    @MTNLOfficial @DoT_India - Mumbai MTNL Number 2513****4 has been dead for 1 year. A complaint was raised in 2020 but that has been closed without being attended. A new complaint has been put - docket numbe 7217. Please look in to it with urgent effect.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial is it necessary to take the modem to mtnl office for configuring the device. Have registered a complaint but the personnel is calling out everytime coz previously the technician used to come home and do it . I need to configure the new modem.
