@MTNLMbiOfficial I m facing dead landline problem in jogeshwari east .done online compliant many times still issue not solved .& mtnl issueing bill from last 3month. week before I call the mtnl person he said he slove this issue on monday .now I raise another complaint no 7970

@MTNLOfficial @mtnl_delhi harassment last 6mnth MTNL LL not wrkng but every mnth we are paying bill ₹360 & we hv reciept We want to discontinue the svcs. but off. staff is harassing us saying our bill nt paid from Tughl'bad to sarita vihar we are just moving one dept. 2 another

@MTNLOfficial @DoT_India @rsprasad My landline no. 011-24641080 (Address: N-25, South Ex-1, New Delhi-110049) has been dead for more than 3 months despite of paying bills on time. I have been submitting online complaint on MTNL website regulary, visited both Jor Bagh.. (1/2)

@raghurajs_hegde @AJayAWhy This is a never ending debate. I do think though that our policy makers have deliberately run down public services (MTNL comes to mind) to benefit pvt providers (hand in glove). That's not a level playing field. Now we have pvt monopoly which is as bad as far as call quality goes
