My @MTNLOfficial number isn’t working. Called the Mtnl helpline number given on the website. Their number is also not working. They really need to rethink how they want to operate.

Any update on the same? Why money is getting deducted on each call, when the subscription is for unlimited call from MTNL network for a year. Please note that we are on home network and all calls are made from Mumbai only. Please help.

@Divyans36880941 @LokeshBKamad I agree that PSUs have capability. Air India has been trusted by most global airlines for aircraft servicing in our region, MTNL set up telecom networks in many countries in Middle East and Africa. Yet, they are into losses. Is restructuring the only solution?

@TelecomTalk @TanaysinghT will this have any effect on the service quality and tariff plans of MTNL Mobile services in Mumbai. Am sure u r aware it is the only 3G operator in Mumbai at the moment. What changes can we Mumbaikars expect by this development?

@MTNLMbiOfficial it’s been almost 4 months since my telephone line has been dead. If you can’t restore it please say so. There are other providers that are more competent and are able to provide the service. Not everyone is as useless as MTNL Mumbai.
