@MTNLMbiOfficial @CMD_MTNL MTNL FrAUD. No telephone / broadband connection for over a month. Everytime I lodge complaint I get a call from mtnl officials saying some contractor has cut all wires for Kurla West and that they cannot do anything and close ticket. WHAT IS GOING ON

@ChemburChapters Mtnl hathway and bhawani etc. These local guys for cable and internet. We left them in 2015 for poor service.

@DoT_India @MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial Pls check mtnl website self care portal. Not able to login with my credentials. For bill payment, my CA number and phone number is accepted. Bt 4 selfcare portal, same credentials r invalid. No one attends to customer care. Dgital India!!

@MTNLMbiOfficial so true mtnl staff worst customer service provider, no staff is willing to answer the query rather are rude with bad behaviour. Garbage picker are better mannered & professional then MTNL. A big junk of **** is MTNL

@young_indianz @imranapraveen @CNBCTV18Live BSNL & MTNL went off the market because of its poor management, lazy employees, no improvisation and inefficiency. And we DONT want such a service provider in 2020. Simple. Jio increased internet penetration and digital literacy in India. So getlost with ur age-old socilaism.

And now Govt. of India is also trying very hard to sell BTCL(BSNL Tower Corporation Ltd.) If BSNL will not be able to left will towers also then how will they provide you service?
