    @mungekar_PM Thanks for the location update! Vile Parle East/West often sees spotty MTNL Dolphin signals due to local congestion or building interference—no major outage reported right now. Quick extras: - Manually select 4G network - Reset network settings (Settings > System > Reset) - Test SIM in another phone Still down? Use MyMTNL app to report or call 1503 from alternate line.     @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Highly disappointing experience with Airtel DTH ..Issue not understood/unresolved for more than a week ...Now,discontinuation request also not getting acted upon for more than 4 days...Going MTNL way!!!

    @MTNLOfficial @jagograhakjago Is this how service is provided? Landline not working properly numerous complaints raised unresolved. Want to disconnect emailed cgmonlinembi & they say visit the csc? No online process or details on website on requirements why waste time? #MTNL

    @JM_Scindia It's more required to transform the major lazy attitude of past BSNL And MTNL Employees though they are in service Industry which purely rely on Customer's the approach comes as the same as Past rigid system of NO Proper Cooperation And MAKING SO Run Door to Door

    @moneygurusumit In future airtel, Jio and bsnl only available in the state of Tamil Nadu. Other states also airtel, Jio what ever government approves network available like maharashtra MTNL

    How ? How you will keep BSNL Running, I have a BSNL Card and no network is available because somehow MTNL is on way to closure of business. And chances are BSNL will follow the suit despite assurances from government. This companies are deliberately side-lined, kept them behind to benefit private companies like Jio, VI, Airtel. And it's not a secret, when BSNL still do not have 5G network.

    @bsnl_care Thanks but it's most pathetic customer service. Yr helpline asked me to go to BSNL office, Accounts officer who raised the bill mentioned mobile number not working. Other E mails sent are returned undelivered. MTNL was better in customer service and no option than opt out.
