    @MTNLOfficial @hrmtnl @TRAI MTNL didn't treat a senior citizen well and have asked the senior citizen to go to the office and submit the request. How can you expect a senior citizen to go to office in this pandemic when he has already been infected with Covid once.

    The department of telecommunications, India gave permission toBharti Airtel, Reliance JioInfocomm, Vodafone Idea &MTNL and network providers such as state-run C-DOT, Sweden’s Ericsson, Finland’s Nokia and South Korea’s Samsung to conduct trials across the country for six months.

    @MTNLOfficial absolute third class services and rude and uncouth staff. Wonder what they are paid for. Had given ecs mandate 2 months ago. But no updation done on your end and my mtnl bills have not been paid. Who is responsible for penalties levied for no fault of ours. @TRAI

    The DoT has permitted telecom service providers, including Bharti Airtel, Reliance Jio, Vodafone Idea,& MTNL, to conduct 5G trials, but none of them will b using technologies of Chinese entities. Huawei & other Chinese Tech not included for trials. Thanks to d @narendramodi govt.

    @MTNLOfficial Dear MTNL team, we have a current telephone and landline connection on my grandmothers name. She is now deceased and we are running from pillar to post to speak to the contact center and get the lines disconnected. Can you please help?

    @MTNLOfficial @hrmtnl @TRAI Now when I mentioned that we are escalating they gave a complaint number and acknowledge the email. Is this the type of service you provide to your customers? Even calling on MTNL numbers they tell a senior citizen to visit the office.
