    MTNL, lines out of service from past 6 months, multiple complaints, no result, only reply no technician but a call regularly for pending bill for the period when the phone was dead. RIP #MTNL#

    I think Govt postal and BSNL / MTNL staff have decided to trouble customers so that the customers leave immediately. They are not losers. Their job is permanent. But in the process both the departments may not survive, the onslaught of privates players @rsprasad !!

    since so many years mtnl in worst condition , why government unable to revive its business are they not capable if so sell business.
