Today I received a call from MTNL for outstanding bill of Rs 4600 in 2005 -2006.i don't have landlines for last 4 years. they wake up now and expect to pay . Told them not going to pay.

The bill amount paid via net banking on MTNL self-care portal was deducted from my bank account but why have I not got an sms/e-receipt that payment was received?
