    @MTNLMbiOfficial our hospital telephones are not working since a month. If MTNL is not capable of keeping even the essential phones functioning ,I think the end of the organisation is not a distant future.

    @sandeep_PT It has been destroyed by the attitude of the employee who think consumers are crap and should be ignored. We had bill coming for 1 year while phone being non operational. No customer service and bad attitude is what u get from most govt firms. SBI and MTNL are no diff.

    @iamharmeetK @SupriyaShrinate MTNL's people wouldn't even come home to fix faults! They asked me to come to the exchange and take a new device when in actuality they are supposed to come home, test the line, and then ascertain whether the device is indeed faulty. (1/2)
