    @joyshankargupta Or you can follow the simple steps on IVR to reset your PIN. Just call our Helpline @ 1860 180 1290 from BSNL/MTNL land lines or dial 39 02 02 02 (prefix STD CODE of your city) from other phone connections / mobile network operators.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir, I am using MTNL optical fiber last 5 years, residing in Pragati Vihar, Lodhi Road, for last few days there is no wifi, SDO, Shri Santosh is not picking up phone, no one to resolve issue, now, last option i.e. disconnect. Kindly do if you can do something MTNL My No.21420653

    @MTNLOfficial My broadband facilities for MTNL number (022 - 28227524) have been disrupted since 3 days.We have already paid the dues .Kindly resolve our internet issues as soon as possible . Thank You

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir, I am using MTNL for 5 years any how, but now situation is that there is no wifi net for few days, SDO, Shri Santosh is not picking phone, no one to contact for resolving issue. Sad situation, MTNL now diserve wind up, I have no option, other than diconection
