    @MTNLOfficial @CMD_MTNL is MTNL functional in Delhi. It raises bill alright but service is non existent. My Mayur Vihar Ph I phone 2275 5104 defective since 10 days. Complained online, spoke to SDO MTNL of area thrice but nothing works. Probably time to surrender the phone.

    @mainbhiengineer Webpages are not getting heavier, more and more people are connecting to same Base Station which results in slowing of download speed. Also except for MTNL/BSNL, 3G is history. All private players have shut down 3G BTS almost completely.

    Difficult to impress on MTNL staff that 15 to 20 yr old instrument may not hv these & shud accept any working instrument. But no & won't deduct this from ur deposit of ₹2000. Can you beat this stupid rule. Can't run the co, tedious phone surrender, what does MTNL want. ?????

    @catale7a @ThePollLady Forget 5 G spectrum, BSNL does not have 4G service till date. Thanks to the govt who looted BSNL & MTNL so that their friends can create a monopoly in this business. The answer is no they don't want to.

    @MTNLOfficial @Anurag_Office i purchased a duplicate sim mob no. 9968778535 from MTNL Sanchaar Haat,eastern court on 8th August 2022, sim is not activated yet despite calling customer care multiple times. My alternate number is 9968856673

    @MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial @AGSawant dear all I've had registered a complaint with mtnl for non availability of service since 23.8.22 & the doc no "4295". My num is 24982757 and for last 4 days I am deprived of basic internet service. Everyday I call mtnl but invain.
