    Minister of State -Communications Pemasanni , a liar cracked the most evil joke. He said BSNL service quality of 4G will drive growth! Does he equate "service"with selling MTNL DELHI CUSTOMERS TO COMPETITION? Last month they sold 9Lakhs subscribers who switched to competition.

    _ @JM_Scindia Poor services by MTNL Delhi. No facility for online bill payment since last 20 days and MTNL terminates its services without any help to the customer. Is this how we will achieve Digital India where customer needs to travel 20 km to pay their bill? #worst

    @MTNLOfficial after migrating to optic fibre for landline number 022 27898784, incoming calls cut off on their own after half a ring. please send linesman Chandrakesh Chaudhry from Vashi MTNL to attend my complaint.

    MTNL, BSNL state owned telecom service providers have monopoly to provide telecom connectivity at central govt offices/entities. Now BSNL has asked for a directive to ensure monopoly at state government offices/state entities. This is poor governance. As it is service is horrible

    @MTNLOfficial sitting in a posh South Delhi area, No MTNL signal, leave aside the internet.pathetic service. Need to overhaul the system completely.

    @drmmumbaicr We acknowledge your concern and appreciate you contacting us. There was a problem at the PRS counters due to connectivity issues. We have escalated the matter to MTNL, and steps are being taken to resolve it as quickly as possible.

    @JM_Scindia I am holding 2 MTNL Mumbai Cell nos. Paid 1 year full payment. Though MTNL & BSNL are under central government, not getting network from BSNL in rest of Maharashtra including Thane District. Please help to resolve the issue or revert payment made by us.
