    @TimesAlgebraIND 1 lakh 4G sites is not enough for the whole of India. They will need approx 2-3 lakh sites for sufficient cover to make BSNL usable else its just a waste of money. For eg. the financial capital of India does not have BSNL coverage and MTNL is defunct. So BSNL network is useless.

    He has been assuring me to visit my place for the last 7 days, but he never reverts and also does not attend my calls. If MTNL could not provide better service, it is requested to windup the company saving time and money of citizen. I hope this post fells on deaf ears.

    @pravesh814 Firstly Clear out mess 🫟 of MTNL And BSNL in Mumbai as Still No proper network in Mumbai Why trying launching 5G in Mumbai Since Last 1 year I am facing no network issue And no one solved the problem 😭😔 WHILE MTNL saying With all blame game playing around circle merrygo round

    @TanaysinghT Mumbai being the financial capital of India and the state/ government owned company BSNL has no network. When we call BSNL they say call MTNL and when we call MTNL they say service has been stopped. So Request BSNL office to please close down the service in mumbai.

    @TRAI @MTNLMbiOfficial Good day I am facing issue with my service provider MTNL Dolphin Mumbai I want to Port my mobile number but not receiving UPC SMS reply which is mandatory for porting, email complaints to TRAI is not reverted nor calls to Service provider is of any help

    @MTNLOfficial @mtnl I have a landline which isn't working since years together. Your helpline isn't reachable when I try to dial in using vodafon and airtel network mobiles. How do I close landline? I don't wish to visit mtnl office just to close it. Please help.

    @pravesh814 🙏Pleased improve MTNL Mumbai network this is government co MTNL sim network available only ten two fifteen minutes only so many complain about office says we cant do it

    @BSNLCorporate My Fibre FTTH recently shifted from MTNL to BSNL & Trust me it is worst experience. Not a single day I had a stable connectivity... WHY? Despite repeated complaints on 18004444, the problem persists & Not a single followup for resolution. Do you want me to QUIT?
