@narendramodi @RahulGandhi Merger or No merger. Allow the BSNL to operate services in areas served by MTNL. Without the business in both New Delhi & Mumbai , BSNL certainly faces gross discrimination . Since October 2000 , BSNL is being barred from providing service there.

Dear Sir @MTNLOfficial @rsprasad sir...should a phone complaint be rectified in a month or two to three months? Rents are being charged on Dead phones. Last year our phone was rectified after six months. It functioned 10-15 days and again dead. Is anyone accountable for MTNL?

@pnbindia atleast improve your service quality at khar road, mtnl, mumbai pnb branch. They are keeping machine shutdown until any customer do query for it..3rd quality service..kamchor..Really ashamed as your customer u people r charging 118 rs. to take single page statement.
