The company will shut down sooner or later due to incapable people in decision making process as business and profitability will be impacted. Look at MTNL and many other companies.   .@reliancejio #JioFibre Jio is the new MTNL of Mumbai. Same indifference to complaints of poor service. My service down for 3 days now and no light at end of tunnel. Our country is back to square one after all talk of telecom revolution. All monopolies end up behaving this way.

  @Indianinfoguide Latency: Jio led with 20.33ms latency - Airtel was actually worst at 43.76ms despite being second in download speed. MTNL 22.84ms, Vi 37.57ms. Voice quality: Jio topped voice quality with highest Mean Opinion Score of 4.36. Best call setup time at 0.56 seconds. Call Setup Success Rate: Jio and Vi both above 99%, Airtel only 97.22%. Airport route coverage: Poor signal on just 0.15% of Noida–IGI Airport route for Jio vs Airtel 0.41%, Vi 0.57%, MTNL 72.48%. Airtel paradox: Second fastest downloads but WORST latency. Upload speeds and consistency matter too.

  @BSNLCorporate That is also not working, I will never recommend anyone to buy BSNL service. As network is very bad. Technically support is also very bad. BSNL say call MTNL and MTNL says call BSNL.

  @bsnl_care Is MTNL 4G available in Mumbai? I used to get signal earlier and then no signal from past 6 months. I was told that it is due to tower upgradation to 4G. Six months passed still no signal!

  @kayezad @MTNLOfficial Everyone was given VRS. Same und. cable issue, we paid bills for 2-3 months and then stopped. It was an old no. MTNL shamefully sent bills for 6 mnths more. Complaints online, offline, nothing happened.They took us to Lok adalat twice. Paperwork was strong, judge blasted them.

  @MTN_Mumbai @MTNLOfficial @DoT_India Dear MTNL Team, mera number [9869110289] pichle kuch dino se "No Service" dikha raha hai. Mera plan active hai aur main network area mein hoon, phir bhi manual search karne par BSNL/Dolphin select nahi ho raha. Maine basic phone aur smartphone
