    @Dhruvrajkavi MTNL never ask for the e-KYC on WhatsApp/SMS/Call etc.,MTNL Alert by sending messages to all GSM customers to avoid such type of EKYC messages as it may lead to some kind of fraud, hence you are requested to ignore such messages.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @DoT_India Sir, please also review the working of MTNL-Mumbai! It’s more than 20 days since I had registered a complaint for my dead landline under Dock No 5883 on 1/11/22 but no response! Sent many reminders directly on Twitter handle of MTNL Mumbai but no response-very callous behaviour!
