  @MTNLMbiOfficial mtnl lines are always down at Kandivali. One can hear dial tone but can't make call. With so many people not going for landline, mtnl should have enough bandwidth to address the issue. Frequent breakdown requires involvement of specialists. junior guys attend

  @MTNLMbiOfficial @MTNLOfficial Hi MTNL Team, Please check PRI connection is down since 11th April 23. Docket no 4306 is raised for PRI number 022-27781869. No one from MTNL team even visited to check issue. There is no TAT shared.

  @Ammy3165 @Ravisutanjani Bsnl/mtnl is already there for validity plan witch help then to get incoming call also ! Hope atleast 1 sim in a family people use for bsnl/mtnl ! 🙏

  @MTNLMbiOfficial My MTNL other line 028811630 is also not working since so many years. Various complaints have been initiated but no response is seen. I am paying my regular bills via ECS and the amount is deducted but no service is being provided.#hopelessservice in government sector.

  Why @MTNLOfficial cannot deliver services like other companies in resolving issues as to the connectivity to its customers. As almost every month it needs me to raise the same issue before @DoT_India to get my things done by mtnl. Plz do the needful again.

  @Vigneshkumar_NA @airtelindia Bsnl/mtnl always 20-25% cheap and more data offer choice is yours pay more to private in name of 4G/5G ( is all required it ?? ) or get reasonable price national company ! The more people use bsnl/mtnl they get more cheap price pack witch help lower middle class get telecom use
