    @my_musings_ind I don't know which world you live in but this service improvement PSP, PSKs was initiated and implemented from UPA I to UPA II. While Tatkaal scheme was launched under NDA I, Yr 2000, Vajpayee govt. Even MTNL landline activation was quite fast back then. You are talking about 80s

    @ArunKum61029003 @mr_mayank BSNL and MTNL are still operative in some areas but where is the customer service, very poor! Vi is there. My point is for getting these networks massive investment and infra are required, that is why no new entrants.

    @DoT_India @TRAI Sir A 93 year-old retired central govt lady Doctor her MTNL Landline phone is not working for the past two month. Mine JIO fibre Broad band is not working for the past 7 day's.Both in Delhi Why don't Govt use stick to pull up these telecome companies for people

You can visit the nearest MTNL office with a valid ID proof and UPC code (for porting) to get a new SIM or complete the port-in process.     @CMDBSNL sir can I see bsnl mtnl revival soon, mtnl fiber n जीएसएम services all are almost died, I want to be with mtnl like govt services but without support not possible. Mynl fiber deposit money gas not been refunded for past two years.
