@iam_juhi Juhi looking magnificent but what an experience it used to be picking the phone & never knew who is on other side or short supply of devices meant one had to finish conversation in hurry or phone goes down when important point is to be talked as it was MTNL or BSNL network

@rsprasad @MTNLOfficial Has the Customer Service Center(CSC)of MTNL at Mankhurd, Mumbai been shut down? As per the telephonic contact centre of MTNL all CSCs are open. MTNL has no staff to man the centre says an employee I saw at the centre this afternoon
