    The issue is involving @MTNLOfficial & MCD, where mtnl wants everything to be fixed without damaging the wires. Thus compelling and pressurising the workers to enter the sewer. Cops should there and watched. On questioning left the site.

    @DoT_India MTNL which is loss making organization, people have no work even than they are not taking any action in resolving the issue of mobile no 9868311647 even approached to Director Technical Mr. Sunil Kumar. DGM Mr. Manmohan Meena mobile no 9868835566 never responded.
