@raghurajs_hegde @AJayAWhy This is a never ending debate. I do think though that our policy makers have deliberately run down public services (MTNL comes to mind) to benefit pvt providers (hand in glove). That's not a level playing field. Now we have pvt monopoly which is as bad as far as call quality goes

@MTNLOfficial @DoT_India @rsprasad My landline no. 011-24641080 (Address: N-25, South Ex-1, New Delhi-110049) has been dead for more than 3 months despite of paying bills on time. I have been submitting online complaint on MTNL website regulary, visited both Jor Bagh.. (1/2)

@DoT_India No response from MTNL MUMBAI... They are just not bothered to reply or close complaint. I have a landline which is not working due to fiber problem and it's been 2 months! Issue is pending with MTNL to resolve this!

In this Lock Down situation where the Restaurant's are totally dependent on Home Deliveries, we are losing all our r business due to all our MTNL numbers not working. Even in such tough times, MTNL officers want people to come to their Darbar with requests. God Save us from MTNL

@MTNLOfficial Nobody available in gurgaon mtnl office for my number portability in mtnl ,what a poor service , if nobody in office how customers will come in mtnl. Mtnl person not come from last 7 days mr Parvez yadav not picking phone also.
