    @MTNLOfficial @BSNLCorporate in my area Gurgaon Dhanwapur road laxman vihar mtnl network issue, even call is not coming on phone, pls resolved. Why not resolved the network problem.

    @errdconvergence The dual structure exists because full MTNL-BSNL merger was deferred due to MTNL's ₹23k+ Cr debt. From Jan 1, 2025, BSNL runs all MTNL telecom ops (fixed-line, broadband, mobile) in Delhi/Mumbai under a 10-year EBITDA-neutral agreement—handling maintenance, capex, services. MTNL retains its legal entity solely for asset monetization (prime land, towers, e.g., BKC sale) to service debts. MTNL staff bridge both during transition, creating overlap and unclear reporting until DoT finalizes absorption/redeployment. HR issues (promotions, benefits) pending; unions pushing for options like BSNL integration or DoT return. Direction should improve post-resolution.

You can visit the nearest MTNL office with a valid ID proof and UPC code (for porting) to get a new SIM or complete the port-in process.     It’s 2026 and Jio Fiber is not working since yesterday and no is responding (MTNL triband feel). It’s been this way since last 3 to 4 months interruption every week. Santacruz(W) @reliancejio @jio_fiber Should we just disconnect or is it going to improve anytime soon ??

    .@JioCare #JioFibre Jio is the new MTNL of Mumbai. Same indifference to complaints of poor service. My service down for 3 days now and no light at end of tunnel. Our country is back to square one after all talk of telecom revolution. All monopolies end up behaving this way.
