Unable to register a complaint on the MTNL website, and the complaint number doesn't work. WHAT TO DO? I want to CANCEL this line. Advise.

Does he equate "service"with selling MTNL DELHI CUSTOMERS TO COMPETITION? Last month they sold 9Lakhs subscribers who switched to competition.

Though MTNL & BSNL are under central government, not getting network from BSNL in rest of Maharashtra including Thane District. Please help to resolve the issue or revert payment made by us.
