@MTNLOfficial Our numbers 26689290 / 26689026 have gone dead for over a week. We have sent complaints but without success. Will wait for a couple of days, and then explore options. As a business we cannot stay disconnected. I remember when MTNL was such a great service!!!

@airtelindia I ve ported a mtnl prepaid number to Airtel prepaid.. Received a sms to change the sim and dial for tele verification..but not getting any network on new sim to make a call.. kindly assist

@MTNLOfficial the broadband is not working properly, Kindly follow up. Many people in our building have migrated from mtnl to other ISPs that means there are problems with service which have forced users to switch.

My landline no.28813178 is not working by 8 months. 3 months back, your wireman visited site & said there was wire broken & same informed to main office to change. But still no action taken by mtnl. Also give me full refund of 8 months of phone dead. Call me - 9324425348
