    Visited MTNL Kandivali W & BSNL Borivali W for SIM required during Agatti visit. Shockingly informed that BSNL SIM may not work on OnePlus phone and no option except to buy pvt SIM. Why should citizens face compatibility issues using Govt services? @JM_Scindia @DoT_India

    @bsnl_care Latest update when I went to mtnl office they told me they don't have any idea about the online sim booking so i buyed a new sim from them worth rs157 but it's been more then 4 hours but sim isn't showing any network. Rebooted phone and reinstalled the sim multiple time no use.

    @credofly Well, I beg to disagree. ICICI Bank and Credit Cards are good starting point but as a bank the strategy is very apparent that they want to go the volume route than value. They would offer Sapphiro branded as premium as LTF to everyone but there isn’t anything premium there. EPM which is premium is frequently facing operation issues with vouchers taking as long as 48 hours at times. Not that there is anything wrong with it but in my mind they are getting closer to being a MTNL to BSNL (BSNL here being SBI and the reference because MTNL used to be a lesser evil of the two when compared to BSNL)!

    @Vivek_Investor Telecommunication minister is perfect useless and possibly under the payroll of private telecom companies. MTNL is fully killed by bringing 5G. now using Vodafone network. What to do BJP top leadership is blind to the happenings around. Common middle class suffering.

    Crazy Absolutely Crazy Reminds me of #MTNL results Revenues Rs 428 Crores and Loss Rs 336 Crores Reflects extreme discounting to sell Sales in Numbers were down 36% while sales have fallen 45% Good luck to all who are playing for a turnaround in this company

    @manojlatex Dear Sir, We have received remarks from the concerned department: The MTNL team has examined the issue and confirmed nearby sites are functioning well. To improve coverage, additional sites are planned in the upcoming 4G expansion. -BSNL Care (Ankit)

    @AjeetBhartii Old guards BSNL / MTNL couldn’t do much. Hope that incidental govt investment in Vodafone works out something soon to become an alternative to poor service giants Jio / Airtel. Govt must truly revive BSNL to competitive level and let Vodafone give some jitters to duopolistic companies.
