@sk4259 with all outgoing SMS facilities. On the other hand his concern is about unable to make call on MTNL number 1130 only from so requested to share required detail for further validation but customer was not agree to share and only saying that he will raise complaint on higher (3/4)

@DoT_India Already selected in MTNL. MTNL has shut down its 2G network and there are no 3G towers around here.

@harishanker2008 hii you got IN-Dolphin network in your mobile or not? Try manual searching for MTNL network because BSNL is using MTNLs network in Delhi Circle. Additionally send sms ACTROAM to 53333 for using VI roaming services (Charges Apply).

I wish to inform Sri #Ashwini Vaishnaw,MOC that the service rendered by MTNL, Mumbai is very bad. My landlines telephone & broadband band connection under repair for last 45 days. Inspite of lodging complaint - docket no 5651.

My Telephone number is 21420785 and my CA number is 2023190872. Since last five days is my broadband is disfunctional and down.I have reported multiple times online.The MTNL complain landline number is not responding.The grievance number is not picking. #DoT_India #mtnl
