Within 24hrs my phone was working and MTNL zonal manager called to inquire if phone was working fine.

Indian IT now faces its own disruption — AI is replacing billable hours with outcome-based delivery, reducing the need for large headcounts. They may adapt. But timelines are unclear, winners are unknown, and valuations are still not cheap. In disruption phases, hope is not a strategy. Only deep margin of safety (very low valuations) protects capital. Not every “cheap” stock is value — many are value traps in disguise.

Himanshu (@CalvinMax180237) reported@bsnl_care I talked with the staff at mtnl exchange from where the bsnl sims are being provided and they said they don't know anything about this offer. Then i called your toll free customer care number, and they confirmed that this plan is not available in delhi and Mumbai.

Rajat (@rajatrajat2403) reported@bsnl_care So, aren't you aware the link provided is not having any option to apply for BSNL mobile connection. Provide me a location in Powai, Mumbai from where I can buy the SIM. And plz don't tell goto to MTNL exchange as there is no service provider there.

Robin Rohit (@AaltooJalaltoo) reportedLoved my MTNL sim, but post Covid they have practically given Jio and Airtel a clear monopoly. No towers, no signal. I have to go to the Ghatkopar MTNL office just to get an otp. Had to switch to Jio unfortunately. And have an SIP of 350-500 every month now in Jio.

MTNL and BSNL had a head start of decades, infrastructure across the entire country, and zero debt initially. Jio launched in 2016. BSNL was already struggling long before that. The real killers were delayed decisions (4G came years late), bureaucratic deadweight, and a workforce that grew without accountability.
