Again my complain doc no. 3974 closed without fixing it. Almost all my previous various complaints raised also closed same way without fixing it. Really pathetic service from MTNL..they just want to raise monthly bill and extort money from customers without giving any service.

@ndtv Good morning sir please help Mtnl for its revival it’s very difficult to survive we have not yet received June salary now almost July is over majority staff is ready to take vrs please implement asap otherwise it will be too late we are not getting our GPF money also

Today I received a call from MTNL for outstanding bill of Rs 4600 in 2005 -2006.i don't have landlines for last 4 years. they wake up now and expect to pay . Told them not going to pay.

Please pay attention towards working of Mumbai University's Thane Sub campus IDOL office as employees over there are not support students properly for book collection .there MTNL phone numbers are not working from last 6 months due to that for any updates students have to visit

👉This was when I opted to port in MTNL network way back in 2016 👉Plan was probably unlimited Rs 899 👉Disconnected on basis of unbilled usage 👉Paid Rs 5000 but service wasn’t restored - Ported Out - Port request sanctioned without a call to consumer #BSNLMTNLMerger

The landline no 28944349 of malati kokje (my inlaw) is dead since 11.7.21.complaint lodged u/n 5166 on 12.7.21. still dead.again lodged complaint 9864 dt 7.08.21. still no action from MTNL. I wish to know wether I have to complain again and again.

@MTNLOfficial the telephone lines are dead now since almost more then three months between MTNL office and Patkar college Goregaon. There is no resolution to the problem by MTNL. Only they keep asking for bills to be paid everymonth with our fail. Is this what they expect.

Now no need to Trouble the Lion for his Phone to use his Data. Today I plan to surrender my MTNL Home ADSL Wired Broadband Internet & retain just the Basic Telephone under ₹ 232.50+GST Senior Citizen Concessional Category plan. A Net Saving of ₹ 504/month.

@JM_Scindia just a thought if all our airports can offer free ONLY BSNL or MTNL simcard at our immigration counter (offcouse with some proof of their stay ) and operational with minimum recharge of 300 ₹ just after they finish the immigration. This will for sure help our TELCOS
