I am still waiting for the action. 6420001725820 was my complaint no which i received earlier. Now i can say why MTNL is lacking behind. We are putting complaints from more than 6 month and everytime new complaint no. is given but no mtnl person come to attend complaint.

Complaints have been lodged with MTNL complaint centre and have been sending message to GM nehru place as well as other offices involved. Please restore the fault.

It's been more than 15 days that the landline is lying dead and we have been given a complaint number but that's it. No action is taken. It's really awful to think of such useless service by MTNL in today's time.

MTNL and BSNL had a head start of decades, infrastructure across the entire country, and zero debt initially. Jio launched in 2016. BSNL was already struggling long before that. The real killers were delayed decisions (4G came years late), bureaucratic deadweight, and a workforce that grew without accountability.
