The reason Jet is going through the phase of bankruptcy is because of poor decisions by the chairman. BSNL and MTNL are working fine. At least check the tweet of BSNL CEO for your satisfaction.

Some experts used to raise concern about Chinese malwares might be hidden in the instruments to create trouble in future.

Why should customer pay for landline which was not working? kindly revert so I can start clearing the other bills. Also, how do i terminate the landline contract?
