  @MTNLOfficial Having troubles with landline. Multiple complaints registered, still no one has visited to fix the issues. @MTNL Please Help - this is for an old age person, so fixing the issue is extremely important.

  @MTNLOfficial @DoT_India Within 1 month again the same old story. We have registered complaint in month of July vide complaint no 8914, but no response from mtnl for resolving the same. Then too We are receiving bill every month and we are paying it off, fearing notice received by most of the mtnl cust.
