    @MTNLOfficial Can anyone respond to my complaint? My Land Line connection has been dead since November 2020. I have registered numerous complaints on the 198 helpline. I have even visited the MTNL personally to complain about this but there has been no resolution to the problem.

    @pravin_punj Sir, require your intervention with mtnl mumbai south, its been 15 months since our mtnl landline is not working, am complaining regularly every month and the bills keep coming, my mother who is a super senior citizen is being greatly inconvenienced.

    sir my mobile no is 9868024454 mtnl dolphin its 22 year old no but many year not work in my area moti nagar new delhi menakshi lekhi mp area due to network ..no signal no mobile tower in my area many complant to mtnl also mail to your office and tweet but no action my age 67

    Our MTNL, Delhi phone no. 011-26104890 is not working from the past 6 months. We were informed that the cable was stolen and cable will be replaced and bills will be waived off for the period tcable is restored. @DoT_India

    Post Office Server down from last 4 days (Delhi - Pitampura- RP Market, & other post offices in other location) due to MTNL Internet (that does not work as we all know ) why do not update to private player (things are not centralised till now) @aajtak @nsitharaman @airtelindia

    @BSNLCorporate MTNL , maharashtra Area pin code- 425103 , Varad bk. Thsl- dharangao ,dist.- jalgaon . maharashtr. Problem - from last 8 days the bsnl sim says emgncy calls only we paid for our full plan and facing this type of problem . Student also facing problem in online examination ...

    @MTNLOfficial Hi MTNL, I have no network at my place (Thane East) from last 3-4 days Network runs in 2g, when I'm subscribed to 3g packs. Also I'm unable to connect calls. Please look into this & kindly improve the network. Thanks & Regards
