Ashwani Goel (@Ashwani01716222) reported@the_hindu @TimesNow we have been complaining about poor signal in our area but there is no response from mtnl. Now a new thing has come to light that state owned MTNL had not paid rents since 15 month so the landlords have turned the signal sites off.
