@CMDBSNL Sir, DAE/DCSEM had installed mobile towers in Anushaktinagar Mumbai abt 6months ago for MTNL & other cos. Most of the time there is no data connectivity & frequent call drops on MTNL even less than 100m from tower. connectivity of other service providers is very good.

@MTNLOfficial I registered PORT request and it's been four days I haven't got proper assistance from MTNL. However, I'm trying to contact the customer care but the overall process is quite slow. I'm miserable now because can't get proper assistance from the MTNL. #trustissues

VI already gone then only 2 player and 1 gov if now 10% price hike then also this 4g/5g growth is slow and people start taking bsnl/mtnl see latest trai data mtnl not reduce its user

@MTNLMbiOfficial MTNL mobile connectivity in Anushaktinagar Mumbai 400094 is very poor. No data network, frequent call drops & loss of voice during voice calls. Abt 6 mnths ago towers were installed in colony. Initially the signal was good but deteriorated in last 3-4 months.
