What to say, better to close down MTNL and bring in a more effective and efficient landline service. My whole colony is sick of MTNL.

Mr.Pandey around 1.30PM nobody turned up-after 4.30PM again called up three times no response.

Currently, around 4โ5 months of rent is still pending, and despite multiple complaints, there has been no resolution. Every time I follow up, I am given verbal assurances like โpayment will be done this month or next month,โ but nothing actually happens. This kind of negligence is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I request the concerned authorities to take this matter seriously and clear all pending dues immediately.@MTNLOfficial @MTNL @narendramodi
