@AshwiniVaishnaw @DoT_India MTNL delhi landline and broadband connections 29523399, 29522758, 29522007 & 29523263 are dead for more then 1 year . Mr C L MEENA area manager Hauz khas is clearing complaints repeatedly and is not getting the problem rectified for proper working.

@MTNLOfficial my mother insists on retaining her 30 yr old mtnl number... it is now dead for 10 days... no support or complaint can help this company.. we continue to live in dark ages Just plain horrible @AshwiniVaishnaw

@CMD_MTNL Since last 5-6 months my phone no. 022- 24155926 is dead. Made several complaints but the problem is still as it is. MTNL staff releases the complaint without resolving it. But MTNL is very prompt in dispatching the bills. Fed up with the service.

@MTNLOfficial an hour ago broadband stopped working. Called cust care n was told mtnl doesn’t restore WiFi till 2-3 days, unless it resumes on its own. I’ve urgent work to do but m told I can forget it for today. Such callous attitude n service. Is it time to leave mtnl?
