It is compulsory to provide signal to customers by every telecom operator. MTNL is not giving signal to BSNL customers in Delhi and Mumbai circle who are in roaming

Delhi NCR Property (@Delhipropbroker) reported@TRAI TRAI must take immediate action against MTNL of not giving signal to BSNL consumers who are in roaming and using BSNL SIM. It is compulsory to provide services by any operator to consumers. Only one signal tower shows in mobile in Delhi and Mumbai circle. Mobile does not work.
