@rsprasad @MTNLOfficial I registered a complaint with MTNL for their broadband services on 5 Aug 2020 docket no 6134....no response yesterday called up 23782368. Mr.Pandey around 1.30PM nobody turned up-after 4.30PM again called up three times no response.

GM-MTNL-Our Broad Band Connection of no.011-26346798 is out of order for 20-25day complaint of which has been made no.of times in response to same calls have been recd.from Mtnl assuring early açtion but no official has visited till date to set right defect,Request to intervine.

@DoT_India @MTNLOfficial I really wonder how MTNL delay on complaints. I am still waiting for the action. 6420001725820 was my complaint no which i received earlier. Now i can say why MTNL is lacking behind. I request to @rsprasad ji please take some serious action to improve it.

MTNL’s landline #26564110 using a 75 year old woman is not working since February, could not recover even after many complaints, & #mtnl sending the bill every month despite the defect. 22221507 has never ending que, kindly fix it asap @manojsinha_ @MTNLOfficial @TRAI

@MTNLOfficial Is there no one to listen to our complaints? It's been more than 15 days that the landline is lying dead and we have been given a complaint number but that's it. No action is taken. It's really awful to think of such useless service by MTNL in today's time.

@OfficialDMRC Kindly issue directions to open Gate No. 3 of Jangapura Metro Station as many Govt offices viz Soochna Bhavan, Scope Complex, MTNL Bhavan, MMTC, SAI, etc are situated near this gate.

Almost all the District Court Judges have MTNL Broadband/FTTH Connection at their home or in the court and 8 out of 10 judges have connectivity issues due to outtage during virtual hearings. We see it everyday. Shouldn't MTNL be pulled up for this? @barandbench @LiveLawIndia

In the last 1 week MTNL Dolphin network has gone from bad to worst. You can't even load a page with the network; browser saying no internet. @BSNLCorporate has taken over @MTNLOfficial in January this year. You really need to check your network before we port to another network.

@shadez @ICICIBank_Care @Airtel_Presence Issue is the type of toll free no. If it starts with 1860 which is only toll free for MTNL/BSNL landlines then that is chargeable from Airtel & Vi. Only Jio provides them toll free for their customers.
