@Swamy39 Sir the article purely backs capitalism. It propose merger of BSNL MTNL that's the only positive I see for revival of govt run Co. We have forced Entire customer base to switch loyalty from BSNL which is still struggling launch of 4G. Sadly it is heading the airindia way

@drkamalgarg1064 @AskAnshul Sir, Jet Airways is a private firm. The reason Jet is going through the phase of bankruptcy is because of poor decisions by the chairman. BSNL and MTNL are working fine. At least check the tweet of BSNL CEO for your satisfaction.

@rsprasad we never shy away from paying bills even when the phones are out of order for 2 months, we have never skipped payments but why this kind of service ? Is MTNL supposed to shut down ? Then pls do or pls take some action, coz it's performance is deteriorating day by day

@MTNLMbiOfficial Team, We are facing non operational Telephone line 3rd time in this year. Everytime it's taking more than a month to sort. We get Payment reminders and Invoices on time. Please don't charge us for non operational service. Pathetic service from MTNL

@MTNLOfficial Every month I cannot make any calls. However MTNL takes the full service fees every month. This is unbelievable.

On ground there are no line men to repair, no SPOC to contact... There were days when MTNL personnel's availability and execution had no comparison and today it's sad

@MumbaiMTNL My MTNL complaint docket num is 220477. My phone has not been working for many months now. I have made numerous online & in person complaints. But I get the worst service from MTNL.
