@MTNLOfficial have reached MTNL office in Sion at 10:45. It’s 11:15 am still not a single employee has come. Queue of many people with grievances. Extremely poor service. Reckless and careless. @MTNLMbiOfficial

Simply shocking service from @MTNLOfficial we have been trying for months to cancel our broadband service since it doesn’t work. 1501 won’t help, the #MTNL website doesn’t send OTP to login & Uran office has no personnel. Yet bills come on time with penalties for late payment 😡

@CMD_MTNL @MTNLMbiOfficial I am receiving inflated ftth bill. In each billing cycle the opening meter reading is same.The closing meter reading is changing. causing inflated bill. No customer care responding. Tried nearest mtnl office. All are closed.

@GoI_MeitY The MTNL Staff at Mukherjee Nagar, Delhi has become Representation of Sheer Incompetence. Despite lodging complaint after complaint & writing to superior officers, absolutely none reverts back. This is not how #MTNL should be allowed to waste taxpayer's money.
