It's surprising that even after we are top notch in communication yet our own govt BSNL&MTNL are poor performoracing debt ridden companies. Can't the concerned minister spare some time for these. Shame.

@MTNLOfficial Really Shameless officers are in #MTNLDelhi who even after seeing the complaint does not respond. Your Days are Numbered like when MTNL will be privatised then you will know what are customer concerns and respond promptly
