@akshatdhingra @JioCare @reliancejio When they were launching within Jiofibre 2 yrs back they used to come n look into d problem within few hours but now they're not bothered! Even MTNL was giving a better service! Shame in you Jio. Never expected this from a Mukesh Ambani coy!

@JioCare #Jio has lost their edge in tech,no longer remote #Jiofiber support is working/no remote troubleshooting of issues done/call center seems to be outsourced/they are sending engineers to verify than doing any verification remotely/back to #MTNL ways of working/

@saurabh218 @AJIOLife 20 days is a very small time. I’m waiting for a month. The pick up keeps getting cancelled and you watch helplessly. The customer service is lousy. Even MTNL is far better. Horrible AJIO.
