Dear @MTNLOfficial , My MTNL sim not working in Mumbai suburbs since many months, doesn't show any network in manual search but worked in South Mumbai. No network with @Sudarshan_SMD BSNL sim visiting from Pune, @bsnlpune . Please help, we are long time loyal users.

@ecpuneetsharmao @DoT_India MTNL nearby sites in this locality are working satisfactorily. More sites in this area are needed to improve the indoor coverage at customer premises. In next phase of mobile expansion more sites shall be planned in this area.

@pib_comm I lost my DOLPHIN Sim Card since 19/10/22. I went to the MTNL(MBI) Kandivali(W),for new n the staff told me that the sim card'll be available in next 2 mths,I went today n they told me still not stock I'm facing problems due to this.Please help me in this. 🙏

Jio provides no customer service, their app, chatbot is quite useless. It takes ages for problems to be solved. I am JioFiber, JioSim, VodafoneIdea and Airtel user. Sometimes I miss BSNL/MTNL.

Since 2weeks my lines were dead. After visiting technician from #mtnl again lines are dead and net speed come 3mbps while my plan is 100mbps. Technician aware about this but no resolution. @AshwiniVaishnaw @MTNLMbiOfficial @narendramodi there is no proper customer service
