    @BSNLCorporate @MTNLOfficial @CMOMaharashtra Since i have experience that when Mumbai MTNL has been migrated to BSNL service is getting worst first toll free help line is not working properly when we speak with customer care they dont have attics to speak with the customers.

    Visited MTNL Kandivali W & BSNL Borivali W for SIM required during Agatti visit. Shockingly informed that BSNL SIM may not work on OnePlus phone and no option except to buy pvt SIM. Why should citizens face compatibility issues using Govt services? @JM_Scindia @DoT_India

    From past one month I am facing issue of deadline on my @MTNLOfficial landline number when I enquired with the officer he told me to pay ₹1400 for the damage of external wiring The point is why I should pay for external wiring? #mtnl #communication @MIB_India

    @Ananth_IRAS Went to Telegraph Office in Mumbai some time back. One of the floors is handling MTNL pensioners' issue. Early 80s I used to send Telegrams from here to my parents. Climbing up those circular stairs made me emotional.Lots of history embedded in those spiralling stairs ! Preserve.

    @bsnl_care Three dockets raised Docket 1 : D181137960183 Docket 2 : D2110139687430 Docket 3 : D2510141184892 with nodal remark "the issue is related to the MTNL area. Still no resolution has been provided yet. When I will be able to use the services, it is showing Emergency Calls Only.

    @mungekar_PM Thanks for the location update! Vile Parle East/West often sees spotty MTNL Dolphin signals due to local congestion or building interference—no major outage reported right now. Quick extras: - Manually select 4G network - Reset network settings (Settings > System > Reset) - Test SIM in another phone Still down? Use MyMTNL app to report or call 1503 from alternate line.
