Till date no service due to no access near sea lord hotel junction box to MTNL technician for non payment of rent. Talk with MTNL ED office mail to ED now almost two month for no service. @DoT_India @AshwiniVaishnaw sir Pl look what type of service?

@AshwiniVaishnaw @MTNLOfficial Inspite of multiple bailout packages, the service quality of telcos like MTNL remains bad. MTNL has stopped servicing complaints for even their premium broadband customers who have been loyal for many years.

I recently went to MTNL to surrender my phone line and wifi which was the best in service at one point of time but from last few years the service has dwindled and they don't have staff to serve their customers.

@MTNLMbiOfficial @MTNLOfficial its been more than 3 months we are tired of chasing the MtNL departmnt to get our phone line started. First it was the metro works then line issue than disturbance. We have not been able to use the phone to make any phone calls in past 3 months(1/8)

@AshwiniVaishnaw worst people in MTNL mumbai. They are barring our phones just for 1 month bill payment. Bills are not coming on time. The worst part there is lots of disturbance in phone that is not solved
