    @sandeep_PT Dunno about BSNL but can recall an incident related to MTNL .Took us 6 months and 700( "abhi dekhte hai ,Pata karte hai ki Kitna time lagega tranafer mein ") in bribe in 97 To get our telephone line transferred. We jumped at the opportunity when Tatas launched their service .

    @MTNLOfficial been 9 months since our telephone line has been down. Have been paying my bill every single month irrespective of the line not working. Can someone in MTNL sort this out ?

    @shadez I still remember a story of someone I know calling MTNL to complain about some network issue on their Dolphin SIM, asking when it will be fixed. The aunty at the call centre said 'Arre humko kya malum??' and hung up.
