@mybmcWardD Are you aware that Mtnl is now installing fibre to home through overhead cables. I was very surprised with this. They are doing it just like cable connections. Wire from building to building terrace & then down. Not how the earlier broadband and phone lines came in underground

In this era, @mtnldelhi Still holds on to my complaint dated 23/10/2021 as unresolved. I think @mtnl should sell off this business, they are better off taking rest. A landline not working for 2 months is criminal in this age. @MTNLOfficial

@airtelindia trust me, this app is just a scam. Customers like me have been crying for months, app doesn’t work, 121 and 198 numbers are a farce, email support, appellate and nodal officers are just NAUTANKI, this brand, Airtel, will soon meet the fate of BSNL and MTNL.
