    Land line is dead since more than month. Lineman comes, inspects and tell customer tht line has been damaged. Wire needs replacement. It's surprised to see MTNL doesn't have wires? Lineman asks money from customer. @MTNLMbiOfficial @TRAI @MTNLOfficial

    @MumbaiMTNL What are requirements for converting my MTNL landline connection to concessional senior citizen plan? Cannot contact MTNL Bandra west Mumbai as customer care number does not exist! As a senior citizen application must be completed by only one visit to the exchange.

    @MTNLOfficial my mother is retired from mtnl and we have been trying to raise a complaint for our landline since last two weeks but the IVr services never worked. My connection is working but there is a lot of disturbance the moment we pick the headset. Can anyone help?

    @Pournimakothap1 Finacle system was working very slow on 03.03.2022 and 04.03.2022. . Hence, a complaint was raised to MTNL regarding slow connectivity by Kalachowki S.O on 05.03.2022. Instructions have also been given to all staff working at Kalachowki S.O to communicate politely with customers
