@valhalla4119 @Airtel_Presence I have the home WiFi network as they aren’t giving broadband in my area. Getting mtnl was a pain so I opted for their plan; guess I’ll have to reload - Jio fibre or mtnl. I’m sick of buffering videos and dropping calls.

@DoT_India I have repeatedly complained, this is not the first time. I have been paying (reduced) broadband charges when the line is dead- why should I pay anything at all? MTNL is finished, I just want to exit from this service

Hathaway internet down for third consecutive day wondering whether I should stop their service. MTNL may be slow but their response is good. They restore service fast. Hathaway no service high price for zero quality.

@MTNLOfficial sir, I made complaint online on 14 Dec 2020 for my PRI line is down & no. 022-26466500 (docket no. 4879).. stil line is not wrking. Loction khar west mumbai and incharge MTNL is Mr. Suryavanshi and he not tking inrest to reslove problem.plz look in to this matter.
