    @MTNLMbiOfficial @TRAI @DoT_India my phone # 28481399. I complaint regarding my broadband frequent disconnection & disturbance in line 3 times but everytime the docket was resolved w/o even informing this is very bad & show how negligent mtnl is pls help in getting this resolved.

    @DoT_India Thanks for response.GOI holds 56 % in MTNL &even the ADRSs listed in NYSE.What accountability does an entity like MTNL have.Y cant white collared higher ups in Bhikaji Cama exchange,responsible for more than 1 week outage in East Block be hauled up. No response from @MTNLOfficial

    @MumbaiMTNL My Mtnl landline has not been working for the last 4 months. Have made several complaints but no one attends. However bills are sent regularly! Pathetic service, no wonder mtnl is losing out to private cos. @rsprasad @timesofindia

    I remember how a ‘prāchīn shivalaya’ came up around a peepul tree next to MTNL exchange, in c. 1990 AD. A 3-story bare bones structure emerged quickly, on land that clearly did not belong to the ‘ancient’ temple. The structure was broken down by the MCD, much to people’s horror.
