@SunilKopparapu @MTNLMbiOfficial MTNL never ask for the e-KYC on WhatsApp/SMS/Call etc.,MTNL Alert by sending messages to all GSM customers to avoid such type of EKYC messages as it may lead to some kind of fraud, hence you are requested to ignore such messages.

MTNL MUMBAI has become so poor that it can not afford to give the exchange of faulty sim card no. 9969260567. Every one concerned gives the awasive replies but can not afford the sim card but can afford to put the public to utmost inconvenience. MTNL should be ashamed of it.

@MTNLOfficial Very interesting trick by mtnl. You book a complaint for dead phone on the app. After 3 days , the app says " no pending complaint", whereas phone remains dead. This is the second case in last 10 days. PLEASE HAVE MERCY- DISCONNECT OFFICIALLY

@rohini_sgh So you want the government to sustain all the loss making PSU’s over the efficiency of private sector by pouring the tax payers money down the drain year after year? MTNL’s salary bill is 90 percent of the revenues whereas Airtel pays around 20 percent.

  • _MK0712 M K (@_MK0712) reported

@MTNLMbiOfficial landline is not working , Mtnl employee mentioned the repair to the line has to be done by us by replacing the cable ? Why should I pay for the cable ?
