    @MTNLOfficial @DoT_India My mtnl sim was lost...when I went to reissue from mtnl office from mumbai I have been told no sim card is available.this is the basic service expected from mobile service provider which mtnl failed to do so.     @arung_in @MTNLMbiOfficial My number mtnl 24712278 is dead since last 3 months . docket numbe ris 6296 ....NO one came to fix it . yet every month bill is comming for dead mtnl. what to do should i surrender or you coming to fix ?

    @MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial @AshwiniVaishnaw govt is saying digital or digitalisation but our MTNL service is on and off from many months. Even after complaining online, now I just came to know offline complaints are mandatory. #poorserviceMTNL

    @OmronIndia . Horrible situation regarding after sales service. Repeatedly tried calling customer support number which keeps ringing and no one answers. Reminds me of the dark ages when we used to try and reach mtnl.

    @airindiain Your customer care number is a land line number that works from BSNL/MTNL landlines ? Seriously ? In this age and time ?? Why there is no mobile number that customers can use with in india ?? It is nothing but a nightmare to reach your customer care number

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir, Still MTNL Mumbai offices not received new SIM card for replacement. I am following up from last two months with MTNL office as well as with you. Pl help Sir urgently as my all financial trans based on adhar number is on hold due to my old card not working
