  The condition of state departments is deplorable, most MTNL numbers operated by state govts are not in service anymore, the websites are not updated with the correct numbers either, there’s no way to reach them. One example is the labour dept of haryana, phone number 0124-2301138

  @imYadav31 Yeah....when I saw their ad for the first time in Dwarka, I switched from MTNL to them. But later,i faced some issues, so I moved to ACT, Jio, and Airtel.

  @miprathu Dear Customer, BSNL SIM cards and porting services are available at MTNL offices and authorized retail outlets in Mumbai and Thane. You can visit the nearest MTNL office with a valid ID proof and UPC code (for porting) to get a new SIM or complete the port-in process.   @bsnl_care Yet the problem is solved. I dont think so BSNL/MTNL is capable to handle network issue, if you would then you it cant take so much time.
