  @drkamalgarg1064 @AskAnshul Sir, Jet Airways is a private firm. The reason Jet is going through the phase of bankruptcy is because of poor decisions by the chairman. BSNL and MTNL are working fine. At least check the tweet of BSNL CEO for your satisfaction.

  @Swamy39 Sir the article purely backs capitalism. It propose merger of BSNL MTNL that's the only positive I see for revival of govt run Co. We have forced Entire customer base to switch loyalty from BSNL which is still struggling launch of 4G. Sadly it is heading the airindia way

  @miprathu Dear Customer, BSNL SIM cards and porting services are available at MTNL offices and authorized retail outlets in Mumbai and Thane. You can visit the nearest MTNL office with a valid ID proof and UPC code (for porting) to get a new SIM or complete the port-in process.   @credofly Well, I beg to disagree. ICICI Bank and Credit Cards are good starting point but as a bank the strategy is very apparent that they want to go the volume route than value. They would offer Sapphiro branded as premium as LTF to everyone but there isn’t anything premium there. EPM which is premium is frequently facing operation issues with vouchers taking as long as 48 hours at times. Not that there is anything wrong with it but in my mind they are getting closer to being a MTNL to BSNL (BSNL here being SBI and the reference because MTNL used to be a lesser evil of the two when compared to BSNL)!

  @MTNLOfficial Hello team what is the point of issing sim if company is just not able to provide network coverage like always from previous many days couldn't understand what happens with mtnl always especially in delhi very sad to see customer just have to complain again and again and nothing

  @airtelindia My complaint number is 11032318198. No action since morning. When i contacted Khanpur, Delhi Airtel service store, they said our line man will come tomorrow. Such poor service. Kindly help. Even Mtnl's service was better than this.

  @CycleIndia_ As per response received from concerned po it is submitted that on date mentioned, there was a technical issue due to server down at Delhi circle level. The issue was affecting all post offices under the circle. A ticket was immediately raised with DC mumbai MTNL Vide Ticket No-TIC5847550 and the matter was escalated to higher authorities. The server issue has now been resolved and all counters at Vikaspuri Sub Post Office are functioning normally w.e.f All public transaction including POSB, PLI , Speed Post etc are being attended to. The inconvenience caused to the public due to this technical glitch is regretted Normal services have been restored.
