You can visit the nearest MTNL office with a valid ID proof and UPC code (for porting) to get a new SIM or complete the port-in process.     @KalingaGajapati I mean company name. I too used to face the same problem with respect to internet when we were taking the service from MTNL, but after changing it to Jio fibre, the service is quite good.

    @JioCare #JioFibre Jio is the new MTNL of Mumbai. Same indifference to complaints of poor service. My service down for 3 days now and no light at end of tunnel. Our country is back to square one after all talk of telecom revolution. All monopolies end up behaving this way.

    @mtnl The mtnl service is poor . No connection from last 2 months No one is listing and saying no tender hence no service Is this the attitude of MTNL staff. We are paying monthly bill with no connection . No one in this area is listing. Kindly advice

    @DoT_India @MTNLOfficial Again New delhi Dwarka, Dolphin services are down. I can't receive OTP to pay my adv tax. @JM_Scindia plz help as mtnl off. has the same excuse, that they have no money for mobile tower maintenance.

    MTNL phone lines in our area (South Mumbai) have been down since April 1. Today is April 26th.
