@PMOIndia last 2 days sir mtnl internet is down. entire mtnl is taking a long vaxation. no emergency teams to solve net outages. why is it that ur sarkar has to pamper such ppl with fat vrs. they dont deserve a penny of tax payer money. they dont even earn their salary.

.@MTNLOfficial Our phone has not been working for 2 months now and no response yet. Calling to complaint just makes us hear a recorded message that complaint is already open. Zero update and not a single attempt to resolve the issue. Sign to get rid of MTNL landlines?

@BSNLCorporate Recently, an OM issued in making use of BSNL & MTNL 's services mandatory in govt offices. Inspite of repeated requests since last two months, my internet problems could not be fixed. BSNL is not in a position to provide services. I request to terminate services at my place.

@MTNLMbiOfficial since 9 am today the net is down. 28712325. ivr complaint was lodged. aft 7 hrs net is still down. hiw can u take things casually. in wfh era we need a reliable net connection. mtnl also does not believe in giving updates.whats happening

@Hardism What data doesn't show is how the government institutions have been broken systematically. Companies like MTNL were making great profits even in 2010s. Success of all developed countries have lied in public private partnership, not stand alone privatization.
