Moreover after repeated complaints, there's no revet or repair of the same...kindly look into the matter or shall we opt for private service providers?

Complaints have been lodged with MTNL complaint centre and have been sending message to GM nehru place as well as other offices involved. Please restore the fault.

I was young and naive. MTNL guy was corrupted and I had no help from family. He took our one line to transfer the other one. India has come a long way looking at those days.
