    @piyush_trades @SatanAtWink They did BSNL MTNL are being run by govt even though they make losses Nothing else is possible from govt side If you are concerned switch your connections onto BSNL MTNL I did and don’t feel the difference in calls and network Infact it works in remote parts of the country

    @DoT_India your Haat at Houz khas MTNL exchange is a very very poor joke, its shameful that in today's day n age u should have the Haat on the 3rd floor of the dilapidated unattended building without a lift , to pick up a Sim card, learn from corporates, learn to serve

    @bsnl_care Shared the details via DM, but let me tell you that I have also been wasting my time doing this exercise, as for the last three years, both BSNL and MTNL have failed to restore even basic 2G network services, let alone 4G or 5G

    @credofly Well, I beg to disagree. ICICI Bank and Credit Cards are good starting point but as a bank the strategy is very apparent that they want to go the volume route than value. They would offer Sapphiro branded as premium as LTF to everyone but there isn’t anything premium there. EPM which is premium is frequently facing operation issues with vouchers taking as long as 48 hours at times. Not that there is anything wrong with it but in my mind they are getting closer to being a MTNL to BSNL (BSNL here being SBI and the reference because MTNL used to be a lesser evil of the two when compared to BSNL)!
