    @DoT_India First restore the service. My line is dead since 28 May 2020. MTNL only sends messages that complaint forwarded to concerned department. Irony is that online complaints are repeatedly deleted to raise bills, without providing any service.

    TRAI must take immediate action against MTNL of not giving signal to BSNL consumers who are in roaming and using BSNL SIM. It is compulsory to provide services by any operator to consumers. Only one signal tower shows in mobile in Delhi and Mumbai circle. Internet does not work.

    @MTNLOfficial Landline number was faulty from Mar'20 to Dec'20. the officer is closing the grievance of PGPORTAL citing to visit the MTNL office. Could you intervene and help as to why can't the PGPORTAL grievance is not considered? @DoT_India

    @MTNLOfficial @DoT_India Don't Mislead. I have tried several time 1503 n 9869012345 but not able2register complaint. #MTNL Uses technique of Non Registeration of complaints2hide d faults. Once u come to know about fault what is d need of again complaints @rsprasad ji please note misleading functioning

    @DoT_India Pathetic n worst service by MTNL. My landline not working since June2020 ,Multiple complaints and escalation mail.But no one bother to solve the issue.Just every month regularly they send bills...

    @MTNLOfficial I have a landline number in MTNL mumbai Tel 23800744 My landline is not working since past 2 years Have been constantly complaining Have also visited the gamdevi telephone. Exchange about 20 times But no response Please look into asap
