@MTNLOfficial There is no network coverage of BSNL in sector 19, koparkhairane, Navi Mumbai, 400709 area from Months now as per @BSNLCorporate this are is covered under MTNL. Please look into it..There is so much difficulty in recieving the OTP now

wanted and shameful of the Department concerned. If we are sometimes late in paying the bill penalty is charged and see our internet and phone is down now without any intimation but bill will come in routine as usual. This is a matter of great concern for the AUTHORITIES OF MTNL.

@SBICard_Connect Your call centre services are atrocious! The connections are like old time MTNL landlines and the staff is also equally untrained! Also, for premium customers, please launch another contact line! Your distribution network and ability to service aren't in sync!

@vinodtomar63 @AshwiniVaishnaw @narendramodi Yes but mtnl is not taking initiative of providing seamless 3g network in mumbai only 30% 3g rest no network or no indoor and dead 3g cards 1st improve network & promote for mtnl growth.
