@valhalla4119 @Airtel_Presence I have the home WiFi network as they aren’t giving broadband in my area. Getting mtnl was a pain so I opted for their plan; guess I’ll have to reload - Jio fibre or mtnl. I’m sick of buffering videos and dropping calls.

@rsprasad sir mtnl mumbai no internet since yesterday evening on my contact 25633027 no call centre support after 6.30 pm today support team said server down cannot book even a compliant? so pathetic service. we r left to the mercy of private service providers? should we go?

@gmsouthmtnlmum @DoT_India my telephone is dead of Mtnl mumbai 28881094 & docket number is 447 & 425 this phone line is not working from 20 days no one from Mtnl is taking initiative to solve the issue

@SachinDPatange @w_karve Waited for more than 5 Y to get a fixed line telephone when there was state monopoly. Customer services were poor. Had to bribe to fix the connection. Services were costly. Monopoly public or private is not good. MTNL / BSNL are continuously draining out tax payers money.

@MTNLMbiOfficial Since yesterday I have been trying to get in touch with MTNL for frequent broadband disconnection . Have lodged an online complaint today for my no 25474368/ Docket no 988 . Will MTNL respond. Tried no 1504 for no of times . But of no use.
