I had a long request with MTNL for a landline and internet connection to my home at Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. At last I have to go with private service providers.. Hope to see better service from our national organisation.

@PMOIndia @AGSawant @DoT_India To meet the Telecom Customers Right , TRAI n DOT must carry out Third party Audit of Quality of services provided by MTNL. Appeal to #MTNL administration is that Eiether provide d Quality service or better Shut down the services.

If there is no action taken on such parking on both side of bridge, let Pvt cars also park there . We take 30 min to exit #BKC MTNL. Same shit for Pvt buses parked within BKC roads. @RidlrMUM @mtptraffic @MumbaiPolice

@MTNLOfficial totally worst service of mtnl मानपाडा thane exchange, I hav booked complaints so many times of land line 25894334 not working properly, but till date nobody attend this complaint, so I want to discontinue the service.

@rsprasad ji not using our office landline/broadband service mumbai MTNL due to lockdown since 24th March. Our office is closed but receiving & paying bills regularly. MTNL replied that they have no instructions for any relief in lockdown period, hope for relief from your side.

@MTNLOfficial My telephone is not working. I am facing this problem from past 9-10 months. I can't share my contact no. On social media but have complaint 3-4 times in mtnl office madanpura/byculla. They told they will resolve the problem with 4-5 working days yet haven't done.

I want to become a user that means a new customer and if MTNL is not Evan having proper arrangements to have a new customer then what is the use . @MTNLOfficial d complaint no 022-25892198 isn't reachable using any of Vodafone, Airtel, and Jio. Vodafone confirmed dat issue isn't frm der side. I request you to please look into the issue at MTNL side. BTW I registered d complaint by visiting ur office, nobody turned up.
