Dear @MTNLOfficial in Kalbadevi area. No mobile number has been able to call our MTNL landline numbers across the whole market. Only issue with MTNL. Are you shutting down service. ??

@bankofbaroda Paid an MTNL bill on 9 December using my BOB Prepaid Reloadable Card. Money immediately deducted from my Card but still not reached MTNL even after 2 days. Kindly resolve this issue at earliest

It is my humble advice not to take MTNL connection as the money you pay towards security will never be refunded. It happened to me as I did not receive the security deposit till now after disconnection 3 years back( my landline number 26452956)

@MTNLOfficial I cannot get the customer account number for my MTNL prepaid number. I also tried to reach customer care but after long long holds they didn't pick up calls Please get me my ACCOUNT NUMBER to myself registered to the portal.
