The company will shut down sooner or later due to incapable people in decision making process as business and profitability will be impacted. Look at MTNL and many other companies.   The condition of state departments is deplorable, most MTNL numbers operated by state govts are not in service anymore, the websites are not updated with the correct numbers either, there’s no way to reach them. One example is the labour dept of haryana, phone number 0124-2301138

  @diveshkumar786 1) BSNL sim should be 5G Ready as tower conversion to 4G is ongoing 2) You will still receive MTNL signal as In-Dolphin (3G) or 40439 (4G) 3) Signals will show as Roaming 4) Reception varies at large depending upon the area, location (indoor/outdoor)

  @stockifiabhijit Not true. It may also indicate serious lack of choice. By your definition, because my dad waited 6 years for an MTNL line and i get pissed at Airtel for delaying service by a day, MTNL has greater brand value

  .@reliancejio #JioFibre Jio is the new MTNL of Mumbai. Same indifference to complaints of poor service. My service down for 3 days now and no light at end of tunnel. Our country is back to square one after all talk of telecom revolution. All monopolies end up behaving this way.

  @MowdiiSatwa @broadlineads @_KajalKushwaha Internet DTH etc were very popular and common and cheaper in 2009-2014. MTNL was very poor service but I used Den Cable service with wifi+Cable channels for just Rs 500 pm
