@Airtel_Presence Pathetic useless @airtelindia. Their handle says Airtel “Cares” but do they ? They don’t. BSNL / MTNL provide better service than Bharti Mittal’s organisation.

@MTNLMbiOfficial I visited MTNL Service Center at Khar Exchange y'day for urgent work, but was told the computer was down. I was told to call 26496029 to find out if computer is working before going there, but today, nobody is picking phone! Is there any other number I can call?

@mahanagargas I am trying to pay online but it is not sending me the OTP. I am trying since afternoon. Can you please get rid of this OTP functionality and adopt something similar to what MTNL has. It more convenient and the customer can also verify the details before paying.

Union Bank of India, Vartak Nagar, Thane, Maharashtra branch, A Nationalised Bank completely shut down its operations due to MTNL's digging work... This reason is given since last 6 months.... Customers suffering badly.... Would the Bosses look into this situation ASAP???
