    @DoT_India At present the MTNL, Mumbai neither repair, replace faulty telephone instument nor provide new unit and advise to purchase from open market. Is it the beginning of winding PSU? Merge BSNL and MTNL, improve infrastructures and services for existence. @pib_comm The only solution.

    I have been trying very hard to surrender my MTNL account for which I am being billed very heavily. Have visited MTNL Goregaon, submitted the document, but there was no action taken. I have just been paying bills for no reason. Kindly help. @mybmc @MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial

    @excitel_rocks 6076878 is the ticket number. You may fetch other details from this. And i truly believe that MTNL's customer service is much better than yours. They atleast answer the calls.

    My MTNL Landline no. 011 25373841 is dead for 20 days and after lodging a lot of complaint no action has been taken in order to resolve it ... please look into this matter. At least show some sincerity to customer service. @DoT_India @MTNLOfficial

    @MTNLMbiOfficial Are there any working customer service call center numbers of mtnl As All numbers are closed down. Is mtnl mumbai closing down. As my Broadband doesn't work. I am fed-up raising complaints because the same is closed without attending.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial @DoT_India @TRAI Since 2 months, MTNL landline has been dead. Got docket number 6199 on 20th April. Yday evening, received automated call 2 pay bills (4 no service!) but after dat phone dead. 2day received a call but nothing heard. Again dead! Nice way to fool us

    @alok_19 @bithika11 @saket71 As late as 2002, just after I got married, I called the local MTNL office for a landline. When they told me to come to the office, stand in line, fill up two forms, submit two address proofs, etc, I just put the phone down. Called Airtel, and a phone was installed in 1 week.
