    @EconomicTimes There should be, sir !! How many new customers are MTNL & BSNL adding per month? Is ARPU increasing steadily? Is customer satisfaction index high?

    @visanayak Dear subscriber, MTNL will never sms/calls/whatsap for Tele. verification of your KYC. Do not download Apps suggested by fraudsters to avoid any financial loss.

    @alva_margaret Mam, with All due respect , it's a Scam. #MTNL is sending communication to it's esteemed customers not to entertain such Messages. MTNL'S CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER IS 1130 There are so many red flags ,like spelling mistake, wrong org name, a different operator mobile number etc.

    @alva_margaret @manaman_chhina @manaman_chhina you fell for the scam sir ! Atleast some basic fact checking on company registration details would've done the trick. MTNL will never list a mobile number as a customer care number, also Sim is should be in all caps (as SIM). There is no alignment consistency here

    @MTNLOfficial @mtnl_delhi Senior citizens( South Delhi) landline number # 26251689, dead for past 4-5 days. Online fault booking site also not working. Pls, help. Twitting again, with hope, MTNL will care and help.

    @alva_margaret This looks like fake certificate. BSNL/MTNL don't issue such certificate.
