    I’ve completely given up hope of ever getting my refund from MTNL. Two years have passed, and despite filing a complaint with DOT — who called four months ago and said the refund was “in process” — there’s been no movement.

    _ @JM_Scindia Poor services by MTNL Delhi. No facility for online bill payment since last 20 days and MTNL terminates its services without any help to the customer. Is this how we will achieve Digital India where customer needs to travel 20 km to pay their bill? #worst

    Our #MTNL landline numbers for our clinic have stopped working for the past 3 months ,and MTNL has failed to fix the issues inspite of multiple complaints . And they continue billing us ! How do I shut them down ? And get my deposit back ? Please help !

    @MTNLOfficial after migrating to optic fibre for landline number 022 27898784, incoming calls cut off on their own after half a ring. please send linesman Chandrakesh Chaudhry from Vashi MTNL to attend my complaint.
