@DoT_India @MTNLOfficial mtnl delhi landline 26177176 not working and dead complaints made are cleared. Kindly rectify the fault and arrange for changing of old faulty clip instrument with new instrument and give rent rebate of 6 months for faulty period.

Conclusion - Checked with Airtel, vodafone and Jio....it's not their issue. It's issue with MTNL. Not malad, it has started echoing at Sakinaka exchange lines too
