    @MTNLMbiOfficial PIN code 400101. Facing call drops or voice breaking resulting in incomplete calls. Today, there is a break down even in messaging services; unable to get OTP for online transactions. Data services are down from day one. Only God has to help MTNL customers.

    @joyshankargupta Or you can follow the simple steps on IVR to reset your PIN. Just call our Helpline @ 1860 180 1290 from BSNL/MTNL land lines or dial 39 02 02 02 (prefix STD CODE of your city) from other phone connections / mobile network operators.

    @ArunKum33372292 @DoT_India MTNL nearby sites in this locality are working satisfactorily. More sites in this area are needed to improve the indoor coverage at customer premises. In next phase of mobile expansion more sites shall be planned in this area.

    Where is MTNL? For the past one month MTNL cables are damaged by the utility department digging/concretising the drainage systems at MHB Colony Borivali due to this MTNL landline and internet service are disrupted..Inspite of several complaints to the department as well as the GM

    @MTNLMbiOfficial Today MTNL mumbai has wrongly sent sms that my phone 28956578 is attended. Request mtnl to check their system for the docket no 4354 dated 15th April 22. The landline is still not working inspite of informing them that there are senior citizens without access to mobile.

    @mybmc Location is goregaon MTNL. However my question is will you only act on specific complaint and will not act as per bombay high court judgment where you have to remove all illegal hoardings and register case. So are you waiting for us to file contempt proceedings
