@praaatiiik Not comparing or anything but my old MTNL broadband had the same issue so I switched to the Ion digital it's good with nearly no downtime 👍

@MTNLOfficial dear sir/madam,landline no is 25873765 apply for reopen in march but connection yet not open and huge amount bill made by mtnl and during this period i never get benifit of landline and broadband .please take action immediatly otherwise i will mail to pmo site.

MTNL Broadband problem. I have MTNL land line connection phone no. 01123964195 which works only 4 days a week. After four days the broadband is up without complaint. Tis Hazari Exchange people do not care. Please help.

@VikramKalra2 We were informed that the bills not be paid because the cable was stolen in January, 2021 by the officer incharge. MTNL's service standard have gone down drastically. Earlier also they took around 6 months to attend our complaint.
