It’s surprising that MTNL doesn’t have stock of cables to install phone lines. No doubt private service providers are thriving and providing world class services. Applied for Jio Fiber in the morning and by afternoon an internet and phone connection was installed.

@BSNLCorporate Recently ported to BSNL in Mumbai circle.. The network is still the same as it was during the times of MTNL.. Can you please improve the network coverage. There is lot of call drops, no data connectivity.. I have DM'ed you my number. Please action on priority.

@MTNLOfficial Visited the mtnl ofc and the reply was system is down and gave a no. of higher officer name Ravindra-9969002929 who is not responding to my msg and call.Attaching the no.please kindly look in my matter as my bank working have being stop bcoz of not receiving OTPs.

@MTNLOfficial additional charges coming in bill from 1 year.visited mtnl office many times. No one is attending problem, just giving excuses. Its fraudulent act. Forces me to buy device then also charging additional amount.pls attend
