    @AshwiniVaishnaw @MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial Hon. Sir, MTNL is in a pathetic mess. Customer going to Versova Exchange Mumbai for bill payment is directed to Goregaon exchange. There he is sent back to Versova. Versova directs to Andheri West and they send to Vile Parle.1/2

    @c_aashish Not to be snarky but the minister would do well to visit Mumbai - MTNLs optic fibre service is broken - the beleaguered teams actually say please don't lodge a complaint as there are issues with servers at Prabhadevi. And mtnl's mobile service doesn't even know what 4G is.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial @AshwiniVaishnaw This is to highlight my disappointment and frustration on the MTNL for total disregard towards it's customer probably they define customer as " जो कष्ट से मरे "since five months despite various online complaints my landline is not serviceable

    @JioCare gave a complaint at 7.00 am morning as wifi not working, was informed that service engineer would attend between 3pm to 4 pm, now further delayed to 5.30 pm, so customer service takes nearly 10 hours! Lack of staff or too many complaints or going the MTNL way!
