    @AshwiniVaishnaw @MTNLOfficial Inspite of multiple bailout packages, the service quality of telcos like MTNL remains bad. MTNL has stopped servicing complaints for even their premium broadband customers who have been loyal for many years.

    I recently went to MTNL to surrender my phone line and wifi which was the best in service at one point of time but from last few years the service has dwindled and they don't have staff to serve their customers.

    @DelhiMTNL Sir, I'm using BSNL sim in Ghaziabad, 201009 there officials said that this area is served by Mtnl Delhi, Your network is totally down for 3 days please do the needful to improve it.

    @RagjayaRamesh @Jairam_Ramesh Congress wants every PSU to become like MTNL or Ashoka Hotel/ITDC; inefficient, rude n lazy staff, no motivation to change n excel with time, going in losses, old technology, only salary n pension forever.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial Disconnecting a mtnl landline is impossible.Made a complaint often,they told us to pay Rs 1000 for cancellation last year,last complaint no is 1898. NO SHOW! My phone was diconnected last month but am still getting the bill! SOS!! Govt babudom ki jai ho.

    @MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial MTNL Mumbai service has become so lax that inspite of repeated complaints, no one attends to complaint even for premium broadband customers. Am a customer of Marol, inspite of making more than 50 calls, there is no response.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial - When will MTNL be able get their billing and advance payments thru NEFT right? I got an email from MTNL about Virtual Account number scheme (VAN) to make payments in advance. That payment was never credited to my account and I keep getting bills
