    @Brezzy_Drive @HT_Mumbai Its because there is no enough staff to monitor and inspect.... Back in 90s or early 2000 there used to be heavy petroling by MTNL throughout Mumbai,,,, forget about theft, even person couldn't even start excavation without permission of MTNL along with BMC.... what a poor state..

    @Ajaykumaarji @bsnl_care Tried myself sometimes back was getting cellone and mtnl signal for calling at random times, no internet. This situation is in Tikri, Gurgaon. Thankfully the test paid off as I didn't want to take chances on my main number with porting.

    @diveshkumar786 1) BSNL sim should be 5G Ready as tower conversion to 4G is ongoing 2) You will still receive MTNL signal as In-Dolphin (3G) or 40439 (4G) 3) Signals will show as Roaming 4) Reception varies at large depending upon the area, location (indoor/outdoor)
