@Drsunandambal @OmkarThatte @HathwayBrdband I habe tested both private and Govt service providers both in Pune and Mumbai. I am happy to say that none match to MTNL/BSNL. As such I am strong supporter of Govt Facilities.

@MTNLMbiOfficial Dear concern, It's more than 2 months till date no action has been taken by MTNL department with regards to my complaint of dead landline and broadband connection. Finally I have take wifi connection from other private supplier as it was hindering my children online study.

@MTNLMbiOfficial MTNL has the worst service ever people don't know what they are working for and on. I have sent them complaints so many times regarding network issues, as it keeps restarting the connection. Cannot even start the internet for 10 mins in the last 5-6 months.
