@DoT_India Please request you to atleast provide decent network coverage all over Mumbai for BSNL users. its been pathetic since many months there has been far too many call drops and Internet issues.. @BSNLCorporate just shrugs off its duties and points fingers at MTNL Mumbai.

@Mohansinha You cannot let the Telecom Company fail and result in a duopoly. BSNL/MTNL are also not in a position to compete with Airtel and Jio. Look at it like the TARP investments of the US Govt. At some point when Vodafone becomes sustainable Govt will exit.

@MTNLOfficial pathetic service by MTNL phone is dead since a month now no response to complaints even few deleted without been phone working,you have already loose ur customer base due to poor service atleast try to retain the few left who still using landline take action asap.
