staff at accounts are asking for payment once you make the payment then. our person will come and disconnect the line and take it... so funny.. nobody takes reposnsibilty of working and giving services. PWS ( Payment Without Service) instead of MTNL... now.
