@AshwiniVaishnaw Sir, our MTNL telephone number 011-27832019 is out of service for last one month, we made complain several times but telephone exchange authority is not responding. Their behavior is very unsatisfactory. We are paying bill timely also.

@shirishag75 @fukfukfukra @ramanmann1974 Again the mistake of not looking at the history. You want to talk about broadband speeds - let us compare what BSNL / MTNL provides with what Airtel provides. BSNL service is one of the costliest per Mbps speed, and one of the crappiest. Compare like with like

I don't know why Power backup is not there at MTNL as it is at the proper city when the power goes down it impacts many subscribers or customer service/ work & business power backup should be implemented at all MTNL MSC

If you want peace of mind....choose any fibre....jio, voda, Telenor, BSNL, mtnl, abnl, bbnl,ccnl...any thing ...but stay away from @airtelindia. Everyday they best their own record in being the worst telecom network...count my experience.
