There is no network of MTNL in our area since 2 yrs.Employees in MTNL knows about it but they are not interested. Since thee is no network e can't port our no to other service provider. We had applied for an MTNL connection in 2003. They flat out refused for some frivolous reason. Got Tata instead. Never looked back.
