  I had bought a MTNL sim few years back thinking it was quite cheap. Zero network in proper delhi, no outgoing, incoming, internet working. I hadn't portednot so saved myself. These govt psu r tax eaters. Zero service but crores spent on salary. @MTNLOfficial u have above office

  @reliancejio Jio connection air Fiber and Internet in Ghatkopar is worst then MTNL Hopeless staff , no communication, Advance payment made but no connection on promise time and no service , no call back. No one should take new connection in such pathetic service by local team.

  @miprathu Dear Customer, BSNL SIM cards and porting services are available at MTNL offices and authorized retail outlets in Mumbai and Thane. You can visit the nearest MTNL office with a valid ID proof and UPC code (for porting) to get a new SIM or complete the port-in process.   @MTNLOfficial @mtnl Netwotk is not available in Noida. I was having urgent work but due to network issue, failed to complete the task as OTP was to be received on MTNL number. Please do something to correct network issue in Noida..
