  @MIB_India my friend lives within MTNL Mumbai and lodged a complaint of dead line in March 2022 till date no rectification but bills raised why don't you wind-up MTNL Mumbai and refund his deposit 1000 he is aged 70 the Sr officials are corrupt to core

  @JioChat @JioCare is worst service provider even they beat the BSNL and MTNL. @jiochat is worst where you are not able to raise services request just go on on and on for so called "useless TROUBLESHOOTING"

  @MTNLOfficial @DoT_India I had switched to ACT fibre 3 years ago since MTNL had no field support after 5 PM, plan value vs speed isn't competitive enough. Moreover the Govt employees attitude towards customer service is pathetic which makes you feel that you committed a mistake by calling customer care.

  @MTNLMbiOfficial I am Sr Citizen. My MTNL landline is dead from 29th April . Made 3 compmaints Nos 3879, 6552 & 2373. Not yet resolved, but msg recd that it is resolved. 3rd complaint still pending. Horrible service !!!

  @rohand23 Inconvenience caused is regretted. Matter has been taken up with MTNL authority to resolve the network related issues in Mumbai Post Offices at the earliest.

  @MTNLMbiOfficial i am Sr Citizen. My landline is dead from April 29. Made 3 complaints (Nos.3879, 6552 &2373) so far. On 1st 2 complaints got msg of it resolved, but phone still dead. 3rd complaint made on 3/94/22 still pending. Horrible service MTNL.
