@MTNLMbiOfficial What a horrible pathetic app do you have, which never works. Seems like mtnl is running in huge debt & is unable to pay for the rectification in app to the developer. Better Mtnl shuts down its operations permanently to help Customer leave in peace.

@RohillaAashi @MTNLOfficial @rsprasad Sorry to say but your hellish experience has just started. As an ex-MTNL customer, I can vouch for their pathetic service. Even after more than 1.5 yrs, I m still struggling with MTNL s uncouth employees to get back my security deposit. RIP MTNL & GET PVTZD SOON!!..!!
