    this nursing Home and it needs to be fixed as soon as possible. this is coin operated MTNL pay phone for our patients & they don't have any phone right now. any problem with patient MTNl is responsible now. disgusting apathy & lack of response

    @reliancejio how many days u take to rectify a complaint unresolved even after 19days. Worst service experience MTNL was better. FRIENDS NEVER GET CHEATED WITH JIO FIBER NO SUPPORT AVAILABLE HERE.

    WhatsApp down hone pe itna bawal karne walon. Hamare time pe MTNL broadband har 2 minute mein disconnect hota tha. Aise constraints ke saath bandi se baat karte the dil ki.

    @DoT_India My landline phone is not working since last week. Complaint already has been done but no restoration is made yet now. Landline no is 01127811999. Of mtnl Delhi .

    @rud_ras And this is exactly why we need privatisation- cut throat competition. Pre 2010 you had only one option: BSNL/MTNL (horrendous speeds, trash service). Then came along Airtel. Decent service but overpriced. And now we have hundreds of ISPs offering excellent services for so less₹
