    @MTNLMbiOfficial My CA Nos is 2091934204. We are facing net issues since last 2 months ,no one os bothered ,even my out going calls Barred , MTNL wants timely money but service is zero ,highly Litharge so frustrated we are

    @MTNLMbiOfficial i have an MTNL landline Number is 022-24960395,022-24960396. Boths line not working from last 10 days.all dues are cleared. No service yet after regular complaints. Please look into it and restore my service soon.

    @deepuMadhavan MTNL never ask for the e-KYC on WhatsApp/SMS/Call etc.,MTNL Alert by sending messages to all GSM customers to avoid such type of EKYC messages as it may lead to some kind of fraud, hence you are requested to ignore such messages.

    @MTNLOfficial please advise what is the reason that the mtnl app complaint booking section is not working. Our landline is dead again as usual but cannot lodge the complaint.

    @SUnistu @DoT_India MTNL nearby sites in this locality are working satisfactorily. More sites in this area are needed to improve the indoor coverage at customer premises. In next phase of mobile expansion more sites shall be planned in this area.
