@MTNLMbiOfficial @MTNLOfficial My dad lost his mobile. Tried calling mtnl customer care to block ghe sim but not getting connected. Went to mtnl office cherai,thane, they said nobody is there to block the sim so cannot do it. Urgent help required

Online docket No was 7972 when I registered. Now this has got changed to 9182. How??. My LL ‘26844472’ continues to be shown as under CF. Unable to access MTNL mail. Email tab on Website gone. Is MTNL mail service suspended? Pl clarify.

@DelhiMTNL Sir, I'm using BSNL sim in Ghaziabad, 201009 there officials said that this area is served by Mtnl Delhi, Your network is totally down for 3 days please do the needful to improve it.
