Today I received a call from MTNL for outstanding bill of Rs 4600 in 2005 -2006.i don't have landlines for last 4 years. they wake up now and expect to pay . Told them not going to pay.

My BSNL number is currently in roaming here and should be getting connectivity through MTNL. However, the network strength is extremely weak — even in the back bedroom signals are barely usable and calls frequently drop. Within 24hrs my phone was working and MTNL zonal manager called to inquire if phone was working fine.
