    @cgm_mh_bsnl #TalkToCGMBSNLMH Sir, I am using my BSNL no since 2004. Now I am using it in Mumbai. But here i face very poor network as it uses MTNL network. Is it possible to improve the network of BSNL in Mumbai? What alternative can be done here to experience smooth service?

    @PrakashJavdekar My mother is a pensioner & life certificate date has been extended. Her pension has not been credited (3 months) & when she called, was told they aren't there to do charity! After serving MTNL for 40 yrs relentlessly, is this the response one gets??!! Pls help

    @sanjayk01775718 We regret the inconvenience caused to you. There is MTNL coverage in NCR area. However additional roaming facilities of BSNL may be used in this area by paying charges as per policy. This service may be activated by sending a message ACT ROAM TO 53333 from the respective numbers.

    @cgm_mh_bsnl long pending complaint 9930406450, 9420050848 from Aug 2019 to Nov But grievances were diverted by BSNL to MTNL. If BSNL cannot give services in Mumbai, it is requested to return my Rs 1719 (20 SIM + Rs 1699 plan of 15 months) with 12% interest and compensation.

    @Drsunandambal MTNL equally bad if not worse. One phone line I have (had) down for last 13 months , but I get regular bills and payment reminders.

    @MTNLOfficial Inspite of repeated requests landline number was dead since many days so eventually it was surrendered 022 25404607 . The decision of surrendering was not favorable but there wa no option. Team MTNL , this type of service was not expected from you.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial i am receiving only 'sorry for inconvenience & team will resolve my complaint" but how many days?, mtnl was never before this way, there are no proper staff to reply at office, suffering since more than 2 months where should the consumer go, please do the needful

    @mtnldelhi My broadband connection number 27519034, was not working for 5 days, My continuous request at call centre fetch no result, everytime executive said technician will come but he never comes. Now i understand why everybody surrendering mtnl connection.
