Ask BSNL users, even I was a ex-MTNL user, and they never provided the service, which consumers deserved, also, there employees, they treat consumers like ****, that's why, people opted out..

    @MajithiaManch @DoT_India MTNL nearby sites in the locality are working satisfactorily. More sites in this area are needed to improve the indoor coverage at customer premises. In the next phase of mobile expansion more sites shall be planned in this area.

    @DayaShukl @DoT_India MTNL Mumbai never sends such KYC query related sms to Subscribers. In view of such fraudulent messages MTNL Mumbai WS Unit has sent caution messages to subscribers.We will also request our subscriber to be vigilant&not pay any heed to such fraudulent messages.@MTNLMbiOfficial

    MTNL Delhi is a department in India who is telecom service provider. They not think whether the customer is not using the service or not pay the bill since 3-4 years.but they have not disconnected the connection only sending bill.some time they added fixed charges.

    @DelhiPolice @DCPSouthDelhi Sir today i got scammed by a person who called himself from mtnl claiming to give ftth connection so i gave him the advance payment of 2000/- rupees and now he is not picking up my phone his no. Is +919540093796 and his bike no. Is DL14SH 8268 please help me!
