    @MTNLOfficial from 1week mtnl line is dead due to some internal fault in paschim vihar. Will MTNL debit it charges from the monthly rental. Because no action have been taken after the complaint. (25256155) Its time to upgrade MTNL @rsprasad

    @BSNLCorporate Hi, I’ve a UP East 4G SIM & currently roaming in Delhi. While on MTNL, there is no issue but while roaming on Vi India (Vodafone) I cannot make & receive calls & data doesn’t work too; Only SMS can be received. Can we not call on Vi ICR

    MTNL FTTH 011-20852636 unserviceable. Pathetic customer care 1507 not responding. Area Manager Hari Nagar 25467500 not responding . While working is online these days and need uninterrupted broadband, MTNL is offline. @MTNLOfficial @CMD_MTNL @DoT_India Kindly look into.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Vi India. My number belongs to BSNL which is currently roaming on Vi India’s Delhi network because of BSNL’s ICR agreement between MTNL & Vi. I don’t think this is a problem because of Vi, but instead it’s your ICR agreement.

    For the purpose of address proof. When my line was dead, I tried to lodge an online complaint, but couldn’t succeed. Then, I tried to call the number provided in the bill for my area. No one bothered to answer the call. With option left, I went to the MTNL office at Hauz Khas

    @JM_Scindia @mtnlmumbai Why for surrendering of land-line no 912226353807 Sr.Citizen customer has to personally visit MTNL Andheri (W). I sent letter with all required documents for surrendering was asked to Sr.Citizen has to personally come & submit.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Mumbai being the financial capital of India and the state/ government owned company BSNL has no network. When we call BSNL they say call MTNL and when we call MTNL they say service has been stopped. So Request BSNL office to please close down the service in mumbai.

    @MTNLOfficial In the capital of India, the BSNL network is very bad, especially here in Mahipalpur area near airport, also only 3G is available all over in Delhi, please make 4G network available in the Delhi NCR region. When I complaint to BSNL the told me complaint to MTNL, so please fix it.

    Dolphin SIM card of MTNL/BSNL is not able to receive Aadhaar @UIDAI OTP for quite sometime now due to network issue even in Delhi. Many retained their SIM just because it's central PSU & the upgrade that never comes. Forget about internet (3G), calls can't be made. @BSNLCorporate
