Yr helpline asked me to go to BSNL office, Accounts officer who raised the bill mentioned mobile number not working. Other E mails sent are returned undelivered. MTNL was better in customer service and no option than opt out.

Indian IT now faces its own disruption — AI is replacing billable hours with outcome-based delivery, reducing the need for large headcounts. They may adapt. But timelines are unclear, winners are unknown, and valuations are still not cheap. In disruption phases, hope is not a strategy. Only deep margin of safety (very low valuations) protects capital. Not every “cheap” stock is value — many are value traps in disguise.

There is no network of MTNL in our area since 2 yrs.Employees in MTNL knows about it but they are not interested. Since thee is no network e can't port our no to other service provider. Pls look into it

Nilesh Bhatia (@nileshkbhatia) reported@jiocare WORST SERVICE for Jio, I have requested to relocate my Jio Fiber on 29th Mar till date it has not happened. Customer care giving different reasons. The most irrelevant and unacceptable msg ‘engineer didn’t get access to my location’ I feel attest MTNL lineman were good.

Amm (@ammdispose) reported@bsnl_care Is MTNL 4G available in Mumbai? I used to get signal earlier and then no signal from past 6 months. I was told that it is due to tower upgradation to 4G. Six months passed still no signal!

Sandeep Parkhi (@sparkhi) reported@m_a_gossip_gal @rushikesh_agre_ Thane is a part of MMR and practically Mumbai. Most of the websites show Thane in Mumbai only. STD code of Thane is also 022. Thane never had BSNL phones but it was always under MTNL.

Umesh Human (@UmeshHuman) reported@Mahaveer_VJ Today we have jIO and only jIO that gives you the network …. Strategical inclusion and placement in the market and we never understood it … We have MTNL /BSNL wirh zero mobile connections clients but they exist. Marketing strategy !!!!!

MTNL and BSNL had a head start of decades, infrastructure across the entire country, and zero debt initially. Jio launched in 2016. BSNL was already struggling long before that. The real killers were delayed decisions (4G came years late), bureaucratic deadweight, and a workforce that grew without accountability.
