  @MTNLDEL this is worst service. Whenever a complaint is raised, Mtnl does not take any action for atleast 1 week..when we call them they say we don't have manpower to resolve that issue. 15 days a month phone is dead and they raise bill on time.

  @dinakholkar I have a land line. It works when the lineman wants a few rupees. I used to have internet triband but recently disabled it - it is good when it works. Internet drops from time to time, no provider is an exception - Airtel, Jio, Vodafone, MTNL - we have all but same issue
