    These days, in the name of service, many companies have become completely careless. People buy products simply because they trust a reputed name like Godrej. However, by outsourcing service contracts to external agencies, these companies are damaging their own reputation. @GodrejAppliance, it’s time to fix this while you still can—otherwise it won’t take long to end up like MTNL or BSNL.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 BSNL....absolutely disappointed. Ported from MTNL to BSNL believing your ad campaigns And now completely struck. Not able to send or receive SMS or use UPI or dial MMI codes despite complaints nearly every day to service ventre and BSNL Self care app. #Wakeup #BSNL

    @JM_Scindia It's more required to transform the major lazy attitude of past BSNL And MTNL Employees though they are in service Industry which purely rely on Customer's the approach comes as the same as Past rigid system of NO Proper Cooperation And MAKING SO Run Door to Door

    I want to publicly raise an issue regarding MTNL I have a MTNL tower installed on my terrace, but they have been continuously delaying rent payments for years. Currently, around 4–5 months of rent is still pending, and despite multiple complaints, there has been no resolution. Every time I follow up, I am given verbal assurances like “payment will be done this month or next month,” but nothing actually happens. This kind of negligence is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I request the concerned authorities to take this matter seriously and clear all pending dues immediately.@MTNLOfficial @MTNL @narendramodi

    @AreaMtnl I am one of few customers of Mtnl who is being paying his bill religiously despite my phone is not working since last four months . You are requested to book my complaint 2592 0057. Can anyone of you Book MTL complaint on 1500 or any given number.
