    @NCIBHQ A and C Competition was never the real problem. MTNL and BSNL had a head start of decades, infrastructure across the entire country, and zero debt initially. Jio launched in 2016. BSNL was already struggling long before that. The real killers were delayed decisions (4G came years late), bureaucratic deadweight, and a workforce that grew without accountability.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 My landline number 022-27546466 is not working for the last 10 months. No senior officer of BSNL and MTNL Navi Mumbai is interested to work and ensure that the landline is working

    @ANI This is basically the norm in BSNL/ MTNL. Even when GM/ PGM visits officers were instructed to arrange snacks, water, taking them for lunch. And the Engineer who was supposed to manage the network is send to manage itinerary. After this fiasco all these instructions will be oral.

My landline number 022-27546466 is not working for the last 20 months Contacted SDE DGM and GM of MTNL BSNL but till date my landline is not working Request all concerned team to ensure that my landline working
