@MTNLMbiOfficial My MTNL landline at Mumbai 23612915 has stopped working for several years. The telephone exchange at Malabar Hill is not approachable. I am getting bills with 0 value for all these months. Let me know what am I supposed to do to make it workable or cancel.

Bought new prepaid sim and unable to use mobile data at all 9868313633 mtnl delhi. @TRAI @MTNLOfficial tried calling to their customer care but I believe they don't work on weekends. Although I can make and receive calls.

@MTNLOfficial It is the 3rd time in a span of 10 days , that a complaint for a dead phone lodged on the mobile app has been shown as Resolved after 2 days , even though the phone remains as Dead. Why is MTNL resorting to such tricks. I have sent DM also

@AshwiniVaishnaw It is a pain to change SIM cards which are no longer available at MTNL CSCs in Mumbai since September 2022 Why should the public be in pain ? We pay taxes in full sir ? Please help solve it. @narendramodi @PMOIndia

@IndianTechGuide Good to see that at least govt trying to revive BSNL MTNL.. The main problem is the mind set of their employees.. They don't show any interest to retain customers when customers goes for cancellation! They accepted that these units will shutdown one day!!
