@Swamy39 Sir the article purely backs capitalism. It propose merger of BSNL MTNL that's the only positive I see for revival of govt run Co. We have forced Entire customer base to switch loyalty from BSNL which is still struggling launch of 4G. Sadly it is heading the airindia way

@drkamalgarg1064 @AskAnshul Sir, Jet Airways is a private firm. The reason Jet is going through the phase of bankruptcy is because of poor decisions by the chairman. BSNL and MTNL are working fine. At least check the tweet of BSNL CEO for your satisfaction.

As soon i reached to MAROL CUSTOMER CARE OF MTNL, these two gentaman was so quick to respond that I have no word to say, whin minute they done all the formalities and handed over duplicate sim which is activated within half an hour, we can say that MTNL is better then private

I once had 7 diff lines of @mtnl running in my office and home. One by one I got rid of them, finally hung on to one at home bcos of my mother. This number seldom works, the complaint does not go thru, if it works, the quality sucks. #mtnl why do u frustrate us so much?
