After exchange of telephone set with another one, MTNL employee gave old telephone set which is also not working. My no. is 9871420687. Why they don’t give proper working new set.

Rather they shud focus on improving their network, infra & service in urban cities from where most of their revenue comes. BSNL network in cities is pathetic.

VSNL now TCL, VSNL pensioners are alive. DOT must mention in their all orders to BSNL/MTNL that, it's applicable to VSNL pensioners also.
