@MTNLOfficial like other festival, mtnl has declared holiday for internet services. Customer can't make complain. So it won't be resolved. What a terrific services mtnl offers..😜 we as customer are helpless and paying for cheap services.this is made in india.

@Paytmcare My account got debited on 20 Oct 22 for amount 1352/- for Mtnl bill payment…I have confirmed from Mtnl they have not received payment…but app shows it’s done…how do I get the money back…MTNL Delhi Order #32233678…no redressal on the app..only bots are there…plz help

@MTNLMbiOfficial My LL 26844472 attached to Marol exchange is out of order since FEB 2022. WAS TOLD THAT THERE IS CABLE FAULT AND WILL BE SET RIGHT SOON. WHAT IS WRONG WITH MTNL? WHY IS THERE NO RESOLUTION EVEN AFTER SUCH INORDINATE DELAY???

@excitel_rocks It's been a day still my issue is not resolved you people are acting like MTNL, i m very disappointed by you guys I have literally talked to 50 technicians of yours today, everytime u tranfer call to someone and nothing happens
