    @prabhjotkvarma1 @richapintoi It is a violation of BMC Act, Environment Protection Act. Simply lodge complaint on Ph.1916 using any MTNL phone. Or on 022-22718633 using any phone. Or by Whatsapp on 9920760525. Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016 Air prevention & control of pollution act of India, 1981

    @DoT_India @MTNLOfficial Thane broadband line dead since Sunday morning lodged complaint same day then DM number and complaint to MTNL twitter on Monday following everyday but no resolution line dead for 4 days. 6 months back it was dead for 6days. Take action immediately.

    @airindiain Your customer care number is a land line number that works from BSNL/MTNL landlines ? Seriously ? In this age and time ?? Why there is no mobile number that customers can use with in india ?? It is nothing but a nightmare to reach your customer care number

    @MTNLOfficial @DoT_India Respected MTNL The tele-verification of my GSM DOLPHIN SIM CARD 9868047872 is completed on 14th Feb 2023 but the sim is not activated for outgoing and incoming calls and data surfing. I request you to please look into the matter and help me. Rgds. Mayank
