    @MTNLMbiOfficial @MTNLOfficial @DoT_India I am still facing frequent disconnection issues from past 25-30 days, lower download speed than my 6Mbps plan, and disturbance in the landline. Till date, no one has visited my place to check. I have no contact number of Mtnl person.

    Authorities are just hand-in-gloves with these private service providers. We blame MTNL but all things are under ground which is as per to law. All citizens should file what are permission given by BMC, BEST etc to providing services by hanging wires by private agencies.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial Lcid no 3200010445 Of Powai III Post office is down since 23 June 2021. Call to various mtnl exchange at powai but no any lineman attended office to resolve issue. Pls do it on priority

    @rsprasad Dear sir, MTNL Mumbai landline user facing big issues with services..old underground wirerings got affected..due to very old infra. we suffer huge losses in our business.I have group of 10000 people who also suffer this problems..allow customer to port landline like mob

    There is no MTNL mobile network (Dolphin) in Haji Ali Government Colony, Mahalaxmi, Mumbai for the last eight days. MTNL failed to restore the network, for the reasons best known to it. Loyal customers of MTNL and BSNL, who are government officers, are facing great problems.

    @ArvindKejriwal its been a week rning arnd fr gtng a domicile. I hv applied 4 times online to no avail. Ofline ws much btr. Pathetic service. Now they r saying their @MTNLOfficial internet at SDM office saraswati vihar is not working for 3 days. No wonder mtnl is shutting down.

    @MTNLOfficial looks like Mtnl has gone to sleep no action taken since Friday on my no net problem inspite is so many complaints there is no response shame

    More than 3 times have complained after person called from MTNL phone started Aftr few days phone has been dead its been more than a month now since phone line is dead still I get phone bill When phone isn't working its dead still bill being sent No one to fix line? @MTNLOfficial

    @MTNLMbiOfficial No one has turned up for this issue, kindly look into the matter ASAP, as I don't want to continue the service of MTNL.
