    MTNL needs to shut down or come up with some out-of-box packages and marketing. For the first time encountered bare minimum staff and moreover no people to pay bills but only to close the current connections

    @sandesh_samant2 @rsprasad So Private changla asto asa pn kahi nahi. Not defending MTNL but seems they r highly understaffed. I experienced similar thing for my landline which was down last year.

    @BSNLCorporate 9958433159 is newly ported in bsnl . And in vijay nagar Ghaziabad , there is no network available here, not bsnl nor MTNL @MTNLOfficial

    @CMDBSNL Mr. Pravin, we interacted and always you helped this aged SrCitizen when you were with MTNL, Mumbai. Now I shifted to Kolkata and being dedicated subscribed Tel No 03324660100. We are 71 & 65 yrs. Phone dead. None responding from CTD. Neighbors phone working. Help Pls
