    @bsnl_care What is the update on this complaint ? I had informed you about being unable to use the BSNL network in mumbai. Your customer care informed me to use MTNL Network. They don't even know about the new 4G service arrangement by launching 4G as a service in mumbai.

    @BSNLCorporate That is also not working, I will never recommend anyone to buy BSNL service. As network is very bad. Technically support is also very bad. BSNL say call MTNL and MTNL says call BSNL.

    Idea for @RahulGandhi election promises - revive BSNL and MTNL properly. Easy bookings, good coverage. If the private companies need to make a profit, limit it to 2g/3g, but keep their low budget phone plans alive. You can simply stand on stage and read out their recharge plan prices to get all the votes. Right now the public can't use them widely due to coverage issues. And this is not just for the poor. You can keep a phone no you mostly need for OTPs alive for a year in Rs. 321. Loads of people who use separate numbers for banking and social media would vote for this.

    @IndiaPostOffice Amazing job done by psm colony post office. 4 days department is not working due to mtnl internet is down. Secondary line money went into corruption. No accountability. Can someone take action?

    @garvit_sethii Thsi idiot ashwini vaishnav was embroiled in 150 crore scam. He has made indian tech handicap. Is bhosdiwale se Galgotia fiasco to sambhla nahi. Someone said govt will make ISRO another MTNL , cant comment but is govt se koi umeed nahi hai

    @Vidyut Affordable - yes, service reliability (at least for BSNL, never experienced MTNL) was not so reliable. If one faced issues, they were at the mercy of babus.

    @JM_Scindia sir my ftth number 21403534 ftth number not working . I have tried to complain about MTNL websites and landline number 1130 but both are not working. Kindly direct to the concerned person to solve the problem.

    @miprathu Dear Customer, BSNL SIM cards and porting services are available at MTNL offices and authorized retail outlets in Mumbai and Thane. You can visit the nearest MTNL office with a valid ID proof and UPC code (for porting) to get a new SIM or complete the port-in process.     @CycleIndia_ As per response received from concerned po it is submitted that on date mentioned, there was a technical issue due to server down at Delhi circle level. The issue was affecting all post offices under the circle. A ticket was immediately raised with DC mumbai MTNL Vide Ticket No-TIC5847550 and the matter was escalated to higher authorities. The server issue has now been resolved and all counters at Vikaspuri Sub Post Office are functioning normally w.e.f All public transaction including POSB, PLI , Speed Post etc are being attended to. The inconvenience caused to the public due to this technical glitch is regretted Normal services have been restored.
