@JioCare again facing connectivity issues. Again at the same time in the day during business hours. I did not think i would ever say it, but never faced such issues with MTNL broadband. Please look into it urgently

In the last 1 week MTNL Dolphin network has gone from bad to worst. You can't even load a page with the network; browser saying no internet. @BSNLCorporate has taken over @MTNLOfficial in January this year. You really need to check your network before we port to another network.

@MTNLMbiOfficial @CMD_MTNL @KurlaCitizens MTNL FrAUD. No telephone / broadband connection for 6 months. Everytime I lodge complaint I get a call from mtnl officials saying some contractor has cut all wires for Kurla and that they can't do anything and close ticket. WHATS GOING ON

Wow just got a call from a guy from MTNL. He asked if I had a telephone ka complaint. I said I don't have a telephone. And he was like aap Govindpuri se bol rahe hain? I was like no. He was like sorry sorry. Puraane din yaad aa gaye landline wale aur mera dil bhar aya. 🥺🥺🥺

complaint of WiFi but without any result. It looks as if the whole dept of MTNL of Janakpuri or Rajouri Garden have gone for holiday tours. If it is so then should we close WiFi of MTNL. Then it will be unfortunate of Dept. of MTNL . Hope you will look to this problem for Dept.
