  @stockifiabhijit Not true. It may also indicate serious lack of choice. By your definition, because my dad waited 6 years for an MTNL line and i get pissed at Airtel for delaying service by a day, MTNL has greater brand value

  @bsnl_care What is the update on this complaint ? I had informed you about being unable to use the BSNL network in mumbai. Your customer care informed me to use MTNL Network. They don't even know about the new 4G service arrangement by launching 4G as a service in mumbai.

  @JioCare @reliancejio JIO IS BECOMING ANOTHER MTNL WHICH HAD TO CLOSE DOWN BECAUSE A LINE MAN WILL DO YOUR WORK ONLY IF HE IS TIPPED. I AM PAYING RS 800 EVERY MONTH FOR JIO FIBRE WHILE HALF DE TIME IT DOESNT WORK AS THERE IS NO INTERNET OR THERE R ERRORS.CUST CARE DONT CARE?

  @kayezad @MTNLOfficial Everyone was given VRS. Same und. cable issue, we paid bills for 2-3 months and then stopped. It was an old no. MTNL shamefully sent bills for 6 mnths more. Complaints online, offline, nothing happened.They took us to Lok adalat twice. Paperwork was strong, judge blasted them.

  @diveshkumar786 1) BSNL sim should be 5G Ready as tower conversion to 4G is ongoing 2) You will still receive MTNL signal as In-Dolphin (3G) or 40439 (4G) 3) Signals will show as Roaming 4) Reception varies at large depending upon the area, location (indoor/outdoor)

  @miprathu Dear Customer, BSNL SIM cards and porting services are available at MTNL offices and authorized retail outlets in Mumbai and Thane. You can visit the nearest MTNL office with a valid ID proof and UPC code (for porting) to get a new SIM or complete the port-in process.   @rishav_sharma1 @Broufus True story I was 15, my home landline was down for almost a month, after getting fed-up with MTNL, I called Information & Broadcasting ministry to demand the phone be repaired. Within 24hrs my phone was working and MTNL zonal manager called to inquire if phone was working fine.
