    @MTNLOfficial my landline no. 28792145 is dead sine a month, I have visited Goregaon MTNL office several times and always got assurance that someone is visiting today but that never happened. Registered complaint online docker no. Is 5452. Please look at this at earliest.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial In the current scenario when majority of the people are working from home it is vital that network services provided by Mtnl works efficiently. My complaint number is 9137 and CTC is 9892113391. Hv spoken to line technicians, supervisors and manager but no action

    @manojsinha_ MTNL Delhi Phone number 26168381 internet not working for last three days! Will the Minister look into it? How would people work without internet, particularly in this period of Corona, Mr. Minister? Basic telephony is suffering... Either sell MTNL, or improve it!

    @DoT_India Dear Sir, I had an MTNL telephone 25840037 ( Thane, Mumbai), which I surrendered on 4th June 2020 due to very poor service. I returned equipment and did all formalities. But even after passing 14 Months, I have not been refunded my deposits. Ref. memo 9910355917

    @CMD_MTNL Withdraw the App My MTNL if it can't be managed. From 6 months it is showing complaint already exists, when I want to lodge the complaint. Do something or shut down MTNL so we move to others

    @DoT_India @MTNLOfficial Despite repeated complaints MTNL delhi specially west delhi unable to resolve complaint. Frequent disruption of internet. Lodged complaint 7 days back. 01128013376. Fix temporarily sometimes. Online classes badly suffered. Why govt is bearing this.

    @IndiaPostOffice Thanks for the prompt action and response. The staff at Post Office often complains about such regular failures. Kindly ensure that network is provided from reputed companies offering good services. MTNL broadband is highly unreliable over the last 2 years.
