@Airtel_Presence - airtel bank don’t care and dont work to resolve customer problems .. Airtel has become like MTNL .. they are unable to activate my Fastag account or close it for last 5 months … bunch of idiots working diligently..

@malpani Same pinch. I've a great VIP nbr & been using it 4 yrs. Now no 1 in my area uses MTNL.Recently a builder 2 kms away dug cables & lines hv been dead since then.Except mosquitos,dogs,no lights,no 1 in MTNL GMN office. Got permanent permanent waiver via central govt complaint portal

@Airtel_Presence pls do not give ur airtel black connections on false promises..ur customer services r pathetic..only xcuses n no work..2 months have passed n no resolution of the problem..u seems to be worst than MTNL

Hi Team @MTNLMbiOfficial @MTNLOfficial MTNL 12/07/2025 raised complaint for no dial tone. Online Compliant no.1519 so far no response. Also 1800221500 tried reaching no support or at least response. Kindly look into it. 🙏🏼

@CPMumbaiPolice @AddlCPSouthMum @AddCPCentralMum Well Appreciated Sir. Even the Local Police Stations and the Sr. PI Contacts needs to be Upgraded. MTNL is in Great Problems and hence very difficult to contact Local Police,hence Area wise reporting to Addl CP may also be kindly informed.

As of July 2025, BSNL shows recovery with Q3FY25 profit of ₹262 crore (first in 17 years), 7.8% revenue growth to ₹20,841 crore, and 7.4% market share, aided by govt revival packages and 4G/5G rollout. MTNL is in crisis, defaulting on ₹8,585 crore loans, with ₹34,484 crore debt and FY25 net loss of ₹33.27 billion; govt plans to hand operations to BSNL sans merger. Decline stems from high employee costs, debt, delayed 4G, and competition from private firms like Jio. Responsibility: Shared between inefficient PSU management/unions, successive govts' policies favoring privates, and market shifts. Current BJP govt's packages help BSNL but haven't saved MTNL.
