@MTNLMbiOfficial I have given so many complaints at the MTNL office Charkop,Kandivali west from April,21. Telephone line is dead and there is no person to fix it till date.Even after numerous complaints, I haven’t got any response and it is really frustrating

@MTNLMbiOfficial @MTNLOfficial @mybmc Since the past 8-10 months our telephone lines at Janjikar Street Mumbai-400003 Are not functioning after the storm in June July When we go to mtnl office they tell us that the issue is with BMC Please look into the matter at the earliest.

@reliancejio hopeless services, my jio fiber is down from monday, compliant twice, no responce at all, Indeed call center says, u have cancelled the request, which i have not (2279628655 broadband number) Not THOUGHT that reliance would be like MTNL

@Dharma58546523 @DoT_India MTNL nearby sites in this locality are working satisfactorily. More sites in this area are needed to improve the indoor coverage at customer premises. In the next phase of mobile expansion more sites shall be planned in this area.
