@DoT_India 01126856285 not working since 4.5.19. Complaint ws logs wid MTNL on 5.5.19 by same was closed without resolving the issue. As such consumer had to lodge new complaint on 6.5.19 eve. MTNL trying to shield it's failr 2 resolve complaint n merely closing it.

Even after several complaints, staff don't bother. work as they doing favour to costomers.. I switched to airtel.
