  @Vidyut Affordable - yes, service reliability (at least for BSNL, never experienced MTNL) was not so reliable. If one faced issues, they were at the mercy of babus.

  I want to publicly raise an issue regarding MTNL I have a MTNL tower installed on my terrace, but they have been continuously delaying rent payments for years. Currently, around 4–5 months of rent is still pending, and despite multiple complaints, there has been no resolution. Every time I follow up, I am given verbal assurances like “payment will be done this month or next month,” but nothing actually happens. This kind of negligence is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I request the concerned authorities to take this matter seriously and clear all pending dues immediately.@MTNLOfficial @MTNL @narendramodi

The company will shut down sooner or later due to incapable people in decision making process as business and profitability will be impacted. Look at MTNL and many other companies.   @rinkuruna In Mayur Vihar Ph. 3 Post office, network problems have been sorted out by the MTNL and now the network is working fine.

  In the era of 5G, @BSNLCorporate can't even Deliver normal 4G speed. @MTNLOfficial denies any possibility and network connectivity. Loses signal out of the blue, and you are in no man's land. What a pathetic show of work by BSNL and MTNL.
