Wear a Mask, Get Vaccinated (@ramya_krish1080) reported@vaiju7 The surrender process was a breeze. Just go to your nearest MTNL exchange with a written application & your aadhaar card. Within 5 mins, the customer service officer pulls out your ph record details - deposit, dues if any etc. & an acknowledgement. Line disconnected by EOD!

If anything goes wrong with your sim then they can't help you out. Then you need to take a new number from another provider & update it all the places..
