    @DoT_India @mtnldelhi @CMD_MTNL sir my mtnl ftte is down from 30 may and i have been chasing from 30 may with mtnl ftte genesis team but no response. Without usage why should i pay 1300 for june. Mtnl service is pathetic. Pls stop to cheat customer. Mtnl response is also bad.

    @MTNLOfficial @DoT_India Who is heading genesis ftte, tell them not to make fool mtnl customer , we r paying money for services. Frankly telling mtnl genesis will loose its cuatomer soon if this cuatomer service prevails

    @f2000560 interesting. it is a good way to solve it. That said, when i tried, i read the note: "The service had limited reach and only two TSPs were offering this service i.e. MTNL & BSNL."

    @MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial @DoT_India Got call from MTNL bhandup office and got right clarification. The billing issue is now clear & understand cable fault issue will persist and landlines will take more time to be active. Thanks for acknowledging this query.
