    @miprathu Dear Customer, BSNL SIM cards and porting services are available at MTNL offices and authorized retail outlets in Mumbai and Thane. You can visit the nearest MTNL office with a valid ID proof and UPC code (for porting) to get a new SIM or complete the port-in process.     @jiocare WORST SERVICE for Jio, I have requested to relocate my Jio Fiber on 29th Mar till date it has not happened. Customer care giving different reasons. The most irrelevant and unacceptable msg ‘engineer didn’t get access to my location’ I feel attest MTNL lineman were good.

    A general theme of Government owned service - Infinite job security, regular increments with cost of living, zero performance accountability or motivation to keep business sustainable. I kicked out MTNL the day Reliance infocom started landline. (2000-s)

    @airtelindia Who so is the CEO of Airtel...for his kind attention...u guys r going down the same path what bnsl n mtnl went.. either because of incompetency or otherwise.... JIO guys r taking ur happiness in big way... @TheSunilMittal .....plz plan exit way..

    @bsnl_care Yet the problem is solved. I dont think so BSNL/MTNL is capable to handle network issue, if you would then you it cant take so much time.

    @JioCare @reliancejio JIO IS BECOMING ANOTHER MTNL WHICH HAD TO CLOSE DOWN BECAUSE A LINE MAN WILL DO YOUR WORK ONLY IF HE IS TIPPED. I AM PAYING RS 800 EVERY MONTH FOR JIO FIBRE WHILE HALF DE TIME IT DOESNT WORK AS THERE IS NO INTERNET OR THERE R ERRORS.CUST CARE DONT CARE?

    @Indian_Analyzer Problem is they have no outlets like the other mobile operators, and no easy access offices. I would have transferred my MTNL number to BSNL when I moved out of Mumbai, but absolutely no outlets to go to @BSNLCorporate

    @JM_Scindia services on my MTNL Prepaid connection is disabled, I got a message to recharge for resume services, charges Rs 225 through UPI but the services not resumes, contacts Sanchar Haat & Kidwai Bhawan, Delhi but no one ready to listen my problem

    @BSNLCorporate @JM_Scindia Sir, please direct BSNL board to review the signal issue in Mumbai. I have to visit MTNL office to get the connectivity but it fails there also.

    @MTNLCMD @JM_Scindia MTNL internet down for LAST 3 DAYS in MP Flat, Yamuna Apt, Dr BD Marg, Delhi! No response to complaints. If MPs face this, imagine public plight! Urgent fix needed!
