@MTNLOfficial My telephone is not working. I am facing this problem from past 9-10 months. I can't share my contact no. On social media but have complaint 3-4 times in mtnl office madanpura/byculla. They told they will resolve the problem with 4-5 working days yet haven't done.

If there is no action taken on such parking on both side of bridge, let Pvt cars also park there . We take 30 min to exit #BKC MTNL. Same shit for Pvt buses parked within BKC roads. @RidlrMUM @mtptraffic @MumbaiPolice

I had a long request with MTNL for a landline and internet connection to my home at Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. At last I have to go with private service providers.. Hope to see better service from our national organisation.

@rsprasad ji not using our office landline/broadband service mumbai MTNL due to lockdown since 24th March. Our office is closed but receiving & paying bills regularly. MTNL replied that they have no instructions for any relief in lockdown period, hope for relief from your side.

I want to become a user that means a new customer and if MTNL is not Evan having proper arrangements to have a new customer then what is the use . @MTNLOfficial Till February, I used to get bill messages, they also stopped coming. Whenever go to mtnl office the staff says go to that office, go there, they speak, we don't know, just keep talking to each other, don't listen to the customer's problem.
