    @MTNLOfficial my residence telephone number 22093061 installed at E-15/19 Krishna Nagar, Delhi-110051 has been out of order for around 10 days now. i am able to lodge complaint at 22092198. Request MTNL to restore it.

    @DoT_India Myself Sedhupathi.Working as MTNL FTTH Mumbai partner. We all partners having same queries.Kindly please improv connectivities. At user end we make everything perfect.But here problem occurs only for MTNL source connectivities.every week it gets down. @DoT_India

    Today its approximately two months my CLINICS MTNL Mum landline/broadband number is not functioning,Net is always down, the speed which is to be provided as per plan should be 100 mbps but on doing Ookla speed test it is 30 or 40,this amounts to deficiency of service,,---

    @airtelindia I ve ported a mtnl prepaid number to Airtel prepaid.. Received a sms to change the sim and dial for tele verification..but not getting any network on new sim to make a call.. kindly assist

    @mtnl landlines dead since July and receiving bills. How can u issue bills without rectifying the problem and y should I pay for services that I am not able to use. Can u pls.look into the matter. Pls DM me for additional details.

    MTNL Mumbai services are in doldrums. Most Mumbai suffers with their landline remaining dead more than live. However their monthly bill come promptly. You get complaint number online but no news then. Govt. Should put MTNL on block.
