@MTNLOfficial from last lockdown My both MTNL DELHI no. 23864646 & 23864747 are not working. Moreover after repeated complaints, there's no revet or repair of the same...kindly look into the matter or shall we opt for private service providers?

@kushalbhagia I am a firm believer in the fact, public sector cos (like bsnl, mtnl, etc) would never qualify when reliable service, good technology attributes are considered. You would always need a "Reliance" to raise the bar high

@harshaag_15 @fgautier26 That's why disinvestment and privatization is required, I got my MTNL landline disconnected, 11.99 months it never worked but i was paying the bill for 12 months.. Sad state..

@MTNLMbiOfficial My mtnl number is not working since morning, I tried all customer care number but it didn't connected . Everytime I make a call it's giving me message " not registered on network" . Please look into it as soon as possible as it's my office number

@MTNLOfficial Hi, My landline no 25404337 Thane (west), is dead since last 7-8 days… no one from MTNL thane neither is registering complaint nor even sending lineman. Called up to all complaint related nos.., 022-25362828, 98690 80066, 25421624, 25402198, etc. pl do the needful
