It couldn’t put funds into a special escrow account for the next interest payment on its bonds due to not having enough cash. Then i called your toll free customer care number, and they confirmed that this plan is not available in delhi and Mumbai.

Amm (@ammdispose) reported@bsnl_care Is MTNL 4G available in Mumbai? I used to get signal earlier and then no signal from past 6 months. I was told that it is due to tower upgradation to 4G. Six months passed still no signal!
