@MTNLOfficial @AshwiniVaishnaw respected sir, my landline was intermittently down since February2019. But since2020, is been down and related requests to fix it permanently had been falling on deaf ears. Can someone from mtnl team fix it please

@TechnoRanveer Reply from TSP:- customer replied via twitter as follows: "Nearest serving site is down and due to that no outdoor or indoor coverage is there. MTNL team is trying hard to restore it. After restoring the site both outdoor and indoor coverage will improve"

@MTNLMbiOfficial , again 28957820 not working, weird sounds heard on ear piece, dialled from another MTNL landline or mobile, gets engaged tone. Phone line getting affected again and again. According to linesman, the underground wiring is old, needs change.
