  @_logik @chuck_gopal Once I realised that all my service providers (even MTNL, that ancient among ancients) were available through paytm, I've not gone anywhere else, even digitally, to pay bills. That one app is more than enough. Just to ensure no eggs in a basket, I use gpay for some services too.

  @akhilpachori Sir what your response against minimum recharge 100₹+ just to make phone number activate ! Its 110cr customer base industry is it all require this spend every month ? Hope family has at-least 1 sim of bsnl/mtnl with 1 year validity recharge around 400₹/year !

  @MTNLOfficial our landline connection in Delhi is dead for long therefore broadband internet also not working. Online complaint booking link also not working. Pls tell if MTNL has been shut down completely in Delhi or not. How to disconnect mtnl connection?
