@sunny1278 @myspinny Sir, no idea. They say they will call, no one calls on time and then no one comes. It’s actually a service no one needs. Maybe Ivy League VC’s need to do service audits so that India gets better service companies. Can’t have that valuation and lower service levels than MTNL.

@mtnldelhi @ We have your MTNL land line connection bearing our no.: 25546579 from B-3B /37B, Janakpuri along with your broadband connection also. And the same out of service since 30 th May,2022 . Even after many requests no one is their to respond. Being senior.citizens need it

Due to technical issues in MTNL, customers using Jio and Airtel services cannot call the helpline no. 100, but all citizens are requested to use the landline as well as SIMs of other companies to contact the 100 helpline. MTNL is working hard to address this technical issue.
