    @VikashS28 @InvesysCapital They never gave any problems so long as you guys are paying taxes. Air India bhit oh chal raha hai, bank/mtnl/hmt...so many examples. BHEL is profitable btw..

    Why does @PMOIndia @BJP4India has to inject tens of thousands of crores in a wasteful company like BSNL MTNL who are never going to be profitable.. it's probably just government that uses their services so shut it down and don't waste our tax money

    Govt of India directs BSNL & MTNL not to use Chinese spares and call for new tenders.Congtas GOI. Such orders should be given to all the industries including Pharmas. Most of them use cheaper Chinese raw material to keep mfg costs down.#ChinaVIndia

    📉 MTNL’s Financial Update: BSNL Takes Over Operations Amid Ongoing Challenges | MCap 1,894.41 Cr - CRISIL Ratings has continued its 'Rating Watch with Negative Implications' for MTNL's Rs.6500 crore bonds and Rs.20 crore Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs). - The rating was placed on watch negative due to non-adherence to the structured payment mechanism for government-guaranteed bonds, with delays in funding the designated account beyond the T-3 date. - Subsequent interest payments have adhered to the stipulated payment mechanism, but breaches in the T-10 day funding requirement by MTNL due to liquidity challenges were noted. - MTNL's loan account with Bank of India (BOI) became a non-performing asset (NPA) on September 4, 2024, though this is not expected to impact the escrow accounts for bond servicing. - The rating is supported by an unconditional and irrevocable guarantee from the Government of India and a trustee-administered payment mechanism. - MTNL reported a revenue of Rs.956 crore in 2026, with a significant loss after tax of Rs.-3107 crore, reflecting ongoing financial challenges. - CRISIL Ratings will continue to monitor adherence to the payment mechanism; any future non-adherence may lead to a downgrade. - MTNL's operations in Delhi and Mumbai are now managed by BSNL under a 10-year service agreement effective January 1, 2025, aiming for EBITDA-neutral operations.     @AjeetBhartii Old guards BSNL / MTNL couldn’t do much. Hope that incidental govt investment in Vodafone works out something soon to become an alternative to poor service giants Jio / Airtel. Govt must truly revive BSNL to competitive level and let Vodafone give some jitters to duopolistic companies.

    Visited MTNL Kandivali W & BSNL Borivali W for SIM required during Agatti visit. Shockingly informed that BSNL SIM may not work on OnePlus phone and no option except to buy pvt SIM. Why should citizens face compatibility issues using Govt services? @JM_Scindia @DoT_India

    The street lights on the GMLR road from Inorbit Mall through the Vasari hill to MTNL junction on SV Road Goregaon are not working for past 3 days causing much trouble to the pedestrian and 2W users especially in these rains . This can cause serious accidents.@mybmc
