    @MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial @mtnl whom to contact 4 help? Have been trying resolve an issue since august. It’s December. Any office you go they send you to another office. How many letters to write? Customer service is non existent. Worth it to get jio. No matter if no changes

    @SunnyAkaPunjabi As to BSNL and MTNL crumbling. Who is suffering? Except BSNL employees who aren't able to provide proper services, everyone is happy that they are getting a better service at a cheaper cost. I don't see any problem with that.

    @narendramodi @PMOIndia please improve MTNL signals in delhi as services are pathetic. Govt based operator is losing all its charm with time, i regrettfully have to say that the operator stands no where in competition of service quality.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial Complaint No.1801 dated 7th July 2020. Landline dead since then. Visited Vile Parle exchange. Till date no response Phone still dead I get an SMS saying "You issue is resolve". Whereas my issue is still outstanding. MTNL not capable of resolving such petty issues

    @jay__dangar @aajtak Govt should not let APMC fail like they did not support MTNL, BSNL n allowed corporate to take over telecom sector. u should read about why BSNL could not launch 4G service due to non support from govt.

    @MTNLOfficial @timesofindia the mtnl is down since 14th Nov20, in Thakur complex-Kandivali. Reason-cable theft and delayed funding. Reduced work efficiency due to non-availability of Wi-fi. Need urgent attention.
