@CMD_MTNL Since last 5-6 months my phone no. 022- 24155926 is dead. Made several complaints but the problem is still as it is. MTNL staff releases the complaint without resolving it. But MTNL is very prompt in dispatching the bills. Fed up with the service.

Raised issue,got a docket# from MTNL. Rcvd auto voice call telling docket is closed and if issue persists, raise another issue. Did that and got new docket#. Got message that this docket# is also closed. Guess what, phone line is still dead.@MTNLMbiOfficial is this some game?

@LICIndiaForever If #licofindia will not change it's service I am 101% sure it will loose it's market share and now even people are avoiding it's services. It will be like airindia and mtnl Or any other psu.

@MTNLMbiOfficial @mtnl malad my landline number is 28896069, i have been a problem using the connection as Landline & Internet, frequent disconnected is happening, have to tweet coz without even attending complaint, a msg arrives "complaint has been attended"

Dear @MTNLOfficial I have received a SMS Dear “customer, your MTNL sim KYC has been suspended. Your sim card will be blocked within 24 hours. Call immediately. Customer Care 6294958193” from 7076944463 He is asking to install the app KYC QS. Is this genuine or fraud?
