When I sent a mail to MTNL they say you have BSNL sim and as BSNL has taken over MTNL they will not be able to help. Please let me know the service provider and center for complain in mumbai. Robin Rohit (@AaltooJalaltoo) reportedLoved my MTNL sim, but post Covid they have practically given Jio and Airtel a clear monopoly. No towers, no signal. I have to go to the Ghatkopar MTNL office just to get an otp. Had to switch to Jio unfortunately. And have an SIP of 350-500 every month now in Jio.

I think the harder question: does CIL's 82% market share represent earned dominance or just a legal monopoly that never had to compete?
