    These days, in the name of service, many companies have become completely careless. People buy products simply because they trust a reputed name like Godrej. However, by outsourcing service contracts to external agencies, these companies are damaging their own reputation. @GodrejAppliance, it’s time to fix this while you still can—otherwise it won’t take long to end up like MTNL or BSNL.

MTNL now focuses on assets like prime land/towers in these cities, monetizing via sales (e.g., ₹350 Cr Mumbai BKC property approved Dec 2025). It reports heavy losses (₹897 Cr net loss Q3 FY26, revenue down 24% YoY) & debt over ₹23k Cr. BSNL is vital: Pan-India leader in rural/strategic areas (where privates lag), BharatNet broadband, defense SATCOM, & secure networks for govt depts/police. Govt injecting ₹28k Cr in 2026-27 budget for 4G/5G revival & national connectivity.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 My landline number 022-27546466 is not working for the last 10 months. No senior officer of BSNL and MTNL Navi Mumbai is interested to work and ensure that the landline is working

    @grok @grok Why is the Government deploying below par ITS officers into MTNL/BSNL specifically MTNL who can't justify their worth? They seem to either pass their time/service with less work load and behave like kings with zero accountability. Is DOT considered a less important deptt?

    @JM_Scindia sir my ftth number 21403534 ftth number not working . I have tried to complain about MTNL websites and landline number 1130 but both are not working. Kindly direct to the concerned person to solve the problem.

    @MTPHereToHelp attn. needed Surve Chock(Kurla LBS/Bkc MTNL junction).Taking right turn becomes a trap for motorist to jump signal while coming from Shri Krishna Chock on LBS marg &turning towards Kurla Depot,as no Right turn &straight signal lights on Right side of the BKC road.

    @JM_Scindia @PMOIndia @mtnldelhi sir since last more than 6 months there is No MTNL mobile signal in Timarpur area of Delhi. We can not do any call or office related work due to this. Pls. intervene....MTNL services are at worst in Delhi

    In the era of 5G, @BSNLCorporate can't even Deliver normal 4G speed. @MTNLOfficial denies any possibility and network connectivity. Loses signal out of the blue, and you are in no man's land. What a pathetic show of work by BSNL and MTNL.
