@MTNLMbiOfficial My MTNL landline 28170144 is still dead and the complaint docket number 986 (registered on 21-July-2022) for the same has been closed on 29-July-2022 without resolving the issue.

@DaniSudhir @DoT_India MTNL never ask for the e-KYC on WhatsApp/SMS/Call etc. ,MTNL Alert by sending messages to all GSM customers to avoid such type of EKYC messages as it may lead to some kind of fraud , hence you are requested to ignore such E-KYC messages.

@marinebharat MTNL mobile division is irredeemable. Still stuck in 3G, almost no customer service. They seem to want people to port out. Unsurprisingly they have just 1-3% of market share in Delhi, Mumbai.

@MTNLOfficial @DoT_India That I know already and hence I reported you. Being responsible authority it's your duty to take legal action against those who are misleading customers by using MTNL Name.. I am ignoring same, but you don't ignore it because they may trap other MTNL customer with fake messages
