@ApurvAgrahari @aaraynsh I always favoured the underdog and used Vi but their clueless and stupid marketing made me shift. MTNL on the other hand is something that doesn’t qualify as underdog and is dog at best - hate it.

Our MTNL lines have stopped working for the past 6 months. We asked them to cancel the connections, but they want us to clear the bills before doing so. They have threatened they will continue billing us for providing zero services ! @mtnl @MTNLOfficial

@dugalira MTNL avoids NCLT due to sovereign bond guarantees and government support. Government firms aren't bankruptcy remote but often get bailouts or restructuring, delaying insolvency.

@malpani Same pinch. I've a great VIP nbr & been using it 4 yrs. Now no 1 in my area uses MTNL.Recently a builder 2 kms away dug cables & lines hv been dead since then.Except mosquitos,dogs,no lights,no 1 in MTNL GMN office. Got permanent permanent waiver via central govt complaint portal
