    @Swamy39 Sir the article purely backs capitalism. It propose merger of BSNL MTNL that's the only positive I see for revival of govt run Co. We have forced Entire customer base to switch loyalty from BSNL which is still struggling launch of 4G. Sadly it is heading the airindia way

    @drkamalgarg1064 @AskAnshul Sir, Jet Airways is a private firm. The reason Jet is going through the phase of bankruptcy is because of poor decisions by the chairman. BSNL and MTNL are working fine. At least check the tweet of BSNL CEO for your satisfaction.

    @deespeak @MTNLOfficial @MumbaiPolice You don’t tag Mumbai police in such petty issues. You may switch to some other service provider, it’s damn easy. MTNL is the worst when it comes to telecom. You may switch to Tata, Airtel or Vodafone. They provide landline sets with sim cards (they never fail) thank me later :)

    @MTNLMbiOfficial our mtnl numbers have gone dead and so is the internet. Docket number are 3122,3125 ,3123. Which doesn't reflect when I try to track the complaint. Please assist ASAP.

    There has always been problem with the service since half the time line is completely dead. I had called the technician Mr Pal in April he said that he has left mtnl and there is no one to fix the line since all of the staff have taken VRS. I dont need your service anymore.

    @deespeak @MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial Dear MTNL you hv DM’d this eve asking me to pay up my pending bills before you terminate the landline. out of last 10 months my landline was live only for 4. Why should I pay rentals for additional 6 months? DM Implies,if I don’t pay, you won’t terminate landline, threat?

    @MTNLOfficial@pib_comm It is indeed an extremely poor reflection on the work ethics of MTNL.Indifference in providing timely customer service will definitely push customers to look for better options.Even a loyalist like me would be forced to leave MTNL.
