@MTNLOfficial @rsprasad respected sir my broadband no 011-27497017 is not working since last 10 days..I continuously called on helpline no but no one picked up the call..how can I register my complaint..how can we stick to Mtnl with such a poor service.. kindly solve my problem.

@MTNLOfficial Landline down from more than a year. Made several complaints but no result. Visited MTNL office at Borivali West as well but noone cares.Worst BILLS ARE GENERATED EVERY MONTH. Suffering like hell. Worst service. Phone number 022 28913765.

@Mtnl brodband mumbai it is sorry to say from last one weak my EXPORT BUSINESS is STOP for not respondind Dahisar exchange Mr Kailash Augare and Mr Pal a Assistant now not collecting the phone also and it is not solution in this pendemic

@sandesh_samant2 @rsprasad So Private changla asto asa pn kahi nahi. Not defending MTNL but seems they r highly understaffed. I experienced similar thing for my landline which was down last year.
