@rsprasad Sh Ravi Shankar Prasad Sir, MTNL Delhi is totally nonfunctional. My Internet connection dead & landline phone dead for last 2 months. Paying bills regularly. Impossible to get through to complain “ you are in que” is all you get. Why have such a service?

@CrazyFunday @ANI I have phone from 2011 I never use BSNL or MTNL. BSNL was never a compiditor even today why ppl choose BSNL when they get good service in cheap price.... Nobody stopped you use as much BSNL as you want....

@MTNLOfficial Sir, I would like to draw your kind attention to fact that my telephone no. 011-......... is dead from 08.11.2020 and also registered a complaint in MTNL website with Docket no. 360836 on 09.11.2020 my complaint is still pending.

@muglikar_ Even Jio example is trap for LWers.. these people should be as despite knowing the devil the Jio is, will they want to go back to times of only BSNL/MTNL with high prices, poor service and limited reach.. RW are failing big time in countering arguments.

No action has been taken yet, Our PM Modisir is talking about digital India & here no one is to attain complaint after 4 days. This is d services of Atmanirbhar Bharat??? No one is available in MTNL office not on call, what to do???

@safiranand @airtelindia A friend of mine who runs a general shop recently got rid of all his MTNL landlines due to utter frustration and got Airtel numbers. MTNL’s service has gotten even worse during COVID. Expect migrations to Airtel landlines and then move to an Airtel ecosystem.

@MTNLOfficial MTNL Delhi my dolphin sim is showing not registered on network from Dhaula Kuan to Janakpuri from many days due to which calling is not possible. It only registers in selected areas like chankyapuri. When are u going to rectify this network problem.

@DoT_India @MTNLOfficial hello my internet connection with landline number 01128031135 is again giving trouble as the internet is not working without putting the receiver down .Just to remind that till date MTNL has not provided a permanent solution to thus issue
