    A friend sent me a gift and gave my MTNL number, which doesn’t get network in my apartment. The delivery guy needed an OTP to hand it over, so I went with him on his bike while he completed another delivery, and I finally got network there and received the OTP lol.

    @BSNL_MH Ported from MTNL Mumbai to BSNL 4G on 6th April. From yesterday, network connects to Vi 4G OR Dishnet 4G but not showing VOLTE symbol. No calls, no SMS. How to resolve?

    How ? How you will keep BSNL Running, I have a BSNL Card and no network is available because somehow MTNL is on way to closure of business. And chances are BSNL will follow the suit despite assurances from government. This companies are deliberately side-lined, kept them behind to benefit private companies like Jio, VI, Airtel. And it's not a secret, when BSNL still do not have 5G network.

    @mungekar_PM Thanks for the location update! Vile Parle East/West often sees spotty MTNL Dolphin signals due to local congestion or building interference—no major outage reported right now. Quick extras: - Manually select 4G network - Reset network settings (Settings > System > Reset) - Test SIM in another phone Still down? Use MyMTNL app to report or call 1503 from alternate line.     @BSNLCorporate @JM_Scindia Sir, please direct BSNL board to review the signal issue in Mumbai. I have to visit MTNL office to get the connectivity but it fails there also.

    @ANI This is basically the norm in BSNL/ MTNL. Even when GM/ PGM visits officers were instructed to arrange snacks, water, taking them for lunch. And the Engineer who was supposed to manage the network is send to manage itinerary. After this fiasco all these instructions will be oral.

    I want to publicly raise an issue regarding MTNL I have a MTNL tower installed on my terrace, but they have been continuously delaying rent payments for years. Currently, around 4–5 months of rent is still pending, and despite multiple complaints, there has been no resolution. Every time I follow up, I am given verbal assurances like “payment will be done this month or next month,” but nothing actually happens. This kind of negligence is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I request the concerned authorities to take this matter seriously and clear all pending dues immediately.@MTNLOfficial @MTNL @narendramodi

    @rishav_sharma1 @Broufus True story I was 15, my home landline was down for almost a month, after getting fed-up with MTNL, I called Information & Broadcasting ministry to demand the phone be repaired. Within 24hrs my phone was working and MTNL zonal manager called to inquire if phone was working fine.
