@arunbothra @hussain_imtiyaz May be the travel time is just 30 min but waiting for admission is 15 hours? Govt instead of running AirIndia, MTNL, Steel plants, mining companies etc should run hospitals, ambulance services etc needed by people. But then again efficiency will be a problem.

@MTNLOfficial We had sent our Supervisor at MTNL Byculla exchange on April 30, 2021 to register complaint, at around 11 a.m. for the following MTNL numbers : 23001900/23009500/23001900/23096262/23098282/23096262.

this same procedure successfully done with mtnl and all other service providers, finally v r left with no alternate but to port out and change service provider, its sad that we had no other issues with airtel service and were quite happy with the same

Shall wait for a few more days...and if we dont get response we shall move to Jio or airtel...This is how MTNL is loosing customers due to poor management...
