I have visited MTNL office Gandhinagar Powai Mumbai to get duplicate MTNL SIM. I have voter ID card as ID Proof and MTNL postpaid MTNL Bill as address Proof. However, staff of MTNL has deny to issue SIM without Aadhar Card. @MTNLMbiOfficial

@Gaurang40995388 @DoT_India MTNL never ask for the e-KYC on WhatsApp/SMS/Call etc.,MTNL Alert by sending messages to all GSM customers to avoid such type of EKYC messages as it may lead to some kind of fraud, hence you are requested to ignore such messages.

@airtelindia 15 years old loyal customer of Airtel -all are mobile connections & broadband are from Airtel. It painful to see the quality of broadband connection. It’s like MTNL, where we call line man once a week. Either change line or start fibre at Bengali Market Delhi

@ranaonline Well if mtnl can’t fix a landline, customers will leave, most don’t like to be having to pay chai pani to get your line fixed, don’t know about there mobile services

MTNL Prepaid Mo customer, charged main a/c with Rs 50 & also subscribed STV52. Suddenly find that money being deducted from main balance too. Email, Phone not being attended. @Ministertelecom kindly look into my complaint and arrange Refund.
