You can visit the nearest MTNL office with a valid ID proof and UPC code (for porting) to get a new SIM or complete the port-in process.   @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 No Network around Delhi and Delhi NCR of MTNL and BSNL mobile operator 😭😭😡😡 . I think that's Government services very poor 😭😭 . anyway it should clear all issues then publics automatically will be connect . Otherwise public go to private operators
