    @MTNLOfficial mtnl as usual having WiFi network issues. The only thing worse than the network is the customer service. You can call 100 times and still have information and no response.!!

    @rsprasad respected sir, I have done everything for no network issue in Noida sector 66 but there is no response from BSNL / MTNL..kindly take any action in this matter. 18 days have passed but not getting resolution.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial My landline down for 6 months; no service yet bills arrive on time. I’m currently in hospital for COVID, as soon as I’m out, I’m cancelling all Mtnl services

    DGM Tripathi 022-26335000 and GM Sanjay Khar 022-26554242 are ornamental in nature cause they are non existent.@MTNLMbiOfficial of course complaint not attended. VRS given without application of mind and now Mtnl is going dead.
