    @MTNLOfficial Went to mtnl office today, I have been told you pay the bill???? I said ok when the phone will be fine, he said find out in another office, he went there and said that the complaint has been written and will tell you whether it can be started or not.

    @MTNLOfficial , Mtnl dolphin network is down in NL complex, Dahisar(E), Mumbai-68 area since 12/04/2022 morning. No response to complaints registered. Request to resolve at the earliest.

    @MTNLOfficial @DelhiMTNL No wifi signal in rooms. Mtnl chaps say Buy your own additional booster modem and cable 42+ metres worth few thousands over and above what is being billed officially! !??

    @MTNLMbiOfficial It's 48 hours and MTNL broadband issue still not resolved. Should I disconnect MTNL and take some private broadband like Jio or Airtel which are cheaper and more reliable. Aise banega #DigitalIndia ? @AshwiniVaishnaw @DoPTGoI

    @MTNLOfficial In April 2021, my phone was damaged, I had lodged a complaint in mtnl office in June-July-August, then they said that the pole on your side has been stolen, we cannot do anything.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial @MTNLOfficial Network in Mira Road Naya Nagar Area MTNL Tower on Hill View Bldg is always in problem. Since last two weeks it is very low. After Complain no. 21060200053 on 1503 it says "this facility is not available on your phone". Now not even taking complains

    @vnaik23 @Explorer_Yash @imshukzz MTNL provides Dolphin Sim in Mumbai & Delhi and indeed its service In Mum was excellent till 2017 and in rural areas its still BEST. Rather thn purchasing new sim frm retailers u can visit nrst MTNL Office and get a new one with low/no chrgs and sim will b activated within a day.

    @DoT_India what king of horrible service is this ? When my landline is dead since 4 months I am still getting monthly bills and that too even after mtnl confirming that no charges will be levied
