    I need my internet to be fixed by the end of the day. Saturday and Sunday mtnl employees will be on holiday and I have to suffer without internet. Fix it asap

    @DoT_India Still no action taken! We are seriously fed-up of this letgo attitude of workers working in MTNL.. why are we paying? For dead telephone, no speed for internet? To hear arrogant operators? Pathetic service .

    @GeetaliTare @MTNLOfficial If you go to their office, they look at you like 'you are making me work, why you want MTNL?'. If it works then it works, but if there is issue then good help you. I think it's our mistake that we are still stuck with @MTNLOfficial. Their complaint handling is pathetic
