    @MTNLOfficial @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL why 1503 customer care number not connecting through MTNL Mumbai mobile number it was connecting & working fine before two days? Error IVR this facility does not exist on your mobile number.

    @K_Nageshwar Also I believe they modi Shah sarkar has forgotten the fate of the psu in telecom sector bsnl and mtnl where the employees were forced to take up vrs so jio could benefit and somehow they still cant have the 4g service to their users for which the bands were provided to jio

    @MTNLOfficial Till February, I used to get bill messages, they also stopped coming. Whenever go to mtnl office the staff says go to that office, go there, they speak, we don't know, just keep talking to each other, don't listen to the customer's problem.

    @AbtNature @sjain_21 @karksarss Madam bsnl, mtnl, doordarshan all are govt run institutions, Airindia also was, had they shown any competency, very poor service is provided to customers even in sbi too, private banks provide better service and are growing. Congress motto "We're made for M'slims only" Scams??

    @MTNLOfficial In April 2021, my phone was damaged, I had lodged a complaint in mtnl office in June-July-August, then they said that the pole on your side has been stolen, we cannot do anything.
