If BSNL & MTNL had gotten 4g spectrum in 2014-15, it wouldn't be in such a bad shape, and wouldn't need such enormous packages.

Why should government be in business of running business like BSNL/MTNL. There are much qualified people than the govt. Babu's to run those loss making behemoths.
