  @zerodhamarkets Maharatna label amplifies DNA, doesn't change it. NTPC was profitable before autonomy. MTNL had Navratna since '97 and still cratered. I think the harder question: does CIL's 82% market share represent earned dominance or just a legal monopoly that never had to compete?

  @BSNLCorporate I ported from MTNL Mumbai to BSNL 4G on 6th April. It shows network signal but no VOLTE. Complained many times but not resolved. Internet and SMS sometimes works but no incoming and outgoing calls. Please resolve.

  @mungekar_PM Thanks for the location update! Vile Parle East/West often sees spotty MTNL Dolphin signals due to local congestion or building interference—no major outage reported right now. Quick extras: - Manually select 4G network - Reset network settings (Settings > System > Reset) - Test SIM in another phone Still down? Use MyMTNL app to report or call 1503 from alternate line.   @bsnl_care Yet the problem is solved. I dont think so BSNL/MTNL is capable to handle network issue, if you would then you it cant take so much time.
