    @MTNLMbiOfficial @hrmtnl Mtnl Mumbai Madam / Sir Please take immediate action as Residents of khar / Bandra are suffering since few months. Alteast send a letter to your customers in Khar Bandra with a apology and inform them when Their landline service will be activitated with exact date .

    @aloysianajit @ARanganathan72 2) Nobody cared about MTNL/ BSNL and their customer service. Coal block were given to people with no interest in Power industry. Basically GOVT HAS NO BUSINESS RUNNING BUSINESS, if they do then we taxpayer will be funding these PSUs with our blood and sweet forever.

    @MTNLOfficial @DoT_India MTNL Mumbai has closed many of its Customer Service Centres (CSC).It's website is silent on this. At the Vashi CSC there was a power outage from 2 and most of the employees were happily leaving at 4 as they have no UPS support to run computers.

    @MTNLOfficial Today is 10 th day of complaint raised & docket number is 8764 Of telephone number is 28881094 No MTNL official is ready to solve the issue

    @JotSekhon86 @being_Tribe @ndtv You only see BSNL Never looked into Air India, MTNL etc etc So many over year due to change in policy & unable to match the competition But with bad policy / law If some good things come up then no harm accepting that Problem is other side not looking into good part

    why dont mtnl mumbai send official letters to all resident of khar bandra with such transparent information .this way we are free to decide whether we want to wait and be a customer with mtnl mumbai or we can decide to disconnect the line . there should be some form of dialogue.
