    True. So True. I remember when my father died in 88, I was barely a teen. We had two LAN lines. I was trying to get one transferred from Delhi home. I was young and naive. MTNL guy was corrupted and I had no help from family. He took our one line to transfer the other one. India has come a long way looking at those days.

    @talk2anuradha Resonate your feelings @Airtel_Presence is pathetic so is @JioCare. Network issues, expensive plans. It's a task to go thru IVR to reach real Human being in Customer Care just to find untrained staff. It's duopoly as voda is non existent and MTNL and Bsnl have been sacrificed.

    @JM_Scindia @CMDBSNL From this last week No 4G network, No Volte and No 4G data on any MTNL tower at Avantika Extn.sector-2 also in Delhi-NCR. 4G network is totally failed on Android 16 devices. It's so sad to us.Bsnl/MTNL totally failed to resolve this issue from a week. Who's responsible for it's?

    @MowdiiSatwa @broadlineads @_KajalKushwaha Internet DTH etc were very popular and common and cheaper in 2009-2014. MTNL was very poor service but I used Den Cable service with wifi+Cable channels for just Rs 500 pm

    @Aryan_warlord Explain me- Before 2013 - oil was 110$ per barrel , still petrol sold at 60-70 rs litre and today …. Modi killed BSNL ,MTNL,Airindia, Airports ,seaports just to support his billionaire friends

    @TheSincereDude It’s not only scam but a private cartel jio/ airtel and to some extent Vodafone’s fleecing the subscribers helped ruling government in power presiding over the choking of BSNL and MTNL to help the private telecom monopoly to exploit the hapless citizens.

    I was looking at the active Telecom Companies in India today. Honestly, it is surprising to see the list now compared to a decade ago. 🤯 Here are the ones left standing: 1. Reliance Jio 2. Bharti Airtel 3. Vodafone Idea (Vi) 4. BSNL / MTNL ...And that is literally it for major commercial mobile operators. Remember 10 years ago when we used to have all of these? 💀 Tata Docomo 💀 Aircel 💀 Reliance Communications (RCom) 💀 Telenor / Uninor 💀 Virgin Mobile 💀 MTS 💀 Videocon We went from 10+ operators fiercely competing over our ₹10 and ₹20 recharges to a near Duopoly. The Indian telecom sector went from a heavily crowded market to a high-stakes survival game in just one decade. The cost of data went down, but the cost of survival went through the roof. 📉
