    @GoI_MeitY @MTNLMbiOfficial UNDER GM MTNL JOGESHWARI W MUMBAI,MY PHONE NUMBER 02226777469 status showing OK but the fact is TELEPHONE LINE IS DED SINCE THE DAY I MADE COMPLAINT . Sir No lineman or any technical staff even visited but on paper status showing OK . Kindly help.

    Dear @reliancejio If you're unable to handle network and (mostly unavailable) data problems,please hand it over to MTNL/BSNL or equivalent service provider so we don't feel cheated in recharge nd managing calls/data requirements at certain point of time/place. #WorstServices

    @thetymonbay @reliancejio There is no customer care in Jio. It is the new MTNL. In fact, sometimes, MTNL might surprise you with better service but Jio!? Lena ho to lo nahi to aage badho…

    I had applied for MNP in @MTNLOfficial on 14.03.2021 and took UPC same day. UPC will expire tomorrow but MTNL is yet to activate my SIM, whereas private operator would have activated within 24 hours.that is why Privatisation is only solution @TRAI

    @MTNLMbiOfficial My MTNL no. 28728096. Keyboard of my mtnl phone is not working, gave written complaint to MTNL Goregaon SV Road on 5th March. Work Order no.695 raised to replace my instrument. However till today, no-one has visited my house to replace. Pls take immediate action.
