    @sanjeevsanyal Thanks Sir.Common citizen will be very happy if the harrassment by these service providers is looked into.Another problem is that their data card most of d time don't work particularly in NCR region.This problem is not limited 2 private players.U will not get MTNL signals in NCR

    Please help me connect to someone as we have been loyal users of MTNL since past 40 years and my dad being 65 years old and a doctor has shared a written complaint as well, but no one from @MTNLMbiOfficial bothers to address it.

    Dear @MTNLOfficial, Your telephone service has not been working on for landline number 22695236 since 2 months. We are located in SBS Road, Fort Area. In spite of several complains on mail and physical visit to Mtnl office, no action has been taken. Please solve this.

    @JioCare jio seems to be going the MTNL internet down since last 2 days have been facing speed issues since June first week no one to solve and more over customer care lines dead GOD BLESS entire society internet down I guess we should try Airtel

    @MTNLOfficial A really bad service from mtnl my landline 25999018 is not working since last few months continuously trying to book complaint but not get response only ivr speaks ... My mother inlaws stays alone at home . If you still want your customers to continue.

    @santoshimmt @BBCHindi This what is called as "Welfare State". The poor or inefficient performance can be attributed to ONGC, IPCL, IOCL, BSNL, MTNL and so on???...the inefficiency is planted in an organization to make way for justifying the*SALE".
