@CMD_MTNL @MTNLMbiOfficial I am receiving inflated ftth bill. In each billing cycle the opening meter reading is same.The closing meter reading is changing. causing inflated bill. No customer care responding. Tried nearest mtnl office. All are closed.

@MTNLOfficial have reached MTNL office in Sion at 10:45. It’s 11:15 am still not a single employee has come. Queue of many people with grievances. Extremely poor service. Reckless and careless. @MTNLMbiOfficial

@IndiaPostOffice it is true that internet connectivity issue since 14.12.2020 to 18.12.2020 due to problem in MTNL main server Ghatkopar (W). Now, problem of MTNL main server was resolved & network connectivity of Mulund East Post office is working smoothly.
