@MTNLOfficial It's been 15-20 days but my MTNL landline phone is dead. I registered a complaint, was given a docket number, yet nothing. Do I have to wait a month to get a dead landline repaired?

@DawraGian Many MSMEs are registered on Govt eprocurement portals/digital platforms with MTNL Email ID. Discontinuation would lead to major crisis. MTNL must find options or migrate this service to other email service provider permitting retention of existing email ID.

@BKSyngal @suchetadalal @narjun Govt also practically killed BSNL. By not allowing them 4G. By forcing BSNL to rely on MTNL network in Delhi/NCR and Mumbai circles (and MTNL didn't give a damn about servicing BSNL customers, who got completely screwed in the process). BSNL has LOTS of very valuable Land Banks.

@MTNLOfficial My land line number is 01126291275 it's not working from last 4 month it's in dead condition I have complained online so many time it says already registered. please tell me how long MTNL will take time ?
