NO RESPONSE after MULTIPLE mails to @MTNLOfficial bosses. Phone inoperative (despite Complaints) since April. Bills sent by MTNL from June to Oct. including 550 monthly service charge/month! Mail sent to Lavanya Mohan who ccs & forwards it to others.They expect me to pay 3k plus!

Hon’le Communications Minister , GOI . In Sector A, Pocket A,Vasant Kunj the MTNL lines are out of order for the past 3-4 months and for deplorable and apathetic service of MTNL we are paying for rentals. What a colossal shame on the ministry . The DRO needs to be taken to task

@MTNLMbiOfficial Sir my clinic telephone 23007177 is not working since august 2020. I contacted Mr. Deepesh Kumar from agripada mtnl office several times but no action was taken. It's a doctor's clinic number used for emergencies. Kindly look into the matter ASAP.

@CMD_MTNL Dear sir, The landline no 25277233 working for Sushmsa Madan at B-5/138 upper ground floor, Paschim Vihar ndl is not working since last many months. The complaint no 124 is pending since last 43 days.the fault is pending due to faulty wire not available in mtnl store.

@mansoors2972 MTNL has given maintenance contract to 3rd party and they are not equipped to handle it. Near Bhavans College Andheri, lines were down for 3 months. Ultimately surrendered.

@mansoors2972 MTNL is now the least reliable service provider you could go to. Switch to other provider and if you require a telephone, get it from someone else.MTNL is the worst one could get. I switched from MTNL to a local provider 3-4 years ago and Im having high speed internet since then.
