@TRAI My MTNL Delhi broadband complaint no. 360836 dt. 09.11.2020 & 36 dt. 12.11.2020 not resolving last one month. Also raised matter to GM(TY) & Area Manager(Shahdara) through telephonic and email but all afforts are vain.

@MTNLOfficial @rsprasad @TRAI what does it take to get my land line repaired. My landline in delhi has been unservicable since march. It's been 9 months you are not able to repair it. No response on complain. One thing u never forget is sending a bill. MTNL hell bent to go down.

Revival plan of MTNL &BSNL needs cultural changes in its work with dynamic &progressive ideas.They have to provide better competitive & prompt services.They should't be hand in hand with private service providers and causing loss to govt once again.

@MTNLMbiOfficial @MTNLOfficial @MTNLOfficial WOW!!! MTNL biking department has started working. Support staff, linemen and website still not working, line is still dead ! Have asked to disconnect line about 2 months back. But, what does MTNL do, it seems a bill..KUDOS!!!

And now past two days getting disconnections for Broadband as well every 10-15 mins. This is really disappointing that even after raising complaints nobody has turned up to address those. If this is the way MTNL is going to give service then soon it will have to shutdown

@kapoor_nit @kaushikcbasu When Pramod Mahajan started the work on making mobile phones available to every citizen of India, People put the same argument that it will not help government agencies like MTNL & BSNL. Today, people in villages too have mobile phones & communication made easy.
