    @MTNLMbiOfficial @MTNLOfficial Finally after the long hiatus MTNL has managed to rectify my landline at 3.45pm on 10.3.2021, but customer care unable to resolve billing and plan issues.. So phone has a dial tone but cannot be used...Great

    Where #Excitel Takes Only 1 Day (Max) To Resolve any issues through their end, Mtnl takes over a week to figure out the issue.... Another thing i liked about excitel ISP, they really care about their consumers...If an issue dont get resolved in a day, their agents visits your

    Tragedy of Broadband experience! My first was RCom net that ran well for some time before it folded up. Next was MTNL who was so elusive when it came to customer service. Now its @HathwayBrdband playing hide&seek more often. We are talking abt AI with this state of netspeed!
