@BSNLCorporate @MTNLOfficial my BSNL prepaid number is temporarily out of service, called on 198, female CCE started shouting, "if no. is out of service, why r u calling to me, it's MTNL office, not BSNL", and hung up the phone. This is the reason you both don't have customers!

@ananthkrishnan As per reply given in Parliament- BSNL has 44.4 % network equipment from M/s ZTE and 9.0 % from Huawei. MTNL has 10 % of its mobile network equipment from Chinese equipment manufacturers. Jio has nothing from ZTE and Huawei. Vodafone and Airtel gave no clear replies.

@MTNLOfficial MTNL customer care is by far the worst for any Pvt or Govt org. A great FTTH product let down by abysmal customer service. Has layers and layers of customer care leading to bureaucratic maze with no outcome. Hallmark of lethargy. God help this company. @rsprasad

@CMDBSNL @BSNLCorporate @MTNLOfficial if you won't guide your CCEs how to talk to customers, then BSNL/MTNL will never grow. I called twice, that female CCE was so rude like she was enjoying something and I disturbed her.
