@rsprasad ji, Can you please ask MTNL mumbai to provide me a continuous and good speed internet plus troublefree phone connection. For last 8 months I am getting very very bad service from MTNL. I have registered dozons of complaints and sent requests to Grievance portal too.

@SunnyAkaPunjabi As to BSNL and MTNL crumbling. Who is suffering? Except BSNL employees who aren't able to provide proper services, everyone is happy that they are getting a better service at a cheaper cost. I don't see any problem with that.

@DoT_India Sirs, my phone No. 022-28893602 MTNL us dead for more than one month. Numerous complaints to MTNL but no response. Request your kind intervention to see that the problem is resolved. I am Senior Citizen so please help.
