Mr.Pandey around 1.30PM nobody turned up-after 4.30PM again called up three times no response.

No body is bothered to attend to the complaints. Phone lying dead for the past so many days, only complaint number has been given, 21, rest all dead.

I am still waiting for the action. 6420001725820 was my complaint no which i received earlier. Now i can say why MTNL is lacking behind. Now got to submit the request form in Hauz Khas, New Delhi. Why????? Fine reached MTNL Hauz Khas at 10:00AM. Still waiting to submit the cancellation request form.

ICICI Bank and Credit Cards are good starting point but as a bank the strategy is very apparent that they want to go the volume route than value. They would offer Sapphiro branded as premium as LTF to everyone but there isn’t anything premium there. EPM which is premium is frequently facing operation issues with vouchers taking as long as 48 hours at times. Not that there is anything wrong with it but in my mind they are getting closer to being a MTNL to BSNL (BSNL here being SBI and the reference because MTNL used to be a lesser evil of the two when compared to BSNL)!
