    @BSNLCorporate I ported from MTNL Mumbai to BSNL 4G on 6th April. It shows network signal but no VOLTE. Complained many times but not resolved. Internet and SMS sometimes works but no incoming and outgoing calls. Please resolve.

    @mungekar_PM Thanks for the location update! Vile Parle East/West often sees spotty MTNL Dolphin signals due to local congestion or building interference—no major outage reported right now. Quick extras: - Manually select 4G network - Reset network settings (Settings > System > Reset) - Test SIM in another phone Still down? Use MyMTNL app to report or call 1503 from alternate line.     @ShivsenaUBTComm @AGSawant Seniority promotion should never be there…. No matter which caste. The company will shut down sooner or later due to incapable people in decision making process as business and profitability will be impacted. Look at MTNL and many other companies. Stop interfering n politizing

    @ANI This is basically the norm in BSNL/ MTNL. Even when GM/ PGM visits officers were instructed to arrange snacks, water, taking them for lunch. And the Engineer who was supposed to manage the network is send to manage itinerary. After this fiasco all these instructions will be oral.

    @reliancejio worst network,goes of when you need it the most No explanation at all for zero service Monopoly l ike mtnl and service standards as compared to mtnl/bsnl

    These days, in the name of service, many companies have become completely careless. People buy products simply because they trust a reputed name like Godrej. However, by outsourcing service contracts to external agencies, these companies are damaging their own reputation. @GodrejAppliance, it’s time to fix this while you still can—otherwise it won’t take long to end up like MTNL or BSNL.

    @NJain_2021 The govt knows better than US. Never know they come out w a good profit later. Or they merge BSNL/MTNL which costs than a whole lot more. Never know what their thinking is…and some things are imp for national infra. So better to save than focus purely on interest… Eg: We should’ve saved reliance defence coz it slowed down a couple of our key navy acquisitions.
