  @m_a_gossip_gal @rushikesh_agre_ Thane is a part of MMR and practically Mumbai. Most of the websites show Thane in Mumbai only. STD code of Thane is also 022. Thane never had BSNL phones but it was always under MTNL.

  @PMOIndia Sir my landline no 011-26123878 in Delhi not working for sometime and inspite of repeated complaint no action taken by them, I am finding difficulty - please check reasons for non functioning of MTNL and help me in getting it repaired -thanks and regards

  Best Voice Quality: Jio (MOS 4.51) & Vi (MOS 4.47) delivered "Excellent" voice clarity, followed by Airtel (MOS 3.9). MTNL recorded very poor, with only 21% call setup success & a staggering 45% call drop. MTNL users experienced "Ltd Service" highlighting severe coverage gaps 2/2

  @mungekar_PM Thanks for the location update! Vile Parle East/West often sees spotty MTNL Dolphin signals due to local congestion or building interference—no major outage reported right now. Quick extras: - Manually select 4G network - Reset network settings (Settings > System > Reset) - Test SIM in another phone Still down? Use MyMTNL app to report or call 1503 from alternate line.   @KalingaGajapati I mean company name. I too used to face the same problem with respect to internet when we were taking the service from MTNL, but after changing it to Jio fibre, the service is quite good.

  @bsnl_care Thanks but it's most pathetic customer service. Yr helpline asked me to go to BSNL office, Accounts officer who raised the bill mentioned mobile number not working. Other E mails sent are returned undelivered. MTNL was better in customer service and no option than opt out.

  @MTPHereToHelp sir , there is total Blatant violation of traffic rules / traffic lights at MTNL signal - BKC by auto rickshaw. Reckless and dangerous driving, no adherence to traffic signals - morning and evening every day . Poses serious risk of accidents. Why no vigil there?
