@91mobiles BSNL is good, but when it comes to Mumbai, they surrender to MTNL which is worst!👎👎So practically, in Mumbai, there is NO BSNL!😨

@MTNLOfficial @DoT_India MTNL landline number 01127181469 of COL Delhi University (Keshav Puram Centre) has again gone out of service. You are requested to check the wiring from inside & outside the building as well as this has become routine problem. Kindly help urgently.

Now, our MTNL landline stopped working around the same time and we had no idea. Finally realised this about 15 days after sending the letters. We quickly got the issue resolved and the phone was functional within a day.
