The only communication we get is a monthly bill for a phone and broadband service that is not functioning, at a time when we have to depend on internet for everything

We are putting complaints from more than 6 month and everytime new complaint no. is given but no mtnl person come to attend complaint.

MTNL and BSNL had a head start of decades, infrastructure across the entire country, and zero debt initially. Jio launched in 2016. BSNL was already struggling long before that. The real killers were delayed decisions (4G came years late), bureaucratic deadweight, and a workforce that grew without accountability.
