  @MTNLOfficial our office telephone lines closed for over six months. It seems someone stole the underground cables of our area and #MTNL Thane has no stock of cables. Who is responsible for this mess? @DoT_India please help as we have been charged without service

  @MTNLOfficial I am surprised by the service of MTNL . For last 7 days mtnl mumbai unable to rectify my complaint . Phone dead and no broadband. Why ? No staff. Have given out to outside company on contract. So customer suffers and pays !!

  @DoT_India @PMOIndia sir why BSNL or MTNL retail mobile sim outlet is not shown in market as compared to other networks providers too much retail outlets is there. It should be better if workout on this for easily available and best service for customers.

  @MTNLMbiOfficial : What are you doing. Just sitting in your office and chatting. Even after paying your bills, your service is third class. Quit if you do not know your job. Do not expect me to pay your bills. MTNL is filled with useless fellows, who do not know the job. Shame.

  @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir, I hope MTNL department comes under you. My landline No. 022 25779770 was disconnected on my request on 27.03.2021 due to poor customer service. Security deposit is still not refunded to me on the contrary I am getting daily 3-4 calls to pay the overdue bill

  Then we check calling from the number to our mobile and it was showing JB Nagar post office on True Caller This is the standard of MTNL , cannot spare more words for it Now have logged a complaint again

  What is this @reliancejio @JioCare jiofiber now remain down on occasional basis this is not how fiber should be working message showing it will be restored by 11:50 how i suppose to watch match then, My MTNL was slow but steady and never went down like this.
