    @imShriniwas @rsprasad @MTNLOfficial Today I got an automated call stating, "Your complaint is resolved, if not please complaint again" really ? On ground there are no line men to repair, no SPOC to contact... There were days when MTNL personnel's availability and execution had no comparison and today it's sad

    @rsprasad we never shy away from paying bills even when the phones are out of order for 2 months, we have never skipped payments but why this kind of service ? Is MTNL supposed to shut down ? Then pls do or pls take some action, coz it's performance is deteriorating day by day

    @rsprasad I have requested to discontinue my landline no three times in last 8 months......phone is not working for last 15 months...I don’t want to continue sir...still they are sending the bills. MTNL Mumbai offices at Goregaon is closed. No one replies. Where to go ????

    As might warn SBI nt to make NPAs as its also shown d RBI Gov Quality or it b imposed on Other RBI Officials due to some online services running on Millitery Tele communications as Universities or Institutions never permit to use of MTNL/BSNL or Commercial Telelinks/Lines... @RBI
