@MTNLOfficial @DoT_India Sir, As stated earlier, I am 84years old customer of MTNL Dolphin Service Number - 9968297297 for the last 10 years. I have taken Jeevan Saathi Plan(₹100 per 6 months minimum charge) from the initial stage and not taken any premium service till date.

India's first 3G provider was govt. owned MTNL(2008) India's only network which hasn't launched 4G is government owned BSNL.(till jan 2023)
